Chakra: 70%%.Why did it take the genin so long just to tell the Yukikage that he will do the mission he is asked to do? It's not like it was a life or death decision: just retrieve a box. That's it. Unless he was one of those guys that considered such things as 'boring' or 'uncool' or something like that. Well these tickets were important to him. It was his chance to impress the other Kages with how far the Yukikage has come. Especially that painter Hokage, Hideyoshi. Their Art Battle still needs to be decided after the draw of their previous bout.
"The restaurant I need you to find is called the Diamond Palace. It's different from the other places in the Winter Wonderland Plaza. It is a larger building than the other restaurants, and that the clientele is a lot more well dressed and rich. The entrace has two pillars with large diamonds on top of them. Just asked for Jonas, and tell him that 'Ruri'iro needs to retrieve a possession of his'. He'll take care of the rest."
Ruri'iro then went towards the entrance of his private training grounds, motioning to Han to follow him until they were greeted by the cold air of the outside. The Yukikage pointed towards the North District of the village and said, "There's where you need to go. After you get this box and bring it back to me, you can meet Kasai at the second training grounds on the opposite side of the village. Now off you go Han, and be careful. The Land of Snow can be quite cruel if you don't watch yourself."
What Ruri'iro said was true. The harshest place to live besides Sunagakure was Yukigakure. While Suna had it's sandstorms, Yuki had blizzards to worry about. Despite the conditions, Ruri'iro called this beloved land his home, the jewel of the Shinobi World.

Genin --- Yukigakure --- Water & Fire --- "Understood." Han said once the kage was done giving him information, he turned away and made his way out of the training grounds. The kage added in after he was done he would meet up with with the Yuki jounin in the second training grounds. Han rose his left hand as if to say he was clear with what Ruri`iro said. Thinking to himself. 'Jonas, Wonderland plaza, biggest building, look for classy people.. simple so far.Eiting the training grounds he went to the Winter Wonderland in search for the restaurant and there to get the prized box. He figured it would be easy enough to make a quick run and then he would be off to training. Putting his hands back into his pockets he exited and left the area quietly. Exits kage`s training grounds - Winter wonderland plaza. ----------------- -------------------

 Aurora Yuki Hatake Aurora hid behind a tree on the training grounds, clutching a snowball behind her back. It was unlike her to pull pranks on her sensei but she was done with most of her studies for the day and had noticed he'd been over working. She covered her mouth to stifle a laugh as she peeked around the pillar to see if Ruri'iro's back was turned. It was. Her smile widened as she pulled back and hurled the snowball with all her might, aiming for the back Ruri'iro head.

Thoughts: Third one today. Can I get a break?
Chakra: 70%%.Somehow, even though he didn't have the ability to sense chakra, he knew another person would interrupt him. Another person would be too impatient to let the man alone for one second and let him train. Funny thing is, he figured that the one who would be now at his private training grounds was the girl he basically adopted as a disciple of his. And he figured she would try to play around with him. After a little bit of time, the Yukikage formed a handseal and slammed his palms into the ground, replaced the icy trees that had been destroyed or melted with new growth. By accident, one tree grew to intercept the snowball that was heading towards the Kage's heads, the light thud of the packed snow hitting the trunk gave the first clue that she was here.
"Aurora, I know you here. come on out," he said, turning around to where he believed her approximate location was and put his hands on his hips, leaning forwards and tapping his foot as if he was annoyed with her antics. In truth, he was smiling because of them. In contrast to Zael's hardened demeanor, Aurora's lighthearted pranks were a good moodbreaker.

Aurora Yuki Hatake Aurora pouted childishly at her snowball being blocked. I thought for sure I had him this time!she thought to herself. She was a little new to things around here and wasn't used to everyone being so uptight and wanted to lighten things. She bit her lip and cringed a bit at Ruri'iro's. "H-hai sensei." she said sheepishly as she stepped out. Crap...now I've done it. I finally found someone with my abilities and I ruined my chance to learn more.She thought for sure she was in trouble and was looking down at the snow covered ground; her copper hair covering the left side of her face. "Sorry Master Ruri..." She pushed the snow under her foot around as she awaited her punishment.

Thoughts: Third one today. Can I get a break?
Chakra: 70%%.The way she sheepishly came out and nervously greeted him made him a bit sad. Contrary to what she thought, he wasn't being uptight at all. He just wanted to see her face instead of it hiding behind one of the many trees that he created. When she looked at Ruri'iro, the Yukikage cracked a smile and started laughing a little, actually hiding his face behind one of his fans that he took out in a couple seconds. He then made his way over to the girl and stood in front of her, folding his arms over his chest and closing the fan as quickly as he had opened it.
"Don't look so glum Aurora, I'm not an uptight authority figure that should be feared more than loved. At least. not until you force me to resort to such measures," he said, for a brief moment his smile became a glare before it returned to the happy demeanor, "How has you studies come along?"
Ruri'iro looked at the young Yuki clan member, one he personally took on as his student. Months ago, he was coming back from a meeting with the Land of Snow's Daimyo, when he came across a young woman nearly buried in the snow. Half frozen to death, starving, and thirsty, the young Kage couldn't bear to see another young soul succumb to the blizzards of his home and he took her back to the village, nursing her back to health. After she regained her strength, he heard of how she came to the Land of Snow and realized she was another Yuki clan member. As such, due to the fact he saved her life and gave her a new home, he decided to take her on as his apprentice, teaching her as much of his knowledge as she wanted to know.

