I understand that the bloodline is the result of a combination of suiton [water] and katon [fire], resulting in the creation of steam. I aim to be within the Mist, thus I believe this will assist me in my quest to effectively lead Kirigakure and use this kekki genkai formidably. Plus, I have always taken interest in the bloodline, I figure it is time to put my abilities to the test. What do you plan to achieve with this Kekkei Genkai: As stated above, I plan to create a powerful rpc capable of effectively ruling mist while sticking to a theme I have mapped out. Even if I don't get the stated position, I will have the rpc grow to the same status. I aim to perfect the bloodline, creating a number of uses then already present. Do you wish to be the head: Indeed RP Sample:
The thick mist hugged tightly around the forest that surrounded Kiri, providing not only plenty of coverage for it's inhabitants but rendering annoying foreigners' sight useless. The bloody mist was renowned for a number of things, but one of the most infamous rumors was it's absolute punishment for those who attempted to infiltrate the village unwelcomed, Death. As the three shinobi were quick to flee past the gates into the eerie forest, the Hunter Nin halted their movement as the water shadow moved past them with frightening speed. They knew very well this will not end well for the rouges, as those captured by the military had a sliver chance of remaining alive via punishment. Those caught in the iron grip of the Mizukage, there will not be anything left. Save for the temporary cries that fill the water drenched air that simply muffles the futile sounds of despair. The Hunter Nins turned to one another, returning to their posts to resume patrol to ensure there were no other threats. They had their order.
The three rouges continued their race against the looming mist that seemed to forever stretch across the land, unaware of the bigger threat that lurked about them. Water was everywhere, puddles, ponds, rivers, everywhere. Should they let their guard down for even a moment, they could easily fall prey to Mist's hunters. It was then a voice broke the silence, startling them as they had not detected the presence of the source. "Where are you leaving in such a rush" The voice spoke as suddenly a couple of puddles around one of the rouges came to life, multiple tentacles emerging from the surface flailing about as they ensnare the man; wrapping around his arms and legs as the free limbs began striking repeatedly at the neck and face for maximum damage; taking advantage of the surprise assault. The other two were quick to move away, not wishing to be caught up in the technique. Left without much choice, the two unbounded rouges began their assault while abandoning their comrade who was struggling against the tentacles composed of water. One rouge began stringing handsigns while the other moved in with a weapon at hand, the way his movements were registered to the Mizukage that this one was probably skilled with the blade. His confidence was in the manner he held the blade, along with his focus. This would merely make up for an interesting battle, and a chance to exercise his boil release..
Mikoto quickly formed handseals that easily outstripped the other ninjutsu using rouge in sheer speed and technique; naturally as one cannot be a leader if he was easily matched by petty rouge shinobi. Steam filled his lungs as he moved backwards, exhaling the boiling water in steam form from his nostrils creating a thick and concentrated wall of steam; effectively clouding his form thanks to the already thick mist present and his own stream. The rouge's eyes grew wide with fear as he heard the rumors of his opponent and thus realizing what he was up against. Though his concern laid more so with the thick wall of steam before him, as he had very little time to react. His initial thought was to maneuver around it, but perhaps the kage expected this which left an option; run through the wall. The chakra within it wasn't too strong, which to that he may not suffer much damage right? The blade-wielding rouge brought his arms before his face, charging through the thick blanket of steam only to be met by excruciating pain and a horrible burning sensation. While the amount of chakra used wasn't too great, the potency of the steam was higher then expected, resulting in the shinobi dropping and clutching his face in agony as the exposed flesh sizzled like bacon on a frying pan.
As his comrade was ensnared and the other busy with the steam that was consuming him, the ninjutsu oriented rouge finished and brought his hand to his lips, exhaling a large fireball with explosive capabilities towards the form that he last saw the Mizukage in behind the wall of steam. While the fireball didn't necessarily need to connect to the target the explosive nature will most definitely assist. This, however, left Mikoto feeling insulted. Did they honestly believe there was a chance of victory with tactics like this? Perhaps they should face the realization they are upon to taste and feel. Stringing handsigns in a blurred motion, the Mizukage leapt for the trees above as from the body of water behind him explode releasing a single, large water fuuma shuriken towards the sphere of flames that was homing in the direction of Mikoto's previous location; the two effectively colliding creating an explosion of smoke and steam further cloaking the field reducing visibility to practically nothing. However, those of the mist learn to fight with other senses, not just sight. From above, the kage gathered the boiling element that resided within him in the pit of his stomach, allowing it to build as he began leaping from branch to branch around the three; spitting multiple streams of pure steam in liquid form at the ground. All around the three, puddles formed with hissing sounds filling the air as heat emitted from them. It was all they knew of them, as they could not see the puddles on the ground due to the thick smoke from the explosion and the heavy mist. The rouge strung more seals, inhaling deeply before expelling a strong gust of wind into the area to blow away the smoke; returning some portion of vision though it wasn't much due to the mist only to find the Mizukage behind them a several good feet.
