Just because I happened to be on I'll be stepping in here. First and foremost worry about your app and none others, all issues will be dealt with in due time. Secondly, you really did make your person OP in the app. Yeah the demon's are strong but I bet the Sorakage would have given Kuchiro a whooping. The Kages of this guild are legendary on a side note. Being a higher ranking ninja doesn't make you impervious to fire, those techniques such as flame resistance are more for your own techniques start ups, like the proximity to the flames. If you were to shoot an explosive bomb at your feet you'd not have feet afterward, even if you were a Kage. In the applications you are supposed to show the weaknesses, strengths, and everything about the demon, or whatever it is you're applying for. This app right here is when you do it, not in a 1v1 or later in RP. In the manga and in the anime demons are strong, but they are not unbeatable. The Akatsuki were able to handle the demons and their jinchuuriki with relative ease, save for Naruto because he's OP as balls. I'm sorry that your time was wasted, but next time give an app your full, and show everything we want.

RPC Name: Kuchiro Mistalune Class: Ninjutsu Demon Applying For: Matatabi Link to Demon:Nibi
RP Sample: Kuchiro was a genin. A genin with a power embedded deep within him. A power that would terrify or break most. But, Kuchiro had respect for this force. This being within him, had become an intimate part of him. No longer a weakness, but a strength. The Two-Tailed Demon Cat. That's what it had been known as. This blue fiery cat that was apparently quite a problem before she was sealed. But, that was because the people would not listen to the Two-Tailed. How could they? Why would they? Attempts to comprehend a creature that was a manifestation of chakra were unprecedented. Instead of trying understand these chakra constructs, they captured them. That's what the shinobi did. They captured the Tailed Beasts and divided them among individual villages greedily. They claimed it was a way of balancing power. But, in reality the Tailed Beasts were their weapons of war. Beasts of burden.
Kuchiro was all too familiar with such deceptive greed and lust for power. His own clan, his family which once were of the highest echelon. They were destroyed in their pursuit of power. The Mistalune clan was known for their attentiveness to the Fire nature. Every Mistalune had been born with the Fire nature. And when learning the techniques of the Fire nature, they came easily. Much like the Uchiha clan, the Fire nature was their tool. Naturally, the Mistalune clan had sought to heighten and extend their fiery prowess. They discovered the power of the Tailed Beasts, but more specifically the Two-Tailed Demon Cat, which seemed to exude flames throughout its body. Beautiful blue flames. The Mistalune clan wanted to siphon its power. They thought they could cage the Two-Tailed. They thought the cat would not scratch back, but they were wrong. Horribly wrong.
Their Fire Style techniques were far too weak to actually harm the Two-Tailed. Instead, as their techniques were striking the Two-Tailed, it seemed to only make her blue fire grow. The Two-Tailed stood her ground, her two tails swishing about, lobbing members of the clan back. She then moved her two tails above her head a globe of pure chakra began to form, before it was launched with much power into the sky, clearing out the clouds. At that moment, the sky lit up with smaller globes of blue fire and as they came closer, they appeared to be stars falling from the sky. As they came crashing down, the place erupted in blue fire, each impact shaking the ground. It was like hell had descended upon the Mistalune clan. A hell of blue that swayed with the cinders.
The Two-Tailed seemed to know it was winning and out of its benevolent nature, it turned to make its leave. However, in desperation and fear of this demon returning, they turned to using Fire Style sealing techniques. Combining the eight trigram sealing technique with their own Fire nature, they were able to launch a sealing chain of fire to the left and right tails of the Two-Tailed. Kuchiro had been there that day. He was there to watch them drag a screaming Tailed Beast back to them. He was there to see the inscription drawn upon his stomach, as he was to become their power. He was to be the chosen member of the clan. To ascend to the flames. But, as the Two-Tailed was being sealed within him, Kuchiro could feel a sense of sadness. Complete and utter sadness coming from the Two-Tailed. A sadness that would not leave him to this day. That day, the Mistalune clan captured the Two-Tailed Demon Cat. But, they lost their clan. Of the hundred members that lived before that day, only eleven remained.
And so entered the tale of Kuchiro Mistalune. His father and mother moved to Yukigakure, as they had nothing left in their old village. Kuchiro had entered the academy and graduated within two years. He became a genin and for his first mission, his sensei had wanted to teach Kuchiro what it was like to fight by yourself. To fight alone, without comrades. It was a lesson designed to have a reverse mental effect, to teach that one should want teammates and teamwork. He was tasked against a shinobi who would later become one of his closest friends and strongest allies. A member of the Senju clan who was also a genin.
Kuchiro was the first to address this knew player whom he met in the ice cave. ""You're the one I'm supposed to fight, right? Look, all you have to do is give me your kunai and I win. I'll just tell sensei you lost. No one gets hurt." Kuchiro suggested in a rather coy manner. Hozirama looked at Kuchiro and smirked, "Sensei wasn't kidding. You are a hothead. The only person getting a kunai and walking out of here, is me." As a Senju, he had the Wood Style bloodline limitation. This meant he had a greater reserve of chakra and could manipulate his cells to form trees and vegetation. Kuchiro had heard about the legendary Senju clan from the tales his parents told him of Konoha and its founding. Kuchiro took out his kunai and dashed forward.
Hozirama stood still timing Kuchiro's movement, before sliding to the right and then placing his foot out to trip Kuchiro. Kuchiro was caught by Hozirama's leg and slid against the ice, before bashing his head against the rigid ice wall. "Hey! That wasn't fair! You cheated." Kuchiro began, with much disappointment. "You know what, no more games! I'm going to raise the temperature in here!" Hozirama watched Kuchiro perform handseals, handseals indicative of a Fire Style technique. "Fire Style: Fireball Technique!" Finishing with the tiger handseal, Kuchiro unleashed a ball of fire towards Hozirama. (20-5 = 15) Kuchiro's ball of fire crashed against what appeared to be Hozirama, but Hozirama had actually created a Wood Replication. Nice try Kuchiro, unfortunately I've seen that technique enough to walk out of it. Alive. And not burned. (24-5 = 19) "A replication? Not bad man. But, you know what. I'm going to show you something I've kept secret from everyone. Even sensei doesn't know about this!" Kuchiro boasted, as he held the ram handseal.
Suddenly, Kuchiro formed canines, big canines. And his nails grew into what looked like claws. (15+3.45 = 18.45) His body was coated in a blue chakra which was unlike that of normal chakra. "Woa. Is that your demon chakra? I heard that Jinchuuriki were capable of tapping into the power with training, but you haven't been trained." Hozirama stated in awe of Kuchiro's new and improved form. "To be honest, after being in a few scary situations I started remembering the same feeling. And when I choose to feel that feeling, the chakra seems to come out. Especially, when I am engaged in a fight. Speaking of which! We're not done!" Kuchiro reached into his pockets and took our four shuriken. Hozirama then rolled forward with his kunai drawn, hoping to catch Kuchiro at his neck and force a surrender. However, Kuchiro with his chakra coat, had speed on Hozirama. He used the ice to help propel him to the right, from where he tossed the four shuriken towards Hozirama.
Hozirama then parried the shuriken using his kunai with much precision. Hozirama was very perceptive and could see the motion of the shuriken, which was actually pretty cool. Hozirama however, was now on the offensive. Hozirama performed a handseal and shouted, "Wood Style: Smothering Binding!" (19-5 = 14) His right arm became a tree, splintering into multiple branches which surrounded Kuchiro too fast for Kuchiro to respond. "I've got you Kuchiro! Drop the kunai." Kuchiro panicked as he felt the wood holding him in place tightly. It was definitely a binding technique, just as the name implied. The truth was, one of the things about the Two-Tailed, was that it naturally prefers to avoid getting hit, but when it is, it can't really react. Especially, when it gets constricted in such a way that physical movement is impaired. Kuchiro could not even perform a handseal. "Yeah, yeah, you got me Hozirama. Just loosen up the grip a little." Hozirama released his technique and Kuchiro tossed his kunai to Hozirama, before bowing.
One thing the Mistalune clan still taught, as it was one of their tenets was to be humble in defeat. Through respecting your opponent, they may be able to share insight into why they were victorious. "Honestly, Kuchiro, if we were in the open and you had more room to pounce around... Hehe. I said pounce. Get it. Because you have that Demon Cat in you." Hozirama explained, as the two walked side by side back to their sensei. "Yeah. If I had more breathe room. That cave sucked. But, even though I lost the fight... I kind of feel like I won something better." Kuchiro explained, a deep grin on his face. "What's that, Kuchiro?" Hozirama replied. "I think I made a friend." Kuchiro whispered, quietly. Hozirama laughed, "Yeah. Friends for sure."
