Lycan ScoutXXX╣ ѕσмєтιмєѕ, ωнєи ι нανє тσ ∂σ ѕσмєтнιиg ι ∂σи'т ωαит тσ ∂σ. ╠ The thrill of experiencing the senses of a wolf never seemed to dull her. Everything felt sensitive to her. She could feel the light night breezes, smell the sweet scent of the earth, her vision was heightened, she could hear movement in the forest, and she could practically taste the morning dew starting to form. But the most amazing thing she experienced while in her wolf form was the feeling of belonging, like she was actually meant to be with them...
Reverie turned toward her alpha as she approached her. Reverie cocked her head slightly to the side. Leera had a job for her. She could feel it. Reverie bit down on her tongue to keep herself from jumping around in excitement. But as dire as the situation was, Reverie felt uncomfortable with death and fatality looming in the air. She needed something to distract her from the oncoming war, even if it was for a little while. Reverie stood alert and listened intently to Leera's orders.
Scout the human village. Look for weaknesses. Manpower. Weaponry.
Reverie gave her alpha a curt nod. "I will do as you ask." She said softly, barely audible. She watched as Leera turned and headed toward the town's hall. Perhaps a meeting now? She thought. Reverie shrugged to herself and turned the opposite direction. She eased her way through the town's buildings, turning and twisting, taking the small alleyways and streets. She finally met the clearing to where the village ended and the forest began. Reverie smiled and ran towards it, phasing back into a wolf as she touched the first trees. She ran fast and silent, loving the way the wind caressed her fur. The only noises were the sounds of the forests' nightlife surrounding her and the soft padding of her paws hitting the soft earth.
She felt free.
She felt alive. ╣ ι ρяєтєи∂ ι’м α ¢нαяα¢тєя fяσм α вσσк. ιт’ѕ єαѕιєя тσ киσω ωнαт тнєу ωσυℓ∂ ∂σ. ╠XXX

Human KnightXXX╣ ιf иσ σиє ¢αяєѕ fσя уσυ αт αℓℓ . . . ╠ Kaine swiftly climbed down the stairs into the inn's lobby. He ordered a cup of tea and took a seat next to the fire place. The lobby was elegantly decorated with warm colors and wooded decor. It had a country feel to it and reminded him of his home in the countryside. His home that no longer stood. His home that had been reduced to ashes. Only the shadows of fire and the memories he had were the evidence that a house actually stood on that ground. Kaine took a sip from his warm cup. A bitter yet floral and sweet taste spread across his tongue as he swallowed. 'It could use some sugar.' He thought. But he did not move from his seat to add that said sugar to his cup.
The sun had started to rise. Its bright colors entering the inn and painting the lobby with glorious hues. The cup rattled as he set it back onto the platter. His hand itched to capture the scene on canvas, a piece of paper, or the floor for all he cared. He was sure the innkeepers wouldn't mind a little change to the ordinary floor boards. The sunrises in the city were much more different than in the country. And for this reason, Kaine woke up every morning, before the other tenants, to see it.
Kaine's attention was diverted when a group of men barged in. Their rambunctious hoots, hollers and snickers shattered the silent, serene and sleepy atmosphere that Kaine adored so much. Kaine clinched his jaw. He hated loud noises. It annoyed him greatly. But nonetheless, Kaine remained where he was. He learned over the years that if one stood by and waited, the situation would eventually come to pass.
The men gathered around a table and started chatting. Kaine took another sip of his tea and tried to tune them out, but failed to as the men discussed something rather interesting to them.
"Wolves! Wolves, I say! Those nasty beasts and their howling kept my herd all nervous." A burly man said. "I hope one of the traps killed one of 'em. They deserve it. Killing off my cattle like that."
Another man laughed. "You know those aren't regular wolves. They're werewolves, lycans. Saw one of them shift once. True story. I was lucky I enough to get away."
"Monsters." Another said.
Kaine rose from his seat and placed his cup on the bar table. Through with hearing about the wolves, he went up the stairs to his room, but he didn't stay long. He grabbed his coat, satchel, and strapped a knife to his waist. He headed out towards the waking town. Today, he decided, was a day to walk into the woods. ╣ . . . ∂σ уσυ єνєи яєαℓℓу єχιѕт? ╠XXX

