Aedan used his fork, taking a bite and chewing thoughtfully as he pondered her question. "I like more firey pets, as a rule--Actaeon here is a good example, but some that seem more inclined to snuggle I rather enjoy, as well--I have a time vaisel who loves draping herself across my legs while I work on homework.." This was said somewhat sheepishly, with a small grin.
"I can't say I'd ever turn one away, though, if it came to it...they can be a pain in the...backside, sometimes, but they're worth it."

Fire type huh?
She thought for a moment, before she realizes she might know of a few she could see about finding him. With a smile, she nods "I have a Shiki that loves to do that. When I am relaxing in bed, and everyone else is asleep. It climbs up onto the bed, and lays itself across my legs." she leaves out the part that sometimes she wants to push it off the bed, only because deep down...she wouldn't.
With a small shrug, she smiles to him "Its nice to find someone who has such a love for the minpets like I do." normally, she tries to keep her huge love for them to herself. Her best friend who, but that was pretty much it.
Glancing at him again, she looks away quickly as she push her hand through her curls "So does your ghoulfriend share the same passion as you when it comes to minipets?" she only asked, out of curiosity, that and she didn't want a random ghoul popping up and getting mad cause they were chatting.

He nodded. "I don't usually bring it up...I mean, when I'm here at school, unless they ride along with me in my bag, I only really see them when I'm in my dorm room..." And besides, they spent a fair bit of time wrestling with one another--it wasn't as though he did nothing but play with his minipets, either...
He tilted his head slightly, scooping up another bite of food as she turned her head before continuing. At her last question, he choked, coughing and hacking awkwardly for a few moments, his skin reddening to the point where it looked like he might go up in flames from sheer embarrassment. He had yet to make any real close friends at school, let alone a ghoulfriend.
Finally, as he succeeded in drawing a full breath of air into his lungs, he shook his head quickly, his dark skin still nonetheless showing a deep blush. "I haven't got one...so no, I can't say that's an issue." He tried for nonchalance, figuring there wasn't really any other tack to take, at this point--he wasn't trying to bemoan the fact, after all..especially not to a pretty ghoul who he had, up til now, been enjoying talking to.
"How about you...does your boilfriend share your...interest in minipets?" Way to be smooth, Aedan...oh so smooth.

Okay so now it was Rosy turn to darken in color as she quickly shakes her head "No, I don't have a boilfriend. I mean my best friend is a boil, but were just friends." she coughs into her hand as she looks back up at him. He thought he was embarrassed, well now she was. Poor girl should have realized he would have asked her the same thing, and yet she was still completely caught off guard.
"Okay, so neither of us have to worry about getting the snot beaten out of us. Good." she chuckles as she tries to quickly get pass this topic. While sure, Aedan was rather cute, they just met. So she wasn't about to even leap forward into anything.
Out of habit, she glance around. She was half expecting her brother to show up out of no where and end things rather quickly. Taking in a slow deep breath, she smiles to Aedan again "Do you feel like heading back outside, maybe hang out under a tree or something? Give our minipets a chance to roam around?"
Yes...so back to talking about minipets...

At her own discomfort, he took a moment, struggling to not do something really embarrassing, like knock his food off the table. It made things marginally less uncomfortable, to see her react similarly.
"Good to know, definitely." he murmured, coughing into his hand. As she glanced around, he found himself looking around too--was she expecting someone? There was a sense of disappointment at that thought, he noted with a bit of surprise. Shifting, he made a face as Actaeon began to squirm inside his bag, the shooting star's little paws digging uncomfortably into his thigh, even through the bag.
"That sounds really nice! Especially since Actaeon's making it obvious that he's had about enough naptime in the bottom of my bag for the time being..."
He smiled, getting to his feet and sliding his tray off the table in one hand, reaching to get hers with the other.
"So how did you end up deciding to come to Amityville, anyway?" His parents had enrolled him, when he'd had...well, more issues than he did now, even, with controlling his ability to create fire.

Letting him take her tray, Rosy smiles to him as she stands slowly herself. It was really sweet of him, and she couldn't help but turn darker as she lifts her hair so her little friend could hide once again, for now.
"Well then, before Actaeon destroys your bag, lets get outside." she couldn't help but chuckle, cause she knew a couple of her own minipets would do the same thing, given the chance.
Moving towards the doors, she pauses as she glance at him. His question made her frown alittle before she shakes her head "I didn't decide, I didn't have a choice. My mum sent me and my older brother here, because she had it with me not willing to do anything in our coven. She hoping that by sending me here, I would change my mind on everything." she looks away as she push the door open "But if I have it my way, I'm not going back." she pauses before shrugs "What about you, what made you decide to come here?"

Nodding, he followed behind her, patting his bag carefully, in some vain hope that Actaeon would settle down until he got outside, at the very least. "That sounds...unfortunate." Hello there, king of understatement.
"Me?" At this, he made a face. "I had a tendency to light things on fire...unintentionally. So they sent me here, in hopes of my improving my control." This last was said on a sigh. He'd gotten better about it...mostly, but was still far from where he'd like to be.
"They were only willing to do so much replacing of drapery and scorced floorboards, before they decided something else had to be done." He shrugged, looking vaguely uncomfortable with the entire topic.