Two years passed and they had both been successful in the Chunin Exams. Naturally, after the exams they went off on missions and did some training. The two best friends wanted to battle one another again. To see if they improved. Kuchiro had a burning sensation in his gut to want to win. He had to make up for that first fight in the cave. This time, when they met on the field it would be in an open area, in a plains training ground. Kuchiro was late getting there, and he paid the price. Nativity of a Sea of Trees!" (48-7 = 41) Hozirama shouted, as his final handseal landed. Sprouting out of the ground beneath Kuchiro were trees which were huge, rapidly growing all about. Kuchiro responded by entering into his Demon cloak, but with forming a single tail. His right eye had turned yellow, his left into green. His blue chakra cloak darkened. His nails grew into that of a cat's. His fangs were now more distinguishable than before.
Hozirama had taken to hiding himself in a tree towards the center of the small forest. But, Kuchiro knew that this time, he could burn him out. Performing multiple handseals and ending with the tiger symbol, Kuchiro stated, "Fire Style: Burning Column!" (51.2 - 10 = 41.2) A five meter high and two meter wide column of fire raged outward in a straight line, ripping through the forest, incinerating the trees quickly. Hozirama jumped up and sideways, now on the canopy of a tree only a few feet to the fight of the flames. Kuchiro now knew Hozirama's position. Positioning himself properly, Kuchiro then jumped with much speed. As Kuchiro moved, he was able to manifest his Two-Tailed's second stage. Kuchiro's chakra cloak was a much more dark blue and now was soaked in flames and blood. His body now took on the tattoos and demon-like flames that the Two-Tailed had been feared for. Hozirama then timed Kuchiro's movements and attempted to form a trap that Kuchiro would jump into. (41.2 + 13.596 = 54.796)
Performing handseals, Hozirama yelled, "Wood Style: Four-Pillar Prison!" (41 - 7 = 34) As Kuchiro moved, beneath him and in front of him wood suddenly rushed and he soon found himself immobile. Then Kuchiro began to rage about, slashing at the wood, his flames helping weaken its structure. This was the fiery rage of the Two-Tailed. (54.796 - 5 = 49.796) As the prison wood in front him began to weaken, Kuchiro broke through it using the Cat's Meow. (49.796 - 10 = 39.796) He roared outward and a wind force surged forth, breaking open the prison, where Kuchiro leaped out and onto the canopy of a tree. Kuchiro had hit the third stage where he became incredibly fast, in fact so fast that conventional techniques against Kuchiro could easily be dodged. (39.796 + 17.51024 = 57.30604) Hozirama felt that he had to break Kuchiro out of his form, but knew he had to first bind him.
Hozirama then performed ten handseals, before tapping into a large pool of his chakra. "Nativity of a World of Trees!" (34-20=14) Hozirama manipulated a massive amount of tree limbs to come surging forth from all directions, before meeting upon Kuchiro. They wrapped round and round and formed a thick entrapment to hold Kuchiro in place. Kuchiro then used the Tailed Beast Shockwave twice, to make a small pocket of room for himself inside the binding. (57.30604 - 14 = 43.30604) Then Kuchiro raised his two tails upwards and fired a concentrated ball of fire into the sky. (43.30604 - 10 = 33.30604) Soon small falling stars appeared, crashing against the large forest that Hozirama created. A forest fire of blue began to spread and Hozirama's forest was weaker now. Kuchiro slammed and rammed a hole through the binding and had an intent to kill.
Kuchiro had forgotten about who he was or even that he was fighting his friend. And everything began fading to an ethereal darkness. Kuchiro then heard a calm and motherly voice. Kuchiro. You know who it is. Her voice spoke soft and sincere. Kuchiro's eyes widened, "Two-Tailed? You can talk?" He asked, with an obvious sense of curiosity. Yes, Kuchiro. It's me. Now, you're in a situation. A rather complicated one. You let my chakra overpower yours." Kuchiro sighed, he recalled how he felt that power surge through him. "I guess, I just got caught up with how strong you are." Kuchiro explained, his head leaning down. It's okay. I've decided that you are worthy. Now, please. Take back control. The Two-Tailed then disappeared and Kuchiro felt his tails rescind and his blue chakra return to where he called it from. He was only two feet from striking Hozirama who had a look in his eyes of complete fear.
Kuchiro then smiled and held out his hand. "I think I won that time, Hozi-kun." Hozirama simply nodded, and then he bowed, just as Kuchiro had bowed then. "Hey, want to know something Hozi? Two-Tailed talked to me. She was the one who saved you." Hozirama's eyes widened, and a smirk returned to his face. "A caring Tailed Beast. Now that. That will be the day." Hozirama started laughing and turned to start walking back to the village. Kuchiro smiled. "If only he knew, Two-Tailed."Being able to talk is something everyone can do, right? It's not that interesting. There are far more interesting things. Such as discussing the state of being. Or where we all come from. What our future entails. What is right? What is wrong? All are much more ideal things to discuss."Wow. I've never really thought about all those things Two-Tailed." Kuchiro responded, his brain somewhat frazzled as it tried processing the thoughts. Kuchiro. I know we barely know eachother, but I must say, it is an honor having a jinchuuriki like you. Truly."Well... It's an honor to have a... Friend like you, Two-Tailed."Friend? What a strange concept. You. Me. Friends? How interesting! I like it."Two-Tails, I'm going to have to have you loosen up a little... Just a little."

RPC Name: Goh-Goh Class: Taijutsu Demon: ---- Demon Applying For: Son Goku
Roleplay Sample:
Old Man Gohana was a peculiar old man, always drinking and gambling and asserting his youthful personality around the village. Even though he was at least seventy plus years old, he was still able to keep moving, still with a vivid source of his younger years. In theory, he had as such as it was said the Uzumaki had a strong life source, longer life span even. Perhaps this much was true to a degree, but he had been a genin for... decades one could say. He was also a questionable person in terms of safety when it came down to... his origin. His inner being was still greatly feared, but what was it?
'Bwahaha! Another round, old man? You sure hold your sake!" The tender in the sake den slid the old man yet another alcholic drink as he competed in the drinking contest with all the younger shinobi after a long hard day. Gohana looked at the drink with an uncertain glance. Staring at the ever shifting liquid in the cup and he felt a little woozy. Maybe it was just the wine getting to his head. With no second doubt he gave a loud shout of "down the hatch!" before grabbing the drink and had proceeded to slam it right there.
But something was off, Gohana knew that this level of Sake didn't make him this drunk... His thoughts were still clear so unless it was... A scream came and Gohana reacted almost instantly. Assassins, it was a poison he had been consuming! Bleary but still alert, the old man held the liquid in his mouth and tossed aside the cup. There running across the counter was a dark robed man with a dagger coming straight for him. Striking a match, he got up quickly and sprayed out the poisoned liquid from his mouth and across the lit match. Enhancing this by chakra, the assassin screamed as he was blanketed by fire, covering him from head to toe in the now gooey liquid.
From behind the old man shot up from his seat as he let his drunkard state become his advantage as he had trained and became a master of the drunk fist. An elbow shot backwards and clocked his next opposing foe in the neck before he whirled around like a slinky skeleton and became a two legged, arm-flailing whirlwind of death. He bee bopped back and forth and slapped, clawed, poked, punched and struck the assassin in the neck, eyes, check, balls, arms, and where ever he could strike with an opening. With each successful strike, he gave his signature "Wachaaw!" cries before he ended the blow with a solid strike to the throat, leaving the assassin gasping and moving on the ground as blood flowed from his mouth. Various points in his body were crushed and that included the shattered wind pipe.
"Jimmy cracked coooorn and I dooooon't caaaaaaaaaaaaare!~" Gohana sung during his wailing of yet another shinobi, kicking literally his a** with a spinning roundhouse that sent him head first into the glass aquarium, breaking it and spewing out it's glassy and watery contents all over the place.
He stood over the fallen shinobi and assumed a wobbling stance as the tavern was in chaos of combat while outside Gohana could hear the fighting. So the village was under attack? Figures that they would try and poison a defenseless old man (ha!). But the old man was surrounded by six shinobi bearing no headbands, only keeping back because of the old man's now apparent destructive nature.
Gohana normally would be able to fight, but the poison had been a truly effective one. But, this old man had some tricks up his sleeves. He was a medical man, knowledge of medicine and healing was just apart of his trade. "You all, can go suck a c**k." he slurred out as he clapped his hands together for a green glow emanated around his body, pushing the poison through his own body.
"He's healing himself! Attack now!" One of the six shinobi shouted just as the old man could only smirk. As the shinobi came toward the old man, he assumed a loose pose and released his hands. With a rather loud belch, he twirled around as a bronze colored mist was spewed out to each of the assassins. With it, he spewed out the alcoholic substance within his body and used it in conjuration of his medical jutsu to spew out the poison in his system as well.
