Captain J. Kurisutofa One or two of those prices are rough estimates, so he'll have to check with Dave Wickland, the owner. I'll let him know. 3nodding

It's some reproduction artist in Vietnam. I just kinda found it interesting.
Here's the site: Dragonfly International (The Lady Washington is halfway down the page)

Yeah, about those... they suck. They fall apart the minute they are shipped out of the factory. I met the owner of the company that produced them. His names Neil... and he's a duech-bag. Thank You.
Go To Sail Classics and check theird out. They are so much better. I've got one and it kicks so much a** it's not even funny.

Oh I'm sure they do fall apart... I could tell from the site that it wasn't anything great.

If indeed there is anything to be said for the model, it's this: 'It has sails.'

I've the same sentiments, Jaden. Especially now with all of the lovely hospital bills and $50 copayments I'll be making for the next few months. Having a beautiful model of the Lady is even farther out of my reach than before. gonk crying

The small 'Lady's shall remain available, priced at $129 + shipping, whihc really isn't that bad. I think we've tallied it to about roughly $25-$30.
As for the larger, they shall be discontinued, fo which makes me happy. It means that I shall have one of 22 models, and it is the only model yet that is owned by an actual crew-member.

Just a note: the $129 price on the smaller model is to be sigificantly lowered within the next month. Rumors of the company who produces these models have spread, stating that they are selling them online for much less. Therefore, to compete, SailClassics.com has to lower their set price to something aorund $78-$85. Cuttysark shll have to lower the price by only $119 due to our wholesale buying prices, but shall save you, the buyer in the long run.
I recommend buying the model from SailClassics directly, but would love to hear from you on the matter.
