The thing about "Top Crew Member", is that it's subjective. It's something only guild leaders can really vote on. In general, it's not a great spot in my opinion.

"Most Improved" is, at best, a runner-up award for "Best [insert category here]".

Normally I 'could' entertain that, but I think that would work better as an OMG moment more so than anything.

Most Improved, as far as what Dion said is what I think. There are so many different variations to the 'Most improved'
Whether it's
"RPer of the year, best rookie, best character, best face, best heel, etc etc'
that there 'really' isn't a need for it.