The others reacted to the paralysis poison as the old man expelled the poison from his body in a form of a mist. His foggy vision was about to clear up with the broken bodies and poisoned assassins around him. Gohana coughed as he decided to clear out of the tavern and head out to help the rest of the village. He was careful to not trip over the fallen assassins and not to take in the poison he had just spewed out.
They must be after Son inside of me, much of the fighting is focused here. Alright Gohana, time to show your power of youth. The old man thought as he kicked open the door and came face to face with yet another shinobi. After a short and startled shout, he quickly dispatched the man with a couple heavy blows to the gut and chest. "Mountain Rising!" In fact the male was hit hard with the stone body taijutsu to where he was thrown back from the low upper cut, smashing him into an adjacent wall nearby. Two more shinobi came and the old man clapped his hands together then and charged his chakra.
"Gohana-san!" One of the allied shinobi called but the old man shrugged it off as he splayed his hands apart as more of the opposing shinobi gathered in the village. A blue aura accompanied his body as he concentrated his fuinjutsu. Pushing a single palm forward, he shot out various ethereal chains of chakra to attack and latch onto each of the advancing shinobi, six targets altogether each bound by the uzumaki jutsu. "Chakra Chains barrier." the old man said as he weaved his hands into a flurry of seals. The shinobi bound by the chains shouted, some spewing insults before a ominous barrier was erected, surrounding each of the shinobi temporarily.

(Demon App starts here)
Some of the allied shinobi were taken aback by the old man's sealing jutsu, yet it was only a temporary thing to allow the allied force to subdue them properly once it loses power. "You, and you, see to it that these intruders are dealt with and subdued for interrogation." Gohana said finally with a serious tone as the sound of more fighting echoed down the village. He had appointed the two chuunin the task of making sure the enemy force in this sector would be dealt with. "Status report, now."
Gohana stopped for a moment to hear exactly what had happened when he was dealing with the assassins in the tavern. From the quick and stuttering report of fear, the old man had learned more of the details. One, the attacking shinobi are more of mercenaries, no true allegiance. Two, they were after him and the kage and they had a summoner to assist with that. The old man calmed the two and stated that he would deal with the summoner and the summons with his own power, directing them to do what he had told them.
Summons, great. Gohana let out a sigh and clapped his hands together to regather some of his chakra in a short meditative stance. During this, he dipped deeper in his own conscience. "Hey. You awake?" He thought loudly in the deep recess of his mind. A low rumble echoed through his body and shook him to his very bone. A slow and drawn out reply came from the demon within. "Now I am, what do you want human?"
"I need your power, ol' great one. You see, even I am not strong enough to fight a summon." Gohana said simply. At first no answer came but the low rumble from within told otherwise. A foreign chakra other than his own spilled out and he felt that rush of power. Son said nothing but the old man knew he supplied it. With a surge of power the old man was rejuvenated almost as he felt ten, twenty years younger. The great beast within him seemed very considerate, maybe Gohana pleased him often enough with sappy words. Maybe it was his old age and got respect from many... Nah he was just a drunken medicine man.
Gohana clapped his hands together as he gathered chakra, the old man heard the chilling cry of a large creature followed by the crumble of the village's structures. I'm going to be too late if I don't hurry. Gohana thought as he ran up a nearby wall and took to the rooftops. Shouting to a nearby squad, he assisted the three in taking two two assailants with relative ease. The chuunin explained the situation and noted their Jonin was killed not too long ago and had been heading to do what their commanding shinobi wanted to do, take down the summoner.
"No throwing away your lives in vain, you three are now under my command for now. Do not let you Jonin's sacrifice be in vain for his life in exchange of three others. Assist me then, I have the power of which you need." The old man said to the hysterical one as he protested against it but reluctantly gave in. There they came within the given vicinity of the summoner, two giant snakes ripping throughout the town
U/C (Still working, however getting a nasty writer's block. I feel like I'm getting lazy, any plot ideas to this will be nice)

RPC Name: Ai Hanaya Class: Summoner… so far I think Clan: Hanaya Demon Applying For: Kurama | Kyuubi | Nine-Tails Link to Demon:Kurama
Roleplay Sample: So far in this fight, Ai hadn't received a single scratch. Not very strange considering her style was to sit back unscathed while her summons did all the dirty work. No signs of abnormal healing. The jounin wasn't even using particularly large amounts of chakra. Of course, that handicap had a dual purpose. Despite hosting the Kyuubi, the chakra she gained upon entering a stage reflected the amount of chakra she currently had rather than her potential maximum chakra. The only thing marking the summoner as a jinchuuriki were the dark lines etched into her face.
Ai, herself, stared coldly at her battered opponents. She didn't say a word, did nothing to generate any more dislike of her. The beauty simply stood there, her mere presence wordlessly challenging the mostly male squad to attack her without second thought. Of course they wouldn't, couldn't. The sole female of the team had already been taken care of. Not killed, Ai didn't want to enrage her enemies and give them a clear reason to hate her, of course. Rather, she was just the first knocked unconscious.
"Really? Who's idea was it to send you into such a one-sided fight?" the girl spoke softly but her words carried all the impact she needed, having signaled her summons to stop attacking the moment she began speaking. She didn't need them to continue attacking any more, either. Although, they remained in a position where they could easily kill the offenders should it be needed. Her face and voice seemed to sympathize with the beaten group, as if she worried about their well-being and that what she did to them had only been done because she was forced to. It didn't seem like she was boasting. She really didn't mean to boast either. She was only trying to soften them up, get them to like her more despite having lost to her. That way, it'll be easier to get information out of them later once her backup arrived to help her take her prisoners back to the village.
The only warning Ai had was a rustle in the bushes directly behind her. She reacted as quickly as she could, but apparently not quickly enough. She received a large gash in her side as a result of her turn as she jumped away. With her forces focused in the front, the back was just about the worst place to attack her. The summons behind her quickly killed off the group that Ai was now jumping towards to get away from the back-stabber. The one entrapped female was just as easily taken care of by the very flowers that had her unconscious body ensnared.
Playing with his prey, the new enemy licked the blood off his knife as he watched Ai carefully. Obviously, he wasn't going to say much. Well, neither would Ai for that matter. Talking during a battle was just about one of the worst distractions to inflict upon yourself anyways.
Besides, it was clear from the get-go what the new challenger was waiting for. If he was in any way tied to the previous pathetic group, he wanted Ai's demon. Right now, he was just checking to make sure that his target was the right one. This wasn't a situation Ai could bluff from either. Judging from the familiarity he showed towards having blood on his knife, he wouldn't think twice about simply killing her if she didn't show proof for being the right target.
Therefore, fine. She would play right back with him. The Hanaya generated the chakra cloak, a red aura coming to surround her as her whiskers darkened. The outline of her eyes darkened as well. She naturally stooped into a half-crouching position and in that pose began to form hand signs. She might as well bring out everything she could while she could still perform jutsus because chances were if she wanted to survive, she'd need to push past her limit. [Chakra Cloak] [Healing Passive - 1/3]
A weapon thrown faster than her eye could she stopped her attempts immediately. Normally, people would glare at this point to show their displeasure at having a weapon thrown so close to their face. Ai, however, looked up wide-eyed and frightened. Glaring was just something that she never did, especially when compared to this sort of action, that something so unconventional and usually planned was in fact quite natural for the girl.
No other act of aggression was performed beyond the warning throw, though. The enemy merely remained up on the tree, smiling as if he was having the time of his life. He was clearly willing to wait until Ai had completely healed her wound. A clear sign that things did not bode well for the Hanaya. She would not be able to play like this man was. Well then, if she was going to be given time and if this man had not qualms against seeing what she could do with the demon, then she would happily oblige.
With her wound about halfway healed, Ai traversed from the basic chakra cloak into the first stage. Her mouth developed clearly visible fangs, destroying what little amount of innocence her appearance held. She felt obliged to crouch even further as her chakra pool increased yet again. The Hanaya could feel the cloak shift into the three distinct tails, and as she felt her face turn into a natural snarl, she felt her grip on her conscious loosening. She could hear the Kyuubi now, snarling in the background as it awaited calmly for its chance. Having only mastered up to stage two, Ai, admittedly, knew very little about the Kyuubi. However, she did know that it would always leap at whatever chance it had to escape. [Stage One] [Healing Passive - 2/3]
The enemy finally let out a sound, a mere, "Oooh," sounding as childish as he had acted so far.
The newly formed tails arced protectively around Ai as her summons also surrounded her defensively. Despite her feral appearance, she wanted to try and look as helpless as she possibly could without looking like an idiot. If she took a clearly cautious defensive stance, maybe it'd do the trick and allow her to get a feel for just how this man fought.
