The werewolf lowered herself back onto the ground and began to back up. Her movements were cut short however as something large and black dropped suddenly down from the sky above, pinning her down in place. Its form seemed to shift and hover, flexing from one form to the next as it lowered its mouth next to Red, whispering. "You͞ ͡l̕o҉s̀e͞.̴"

Sammy shifted only enough to prop herself up, watching Red move backwards from her only to be suddenly pinned from above by the same creature. Sammy scrambled a bit more getting up to her knees freezing unsure of what was going on.
"Red.... who... or what is that..." Depending on what happened next she was heavily debating hitting whatever the Not-Red thing was.

"It is --" "A͝ ̸trial̛, a ̡t͏es͢t̕.̨ A ̛point a͢t ͢ẃhich ͏o͝ńe̡ ͞s̷e̕eks ans̶w͞e̢rs ̷b̛ut͏ n͢ev͜er͏ w̷ill͜ ̷he҉ar ̶te͘ll.̨" The thing interrupted, smoke curling from its pelt as it reached out with a massive paw to shove Red's face into the dirt. It shifted its weight over, ensuring that the teacher couldn't get up. "͞Wh̷at̀ ̡do̢ès͝ ́i͡t wa̡n̢t͢s? ̶ ͏Wh̷y͘ ̴d̨oes ́i̕t̴ inte͟r̛rùp͢t͘?́"

Very careful not to move to quick Sammy stood up from the dirt crouching low watching as the creature cut Red off by stomping her face into the dirt. That action earned a frown across her face.
"... I wanted to talk to her." She nodded towards Red. "But it seems you already have her attention and time." Purple fear rolled along her bone arm. "Would you kindly get off my professor?" Her eyes flickered again growing brighter.
"I don't think she appreciates you standing on her like that..."

"Hęh ̡h͘eḩ heh́.͜.̀.̸ ͠Well a̷r̕en̛'t you̴ ̢cut͟e? ̧ ͡What a̛r҉e̸ ͏ýo͞u g̴o͏ing ̕to d-̧o?" The black mass of shifting shadows sneered at the student, its form becoming looser and looser. Beneath what could assumed to be its paws, the once-vibrant red that was part of Red's cloak began to fade into gray. Even after it removed its paw from the back of Red's head the professor didn't stir. The creature remained on top of the fallen professor, glowering at Sammy. "D͏o͝ ̨y̷ou͞ ̨h҉on̸es̛t͏l̷y̡ t̴hi͜nk ͟y͢ou c̨an h͏ur͢t ̢me?҉ Do͞ ͡yo̷u ev͏eǹ kno̡w w̡hat I ͟am̵, l̛i̢ttle̷ ͏g͜ho͠ul҉?"

"Try and knock you the hell out." Sammy watched as the creature grew looser, the solidity of the creature was fading and getting thinner. She could also see the grey growing in Red's cloak. Insanity, her weapon? Maybe her first guess was right. Fear flickered along her bone arm, the same flame flickering to life on her right one as she stared the creature down.
"Her weapon, her insanity, maybe something else entirely.I don't know if I can hurt you, or if I can't." Her eye sockets narrowed around their flames scowling at the creature.

"Incorrect." Red uncrossed her arms as she stood up and away from the tree she was leaning against, her glare shifting from Sammy to the pair. "Civilian on field. The fact that it's Sammy doesn't surprise me." The professor moved past the ghoul in question, standing in front of the pair. With a swift kick Red launched the Insanity-esque creature off of her double before dropping the hell down on the back of the red head. "You're both in violation of Code 552. Beat it." Red turned her back on the two as they scrambled to their respective feet and slunk away, heading deeper into the forest. "As for you. You are lucky. If you had attacked either one, you would be reforming in Cricket's office."

Sammy continued to stand her ground, fear flickering along her arms before hearing Red's voice behind her. At once the flames went out and the ghoul turned to the professor with an arched eyebrow. This was not at all what she expected.
She relaxed slightly, but only ever slightly so as it was clear Red was likely half tempted to thump her for disrupting whatever training was going on. "It wouldn't be the first time or the last time I pick a losing fight would it."
She gestured to the two scrambling and slinking away, "Do you mind me asking why you have a double and something that looks like an Insanity beast roaming the woods right now?"

The answer may have been disappointing. "Training." She didn't expand on it further, not provide any additional details. Instead, the professor growled. "Looks like I need to find a new place then. My apologies for my subordinates disrupting your day. Now, if you'll excuse me..."

She wasn't exactly disappointed or anything, it was interesting to say the least and training was something that lingered in the back of her mind. Sammy wanted to to be a boogie, she'd almost given it up but talking with Red had re-adjusted that opinion.
"No, they didn't disrupt it. Red I," she paused, "I wanted, what I wanted to ask about was the mentor ship program..."

That made her pause. "And?" Red looked over her shoulder at the undead. "According to the records, you are currently mentoring under someone. If you have additional questions about it, ask them."

"Yeah I know, I wanted to change it. Red, I've talked to both sides. I'm trying to do something more then just pick random fights with people. I want to make things right and help keep things in order. I want to train with you, with your team."