Aurora Yuki Hatake As soon as Ruri'iro smiled and smiled as well. "I don't fear you." she giggled and pushed her red hair back out of her face and tucking it back behind her ear. It was true that when she had first awoken and found herself in a place she was unfamiliar with she had been quite frightened. It wasn't until she met her sensei that she calmed down. The strange thing was she never trusted anyone she didn't know but for some reason she trusted Ruri'iro. "They're going great Ruri'iro sensei!" she beamed. "I had no idea what rich history there is here or how far back the Yuki clan went." It was true, back in Konaha there wasn't a whole lot on their bloodline and she was slightly repressed. Aurora then skipped towards him. "Why are you out here alone?"

Thoughts: The Land of Snow does have a unique history does it?
Chakra: 70%%.Ruri'iro smiled when she beamed at him. He was glad that she found the knowledge here in the Land of Snow very enlightening. She should know that the Land of Water was just one of the Yuki clan's home. Although he wasn't around for the Massacre of the clan, he thoroughly believed that when it began, a majority of the Clan decided that in order to preserve their history and powerful abilities, they retreated to the Land of Snow to make sure they survived. Although the land was nearly inhospitable, thanks to their powers, they managed to make a home and thrived. The records of their clan was also preserved and told to each and every member.
When she asked why he was out here alone, Ruri'iro motioned towards the icy forest he created with his own abilities, "Training, Aurora. This is my private training grounds. This is located near the hot springs generator that provides heat to the streets of the village. As such, there is a great lack of snow here. I use it to practice our clans abilities without any natural snow or ice. You see this forest? I did this myself, inspired by one of the greatest shinobi of all time. It is a shadow of what that man can do, but it is one of my greatest works so far."
Indeed, the icy forest was beautiful to look at, and the fact that it hasn't melted about 15-20 minutes after he created it is truly a testament to his abilities, "So, you ready for some training?" he asked her with a smile.

Aurora Yuki Hatake Aurora looked around in wonderment at the trees. She had been able to produce ice spears and butterflies but never ice trees and very few lasted over thirty minutes. All of her life she had wondered and dreamed how to truly control it. She heard what he had said about the hot springs generator. “Hot springs generator? How does it heat the streets?” she asked as she continued to examine the tree closest to her. She loved that she could see through it and see the other trees in the distance. The majority of her ice was slightly cloudy. She snapped out of her little trance when Ruri'iro asked if she was ready to train. She turned back towards him and nodded. She pulled out a hair tie and quickly tied her hair up into a bun to keep it out of her face. “Ready when you are Sensei.” she smiled. And she reached for her own fan blades. They where the same shade of purple that her eyes were and had a white sakura branch drawn from the right corner and extended almost all the way to the left. She moved her right foot forward and got into her fighting stance.

Thoughts: Got to take it easy on her. I'm not fighting a Kage level opponent after all
Chakra: 70%%."Geothermal energy," Ruri'iro answered her first question, "This village is built over a part of the Land of Snow that is particularly hot. We harness that energy and use it to heat the streets of the town so ice doesn't form on it and cause severe problems," Ruri'iro then noted that she was ready for him to begin their training. With that, he unfolded the fan he had out and swept both of his hands down in front of him. If she looked at the nearby ice trees, she would notice that several of the leaves of ice have been plucked off the branches and now circled around the Yukikage's body, reforming themselves from leaves to shurikens in a matter of seconds. Say what you want about the Yukikage, his mastery of Hyoton was unmatched.
"Think on your feet Aurora, when an opponent is preparing an attack, prepare your defensive moves immediately. Should you dodge, or shield yourself? Or can you you use a counterattack? The right moves will determine who lives and who gets holes in them," Ruri'iro said to his student before he unleashed the frozen shurikens straight at Aurora. She only had a precious few seconds to guess how to go about defending herself. She better think quickly. Ruri'iro after unleashing that attack went to the pouches at his side and pulled out two shuriken, putting one towards his mouth and breathing on it. It seemed to be an odd move to Aurora, but there was a reason why he was breathing on the metal ninja tool.

