  Noir blinked and nodded. "Necklace is for Xver. It suits Xver quite nicely actually. " she said, seeing Kiki lay her head in his lap which made Noir chuckle. The sight was rather adorable.

Xver gave the necklace a puzzled look as he held it in his hand "Thank you..." he said in a low whisper. He smiled at Kiki as she laid on his lap "You're getting very friendly Simon..." he said in a monotone speech "Noir... do you think Simon has children? Like he's the father of baby wolves?" he asked, pretty much out of nowhere.

Noir smiled but then heard his question and looked at him with a doubtful look in her eyes. "Noir doesn't know, but judging from the expression of Simon, Noir thinks not. Maybe someday Simon will though." she said as she reached out and stroked the wolf's head in a comforting manner. "A family. Noir wonders if she had one as well. A family is something that sounds really nice to have."

Xver sort of noticed the wolf's reaction to his answer too, it was obvious she didn't have kids. He nodded to Noir "I get the same impression... A family? I had one once... tried to kill me... not a very good family. Not at all." he replied to her rather carelessly "No need for families... or people in general. Most just try to kill me. Paradoxes are hated by humans."

"Well, that is unfortunate. But Noir is certain that not all families are bad. And families don't have to be blood related. There are both bad and good people in this big world, it just so happens Xver experienced the bad kind first hand and so his view on people is a negative one. But Xver shouldn't always think that way. Though Noir doesn't blame Xver." she continued to stroke Kiki's head. "At least Xver knows Simon and Noir won't try to kill him. Because simon seems loyal and Noir is just as lost as Xver."

Xver sighed, he used his cape as a scarf to cover his face, as if to hide his expression from everyone else. He continued to talk "I trust you too partly because neither of you are truly human... you're different. Most of the people in this world fear what is different. Paradoxes like us are hated, judged... except by animals." he explained, looking down at kiki. He noticed that she was slowly falling asleep, and did nothing to stop her.

Noir put her hand on his forearm lightly. "Xver can trust Noir. Noir doesn't judge Xver or anyone else. Both Xver and Simon are same to Noir in Noir's eyes. We all have two eyes, a nose, head and feelings. So we are not different." she said smiling as she turned to look at Simone when instead she saw a young girl where the wolf had been. Seeing this, her jaw dropped. "EEh? Why is there a little girl in Xver's lap? What happened to Simone? Noir is confused."

Xver tilted his head, confused at Noir's words "What are you talking about...? Simon is right here-" Xver looked down to see Kiki. He just stayed staring at her for a few moments without a single word. It took a few moments for him to piece everything together. Then, he flipped "Ah... ah.... argh... ughblah- WHAT!?" he yelled, make a suddenly movement, his cape calling back to his side showing his expression of utter shock. His jaw dropped and his eyes widened he looked at Kiki in complete disbelief "A- a- a WHAT!? No! I Don't understand... PERSON!?" he began to panic, he would jolt up right now, but didn't want to hurt Kiki with his sudden movements.

Noir scratched her head in confusion. "Noir is confused. But maybe it's best if Xver gets up and calms down before he does something rash. If Xver wants, Noir can wake the young girl or wolf...um..whatever she is...up..."

Xver sort of just held still, he was very uncomfortable, like someone who had just found up a large spider was crawling up their back. It was quite traumatic for him actually "Uh... I don't really want to bother her..." he said staring at her "But... I can't get up... she's sleeping... I can't push her off, she might get hurt or..." he looked down at her, and suddenly his face turned light red "I think you should get her up." he replied to her bluntly.