"You would have found it much easier to survive by not crossing into my village. There is only death to be found in your decision. Perhaps you'll do better in the afterlife" He said as suddenly the puddles all started releasing thick columns of steam from the sources, gradually but quickly creating a rising wall of blazing water that accumulated into a cloud of melting substance. The ninjutsu wielding rouge froze for only a moment with fear before fleeing the area as quickly as possible, abandoning his allies who were trapped in the cloud of burning death; one by tentacles the other from being burned previously and thus the new steam stacking on top of the recent injuries. Trees within the area quickly melted down, bark stripping away as the steam liquefied the wood; the screams of the two rouges pierced the air before it was silenced in gargles of sickening liquid from the inside of their mouths and throats being melted away into puddles, a repeating process throughout their bodies until nothing remained. As the deed was done, the acidity vanished so no further harm will befall the area. And then only one remained; who barely escaped with multiple burns from fleeing out of the cloud.
The burned rouge panted and scowled as he struggled to move quickly, the reminders the steam left upon him still glaring with each movement. He knew he won't get far though, in this condition the Mizukage will finish him surely. It was only a matter of..."Time's up" A voice touched his ear, the rouge halting all movement and remained very still. There was no point now, all he could do is fight until death claims him. He just hope it is quicker then the other two. Turning around, he blinked as all he saw was mist; no figures or anything. The mist, himself, and the disturbing silence making up for a more dreadful atmosphere. As he slowly turned around, a pair of bladed tantos were thrown from above, the sharp edges penetrating his flesh deep and literally staked him to the ground leaving the shinobi screaming in pain as not only was the blades through his feet, but unable to even fall back or move without pain shooting through his system sending him reeling. As Hikoto emerged from a puddle behind the rouge, he sealed handsigns together to perform his last act; for the final witness before his fate is sealed. Approaching the staked shinobi, the Mizukage grabbed him by the back of his head, forcing the man to bend backwards painfully as the swords continuously sent waves of pain through his body. For a moment, the two made eye contact; the rouge merely frozen in fear and pain as it was like staring into death itself. And from the lips of the water shadow, an acidic fog emerged from his being and consumed the trapped rouge. Screams ensued but only briefly, before a dreadful silence overlapped the last few sounds that came from the body as the acidic steam devoured him inside and out.

RPC Name:Blair Motochika
Kekkei Genkai Name: Sakkakugan / Ranmaru Clan
RP Sample:
The crisp chill of the oncoming night only overlapped and intensified the well below freezing conditions of winter. Naked, spindly branches reached out towards the stars which shined from a distance only seen from the clear, night sky. Slowly, dancing rays made from brilliant meshes of orange, red, and yellow light crawled up the trunks and sides of various trees. Moments later, gentle crunches upon the gravel path quickly accumulated into an unorthodox symphony of scuttles, piercing the silence of a cool winters night. Suddenly, the sounds hushed. The dancing rays of light were now unobscured by the cover of trees and it's holder was clearly visible in the clearing made by the crossroads. Stiff, pale hands, numbed by the frosty winter's air, gripped the handle of the lantern which produced the brilliant rays of light. Heavily dressed in assorted winter clothing, Blair stood at the crossroads. His emotionless, dark eyes peered towards the left, then the right, then forwards. In a simple gesture he reached into his pocket and brought out a scrap of paper into the light. Upon it, were written instructions for Blair's current mission to spy on Konoha. Of course, there was peace between Kiri and Konoha... as of now, but Kiri wanted to keep Konoha in check. Make sure they aren't plotting against him. The black haired man sniffled, the cold was starting to make his nose stuffy, but it didn't matter. He just had to get this mission over with and then he could go home.