As expected, the mystery attacker got in the first strike. His body seemed to phase for a moment, before the presence of an actual impact on Ai's back from above made it clear to her that what she was staring so intently at was only an after-image. Manipulating the cloak of Kyuubi energy surrounding her, Ai made one of the chakra arms dart behind her in an attempt to grab the attacker as she recovered her physical body. The attempt failed, but it should have at least burned the attacker's fist where he had punched Ai. [Tailed Beast Chakra Arms]
Although, compared to the damage Ai felt in her back, any burning of fists was really minuscule. Not to mention, the girl now had no idea where her attacker was. the girl thought as she began healing her back. The very fact that her attacker decided to strike first with his bare hands simply made it clearer just how lightly he was taking this all. Was he really this confident or was it just an act. [Healing Passive - 1/3]
Ai didn't get much more time to think, though, as she receded further into the Kyuubi, activating stage three without even bothering to further check whether or not the opponent really was as strong as he seemed. Perhaps that would have been the better, but--she would never admit it--she was scared. She was very scared, this particular emotion peaking thanks to the generally high emotions of the Hanaya clan.
More tails sprouted from the visible chakra aura surrounding Ai, two more to form a total of five. Ai's own body began changing, muscles beginning to shape over the host's body so that she appeared as a skinless fox with opposable thumbs. With all that, of course Ai's body would seem to change. Truth be told, even Ai didn't know the actual facts of this change herself. Being so close to the limit of retaining her humanity, the girl didn't have much room for self-inspection or even inspection of her surroundings. She had to focus all her efforts on the Kyuubi, keeping a over-wary eye on it to make sure it didn't pull off anything in between its malicious sneers and snarls. It knew it was winning, much like what the assassin in the physical world probably thought. [Stage Two]
For their safety, the summons present spiraled out farther from their host. Lucky for all involved except for the poor victim, one of them happened upon the attacker and was promptly hacked back to the summoning lands. Ai didn't wait and just acted, clawing in the general direction of the disturbance, the chakra-enhanced attack creating a tornado. [Nine Tails Twister] [Healing Passive - 2/3]
Once more, though, the enemy managed to dodge the most damaging portions of the attack. Although, at least now he was out in the clear, where Ai could see his burned hand and heavily injured arm, the latter proof that she had managed to at least graze him (the size of the tornado classified heavily injured arms as grazing). She couldn't help but feel happy at that, as irrational as it was. This was hardly a fair trade, the next few events making that fact blatantly obvious.
Taking advantage of the opening created by the large attack, the enemy shinobi darted forwards, giving no heed to his arm. Once more, he had taken advantage of the after-images he could create. In fact, the body Ai had observed the enemy's injuries on was merely an after-image. Rather than attacking the back like last time, an endeavor that would take just a bit longer, the still-smiling opponent aimed for Ai's face.
Ai pounced backwards from the attack, the wound on her back having already healed by this point. She received a light scratch. [Healing Passive - 3/3]
Then the initially shallow attack was followed up by a much deeper secondary attack. It was only a fist, rather than the knife that struck first, but the energetic aura that surrounded the impossibly fast fist made it obvious that it wasn't just a fist. The impact that came from its strike simply backed up the observation. Unable to react in time, Ai received the blow in whole, flying back and crashing into the trees. By the time she finally slid into the ground, a billowing cloud of dust and other light debris had formed.
Taking his advantage, the smiling assailant leaped forwards, fully ready to strike the final blow once the vision-obscuring cloud cleared.
Ai didn't bother fully recovering. She simply got her head upright so that it faced the direction she had been launched from and fired a beam of concentrated chakra from her mouth. It was a panic attack. She didn't really think it'd hit. She wasn't really thinking at all. The largest wound on her body, a large gash in her side that came from crashing through all those trees, began to passively heal. [Nine Tails Beam] [Healing Passive - 1/3]
The fox within Ai sneered happily as he finally stood up. Soon. Very soon he would have his chance. Shrewdly, he almost purred, {You need me. Admit it.}
The assassin quickly ended his advance to dodge the high-powered beam. Rather than hitting the assassin, the beam pierced through and felled several of the trees behind him. Still taking things quite easy, the assassin raised an eyebrow at the destruction behind him. He didn't advance blindly forwards anymore, though.
Ai ignored the demon inside her as she took the chance to regain a proper battle position. This wasn't the first time he spoke to her. She knew to ignore him. Although, the pressure he applied on her kept her from thinking ahead. {So you want to die, human?} Ai grit her teeth, holding back any response, willing herself to not fall for the obvious bait. The Kyuubi was intentionally pressuring her mind to prevent her from thinking of any counter asides from the obvious: advancing further and giving the reins to it.
The gash in Ai's side grew shallow. It now only bled lightly. Just a bit longer. A little bit. She wouldn't need the Kyuubi and she wouldn't die if she could hold on for just a little longer. Ai tried to keep at least that much in her mind. [Healing Passive - 2/3]
The dust cleared, revealing the two to each other. They acted at once.
Ai swiped a claw, sending a giant twister straight at the assassin. [Nine Tails Twister]
Being able to clearly think and knowing that at this stage of demon release his target must be having some trouble thinking, the assassin had predicted the strike and flashed twice, first to the side to dodge the tornado and then straight at Ai. The first use of the technique had already revealed to him that his target was open after that strike. He was starting to run low on chakra, but he was certain that this would be the last thing he'd need to do.
The assailant closed the gap in a moment, a glowing fist ready to knock Ai unconscious.
Ai blanked. No, she didn't want to die. No. NO.
The Kyuubi pounced on the chance with a snarl, {That's it, human. It's my turn now.}
A tree grew out from the ground in front of Ai, effectively blocking the assassin's attack.
The creator of the tree didn't waste any time in revealing herself, nor did the rest of her squad. One of them hurried to Ai's side while the rest stood in a wide ring around her. Except for the one besides Ai, they all focused on the enemy shinobi, who continued to smile despite everything.
The frequent smiler wasn't the center of attention for long, though. A scream and crashing brought the attention of Ai's allies to the center of their ring. In that moment, the enemy assassin quietly made his exit. His job wasn't done, but he could do nothing more, not with the host rampaging and a whole squad of skilled shinobi hanging about. No one gave chase to him, there primary target now switched from him to the very person they had been sent to save. [Stage Three] [Tailed Beast Chakra Arms]
Ai's body, no longer visible, crouched menacingly. The chakra cloak of the Kyuubi had gotten bigger, towering over everyone present, and a skeleton now surrounded the body. 8 tails, rather than 5, weaved about each other malignantly, just waiting to smash some other human into the surrounding trees. It was always funny to see humans thinking they could take on the Kyuubi. He didn't bother with thoughts of an escape. He would forever be stuck in a human's body, after all, and he couldn't remain in control for forever. Already, his human was trying to find her way out of the maze of her mind, find her way back to being in control. In the end, escaping wouldn't achieve anything.
The squad of shinobis, one of them already injured from the Kyuubi's opening attack and the Kyuubi stared each other down quietly. Quite naturally, the Kyuubi took in a deep breath as he simultaneously raised his tails.
As expected, the silly humans went for the bait, freaking out and all jumping up at the same time. It was a shame they weren't all grouped together, but the fox would take what he could. With the breath he had taken, the Kyuubi roared, chakra morphing relatively harmless sound into a pounding attack of pressure and destruction. [Tailed Beast Shockwave]
Those in front were blown away, giving the Kyuubi a free escape path along with the fun of crushing a few humans. He doubted that he killed them, though. They must all have been highly skilled considering the risks of rescuing the Kyuubi.
To deal with those behind him, the Kyuubi merely swept his tails down at varying angles. He didn't hit anything… this time. He needed vision. Not expecting those that had been in front of him would recover very quickly, the Kyuubi swung about, allowing his tails to swing with his body to create a natural but devastating attack. As soon as he caught vision of the rest of the humans, the skeleton-covered form of an Ai controlled by Kyuubi snapped at the nearest target. Of course, said target jumped away, which amused the demon highly. It was hard to see, with the vague face that the chakra cloak provided, but the Kyuubi was immensely enjoying himself.
He would have advanced then to land the finishing blow if his confidence didn't come to bite him in the butt. Well, in this case, ensnare him. The humans he had been so sure wouldn't be able to recover quickly were back on their feet in no time, and among them was the team leader and high-level Mokuton user. She had promptly begun restraining him in preparation for absorbing his chakra, but the demon wasn't going to go down just like that. No, he would make sure to take at least one life before receding. The blame accompanied by the act would be entertaining to watch his host struggle with.
