Generally the correct term for "futanari" or "shemale" is transwoman, a male-to-female (MtF) transgender person; "futanari" and "shemale" are sexual and, in most cases, offensive. For ones who still have a p***s, they would be considered pre-op (pre-operational) due to the lack of lower surgery.
However, some are non-binary, like genderqueer people. It's not really common for transmen to get lower surgery without top surgery, but it's not impossible and probably not unheard of.
OP, you may be transgender in that your gender could be non-binary. Neutrois, genderqueer, agender, third gender, etc. You could do a bit of research on those. Not all such people opt for surgery and it can be difficult to find a surgeon in that case, but it happens sometimes.

I think they would be intersex, not transgender (well depending on the series, but most of the characters are supposedly born that way, with both breast and a p***s instead of getting surgery).
I don't really watch futanari as it isn't my type of thing I watch (don't watch too much hentai in general. I am very picky and most seem terribly done), so I am guessing it depends on the character, but this from what I gathered,

For the most part they are pre-op MtFs. Another term that is becoming fairly common in Japan is Newhalf.

Interesting, I think Intersex sounds more appropriate though, makes sense and is straight to the point. i get sick of having to say "pansexual", it should just be "idgaf-ity" xD cuz idgaf about the gender OR sexuality i care about the PERSON. im also pretty sure my current bf is asexual and doesn't know it.
