She nodded. That was as good as anything, to be honest, and while Julienne wasn’t sure she liked the terminology that he was using saying he wanted them to join him…at least he wouldn’t try and kill the senshi that she was going to bring to him…because…well…she would have to get very upset. Very upset indeed…
“No, I like my salmon cooked, if you could, in a nice lemon butter herb sauce, giving it so much flavor. Make sure it isn’t dry, I like it nice and flaky…make sure the quality is high enough that you would be happy to eat it…and if you can’t cook it well enough…find someplace that can. I’m very picky about my fish.”
The cat moved away, stretching and letting her claws come out, digging into the ground slightly. “I should be going now, so meet me here…two days from now, all right? Bring my fish, and I’ll bring the senshi…and hopefully you two can get up to space.”

When the cat moved, Remarque retracted his hand. For a brief few seconds, he looked at her, as if trying to decide if it was worth the effort to cook for a cat, but after a moment he nodded and stood. "All right, then. I'll be here, two days from now. But you'd better not flake. If I have to look up a damn recipe for you, you'd better be around to enjoy the fish I make."
On the bright side, it would be a nice treat for his mother if he had dinner made for her—why not try a new recipe?
"Does eight work for you?" he asked, standing; he had no idea how long this space travel business would take, and while he could spare some extra time now that school was out, he was trying to pick up some extra hours and didn't want to risk being out too late.

Julienne nodded. “I will be here and we will head up to space. Remarque, I have high hopes for you, I think. I do hope you’re not a disappointment!”
She brushed against his legs once more then moved away, beginning her walk home, though paused for a moment, “Eight sounds good to me. I’ll make sure it’s good for her…and if not, we’ll be here anyway. I’ll see you in two days. Do take care, and please don’t burn my dinner. I’m counting on it to be delicious…or else.” The Siberian gave a little laugh, then ran off, her fluffy tail swishing as she moved.
Tonight had been…interesting. Remarque had been interesting…but if it had been a good or bad sort of interesting, she wasn’t quite sure yet.
Perhaps time would tell.

Or else. Or else. A threat from a cat? She was cute, and hardly very menacing; a part of him genuinely wondered what sort of threat that even was. Looking around, he memorized just where they were so he knew where to return. Two days from now suddenly seemed like a hell of a lot further away than when she'd first sent it.
A grin had twitched onto his face as he watched the cat go, wondering if he should have pulled some sneak attack—pounced on her, snapped her neck.
But she was still useful to him. And killing cats, however much he didn't like them, seemed strangely out of line. In a strange way, he needed her. More senshi to fight were always an issue, but she opened a door for them that the Dark Mirror Court had yet to master. He needed her to awaken them so he could convince them how wrong they were.
Chaos was trying, but they still had a long way to go.
Julienne had too much to offer for him to cause her arm.
His eyes lingered for a long moment before he turned; this definitely counted as doing his duty for tonight.