The Kyuubi didn't bother turning and simply brought his eight tails as far up as he could and then smashed them down. Even restrained, the force of the Tailed Beast Shockwave generated by them easily broke the trees that limited the Kyuubi's movement and interrupted the Senju's second jutsu. [Tailed Beast Shockwave]
Free once more, the Kyuubi didn't try to turn around and exact revenge on the sealer nor did he try to finish off murdering one of the shinobi in front of him. No, he took the time to gather even more charka. His hatred of the humans fueling his change, the skeleton was replaced by fur-like chakra and the face became more defined, more fox-like. The chakra-cloak grew in size and strength until it finally morphed into a full-sized Kyuubi, towering over the trees. Ai could feel it pressing in around her. She was already struggling to regain her conscious and control over her own body. Now, it just became harder. She felt as if she was drowning in the chakra. {Just sleep, human,} the Kyuubi sneered gleefully, {I just want some fun. You should enjoy this while you can as well.} [Stage Four]
With a sudden burst of speed, the Kyuubi spun around, sweeping his along to try and dish out any extra damage he could. No special chakra with the move, just sheer destructive speed and strength. This feeling of power, of his old body, the Kyuubi relished it highly. Up until this stage, he had been stuck with the puny capabilities of his weak human host. He wanted to see the Mokuton user try and ensnare him now.
Too bad he couldn't see the Mokuton user despite having turned around for that explicit purpose. He couldn't see anyone for that matter, all of them having gone ninja and hidden themselves. The Kyuubi glared around until… There. He felt it, the twinge of someone wanting to attack him. Without even turning, the Kyuubi sent a tail smashing into the general area. The sheer size of the tail neglecting any need to precisely aim the strike. [Negative Emotion Sense]
A resounding crash followed the strike and the Kyuubi found itself relishing a moment's worth of satisfaction before more annoying wood came to ruin his tiny break. Numerous wooden pillars with canine heads quickly wound themselves around the Kyuubi's tail and proceeded to indiscriminately drain the tailed beast's chakra. The Kyuubi snarled and turned about, his sweeping tails leaving giant trails of destruction. More obstacles appeared, though, causing the Kyuubi to stumble, trip, and fall. The foo dog pillars continued to entrap his tails, enduring the thrashing.
As the chakra slowly drained, Ai found herself able to regain just a bit more control of her mind. The drowning sensation lessened, she felt she could try and maneuver herself into a better mental condition. She began to lightly push her way back, and the Kyuubi could feel it.
The fox, knowing his time was short snarled as he tottered back up. The dogs had already managed to successfully entrap most of his tails, the pillars becoming more and more powerful the more they absorbed. He snarled, remaining still as he tried to muster up his chakra for something, anything. He could get nothing, though, and he could feel Ai slowly pushing him away as he lost more and more of his chakra to the Mokuton technique.
{Stay down, human!} the Kyuubi demanded as her physically roared. His tails flailed for one last time as the wooden pillars creeped over his face. Ai pushed back the Kyuubi's demand without a word, her determination present merely in her actions. She would be the one in control. Not the Kyuubi.
The monstrous chakra cloak surrounding Ai slowly diminished until nothing was left save for her body, slightly battered and bruised but quite fine in all other respects. Despite all the destruction the Kyuubi had been creating with his chakra, it had continued to heal Ai's body. Ai's eyes blinked awake as the Kyuubi was fully sealed. Then they closed as she lost complete consciousness herself. With the Kyuubi's chakra completely gone, she couldn't keep herself up any longer. She was too exhausted to.

RPC Name: kirianna Aburame Class: Ninjutsu Clan: Aburame Demon Applying For: Shukaku Link to DEmon:Shukaku - Ichibi
Roleplay Sample:"Shukaku. The bane of my existence. Sleep? dont even remember what it is supposed to feel like. It has been so long, since I have last felt its sweet embrace." The dark circles under Kirianna's eyes are incredibly pronounced. What to do in the presence of such a volatile beast? I watch as her head lowers, and her eyes close. Sleep? She just said... Oh... Awake already... that was barely thirty seconds of sleep. I see what she means. Well. This should be an interesting story.
It was long ago, many years, at the age of ten when a man came, and stole Kirianna away into the night, with the intent of sealing inside her, a most horrible monster. She questions everyday why she was taken, but given her already outsider status, she wasn't really surprised. It made school even more unbearable. The lack of sleep. Now not only did she have dead eyes, she had dark circles beneath them. When sleep came so did the nightmares of the monster, worming around in her head, changing her. after the first night, her mother started in on her, yelling getting aggressive. Kirianna snapped. She spun and kicked her mother, sending her flying through the doorway and into the kitchen table. She lay there in a pool of blood, dead. Kirianna felt no remorse, just a cold sense of satisfaction. With the aid of the monster within, she dug a hole in the yard, dragged her mother out, and threw her in. The wood of the kitchen floor is still stained to this day. A happy reminder of the hateful woman being out of her life.
However after that night she never slept more than a few minutes, terrified of lashing out in a public place due to the monster. The last thing she needed was people finding out, about her mothers death. She lied, told others she ran off with some travelling shinobi. Leaving the poor girl to fend for herself. While she garnered a small amount of sympathy from the villagers, no one really reached out to the troubled girl, now all alone. She just had that nagging voice in her head. And a thirst for blood. Not too long after this, when Her father found out, He came around, trying to talk to Kirianna, sooth her, take her in. He walked into the house, the door unlocked, as no one would enter the dwelling of the young girl, out of fear of her cold, dead eyes. He walked in, unanounced, drunk, and lay his hand upon her shoulder. Kirianna reacted, purely out of instinct, and with Shukaku goading her on, she cut him open, with the knife she had been using to prepare dinner. One swift cut through his abdomen and his insides slide forth to the floor. A cold frenzy settled upon the girl and she leapt forward, dragging the knife through his flesh over and over. cackling wickedly as she did, hot spurts of blood coating her flesh.
Afterwards, she sat upon his chest, blood dripping from her hair and fists, still clutched around the knife planted firmly in his chest. She lifted her hand and tentatively licked the blood from her fingertips and shuddered. "So sweet. So sweet the life of you..." Pushing herself up she walked to the wash room to clean the blood off before retrieving her shovel and digging a second hole in the yard. she dragged her fathers corpse out and deposited it inside, before shoveling the dirt back in and patting it down. Her second kill inside of a month. Two bloodstains now adorn her kitchen floor.
The following is a direct quote, word for word, from the subject of our article. Her answer to the following question. "Kirianna, tell us about Ai please. What happened between the two of you that created such a close bond?"
At the age of fifteen... I had a fight with Ai. My sister. I love her dearly. Though at the age of fifteen I resented her. I am not entirely sure why. She was no better off than I was. Our father cheated on her mother with mine... I guess, because she got to spend time with him? Or see him? I never met him before he vanished... Assumed dead during one of his drinking binges... Anyway, I had been having a bad day with my squad. They were being particularly rude to me, whispering about me behind my back. They wouldnt dare say anything to my face. They feared me. The demon girl with the dark circles around her dead eyes... So running into A, alone, in the woods... I became enraged at the sight of her. My perfect, loved sister. I was jealous, that people adored her, and hated me. It was almost instant, my shift into the demon. No fear filled her eyes as the brown chakra coated my body. In fact she had much the same reaction to my change, that i had to seeing her in the first place. Her aura, however, is red, not brown. At this stage I only had a small store of sand. enough for two spears at most. One of which i threw instantly at her, rage seething through my mind. She dodged easily enough, rage clouded my judgement, my sense of aim. I am glad of it. However, my poor aim enraged me further. The sand flowed back along the ground, and coated my body. i felt stronger, more in control. I also sprouted a single tail. Which is an interesting and useful extra appendage to have I must say.
Ai never fought back. She just kept moving, dodging me. I think she knew, if it came down to a fight, she could kill me easily. Even though we shared so much animosity, I feel like murdering her own sister was not something she could bring herself to do... If she knew of what I had done as a child, perhaps that would be different. But no one knew, except for you, and now the world I suppose. Anyway. Burning a small amount of my chakra, I formed my tail into an arm and moved towards Ai. She was backed into a tree, and a triumphant smirk spread across my face. She couldn't escape, or so i thought. The chakra arm lashed forward, and in a puff of smoke she was gone and the hand connected with the tree. It still holds the burned imprint of my hand to this very day. I spun, snarling, raging, my tail once more a tail. And there she was. A look of such all consuming sadness on her face, it broke my heart right there. Shook me from my hatred for long enough that her words filtered through. "Kirianna, I am so sorry, for father, for the world hating you. I never hated you. I will never run from you," Such simple words. no one would think such things would have the effect they had on me. It was as if I was a child again. just six years old, before the Shukaku, before the murder and pain and sleeplessness. So innocent and alone. The sand receded, the cloak of chakra too and i fell to my knee's. tears streaming down my face.