Annaleigh Cole Human Civilian xxxThrough the night, her dreams were filled with shadows in the forest, flashes of fur between the trees. Spinning around, they suddenly were there, a large group of them snarling and baring their teeth. Just as they were stalking towards the frightened girl, pushing her back, she woke up. Panting and sitting up, Annaleigh looked around her room wildly, half-expecting to see the very wolves of her dreams. But upon seeing nothing, she was able to relax though she knew she wouldn't be going back to bed. And the nightmare wasn't the only thing keeping her up, no, she was late for work. Dragging herself out of her bed, the blond wasn't wanting to go out, no, the sun still was coming up and it was making sure to take it's time. Even if it was childish, she didn't want to be out when the moon still had some control over the sky, as those things seemed to worship the moon, howling every night.
After washing herself up to look presentable and changing into a tan dress, she made her way down into the lobby of the inn, looking around to see that some of the others who often came. She never stayed long, as she never had the time and after grabbing a biscuit, she was off. It was time for her to get going, and if she was late, she would never hear the end of it. Up ahead she could see a blonde head moving away from the safety of the path, heading straight into the woods. Breaking herself into a run, she was surprised to see that it was Kaine. "Kaine! Hey! Kaine! Slow it down! Where you going?!" Now wasn't the time to be nosey but he was one of the few that she could get along with. He was quiet compared to everything else and Annaleigh wasn't sure what to think of him rushing off into the woods.
"You've heard the rumors, right? It's not safe to go in the woods anymore.. With others or not." Who was she to lecture this man? It was none of her business, really, but the last thing Anna wanted to hear about was the death of a friend. Looking to him worriedly, she wasn't sure what to think though a thought hit her. "You like to paint, right? I over-heard my boss talking about throwing out some canvases.. If you want, you can stop by the shop and I'll see if I can get them for you." She offered, doing her best to keep him from going into the woods. Again, it was none of her concern but Annaleigh wasn't about to lose one of the knights, even if he was capable of handling himself.

Glaise Lanura Lycan Warrior Glaise was incredibly uneasy. He could practically taste the pain and sorrow in the air, and it was seriously messing with his mojo. His chest ached for the lost life of the male lycan, and the fractured lives he left behind. For a moment, he could almost hear the cries his father always thought he kept secret. Almost as much as anyone, Glaise knew the pain of losing a parent. While he had never met his mother, his uncle and father spoke so often of her that he felt as though he knew her. The alpha's anger seemed to resonate through him and he sensed something big was coming, so he moved out into the streets until he could see her. He listened in silence, and tensed as her words washed over him. Her energy was infectious, momentarily dulling his own thoughts, and before he knew it, he was on all fours, covered in fur, head tilted back as a powerful howl belted out of him. Strength surged through him as the breeze and the trees and the entire world seemed to lock in sync with him. He reveled in the power for a few moments before taking his human form again. War, That thought jerked him back to his own mind. War was not good. War meant bloodshed and fighting- meant death. It meant the opposite of what he was raised to believe in. He had been taught to fight only when it was necessary, and to respect each and every life as if it was his own. Going to war was tossing all of that out the window. Of course, he was willing to die to protect his packmates, but to go out and kill for the sake of meeting an end... That was something he wasn't sure he could do. His loyalty lay with his clan, but he wasn't sure just how far he would go. And so he cautiously proceeded after his alpha. He knew her well enough to know of her hatred of humans, but secretly he prayed she was not going to go as far as he believed she could go. It was wrong that so many of their kin had died, but brutal and heartless actions were not equivalent of justice. "Leera?" he called, picking up the pace a little, "May I speak with you?" Inside, he hoped his throat was not about to be ripped from his body.

