drako387 Well there is already 1 character in Naruto that has an ability similar to that of my Dragon Clones, but Mystic eye is the only Kekkei Genkai that enhances these other 2 techniques of Dragon Clones and Crimson Tool. For Crimson Tool was originally a water style technique, and Dragon Clones are an enhanced version of the Elemental Hidden Mist Clones. Name that character? If you're talking about Kabuto his dragon sage is nothing like this.

drako387 well for 1 it was a girl that Naruto fought by him self in some frozen caves but I forgot her name but it was in a naruto movie for in that same movie naruto developed the rainbow rashengun (not the best speller) There was only one girl that fought naruto in that movie and she had ice release. The eyes things have 3 Kekkei genkai, Ice, Wood, and Metal. That added to the other elements is OP, also, we don't allow users to have the abilities of more then one Kekkei genkai.

Hears a question for you. Have you even read what I have typed? Yeah, you absorb small amounts of chakra to gain the Kekkei genkai as a dragon clone. It is godmod because it allows you to just take Kekkei genkai. Ice and Wood are both rare releases in the naruto universe.

It's been forever since I've watched that so I really don't know. Yeah, but it wasn't the kekkei genkai form, as kakashi could copy this form of ice release. As I said, it uses already existing ice, rather then making new ice. It's likely just a form of water style, called ice style because it uses water in the form of ice. That is my hypothesis, anyway.