Blair searched for directions to Konoha on the piece of paper. He was unsure which direction he should be going on the crossroads. For a moment, his head constantly moved up and down as he switched from between looking out towards the road and back towards a certain path. He decided that the path which shot out towards the right would eventually lead him to the gates of Konoha. Silently, without any hint at emotions, Blair tucked the scrap of paper back into his jacket's pocket and went down the right path. His lantern had constantly illuminated the path directly in front of himself as he once again started the crunching of foot upon path. This continued for a good twenty minutes before the amount of trees began to thin out. Though it wasn't necessarily a detail which would be noticed by your average individual, but it was any skilled shinobi's job to take heed of one's surroundings, even by the slightest difference. This was an especially crucial habit which Blair must develop also because of the nature of his skills. To start with, Blair had been born as one of the members of the Ranmaru. People in this specific clan are generally born with the doujutsu Sakkakugan. Unlike it's infamous counterparts Byakkugan and Sharingan, the Sakkakugan users aren't as obnoxious and tend to lay low. Blair was no acception. Users of the Sakkakugan are generally known for their extremely well developed prowess in Genjutsu. Sakkakugan users might as well be made up of the best Genjutsu users out there, meaning that only the intelligent would be included within the ranks of the Ranmaru clan. Unknown to most of the world, Sakkakugan users are not only able to "shatter an opponent's mind", but even more. Sakkakugan users have the potential to render any one or multiple opponent's skills useless by greatly altering one's perception of the world or forcing one to completely forget the logics of skills of one's own bloodline. Much more, only the most powerful of Sakkakugan users can permanently render one's skills unusable inside and outside of battle. Well, that is... Any Sakkakugan who is willing to pay hard work and effort into countless years of training and mental strain can work these wonders. Anyways, back to the point in the time of a specific Ranmaru member aspiring for honor and perhaps... Fame.
Unseen scuffling could be heard, slightly muffled, not too far from Blair's current location directly ahead of himself. Blair reacted quickly. Instinctively he carefully set the metal lantern onto the dirt path, eyes remained emotionless. Taking two steps back, the black haired man started a long series of hand signs and looked onwards. Past the dancing rays of light, was complete darkness. Now coming into vision was a tall, lanky figure, still shrouded by a blanket of night. Blair's eyes remained unreactive as this figure foolishly stepped into the dancing light. Without the need for words, Blair examined the figure who's face seemed to be wrapped in various scarves. Quickly, Blair looked all around the man for clues, clues of this man being any threat. The man was heavily dressed in winter clothing, like Blair, but that wasn't unexpected. It was winter after all. A headband of Suna seemed to be wrapped around the forehead of the person, directly above the slits made for whoever-it-was's eyes. The thing was, the Suna symbol was slashed out. An insane looking smile flashes across Blair's face, and his red eyes met the stranger's own. Like shadows contrasting with the light of the lantern, transparent, black chakra was released from Blair's body.
The lantern exploded, sending shards of glass in every direction. Shards pierced Blair's clothing and stuck out in little bits, unable to penetrate the thick layers of cloth. A few shards managed to fly as far as Blair's own face and created various cuts and punctures in his skin, causing blood to trickle down the man's face. The force which was exerted was enough to even slash through Blair's pants. Surprised, Blair reached up towards his face and came into the contact of his own blood. His black eyes grew wide as he looked at his bloody hand, not believing what happened. Blair's eyes immediately went to look at the man who had stood directly in front of him, surprised he had attacked. As his black, wide eyes peered towards the tall figure, the man seemed to have also been wounded. Like Blair, shards of glass protruded from various locations around the stranger's body and he had also appeared to be surprised. Confused, the young man looked towards the spot where he had placed his lantern and noticed how the base and flame was intact. Strange. The black haired man looked over towards the stranger's direction once again before his vision exploded... into complete flames.
It was the dead of a cold winter's night, but all the stranger had felt was heat. Overly intensive heat which had bursts from the base of the lantern after it had blew off the glass casing. Clouds and blankets of roaring flames quickly had enveloped Blair's figure, turning him into a dark silhouette in the wall of flames. Of course, Blair wouldn't be the only person tortured. The grabby wisps of orange flames reached towards the stranger, inviting him to the "party" of dancing lights. Waves of heat licked the stranger's entire front while beautiful shining eyes of red appeared from the center of the flame, staring expectingly at the eyes within the wrapping of cloths around the man's head. The stranger's eyes grew wide, refusing to accept the reality before him. He turned his tail and ran. Leaving Blair to burn by himself in agonizing flames.