Aurora Yuki Hatake Aurora quickly used her fan blades to deflect the ice shuriken. I’m going to play it safe for now and try to figure out his plan first. She thought to herself and she jumped into the air and landed on one of the ice trees branches. Why did he blow on the shuriken? She wondered. She thought for a moment on what to do and how to defeat her sensei. She could try the new jutsu she had been working on but she knew it was a failure and she didn’t want to end up like the apple she had tested it on. Her new technique was a teleportation jutsu but so far all it did was slice apples, all be it the other half was on the other side of the room. She knew she couldn’t get near him so Taijutsu was out. She knew all to well he could use his ice trees against her and decided it might be best to get down. She leapt up and did a back flip and landed on left side of the tree. “Secret jutsu: Certain kill ice spears."She said as she slammed her hand on to the ground. Ice spears rose up from the ground and started to rush right at Ruir’iro from his right. She knew none of them would hit him but she wanted to find out what he was up too.

Thoughts: I don't think that was the right move
Chakra: 70%%.Well at the very least, her use of her fans has improved since the last time they trained. She managed to deflect the ice shurikens with some ease. She then attacked him with one of their secret techniques, the Certain Kill Ice Spears. The issue was, when directed at Ruri'iro, it wasn't a certain kill at all. As the ice pears came closer and closer to him, Ruri'iro gracefully twirled to the left and dodged the spears with ease, still holding onto both shurikens on his fingers. Now she will see why he blew onto them.
The one he blew on began to spin extremely quickly, and she would notice that the air was disturbed a couple feet away from the small weapon. He tossed the shuriken, which arced around and sliced through the nearest tree of ice, the chakra immediately dissipating afterwards to bury itself into another ice tree. He then blew on the second shuriken, creating the same affect as the first, and tossed that one too. This one arced the other way and sliced through the tree she was in front of without hitting her, lodging itself into the next tree behind it after losing it's enhanced edge. The tree he did slice through were now toppling over and Aurora would have to dodge quick or be crushed.
Ruri'iro formed another couple handseals, he clapped his hands together and formed a long spear of water by utilizing the moisture of the atmosphere. After twirling it a little, he tossed the spear at Aurora while she was hopefully dodging the trees that were likely now just large chunks of ice after falling over.

Aurora Yuki Hatake Aurora watched in amazement at the shrunken sliced through the trees like it was a hot knife through butter. For a split second she forgot she should probably move or risk being crushed. She dived forward and somersaulted out of the way. She quickly stood and spun to the right to avoid the ice spear. She noticed though as it passed that it wasn’t solid ice like she thought. Woh, Master Ruri’iro can use water techniques as well? She thought. Stop it, focus. She told herself as she shook her head. She made a few hand signs and clasped her hands together. Out of the moister in the air, small butterflies stared to form around her. She wasn’t sure how effective they would be for what she was going to use them for but they might be a good distraction. She took hold of one, made it flatten out and the other butterflies followed suite in becoming flat. She could tell by the weight of them that they wouldn’t do too much. They were just to thin, but threw them like shuriken. While the little, and most likely useless, butterfly shuriken flew towards Ruri, she used her speed to get behind him and swung her right fan blade towards the middle of his back.

Chakra: 70%%.I see what you are getting at Aurora. A minor distraction so you can get behind me.
Ruri'iro mused to himself. Otherwise, there would be no point to her reshaping her butterflies to the shape of thin shurikens unless she wanted to get in an attack in while he's distracted. Years of combat experience told him that the thin projectiles won't do much to him, so while she made her way behind him, Ruri'iro opened the one fan he had out and swung it to block her attack, letting the thin pieces of ice hit his heavy cloak and break apart. Now was his time to strike. He formed handseals with just one hand and held two fingers to his mouth.
"Suiton: Mizurappa," he said, exhaling after he said it. Instead of air though, a torrent of water gushed out of his mouth and engulfed Aurora. It wasn't an extremely powerful wave, being a C-ranked jutsu, he wasn't pouring a bunch of chakra into it to make it extremely potent, but it should sweep her off her feet and a couple yards away from her. Now she was drenched and a little cold, while Ruri'iro slowly walked towards the young lady, closing his fan, "Aurora, let us cut this spar short, I think we need to talk about the different Chakra Elements of Ninjutsu."
After he said that and got her response, he explained why he thought they needed a talked, "When I threw that spear at you, your look of shock told me that you didn't know that we of the Yuki clan can use more than just Ice jutsu. Am I wrong about this?"

Aurora Yuki Hatake As soon as Ruri turned around and blocked her fan blade she knew she was in trouble. She watched as he made the one handed seals but didn’t recognize them as a water technique. “Wha…?” she called as she was pushed back a few yards. She shook her head, looking slightly like a wet dog shaking water way and stood up. She shivered slightly and crossed her arms to warm up but wasn’t bothered too much since she used the cold from ice style techniques. She looked up when she heard Ruri start to speak and listened to every word. She tilted her head to the side, loose strands of red hair falling into her face. “Really? What other techniques can we use? What do you mean by chakra elements?” She balled her hands into fists, put them up to her face and leaned forward slightly, looking like an excited fan girl. She knew some of the elements but was unaware that there were five basic ones. “How did you do the water style jutsu sensei? Can you do other techniques as well?!” By this point she was patchily jumping up and down. She was eager to learn more about what she could do.