☩ Myriam Scott ☩ Doctor
『 Everybody hurts, I'm just here to fix it. 』 XXXXXThere was a breeze hitting her as Myriam felt herself running for her life. Her legs and arms were moving uncontrollably and she had no clue what was going on. Opening her eyes, a view of the deep forest came upon her. There was no time to think as her natural instinct of fight or flight had came upon her. Fleeing for her life, she wondered where she was running to, or perhaps, what she was running from. No sooner than her thoughts about that did she take a small tumble into the ground. A tree branch had caught her foot and sent her face first into the wet dirt. A searing and burning sensation shot through her foot and leg. She rolled over and grabbed her ankle in pain. No sooner than when she turned over, she came face to face with a large wolf. She stared in fear and shock as it stared right back at her. She let out a blood-curdling scream as the wolf let out a long howl. The next thing she saw was pure black.
The doctor woke up in a could sweat and shot into an upright position. Her heart was racing and her head was pounding. She lightly placed a hand on her forehead and steadied herself so she wouldn't tip over or get sick. She sighed and caught herself for a moment then slowly got up, making sure that she was able to stand and walk over to her water basin. She splashed some cold water onto her face and stared down at her hands. Myriam knew she had to put on a faҫade for the others in the camp. The doctor had to give off a reassuring and safe vibe to her, not one filled with dread and worry. However, one thing was certain to her, this was not the first time she had a dream like this one. There were many just like it; most of the time, the scenarios were different, but there was one thing that stayed consistent, the wolf. She could pick out those eyes anywhere, but she had no idea what it meant or why it was happening.
There was a long, yellow sundress waiting at the end of her bed with a pair of sandals. Being the only certified doctor, Myriam hoped that not many injuries or even a casualty would happen today. She was used to helping people with whatever they needed done. She did need a bit of time for rest and relaxation of her own. Deciding to take a walk, she headed out the door and towards the forest area. There was a small river just a few meters within the brush and she wanted to go play in the water and lay out to watch the sun rise. Also hoping to maybe get a bit of a tan and some warmth on her body. There was definitely a risk even going near the forest, but she hoped that the Lycans would respect the human tradition of not killing a doctor. She could do no harm to them, at most she could possibly do a small wound on one. Her preferences were to help, not harm, though. There was little fear in her mind as she walked the perimeter and wondered about the wolf from her dream and why it had come to her. She noticed two others near the edge of the forest as she was patrolling the border. She stopped to listen in to the conversation from a safe distance. She had no input to give either of them, but she did worry for the boy. She definitely did not want to be cleaning up a wound from a Lycan, that was messy business.

Leera Soles Leader of the Lycans xxxQuiet as always, and Leera nodded to Reverie, glad that the scout was able to do her duties. She was more focused on going to let the warriors know about the war if they hadn't already heard by now, and to discuss any ideas for an attack. For now, it would only be small encounters but she wouldn't play nice forever, no, she wanted to make these humans suffer for all of the pain they had caused. In all of her anger, she barely heard one of her pack members approaching her and this was enough to make her whirl around to face Glaise. Whatever he wanted, she wasn't sure but he was one of the warriors and she would need to talk to him about any plans of action him or the others had. Though, she wasn't sure but he had a sort of nervous vibe to him, something that surprised her and had her interest.
"Of course, but make it quick. I need to talk to the others about some plans of action." She spoke up, giving the warrior a stern look. Leera was in a hurry to get this all figured out, as the humans had done too much damage. Them pushing the lycans further into the wilderness was no big deal but now harming her beloved pack? She wouldn't let that one slide, especially after sensing the pain pulsing through everyone. Sure, war would bring about more loss for them all but they wouldn't be going down without a fight. And once Reverie returned with information on the humans and what weapons to expect, this would be so much easier. They wouldn't be going in blind and hopefully that would give them the upper hand in this battle.
Though she realized that she was talking to a warrior, so why not run of her ideas by him and see what he thought? Looking to Glaise again, the wolf gave a grin, her eyes darkening slightly. "Before we even set our teeth on the village, I'm wanting to go ahead and rip away all of their supplies. I've heard and seen travelling merchants, so maybe that will be our first act of business. We can attack and steal the supplies and make sure those humans don't get anything, and eventually, the merchants will stop coming. Maybe that will get them all to leave? You think that's a good idea?" She questioned, looking to the other as she walked alongside him towards their meeting place. Even if she had her mind set on war, she was hoping that she could get some assistance with planning from the warriors and guards of her pack. Then again, maybe the humans would leave after they realized what was bound to happen if they didn't find a way to make peace with the wolves.

Glaise Lanura Lycan Warrior
The warrior let out a very unwarrior-like yip as the alpha spun on him and he froze for a second. Then he regained his courage and trotted along side her, trying to figure out how to voice his concerns. However, she made the first move and spoke up before he could. So he listened in silence to her plans. Taking out their resources... It was a good idea, but... "If I may, Leera..." He bit his lip, sure he was going to regret what he was about to say, but driven by his upbringing to say what he had to say. "What of those in the village that have done nothing to harm us? The children and innocents, and the merchants? Stealing those supplies would weaken our enemies, but it would also hurt the ones that have never raised a finger against us."Glaise swallowed, worried for his well-being as he spoke. The lycan that had just been killed had never done anything to harm the humans. He had been innocent- a mate, a father, a quality wolf all around. And here Glaise was, hoping Leera would have the mercy that humans seemed to lack. It was a slim hope, but all life had value. From the tiniest bug to the largest tree. Humans were no exception, Glaise believed, and he wished to do what he could to save as many lives- lycan, human, or otherwise- as he could.

