does anyone do "creative visualization" as a meditation technique? im not sure it's really meditation, but it works for me really well, and gives me something to concentrate on.

Okay, I'm confused on this... sometimes, when people ask a question, for example, what to put on the frun cover of their book of shadows (this was a topic here a while ago) someone said to meditation in it. How would you go about doing that? I though medidtation was visualization or clearin your mind. Also, as I have read, Like, for example, my Scott Cunningham book, about reincarnation, he said it shouldn't be beleved, but known through meditation.. what does he mean by that?
