That is Rosa, first Lord of Hell and Ivy, once a noble knight, now a humble servant. They're from my comic Amaranth, where nothing untoward happens between these two, but it's hinted they used to be lovers.
In short, when Ivy was still a knight, he was sent to the enemy stronghold as a scout, but was discovered by the leader of the enemy army (Rosa). Much happened that can't be described in detail under Gaia rules, but once Rosa had the information he wanted from his loverboy he horribly humiliated him and made him a servant.
This means he's everyone's [she-dog], including that of Snapdragon, Rosa's right hand man. As you can see in this picture, Snapdragon is not very impressed.