Human KnightXXX╣ ιf иσ σиє ¢αяєѕ fσя уσυ αт αℓℓ . . . ╠ Kaine was just about to step out of the worn path and in to the woods when a familiar voice called out to him. He turned and saw a blonde head bobbing toward him at a run. It was Annaleigh. He'd met her a few times in town. She was ... nice and friendly. A pure soul. He hadn't had the luxury of meeting someone as kind as her in a long while. But why was she following him? Shouldn't she be somewhere in the safety of the town or working at the bakery this morning? Or was a coincidence that they'd happen to meet? Kaine's face contorted with thought. His luck was always uncanny.
Kaine smiled at the approaching Annaleigh. "Wha? Me?" He looked out towards the woods, dark and reviving from the night, before turning back to her with a questioning and confused face. "It's my job." He stated plainly. Kaine touched the knife at his side, reassuring it was still there. "A few men came by the inn and were discussing wolf problems. So I decided I'd look into it." Kaine shrugged nonchalantly. "Rumors or not. Wolves or not. With others or not. It's my job to protect the town." Kaine looked at Annaleigh. To protect the people I care about. He thought to himself. But a small voice in his head resonated: But who are these 'people'? You don't show any compassion towards anyone. Kaine paid no attention to the little thought and offered Annaleigh a small smile.
"Canvases?" Kaine shrugged again. "I'm not looking to obtain any more canvases at the moment, but I appreciate you for telling me." The thought about the canvases brought up the image of the stacks of canvases already in his room. In a corner. Collecting dust. Kaine sighed. How was he going to get rid of them? He contemplated the options of his new arising conflict. He could sell them, but he wasn't the most social - err, popular in town, and the thought of taking money for his eccentric paintings didn't do any good for him either. Well, if there weren't any more options, he could always burn them. They were just remnants of his past, dreams and inspirations after all. Nothing important. But inside he flinched. He unknowingly - but now realized - had a little feeling of attachment to his paintings. "God, I'm such a hoarder." He groaned under his breath, hopeful Annaleigh didn't catch his statement.

"Those who never raised a finger against us?" The deep, irish-accented voice boomed from behind Glaise as Damian emerged from the shadows to show himself to his alpha and one of the warriors of the pack. It was unknown just how long the scout had been there, but clearly it was long enough to know what the conversation was leading to. He gave no chance for the alpha to speak, even if it was rude. "Those 'innocent humans' are aiding the ones we battle. They help their warriors, and will continue to do so until either there is nothing left of us, or nothing left of them," he laid out, being sure that the two were giving him their full attention as he spoke. They would listen to what he had to say, regardless whether or not they liked it. Golden eyes danced over the two forms before him for a few moments, only to divert their attention directly onto Glaise. Damian stared the warrior down, and even tipped his head up in a subtle show of dominance. "Their children and their children's children will grow up to walk in the same footsteps of their parents. The only way to prevent this from happening is by eliminating the core of the problem."
Shifting his stance a bit as he allowed the silence to linger in the air for a few moments. His gaze swept between the two lycans again. He debated on whether or not they would listen to and agree with what he was saying, as the chance was different when it came to each lycan individually. Though Damian's words were sharp and his voice had been firm and loud, he knew that not everyone would follow what he said. While he was able to influence people easily and make them do his bidding with just a click of the tongue, there would always be those who would be able to withstand his attempts. Not entirely too many people, but there were still some. In this particular situation, though, he presumed that Glaise would follow him for sure. Maybe not right away, but if Damian put enough effort into it, there was no doubt to him that he would get Glaise at his feet. Why? Well, it was simple, really. It was easy to say the warrior was submissive and lacked confidence. With the way he stood, by the simple tone and hesitation in his voice, and even by his facial expressions, Damian presumed that Glaise was weak. A strong lycan would never show such submission with a simple act such as speaking, even when it came to speaking to the alpha. He lacked the confidence that any lycan needed, let alone a warrior lycan. How did he even get to that rank, anyway? Surely anyone fighting someone such as Glaise would not be intimidated. Damian could just imagine the warrior with his tail tucked as he tried to scare someone off. The thought along was humorous.
Reverting his golden gaze back to Leera, Damian gave her a quick look-over momentarily before speaking in a disappointed tone. He moved closer to her, being sure to brush his bodies against her as he circled behind her, then to the opposite side of which he stood. "I hope you to not be so naive as to assume that they would not hesitate to kill our innocent if the chance were offered to them, Alpha," he spat, being sure to provide emphasis on the name he called her. It was not offensive, but something he was used to calling the leader of the pack, as that was what he had been used to calling the leaders from his old pack. They were not "mother" and "father", they were the "alphas". That was it.
Damian allowed his tail to raise a little bit more, though at this point, he finished speaking and would allow them to reply, snap, or whatever they planned on doing. His intentions were clear, however, that he was trying to influence them to go into the war. Whether the two agreed with him or not didn't necessarily matter at the very moment, as he would soon get either one or both of them to listen to him soon enough. How long it would take, though, would depend on how well he used his words.
ooc I assumed they were in their wolf forms, but it wasn't clear. Anyway, this is Damian. Though I say he influences people, do not feel pressured to really do anything he says. Unless you would like to plot with me, throw me a PM. We can work something out. Adolpha, I see it being interesting with him and Glaise.

