Often times, Kuro is found stalking about, or rather, he's not found. Hiding the shadows, he is rarely seen. Though while around friends, or those he feels comfortable with, he is much more forthcoming, allowing people to see his true nature as a friendly and quiet, but amiable character.

The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water) and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements.
• Kagenui no Jutsu - Shadow Sewing Technique ~ B Rank
This is a ninjutsu from among the Nara clan's secret techniques that uses materialised shadows to attack and bind, instead of merely immobilising and controlling like the Shadow Imitation Technique. The user changes the shape of their shadow into several sharp needles and controls each separately. They can then attack several targets simultaneously and at the same time snatch away their ability to move by sewing them stuck with the shadow threads.

After forming a multitude of hand signs, the user creates a group of [ 5-15 ] shuriken that are launched from the shadows at an intended target. [ These shadow creations can be used for other techniques of the same nature. ]

Through use of this technique, the user can disguise themselves by forming a cloak of shadows, and/or possibly a mask in order to stay hidden. Additionally, the user can blend in with the surrounding shadows by cloaking themselves completely in shadows. [ These shadow creations can be used for other techniques of the same nature. ]
• Kageton: Bunshin Shadow Release: Clone ~ D Rank
The user can essentially create clones from the the surrounding shadows that can be used in order to stay hidden, as a diversionary tactic, or to turn a one on one fight into a two on one fight. [ These shadow creations can be used for other techniques of the same nature. ]
• Kageton: Karasu Shadow Release: Crow ~ D Rank
The user can create up to five crows in order to shroud themselves, or to distract their opponents while they escape. The crows can fly forward at intense speeds in order to attack their opponents with blunt force. [ These shadow creations can be used for other techniques of the same nature. ]
• Kageton: Kiri Shadow Release: Mist ~ C Rank
The user will expel a shadowy mist from their mouths, visibility within the mist is limited, and as such, it can be used to escape or defend against attacks. Additionally, while the user is within a guise, they can blend into the mist, moving freely. This technique only lasts [2] of the users posts.
• Kageton: Doubutsu no Sakusei Shadow Release: Animal Creation ~ B rank
The user will create animals from the surrounding shadows. The animals created have realistic characteristics, however they are fully controlled by the user. This technique can create one to five animals based on their size, and the available shadows. [ These shadow creations can be used for other techniques of the same nature. ]

• Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique ~ E Rank
Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
• Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique ~ E Rank
Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
• Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill ~ E Rank
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

It hangs loosely around his waist. Additionally, he has a metal plate with the symbol of Kumogakure on the left shoulder of his jacket.
Headband Style:
One is a simple black headband wrapped around his waste while the other is connected to his dark black jacket.
Clothing:
He generally wears a black jacket, pants, a white short, basically clothing seen in the picture. However he often is seen with what appears to be a black cloak, however it is actually the use of his shadow techniques.
[ Kuro has several pouches for his shuriken and kunai, one on his right calf, another on his left thigh, and then a third that sits sideways on his lower back. He also carries a messenger bag for other equipment. ]

[ Kuro carries a katana and both of his wakizashi on his left hip for cross-body drawing, the longer Katana is strapped to his back, and his tanto rests on his right hip. The blades are primarily used for tossing and then utilizing the shadows in order to trap his opponents. ]

While Kuro doesn't necessarily believe in god, nor does he have any real feelings on the subject.
Political/social philosophy:
He is fairly easy going and prefers to avoid politics, and as a result, he is generally seen as being indifferent which I a very accurate description of his political beliefs.
Background:
Kuromine began as an orphan in Kumogakure. He was pretty well the only member of his clan in the village seeing as to how it originates in Konohagakure, there weren't many people like him in the village as he grew up. Alone, somewhat separated from his friends. Regardless though, that was somewhat okay with him. He never wanted to have hundreds of friends or to be ultimately popular. His goal in life was always simply to be. To be strong, and to protect those around him whether they acknowledged him or not.
Academy Days. As a young shinobi in the academy, he was always the person who couldn't really care less, and yet cared more than anyone else. Always getting high marks, and yet nobody ever knew. He kept to himself, and yet excelled faster than any other. He was truly a member of the Nara clan whether anyone acknowledged it or not. He cared about others, and yet didn't care whether or not they cared about him. He was intelligent, but not ultimately useful. He would fight with power, but he would not brag, and even as a shinobi from Kumo where he was separated from the other members of his clan, he would live as a Nara.
Now, as a genin, he still cares about those around him, and while he may not have a great deal of enthusiasm, he has big plans, to grow, and to become strong. Strong enough to serve his country for everything he's worth, and to kill all who oppose him.