From that day, we have been closer than anyone else. I can talk to her about anything, She is my best friend. Though we have our issues, what with her hosting the kyuubi. I have never felt as alone as i did before that day since. Even when the rest of the world turns its back, I know one person waiting with open arms for me to come back to her. I hope to never lose her.
A long time has passed since our interview with kirianna, I am sad to report that the misunderstood child has since passed on. I am here to report to you, how she died. and the manner in which someone stole her shukaku. In the end, I believe the two grew to be close. But that is just this outsiders opinion. She allowed me to follow her into battle after that interview, little did either of us know, it would be her last. I admit, to becoming attached to the woman with the troubled past. Her story moved me to tears on many an occaision, the pain in her eyes... So real. Anyway, allow me to finish this story. Here follows, The fall of Kirianna, host to the Shukaku.
Darkness had fallen, what small light there was came from the crescent moon high in the sky. Only small flashes of light could be seen. With a grunt Kirianna fell to her knees, a Kunai knife protruding from her stomach. She ignored it, pushed herself back to her feet. With a single hand sign a ball of fire shot onto a nearby tree, lighting up the area so much better as the tree roared into life, catching the next one over alight as well. She faced a single opponent. She seemed confident, sure of herself, on top of the world. My guess, the scent of blood from her own oozing wound had awakened the Shukaku.
She widened her stance, I could see her changing, the sand bursting out of the fragile glass jar that was fitted to her lithe frame. I have seen at least a hundred of these jars sitting in a room in her home, they break so easily. The sand coursed over her body, turning her into the bloodsoaked substance as it went. She moved, considerably slower now, however ,the air around her was filled with sand particles. With a hand raised, a demonic head formed around her opponent. mouth opened wide. She closed her hand and the mouth of the beast head slammed closed, however, her prey managed, by some insane feat of speed, to escape the maw of the monstrous sand beast. Two thuds filled the air, and two kunai passed through the sand body of my, dare i say, friend, before landing in the ground. A small groan and Her quarry changed tactic, or I assume that was the case.
A lightning drill ninjutsu sped out of the fiery tree line, hitting the sand and coming to a halt, the burning hot current turning part of her body to glass. This chunk would have fallen, but I got the distinct impression it was wrapped around her spine. Her movements became slower now, I could see her grow impatient, and her form begin to change as she released to the third stage of the shukaku's power. I wondered if she would try to attack with the sand again.
Suddenly another lightning drill came spinning forth, however this time, she was prepared as the sand shield spread forth, protecting her from the hit. Instead a portion of the rounded shield changed to glass and fell to the ground, shattered. A frustrated sigh gave her awake and Kiri reacted, Sand spears forming in a second and shooting into the tree line. I dont know exactly how many she shot, but at least one hit its mark as a shrill scream pierced the night air. It only took the enemy seconds to compose herself before water came flooding out from beneath the flames. A more beautiful sight I have never seen.
The water shredded Kiri's shield and dragged her sand body out and away. I have no idea what happened next, but she returned, back in human form, shortly after, panting, blood still draining from her stomach found. "Come out and fight me face to face, coward." A self satisfied smirk bloomed on her face as the woman stepped out of the flames and leapt forward, water and lightning jutsu racing towards Kirianna. I gasped and stepped forward, only to find myself caught in place by the sands. She was using them to ensure I didnt get hurt... I understood that in a second.
The woman everyone perceived as heartless, was trying to save my life... She looked back at me with a kind smile and thats when it happened... In that split second, I saw the kunai fly, way off course, she moved her hands, a small flick, clutching something unseen. The firelight illuminated the thin wire for just a moment and I screamed but it was too late. The hateful sow pulled and the razor sharp wire slid through her neck. Sweet Kiri... The sand collapsed around me as her life blood pumped from her neck. No last words, no chance to say goodbye, Instantly the woman was upon her, performing some ritual to absorb the demon. Before vanishing into the night. I moved, as if in slow motion, to Kirianna's side, knelt there, in a pool of her blood and moved her head back to her body, tried with futility to press it back on, wishing, I had been able to save her. My heart broke that day, and I doubt I will ever be the same. She fought for her village, even though they hated her, shunned her. She fought anyway to protect the ungrateful people... I am sorry. I will let you go now. Dont forget, even the people you shun, if kind, may one day leap to your aid in your time of need. Perhaps you need to take the time to reach out to one of those people on the outskirts. Who knows, they may save your life one day.
Hello my loyal followers. As you know I have been covering the recent fight tournament being hosted here in soragakure. For the following story i must ask you to search your minds for my story on a woman named Kirianna and her fall at the hands of a strange woman. I have found her, right here, in the tournament. I woke up late today, slept in, the usual reasons, celebrating the fight my borther won yesterday. Anyway, when I arrived, the fight had been raging for a good half hour i believe. I took my seat against the railings, looking down into the pit, watched as the ninja where facing off. I thought, for a moment, my eyes had deceived me, however they had not. One of the nin below was made entirely out of sand. This confused me greatly. Until i realized exactly who it must be.
I grunted as my stomach clenched in agony and despair as my friend jumped to my minds forefront once again. I thought on her everynight before sleep, but this was different. My mind filled with flashes of our time together, the growing affection we had for each other. Anyway, enough reflection. I wish to comment on the... strangely different fight style of the woman who now held host to the shukaku.
I watched, enthralled. She was so focused, so calm. So different from the bloodthirsty killer kirianna had been. I wondered if it was the shukaku, or the individual. Kirianna had had the thing all her life though.... She should have bee able to control it better than someone who only had it three years... Well, that wasnt important. As i watched, beore my very eyes, She changed, grew, her form changed... she turned into some kind of monster. I assume the shukaku itself. it was monstrous. The crowd waited on the edge of their seats, hooked. With baited breath we watched. and the opponent looked somewhat scared of the beast. Which is not surprising really. Such an intimidating figure. Gigantic. Strong. Powerful.
five minutes passed, and they stood there staring at each other. A soft noise filled the air, getting louder and louder. Like sand in an hour glass. Then i realized what was happening as the ground began to disintegrate below the Shukaku's opponent. A tiny platform of stone was all that remained within the center of the lake of sand.He spun on the platform, looking around frantically. He seemed to decide on a course of action as his mouth set into a determined line. He started to run across the sand just as the platform was eaten up in the sand. Two steps to solid ground and a dark laugh resonated through the area. A small frown creased my brow and then sand shot up around The man. It formed into the demons own head, a jutsu i had seen before. This man, however, was not as lucky as the shukaku had been. A scream started, but was cut short as the sand trap closed on his body... She erased him. He was as if he had never been... and the monster had not even moved. I am sure she could have decimated us all given the chance. Why she decided to not is beyond me. Perhaps it didnt suit her will... Who knows. I am grateful though, so I can tell you the story. A gentle reminder, to be careful in this world of unimaginable power.
I have decided to not follow that horrible woman. I dont want to end up the same as sweet kirianna, or the poor ninja I just saw erased from existence.... his poor family... The tournament has been temporarily postponed until the grounds can be repaired somewhat. I think a drove of earth nin are going to attempt to fix it tomorrow. If they succeed, you will have a report on the next round of matches in a few short days.

RPC Name: Ashitaka Class: Ninjutsu Clan: None thus far Demon Applying For: Kokuo Link to DEmon:Kokuo, the Gobi
Ashitaka was an honest individual. He had not wronged anyone in his eighteen years of life. He had never stolen, or lied, or ever had a single instance of being greedy. Nor had any of his friends, adoptive family, or anyone else that lived in the monastery. So why was it burning? Why had they been attacked? Why were the men being slaughtered and women being raped? Why were the children being enslaved, and why was he being forced to kill in self-defense? The island should have been isolated, with multiple eyes-in-the-skies to watch for potential threats. The population within the monastery had not done a thing to cause hostility or anger. They had not evoked this attack. Yet there Ashitaka stood, blood spattered over every piece of clothing he wore and knuckle blades dripping from his seventh fresh kill amongst the flames and burning halls.
Here is where he made his last stand, for the remaining civilians hid in the Mass Room, a place of lecture, of prayer, and of praise. He gritted his teeth as another came at him. He parried the overhead swing of the opponent's sword with his right knuckle blade, then delivered a swift jugular slice with his left. That made eight. He hated this, but he was not going to let another one of the monks be slain.