Annaleigh Cole Human Civilian xxxIt seemed she had surprised him and the blonde couldn't help but give him an apologetic look for startling him. "Yes, you. When I was approaching, you were the only one out here but it looks like we've got a guest." She mused, turning to give Myriam a friendly smile. Maybe she could walk with her to work? She knew the woman, she was the local doctor and if anyone had to have the most hardships to face, it was Myriam. After all, she knew a lot of the townspeople, and in the end, she was the one pronouncing them dead or alive after struggling to save them. It had to be hard, Annaleigh knew she certainly couldn't handle it. As Kaine started to explain himself, letting both women know that he was heading out to check out a possible wolf sighting, she tensed. "You're not listening to those drunks again, are you? I don't think their word can be validated.. You know how much they drink and I bet you if a wolf was out there, none of them would have made it back." She murmured, feeling bad for talking so lowly about her fellow villagers but as it was, they were nothing more than the towns' drunks. And if she knew any better, their stories of things out in the woods were not to be taken seriously.
But he showed her that he was safe, protected even but she shook her head. "Are you sure you want to go out alone? Aren't there any others whom can go with you?" So far, attacks during daylight were unheard of but as of late, the attacks in general had grown more common. She wasn't sure if she wanted to lose anyone else to the wolves, after all, even if she didn't know Kaine, he was still one of the ones who in the end, could protect her. He seemed a bit on edge and she wasn't sure why he was going out alone. Sure, it wouldn't guarantee his safety but at least there would be a chance of someone being out there to watch his back. He wouldn't be so vulnerable and exposed to the wolves that plagued the woods. "Why not swing by the bakery and get breakfast? A few of the others will be there and maybe you can get a party going that way you're not heading out alone." As it was, Annaleigh was almost desperate to have Kaine go out with someone else.
And he had on top of everything else, refused her offer of the canvases. Was she talking to the wrong person? It was common for Annaleigh to get people mixed up but she could have sworn Kaine was an artist. Shrugging it off, she gave a small smile. "Well, if you say so." She mused, not at all taking this offensive. They weren't hers to offer but she didn't want them to go to waste and thought that Kaine may have enjoyed them. But if he didn't want them, she wasn't going to pester him about that but if she could keep him from going into the woods alone, she was going to try. After all, until he told her to back off, she was going to at least give gentle advice. She didn't know Kaine too well to have any sort of attachment but there was the same level of care for him as she held for everybody else in her home village. She didn't want to see anyone get hurt. Turning to Myriam, she smiled to the doctor, waving her over. "Morning, Myriam. How are you today?" She questioned, not wanting the woman to feel ignored. Sure, she hadn't particularly made her presence known but since Annaleigh had noticed her standing off to the side, it was polite to at least try and include her in the conversation.

