Alexiel slowed the horse, sliding from his back to walk beside him, reins in hand. This was how she would travel. Short bursts of speed and then a slower pace to let the horse rest. As the two started walking, Daemon once again winged his way down to settle on the saddle horn. Even the bird needed to rest.
"You hate two don't like this place... do you?" The horse snorted, shaking it's head from side to side, as if in response to her question. "Indeed... it's not the friendliest of places... but I do find it fascinating..."

Suddenly, the spirit of excitement jumped from the shadows. "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" it exclaimed, chest pushed out in ecstatic glee.
With that, it moved on. It was a busy spirit, after all.

Bloody ******** hell! Alexiel was in no way prepared for the sudden appearance of the spirit. Of course, neither was her only mode of transportation. Had Alexiel not had a firm grip on the reins and were she not good at her job, the poor creature would have bolted in fright.
"Woah, boy. Easy now, settle down." She spoke both aloud and mentally as the horse reared up and screamed. Daemon fluttered his wings and lifted himself into the air, circling above the commotion. Alexiel pulled down on the reins, moving to the horses side and out of the way of his hooves.
She radiated a sense of calm to the horse mentally. For a moment the horse continued to pull at the reins, away from her, trying to run. Eventually, she managed to calm the beast though. She moved closer to him, her movements slow and deliberate. Her hand came to rest on his neck and she ran it down over the fur. "That's it... it's gone... nothing to be afraid of..."

Alexiel was on the move again at a full gallop. She wanted to get out of the Void before something else happened and she lost her only mode of transportation.

Alexiel finally made her way out of the Void and towards the Port of Gambino.

Irzael made an annoyed expression, "I went all that way just to come back here...Psh...." He looked down at the map in his hands and looked for this next destination.

He was growing exasperated by the lack of excitement, but decided he would find it at the beach. He headed out to the east, towards the Port of Gambino.

Flare didn't entirely know where the beach was...Gambino, right?
Why was she following that idiot girl, anyway? Did the demon really think the girl was part of the chaos, sent to guide her?
...did Flare have anything better to do with her time?

This place was, in Gamma's words; ******** up. "Now this is ******** up." But he remembered this place from when he left the temple the first time. His HUD skewed everything and s**t went wild, but Gamma's driving couldn't get worse.
Southeast, hopefully, was still southeast.

"Ahh, s**t. This place again." Glad that he didn't have move through the desert his armoured shoulders shrugged with a sigh. Gammu cried out, cursing as Gamma's driving became even more erratic. <******** piss off, can't you drive straight?"

Athan stumbled into The Void, gasping for breath as his fingers relinquished his nose. It was the greatest feeling of relief in the world when he was freed of the stench that had taken over Bass'ken lake.
"This place..."
Athan paused, scanning the surroundings before he continued on his way. His grip tightened on the hilt of his sword.
"I hate this place."

((I swear, could there be any more unplanned downtime?))
His stay wasn't going to be long. His direction was aimed southwards, his feet carrying him away from The Void and towards Durem. His grip on the sword lightened slightly, and he placed the weapon upon his back.
He was getting pretty good at drawing the thing, that was for sure.

Kit liked this place, it was pretty, well, random; and randomness equals excitement, he walked through it now, not wanting to waste time, he didn't want to follow the giant mouse, and he definately didn't want to go back to Gambino, so he headed onward.

Kit left the void to Durem, there were a hundred black crows trying to sell him salmon flavored toothpaste on unicycles.
Things were getting a little too random.