With a loud battle cry, Ashitaka went on the offensive, using the hallway's narrow space to his advantage. Five on one was dangerous, two on one was a different matter entirely. He had been trained to fight, to protect these people. He was not going to fail his duty to them, nor a promise he had made just a day's time prior to the raid. His Wolf Fang Raid style was designed for this kind of combat: quick, deadly, precise, easily moving from one downed foe to the next in a fluid and seamless motion. He got hit by an arrow to the shoulder, but his adrenaline nulled any pain he should have felt. He did not lose a single ounce of his momentum as he began to bounce off walls and other raiders as he cut vital organs and areas of their bodies to deliver quick kills and move on immediately. Blood now spattered his face as he worked his way to the outdoor area where the raiders seemed to be coming from.
When he reached the outside portion of the monastery, any sane man's determination would have ceased. what appeared to be a hundred warriors had taken the area, looting and doing the common place thing veterans tell from old war/horror stories. But as Ashitaka witnessed the last of the monk protectors fall, he was only filled with rage. For the first time, he felt anger. A voice in his head told him it was ok. It was fine to die a warrior's death, so long as he did what he set out to do. He let out a yell that mimicked a wolf's cry, and leapt forward at the sea of men and woman aimed to end his life.
Around Ashitaka laid a circle of slain foes. He was on his knees, three arrows had pierced his body, and he was covered in cuts and gashes. He was losing blood at a dangerous rate, and still ten or twenty warriors stood. He could not tell their exact numbers, as his vision was blurred. However, the warriors did not attack, and instead made was for a giant man covered in skulled armaments. He must have been their leader. "Impressive," he spoke, "for one man to cause this much damage to my group. They were the finest I had ever had the pleasure of working with, and you cut them down as if they were amateurs. If only you had not been a damned fool. Your head will make a wonderful trophy."
This was it. Ashitaka was going to die, and he did not have the strength to lift a single muscle. As the giant's ax came to Ashitaka's head, Ashitaka actually looked at the ax without a bit of regret showing on his face. In that instant, everything went black. He had gone from the monastery to floating in a pitch black void. Was he now dead? "No, young one. You are not dead. Not yet." Ashitaka heard a booming voice answer his thoughts as he lightly floated down towards a pillar. It was an elder sounding voice, though did not ring of any hosility and rather sounded kind. When his feet touched this pillar, five circles appeared in the darkness, surrounding his base in a semi-circle fashion behind him. Each of these circles was a different color, and were marked with kanji for the five primary elements. Before him was a massive gate with a seal on it. Behind this gate was a shadowed beast that appeared to be a wolf or some sort of canine. Five equally massive tails seemed to dance behind this beast. Ashitaka's eyebrow rose, then he looked around. "Katon... Suiton... Doton... Fuuton... Raiton." He had read something in the most ancient of the monastery's books about this. The five elements.... beasts of great power... and a sage that in old times had... Ashitaka looked down for a moment, thinking, then his eyes widened as he faced the beast, who nodded. "It is as you believe." A mirror spawned at Ashitaka's right, which reflected his birth on the island. A flash, and he was on a table with monks and priests surrounding him in his infancy. A seal was on his stomach. Ashitaka lifted his own, cleaned shirt, showing the same seal. Again his mind raced. "Your life on the island was no accident. It was a calculated move to isolate you. Within your body, you hold two separate chakras. Yours, and mine." The beast sounded almost sympathetic. Now it made sense... such power would need to be contained. "You were taken from Iwagakure as a power move by your parents and were moved to the monastery where they sealed me into you. You were to be a gift to the Mizukage as a sign of trust." At the end, it sounded like the beast knew how it felt to be used in such a manner.
It all made sense now. The raid was a consequence of the power move. It was a punishment. But Ashitaka still loved the people he had come to know, and the mirror replayed the event the day before. He stood in the monastery's garden, holding hands with a girl. She had fair skin and dark blue hair. She was gorgeous, and in that moment, Ashitaka felt like the luckiest person in the world. They had made a promise then: when both were able to leave the monastery after completing their training, they would meet in Kiri and start a life together. But that too had been planned from the start. Everything about his life, everything he thought was his own free will to want was all organized to control him. His love was a ploy to stay within the power struggle. His training was instilled into him to be a human weapon for his new home. And yet....
"You can give in. There is no shame in it. However, if you wish to still fight, I can aid you." Ashitaka was cautious about this, but touched the gate, just left of the seal. Around him, many mirrors spawned, showing images of Ashitaka using a great power. An addictive power. When his hand left the gate, the mirrors vanished. And after a moment, Ashitaka looked at the beast. "This may be another set up, but right now.... I still love the Headmaster, Yuuki..." He looked at the beast with determination. "Any funny business..." He felt a sense of contempt. Even though he still did not trust the beast, he had a feeling from how it spoke it would not turn on him; his goal was not to take over but something else. With this Ashitaka looked up, and the darkness engulfed him, then was flooded with a bright white light.
The ax fell on Ashitaka's forehead, but could not pierce the new, multi-hued chakra coat that now surrounded Ashitaka's body. A single tail appeared from his chakra coat. His eyes' color inverted, causing his pupils to be grey and his irises to be black. The edges of his mouth darkened. He let out a demonic howl, sending a massive gust of wind to blow the bodies and the warriors in a wave form. The warriors were in clear shock and fear. "What the hell...?" Ashitaka interrupted the leader with another roar. "You will be punished for your sins! May whatever deity you pray to have mercy on your souls. I will not!" The chakra tail then formed a hand and arm which seemed to be able to be controlled. He then rushed the group of foes with a new found fury. Four punches and a kick. Five went down of the remaining ten foes without anyone being able to react, either do to shear fear of Ashitaka's new form or because of the terror he envoked. The chakra hand managed to grab one of the hit opponents, causing the foe to burn. And now a second tail spawned from his chakra coat as the coat itself lost all color except for the reds. He formed a handsign, then extended his hands outward. A fireball shot from his right at a remaining opponent. In this instant, the chakra tail that had formed a hand returned to forming a tail. Catching Ashitaka off guard, he was unable to follow up the fireball, but instead focused chakra and tapped into a different element and formed a handsign as the coat lost its red hues and gains brown hues. This caused a earthen spike to shoot up from the ground and impale a second opponent. A third rushed him; a fearful assault. Ashitaka attempted to switch elements again, but could not. This allowed the charging foe to cut through the chakra cloak with his kunai. However, Ashitaka grapped the foe's wrist and the tails turned into hands again. They circled around the foe and grappled him, freeing Ashitaka's real hands to form handsigns as he finally managed to swap elements again which caused his chakra coat to lose its brown hues and gain yellow hues. A lightning bolt shot through the held foe, killing him. So he had to wait a small amount of time before using a different element... It was a funny feeling though: every tail that grew, he was able to feel his chakra return. Not fully, but a decent portion. The techniques he had been using seemed to be simplistic in nature, but were powerful nonetheless. Without the returning chakra, he would have ran out completely two attacks ago. It was not as though he felt he had limitless chakra, but he knew those he fought were strong and high ranking; weak attacks would not cut it here.
The smell of urine came from the giant. His best men and women, reduced to screaming children in their final moments. Now he had too. Ashitaka had become something out of a horror story told to young ones to keep the in line. Ashitaka stopped, and looked behind him at the monastery and the river of bodies leading in. He could not return there; he had no home now. A third tail grew from Ashitaka's coat as the previous tails lost their hand features again. Black covered his lips, canines grew, and his coat seemed to take on a swirl of reds and white. He formed a handsign per hand, his tails formseemed to point their tips at his handsigns. Without hesitation or remorse he eradicated the man using a fuuton/katon combination which created a sizable impact and explosion. He almost, almost licked the blood off his mouth. However, he would not give into the insanity. To prevent any more chaos, he walked away from the bloodshed he had caused. He would not be the source of more destruction. He would, however, continue with what was planned for his life. He would go to Kirigakure. They wanted a monster? Let them have one.
Cassie; Approved. You displayed the weakness of the demon, and your personality is pivotal to this demon. A well-suited character for the demon.
Cass; Right now, I cannot say that I've seen enough. You don't lay out any of the demon's weaknesses--there are some despite it having all five elements--and it really felt more like you were roleplaying to try and get a bloodline. I really didn't feel like you were describing the demon, more the character himself.

I like this application, but I cannot accept it. Be wary of the fact that shukkaku doesn't receive any type of bonus to strength beyond what anyone would get when they turned into a giant raccoon-dog, for starters. Also, In your app, unless I am mistaken, the only stages you used for the demon was the second and third. Granted you used a technique from a stage higher, and couple of the ones from stages below, you didn't actually show a progression of stages as you would have to in the RP. In addition to that, though you did show said stages decently well, the demon has more to offer than just taking no damage from phsyical attacks and being weak to ninjutsu. I was expecting to see the demon's full potential in the app. Another reason why the demon's stage progression is important is because Shukkaku changes the higher in it's stages you go. It goes from full on attack like a rage beast to a more defensive, planner. This is why the sand manipulation is so pivotal to the Ichibi's design. Creativity is key when fighting with it, and I personally didn't see enough in this application.

