"It's a form of relaxant... If not imbibed liberally." He smirked. "But some do... Well, they do fall to it's spell and grow a bit addled from it, nut, some do not. It is uncommon."
He spoke good-naturedly of it, though.

Oh hell. She'd messed up hadn't she? Asali was being quiet. Asali was rarely quiet. Aanga eyed Thorin, listening. Hm. She looked back to her sister, question clear on her face. Did Asali want to visit? She seemed eager, and so long as they were together...things would be fine. She hoped. Asali meant everything to Aanga.

A... relaxant? Asali stilled and ran over Thorin's words in her mind. A relaxant, hm? If taken carefully, that could - that could do a world of good for Aanga. She needed to relax, to rest, to let the weight of the world off of her shoulders for a while and just be happy. Yes, that sounded like a wonderful[ thing for her sister.
Asali glanced at Aanga, and then to Thorin. Then she glanced back at Aanga again.
"Could we visit? Please, Aanga? I think - I think it would be good for us!" And she wanted to meet more people... and exchange a little gossip. It would be nice to be in the company of others again! And if she could help Aanga, then this would be even better!

"You may." Thorin nodded. "We're a distance away, but... I suppose I could escort you. I do warn you, I began my journey seeking new blood, so others may join... But I trust you both will be safe." He nodded. "I'm sure Oin, my brother, would enjoy company."
He'd probably like Asali especially.

Aanga nodded. "I asked, didn't I?" She would indulge her sister. Even...though apparently it meant others at some point. Ugh. Well...it would be nice to find somewhere to settle eventually. Somewhere that wouldn't die or disperse on them. Somewhere that didn't have a new tragedy befall them. Even if it was just for Asali's sake. "We don't mind the distance. We've nowhere in particular to go anyways."

"Oh, this will be wonderful Asali said dancing a little in place. She and Aanga could relax for a while, she would have company to talk to, and Aanga could finally rest and stop worrying quite so much! This was the best plan ever! "Thank you, King... Oakenshield, was it?" She asked, nuzzling her sister to show her just how grateful she was for the blue, white and green female's willingness to go along with this. "I'm sure this will be wonderful."

Oakenshield?
Well that was new.
"I am simply happy to assist." He smiled to Asali. "And Thorin is fine. Dwarves do not generally earn such nicknames outside of battle."
But the idea was a good one, a tree for a shield. Certainly helpful for annoying elves.

Aanga raised a brow at her sister. Now where had she gotten that moniker? Huh. Oh well. "Well than, Thorin. Once we are all rested and our bellies full...lead the way." Because she needed to rest her paws and fill her belly, and he could wait just a couple of days, dammit.

Asali giggled. "I thought it sounded dashing, that's all," she chirped, and proceeded to nuzzle at her sister. "Thank you, Aanga. This will be fun, you'll see!"