Floating off the ground just a little, she makes her way over to a nearby tree before taking a seat under it. Setting her bag down, she lifts her hair so Yurei could slip down into her lap. With a small chuckle, she watch as the little pygmy vaisel sniffs around for a moment then slips off her lap to explore. Looking towards Aedan, she nods a little as he asked about her brother "Yes, he lives in the undead dorms. He really sweet once you get to know him, expect he have that overprotective big brother thing going on. So he tends to scare any boil that comes near me." with a light shrug, she couldn't help but chuckle.
"Knowing him though, he is probably hanging out in his room with his minipets. If anything, he is probably wresting with them." she could just picture it now, and she did everything she could not to laugh out loud. Pushing her hair from her face, she leans back so she can relax.
Tapping the ground next to her, she grins up at him "Do you have any siblings?"Vashtya You know I will always wait for you hun. <3

Aedan sat down carefully beside her, lifting the flap of his bag and shaking his head slightly when Actaeon's head immediately popped out, followed swiftly by the rest of him. Spotting the pygmy vaisel, he pranced in that direction, emitting an inquisitive sound, something between a chirp and a purr, when he got close.
Turning back to Rosy, Aedan thought about that for a second, wondering if that was going to end up with an awkward scene, at some point. Deciding to worry about it if it came to it, he finally shook his head again. "No, I'm an only child--are you and your brother pretty close, then?" Not having a sibling, and only having seen interactions of other related boils and ghouls, he'd noticed that not all of them had what could be termed easy, or close relationships.

Rosy kept quiet only for a moment to watch the two minipet, Yurei seem just as curious about Actaeon as he was of her. Chirping herself, the little vaisel tries to tackle him in a playful manner. With a chuckle, Rosy finally turns her head towards Aedan once he was settled down next to her "Yea, with have our typical sibling fights, him acting like a big brother and all." she shakes her head before she smiles "But he my brother, and I know he will always be there." she turns her body some so she can give him her full attention.
Though she wasn't really sure what else to say, and after the awkward conversation int he creepateria, she thought better not to go near subject that would make them both blush. Turning her eyes back towards the minipets, she laughs "They seem to be enjoying themselves."

Actaeon chirped again, the sound distinctly pleased, and rolled, attempting to pin the pygmy vaisel, even as he also tried to chew (gently; it was really more like drooling on) the other mini's ear.
"Good, maybe he'll be a little more well-behaved afterwards!" Aedan said with a small laugh, himself. Although to be fair, Actaeon was a bit mischievious, but not necessarily a badly behaved minipet...most of the time. Turning back to Rosy, he nodded slowly. "I can see how that would be both potentially frustrating, but kind of nice, as well."
"So does your brother collect minipets like you do, or does he just have a couple that he's really close to?"

Yurei yips as she is pinned, struggling even as the other minipet was chewing on her ear. After a few minutes, the little vasiel admits defeat as it just lays on the ground. It whines only for a moment before she attempts to lick the side of his Actaeon's face.
Rosy just laughs before she nudges Aedan in the side "I think he won, though Yurei not much of a fighter really. She likes cuddles." she gives him a smile at the next comment before she laughs "My brother has at least five minipets at the moment. He actually trains them to be obedient, which is pretty amazing when you think about some of them out there." she thought of the Fang, the natang she gave her brother.
Which made her wonder how that was going and made a note to ask him later.
"But yea, he shares a passion for minipets as well. But its hard not to like them, when they are so cute."

Actaeon released her ear, more than willing to shift to this new plan of action, and flopped down alongside the vaisel, wriggling to make himself comfortable, panting slightly.
Aedan grinned, shaking his head. "At least it looks like he's not being too much of a bully about it..." Still smiling, his eyes widened slightly before he went on, his tone musing. "Really? Do you think he'd be willing to train other people's minipets to do the same" He grinned, letting her know that he was joking...although for some of his more mischievous ones...
"That's true--I don't think I've met anyone here who doesn't have at least a couple of favorites. Pretty neat, when you think about it--especially since everyone has such different likes and dislikes, overall."

Yurei, true to what her owner said, instantly curls herself close to Actaeon as she makes small chirp noises. She seem content just laying there beside the other mini, not really doing anything.
Rosy found herself melting at the sight of the two minutes, and had to look away before she went and picked them both up. Wrinkling her nose up at Aedan, she actually sticks her tongue at him before she shrugs "I think there is a minipet out there for each other us, its just finding them I guess." she thinks about all the other minipets she adopted, and found herself smiling.
Though, none of them would be as special as Yurei was to her at the moment.
"They are just too cute...Actaeon is very sweet." she pauses as she looks at him "But so is his owner." she sticks her tongue at him again as she teases him.

Actaeon curled up as well, laying one paw across the vaisel's back before glancing over at Aedan, and half-closing his eyes.
"Probably true--there are an awful lot of them, that's for sure!" At her final statement, he made a face at her, mock grimacing. "Hardly what a boil wants to hear!" He exclaimed, before shaking his head with a slight smile.