He took a step. The sharp pain of a broken glass shard which had pierced his coat had just gotten to him. Fearful of the flames, he ignored the pain and continued running. Despite his efforts, the hands of flames had gotten to him. Preventing him from moving from his location. Finally, his clothes caught on fire. The intense heat only adding to the increasing pain of the shard which was stabbing his chest with every stride the man had attempted to take. It was over. Flames completely enveloped the man to the point where he couldn't feel the heat burning his skin. Strangely, the stabbing pain of the shard remained. No matter. The rogue ninja had fallen, dead.
Blair grunted. The black haired man's eyes were emotionless. One arm hugging the neck of the stranger, the other pushed up against the stranger's chest. In a swift gesture, Blair pulled his knife out of the now deceased rogue ninja and wiped the blood onto the man's clothing. Silently, the black haired man stepped over to his lantern and placed his knife out towards the light, searching for any remaining signs of blood. Satisfied with what he saw, he carefully tucked away the shiny tool into his pocket alongside with his paper and picked up his lantern before placing it once again beside the stranger. Gently, the black haired shinobi pulled off the man's headband from his head and tucked it away. Blair's gloved hands patted all around the man's body before coming across what he was looking for in the man's inside pocket. A wallet. Still silent, he peered inside the wallet and counted it's contents. His eyes soon fell upon what seemed to be the ID of this ninja. Such things were worthless to Blair and it could help investigators identify the man, when they find him. He tossed out the flimsy ID and allowed it to fall silently upon the stranger's chest. Without another word Blair had carefully placed the wallet into his pocket and left the dead body alone. Blair had been a bit sidetracked, but that didn't matter.
As long as the mission was complete.
Techniques Used:
•Sakkakugan Genjutsu By activating the Sakkakugan before or during a genjutsu they strengthen it to the point where it can no longer be discerned as fake by other doujutsu.
•Sakkakugan Udai Similar to "Sakkakugan Genjutsu” except the illusion you are using can now not be broken by other sorts of illusion breaking techniques like “Kai”.
•Kokohi no Jutsu Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.
•Mougo Shibaku no Jutsu (False Strike Technique) C This technique is a fairly simple one, but it is very useful in a tight spot. When an attack is nearing, the user of this technique forms a single seal to activate the technique, and then immediately moves to dodge the technique. The attacker instead of seeing the user dodging, will instead see (and if applicable feel) the attack strike their target with the appropriate effect (blood gushing out for example), and with their eye's drawn to the illusion instead of the real user, the user is afforded a short moment in which they are as good as invisible to their opponent in which they can use to either seek better cover, or even quickly counter-attack. While the technique is quite convincing, repeated use is not advised, as once the opponent is aware of the way to technique works, it is quite possible they may be able to counter it.
•Kyougenjisatsu (False Suicide Technique) S Forming a series of short but complicated seals, the user once they're finished appears to concentrate as if summoning a vast amount of energy. Once the technique actually takes effect, the user will appear to glow for a short moment, before the whole area around them seems to explode. Those close by will feel the power of the blast, and may even suffer slight burns. This technique however, is purely false. In truth no explosion has occurred, and the user will typically use that illusion to cover their escape, often combining it with other techniques such as the false body technique (though in this case it will likely create nothing more than a red stain upon the ground). Though this technique can seem harmful, creating fake burns from the explosion, its purpose is to provide opportunities for escape, or counterattack for the user, and due to how quickly the technique works, kai'ing is impossible, making it a very powerful technique.

Excuse me, but if you look back three... four posts... I had the correct format. Windows only asked for an RP sample. Which I provided above.
Excuse me, but if you look back three... four posts... I had the correct format. Windows only asked for an RP sample. Which I provided above.
I understand what occurred now, I did not see this but I will still ask that you put the entire format and RP sample into one post so that when it is accepted it is all entirely quoted and we have no confusion on you being accepted or denied.
It just makes things easier if it's all in one post. You can edit a previous post or make a new one and delete the others so the notification pops up. I apologize for the inconvenience.
