At the end, yes - but I doubt Laharl could be eliminated that easily. Wishes are easily corrupted - especially where demons are involved.

Ill stick to Salome cuz she has NO Mana power but she could still kick everyones a**, and somehow make wishes in the Sacred Tome.

Zetta would win. Laharl is too cocky, and Zetta is way high leveled when you fight him in Makai Kingdoms. Zetta just has crazy amounts of power and I don't think Laharl could be the reach advantage Zetta has on him. Plus I think Zetta's skills are more visious overall than Laharl's too.
Both excellent characters.. I feel Zetta would win.