Leera Soles Leader of the Lycans xxxHearing the yip, Leera rose a brow as she looked down at Glaise, wondering just how he could call himself a warrior if he was yipping every time she turned around. After all, who wouldn't spin around to face their opponent or anyone who dared sneak up on them? It was expected of a lycan and he wasn't even acting like the warrior he was supposed to be. But despite his timid attitude, he did have potential to be a great warrior and she listened to what he had to say, giving him a glare. He was defending the humans? They had innocents? Just as she was about to rip into him for the suggestion of letting this murder of one of their own slide, someone else did. Perking her ears to listen further to Damian's rant, she gave a nod in agreement. He hadn't even given her the chance to reply but what was being said was the same thing that would come from her.
Damian was right, those humans wouldn't hesitate to harm the innocents of their pack, and if Glaise needed to realize that, she'd have him walk by the village to see just how long it would take until he got killed. He wouldn't even have to be showing any ill intentions, Leera was sure that the humans woul strike out against him. When Damian finally shut up, giving her the chance to speak, she lifted her head and her tail, showing full authority over both and even giving a low growl to Damian as he came too close. The way he was brushing around her certainly wasn't appreciated, as he wasn't her mate. He had the skill to be as such but as far as Leera was concerned, the most he could do was try and prove himself so that she was sure he would be able to help lead her pack. Shaking the thoughts away, she turned her attention to Glaise now that she wasn't being circled as if she were some sort of lowly prey.
"Damian is right, Glaise. The humans need to be eliminated, otherwise we'll be the ones to go extinct. I'm tired of living in the dark and constantly worrying about who will get hurt next. I will not have my pack being weak and too scared to fight for each other. The humans aren't as innocent as you think, they killed Kira's mate without any hesitation and all he was doing was wandering in the woods. Do you think they would let you live if they saw you? You best straighten up, you're starting to go onto the wrong side of the war path." She snapped, giving a low growl and turning away to head to the meeting hall so she could talk this over with the others. Whether or not they wanted to get a head start on this war, it was happening. But if they truly valued their existence in her pack, they'd best listen because Leera wasn't about to have any weak links. After all, you're only as strong as your weakest link.

Glaise gave an internal flinch as a distinct voice clipped the air. Ah, yes... Damian... Exactly who he did not want to deal with right now. Of course, Damian was not his alpha. He wasn't as afraid of having his throat ripped out by the scout as he was by Leera. At Damian's rather challenging tone, the warrior tensed up, his jaw locking as he listened silently to the words he was sure weren't entirely true. His tail raised a fraction of an inch as Damian's head tipped and his muzzle twitched. 'Their children's children's children,' he mocked in his mind. There was no way he was going to believe that every human would grow up like those that raised them, nor even that every living human wished any of this to happen. The uncomfortable silence allowed his anger to fester, his resolve to strengthen. These two believed there were no sympathetic humans, and he was becoming increasingly determined to prove them wrong. Not everyone had to be blindly cruel. His ears pressed back as Leera spoke and he grit his teeth. 'The wrong side of the war path my fuzzy a**. The only wrong side is to be on the "we have to wipe out an entire race" side." He couldn't help it. He glared after Leera as she walked away, and finally bared the very tip of his canines at Damian. "You two are disgusting," he hissed. "Exterminating an entire race for the sins of only a portion... Despicable." Not feeling like articulating his beliefs at the moment, Glaise followed Leera at somewhat of a distance. He didn't relish the idea of listening to her rant and rave about the crimes of humanity, and he had little hope of any other lycans speaking up... but he still followed her to the meeting hall, hoping to find at least one lycan that held his beliefs.

☩ Myriam Scott ☩ Doctor
『 Everybody hurts, I'm just here to fix it. 』 XXXXXAs she was watching the two converse, Myriam was picking up a few different kinds of herbs and plants. Some of them were for her own personal benefit. She loved to gather herbs for cooking and selling back in the village. Not many people were brave enough to go scavenge herbs like she was. She also found new ones for her garden. She always liked to regrow the plants so that more would sprout. Other plants were used for medicinal purposes. If any of the supplies were running low, a medicine man had taught her different plants that could be used in place of the medicine, to make the medicine or even just to use as a medicine. It always came in handy and she figured it would now so that she had some to give out. Sage was her favorite because it smelled really good and could be used s an antibiotic if prepared correctly.
The young doctor noticed that Annaleigh had waved at her to come over to them. She smiled and slowly walked over to them. She took her small bundle of herbs she collected so far and put them in a small basket she had woven together a few days prior and carried it on her arm happily. Myriam had overheard Kaine earlier talking about wolves. The dream from before came to mind and she wondered who the wolf was and why it had come to her in her dream. It always ended at the part where it was right in front of her. There were no clues that it was either good or evil. All she knew was it had come for one thing or another. Smiling at the two, Myriam asked, "so, what are you both up to on this fine day?"
