She hunched over it and started to scrach away with a quill pen.
Journal Entry 1
It's official. I am, in fact, pregnant.
I feel it's going to be an interesting ride, as it's something that I've never done before. There was much debate in the house, but Kida has cooled down since then. I'm not sure what happened to make her suddenly be sunny about it, but whatever it is, I'm thankful for it. It will make this much less stressful.
So where should I start? I suppose with the clinic. I have only seen one other patient there. On the one hand, I'm glad that it's so low key and that I won't have to interact with as many people as when I go to the Kingdom, but on the other, I wonder why there are so little people. The place is nice. Very clean, straightforward. The rooms are plain and there is no maze of rooms.
The only thing funny about the clinic is the doctor. Cray. When I first saw him, he was wearing a fake moustace. He also does not like being called 'doctor' as well. He requested to be called 'professor'. While he was very knowlagable and seemed to know everything that was going on, he seemed to be reluctant to show it.
I worried about his lack of professionalism, until I met with Dr. Julia. She assured me that Cray was serious when he had to be. While I don't feel I really need her services, it is good to know that someone sane is around, just in case.