Its an unspoken rule that these apps are supposed to sit for 7 complete days from the day of original posting, so that all other guild members are given a chance to contend for the demon. I'm overturning both of these decisions to approve/deny Cassie's and Cass' apps because it hasn't been 7 days for either of them
Cassie: You're app won't be judged till the 28th, in three more days. At that time, Kay will check it out. If for whatever reason he cannot get on gaia then any VC or myself can step in and make the decision for him.
Cass: You're app won't be judged till the 1st of June, 7 days from now.
I suggest that both of take this time to edit your apps.

It was a calculated move to isolate you. mostly for the same reasons given by Muffin, I'm gonna deny this application as well. You didn't do much to show the weaknesses of the demon, few as they are. Also, I felt like this application was made less to show your knowledge of the demon, and instead give us a nice view into your vision of Ashitaka. While I appreciate that your character has a backstory, the application should be less Ashitaka, and more Hokou. I also saw that you gave the chakra cloak the ability to resist being penetrated by a man swingin down an axe. That isn't how that works. The cloak, in fact, does nothing important for the hokou, aside from showing what elements it has active.

RPC Name: Sho Class: Sensor Clan: Demon Applying For: Isobu - Sanbi Link to DEmon:Isobu - Sanbi
Roleplay Sample: Sho had been walking for days alone in the mountainous countryside, slowly putting his hands behind his head he talked as he always did to his inner demon, Isobu. "You know, you're not getting better at talking since we achieved full possession are you Isobu?" "I...I tttr-y-" Sho rolled his eyes with a laugh "I know I'm trying to get you to be a little less reserved, you should talk more, you're pretty intelligent and nice to talk to you if you ever opened up, you know?""Thank you...S-ho." Happy that he got a comment back Sho decided to wait a bit before engaging in more conversation.
Hearing the sound of moving water, Sho didn't need to climb down rocky hillside to get a drink of water since his container had gone dry a few miles ago. Focusing himself he spread his feet a bit part. Focusing on the running water he manipulated the water from the stream into his canteen filling it up before securing the top. A frown appeared on his face as Sho looked off in the distance "Isobu, we've got company, three, possibly one a bloodline.". "O-h, we better g-go..." Isobu replied. "We're not going anywhere, not at the rate they are approaching, we have to prepare for the worst and expect the need to go into full release." "Oh." Isobu replied in a reserved manner.
Three ninja appeared on three separate trees, the obviously were organized but from village neither had seen. "You, we know you are the Jinchūriki of the three tails, we want it, so you're going to come quietly and there will be need for no mess". "Just three of you, what a pity!""You speak with such confidence, we are high ranking ninja and you're just a lowly ex jonin, you couldn't even become kage of your former village, we're well versed in your abilities!". "Fine then I'll show what we can do!" Sho replied back as the ninja took point around him on the same level ground.
Soon Sho's body glowed with a pale greenish, like aura. His skin started to look as if coral was growing around his entire body. Feeling a surge of chakra he felt confident "Let's go Isobu!" Running towards the middle ninja the ninja on the right formed lightning style signs "Lightning style: Lightning Blast!" Electricity past from his hands towards Sho, allowing it to strike he felt minor electrical burns due to the elemental resistance. "Weak attacks like that don't can't hurt me in this state." "I guess we'll need a bigger fire...heh!" they said almost in unison. The third ninja started to weave signs but before he could complete the jutsu Sho used signs of his own. "Water style: steam!" Tilting his head back the ninjas fell from their position and retreated backwards to dodge the steam.
"We're an unbeatable team and we're just getting started!' "Isobi lead me more of your power!""Sure, um don't overdo it, I do--n't like fighting..." The first tale of appeared out of the chakra cloak and Sho's body changed appearance even more. Those coral like scales continued to spread across Sho. Looking more and more like he was turning into Isobu, the ninjas that fell back appeared to be casting the dragon fire jutsu together. Quickly forming hand signs with the new chakra he he gained and the elemental boost. He used the water from the big river to create a giant shark. "Water style: Water Blast!" The shark quickly lunged at the three and both attacks met each other head on, canceling each other out. Creating steam, he used the distraction to plow through it to attack the shinobi directly with the coral palm.
"I know we can do it if it can just immobilize them and we can escape without killing them...". Throwing his palm into one of the shinobi he yelled "Coral palm!" Landing the blow on one of the ninja, the other two conveniently seemed to disappear. Sho was overconfident and didn't expect a trap. Sho watched as the ninja was slowly being encased in coral, the ninja first seemed shocked but at then smiled as the coral grew around the body. Soon the body turned white, it was a clay clone soon after he heard "KATSU!" and the clone detonated. The blast hit Sho with full force, sending him down near the edge of the river. Sho sighed as he tried to shrug it off "Sorry about that...", his resistance was barely enough to keep the injuries from being serious.
The three ninja appeared again in a group "You were a jonin?" in a disrespectful manner. Sho laughed back and stood up, dusting himself off. "I need more power Isobu, we'll have to go to two tail!" Reluctantly Isobu agreed "I, I know."and another tail grew next to the first one. A shell then grew around his back, his skin turned harder almost like coral. He couldn't achieve three tail form right away so he decided to use the chakra, command over water, his location all to his advantage. The middle ninja signaled for the other two to go in before Sho grew anymore tails. Forming the proper hand signs "Water style: Great waterfall" Using a tremendous amount of chakra and hand signs, he tried to overwhelm the two ninjas charging at him by using the river's water. Sending the water cascading at them they both were soon caught up in the blast. the third ninja summoned a bird made of clay and floated above the two as the screamed being slammed into trees, as soon the trees themselves became uprooted. "I told those idiots...." Floating above the water the man released several bird like bombs at the young ninja. Drained from the last attack the bombs were unable to be dodged, hitting him with full force.
The enemy ninja's smoke cleared and it looked like Sho was floating on top of the water. As the bird like clay creature the enemy ninja was on floated right over Sho, Sho started to talk with Isobu "Are, are you okay?""Isobu, I'm okay I think we'll need to go three tails....now" Soon the whole appearance of Sho was mirrored after Isobu, looking like smaller verison of it. "You, you really are a demon, but you're going to come with me!" "Heh, we're not coming with the likes of you, time for you to realize the error of your ways!" With three tails Sho released a special mist into the air in calm way. Not thinking much of the mist the enemy ninja breathed some of it in. Smiling Sho waited for the illusions to set in and then he would escape as the person was tormented.
Watching intently Sho he noticed something, the mist hadn't worked at quickly as it usually did. It was clear, this was another clay clone, he had fallen for the same trick yet again. The man Appeared out of the bird "I switched myself after the second onslaught of attacks, I've been well briefed on you three tails." Gritting his teeth, Sho was getting frustrated at the lack of progress. He could feel the build up of chakra from the enemy ninja and soon Isobu felt it "It's...it's time for full release Sho, we have no choic--e!". Sho finally felt as if Isobu had come out of shell so to speak. Nodded in agreement they went into full release turning into a full fledged demon turtle.
The enemy quickly created C3 bomb to blow up Sho. Sho and Isobu quickly created in their full release form a Coral Reef along their shell before the bomb dropped. The bomb dropped on top of them as the created several layers just to be sure. The blast was stronger than they had thought, breaking through all three layers of the protective coral. Feeling the impact Sho felt injuries by the blast left them stunned for a moment or two. "Damn, I didn't expect the coral to take my C3 bomb. Guess I'll have to use the Landmine fist on him."
Flying at the giant demon using his giant state to his disadvantage, he was hoping to land an S-rank explosion on him to completely knock him out. Flooding the area with water from his mouth and shell, the water soon rose above the tree line in the area. Forming raw chakra along with water he shouted " Three Tails Water Ball". Firing it at the man, the man was able to dodge the monstrous water ball due to the speed of the bird and his renaming chakra. Going around the ball, he saw that Sho was creating a second one to launch at him he quickly released more C1 chakra at different parts of the body. Noticing that one of the blasts hit his eye and seemed to flinch more with that blast, he decided that must be best bet for a weak point.
Flying at full speed Sho figured out that he must have found their weakness, he created a tail beast bomb to totally wipe the user out. Before the tail beast bomb could be completed the enemy hit Sho square in the eye with the A-rank Landmine first. Feeling the explosion like a knife in the chest, Sho could only see a bright light. Soon he felt himself unconscious and drained of his chakra due to achieving full possession. Reverting back to his normal human form, the man panted due to his lack of chakra. "Told you..." The man picked the ninja up and lifted them away in the bird to unknown location. How would they get out of this one?
