As Maki entered the Kazekage's Office, he would be jumped by two Anbu, one would have a kunai around his neck like a head lock, and the other would have two fingers poking into Maki's head. "Please, wait in the waiting room until the Kazekage wants to see you," the second Anbu said, expressionless. The Anbu would then go on to punch Maki in the stomach, before flinging him out into the waiting room.

 Maki Uchiha ~Gennin~
Obviously these Anbu were amateur level. Perhaps they were new. But as the ever present and obvious ANBU, as never stated hidden in the office, would rush towards Maki, another Shinobi fully capable of pulling his hands out of his pocket before they could rush him in clear daylight and also having to jump him from the front or sides which could be seen by direct or peripheral visional senses as he would have noticed ANBU if behind him which none were stated, he would bring both hands out of his pocket, both containing multiple paper explosives that could easily level the room they were in. "Now now, let's not blow this out of proportion gentleman. I will wait my turn." He would state before the ANBU would ever be able to attempt to physically assault him in such a manner that had no real cause nor reason to permit such an attempt of a violent action that in the normal Shinobi world and villages would cause them to be demoted of their very title and service time in prison as traitors for unnessicarily attacking an allied Shinobi. As to where it was true that Senpai's and Kage's were allowed to punish lower ranks that disobeyed orders or needed directional cause, an outright assault on someone for being in the wrong room when they had not had to wait prior for in their last visit was not a just cause in any Shinobi handbook. However, the ANBU would get as far as starting to pull out their little kunai before ever getting to attack him. And being that even some Gennin could be ANBU like in Itachi's case, as he was the ANBU commander at age thirteen, it was not stated that they were of the highest rank nor speed as neither rank nor specialized fields had been stated for them so this outcome was just as probable to happen. With that, Maki backed away slowly into the waiting room, having never had a finger even touched upon his body. And in doing so, he was quite justified as he, a mere Gennin, was almost assaulted by his superiors. A clear abuse of power and a possible clear show of the newest Kage having very little control over his own ANBU forces.

 Nami Mokuzaibara ~Migoto Bara no Tei~  Nami listened as Darello went through his introductions, and then nodded in confirmation. As she sat, she adjusted so she would be comfortable. The topic of what all she knew was brought up, and that made her smile. "Back in Tori no Kuni, I was known as Migoto Bara no Tei. The Rose of Air. This was a name given to me for my efficiency in fuuton, which I learned from my mother. My father tried to teach me doton, but I focused more on fuuton. My aunt is a genjutsu specialist, and I learned some useful skills in that area. But...my crowning achievement, and what I am most proficient in is paper jutsu."With that said, Nami rose from her chair and stepped away from the desk a few paces. Once she was in the center of the room, she made the necessary hand signal, and then used Shikigami no Mai. Her body began to turn into thousands of sheets of paper, flying all over the room until she was nothing but paper scattered about. As the paper slowly turned floated in a circular motion around the room, Nami chuckled, her voice sounding distant yet close, even musical. "As you can see, this is my specialty." The paper then rushed back to the center, reforming Nami torso up while the spare turned into giant white wings of paper. After her little spectacle, she let her legs form back, and soon, her body was whole again. Once again, she took a seat in front of the desk, and then smiled. "Through my paper jutsu, I am able to infuse minute amounts of chakra into paper, and then shape them into weapons of all sorts. What you just saw was Dance of the Shikigami. Through this, I become a lot more durable, especially to kenjutsu and taijutsu. The only thing that can really slow me down in paper form is oil-based jutsus. I am also able to create paper clones that are also quite durable, but can be easily eradicated with fire. I hope that you find my abilities to your liking, and that they will be of great value to Suna." {OOC: So does that mean she would be able to come back to the rp and join in with what is happening in the village? }

Before the girl could speak, an insolent genin had entered his office, and while Anbu came to eradicate the boy from the area, he had pulled out an explosive tag. "How rude," he spoke gently as the boy left. Once Nami begun to speak once again, Darello would learn about her elemental affinity and some other skills.
"You miss Nami, are very skilled, and you will be an asset to the foundation that is Suna." he stated. He realised that this might just be what he needs, to make the village strong for when Rikuto comes back. The great paper jutsu of Konan. Darello was adept in his history, and loved how this girl could make quite the adversary to him and the village. "Please, make yourself comfortable, and train, apply for a mission or anything you may want to do." he suggested to her, he had a lot of people to see today. More than usual.
"Goodbye, and please send in Michael for me dear,"

 Nami Mokuzaibara ~Migoto Bara no Tei~  With the approval of Darello, Nami rose from her spot and then bowed. "Thank you, sir. I will be sure to check out the missions that are currently available before I settle into my new home." Before Nami left, however, she took a spare piece of blank paper that was lying about, and then shaped it into a cactus flower. "A parting gift, puppetmaster." With a sly wink, Nami took her leave, grinning with how well that all went. Once Nami got back into the waiting area, she saw Maki along with another was there. "I should have known a brat was the cause of the commotion. Regardless, I do not have time to babysit. Someone named Michael is next." Once Nami had said that, she looked at Maki for a moment before sticking her tongue out at him, and then left. Was it him that caused that commotion? Or was it his companion, who seemed a lot older than him? Before Nami left, she took a scroll that was under the missions board that listed al the missions by ranking. She could comb it over while shopping for furnishings.  {Exit to Village Streets} {OOC: That's awesome! I'm sure she will be ecstatic to be able to rp again ^w^ }

Michael got up from his chair, nodded to the female, and walked into the office. "Hello again sir. I am sorry to bother you, but I wanted to know can I please use the puppet brigades workshop? Usually I wouldn't ask something like this but I really need to fix, Otoko, who is in pieces now." Michael bowed his head in apology for asking. When he bowed a scroll fell out of his pocket and rolled over to the Kazekage. The scroll was his father's filled with his families puppet techniques and also two designs for a cat and dog stealth puppets.

Darello's cheeks went red as Nami winked at him, the cactus flower now in his hands interested him. "How artistic!" he mused. Nami was an interesting shinobi, one of skill and beauty. His thoughts wandered far and wide until Michael entered the room. Setting the cactus flower aside, he bowed towards Michael, his head nodding as the boy entered the room.
"Why would it be a problem, good sir." Darello was more than willing to lend out the Puppet Brigade Workshop, not his own private one though. "Here are a pair of keys, the first will let you into the shop. Lock it behind you. The second leads to out back. Please, stay in the hall and don't enter any of the other doors. Capisce?" Darello spoke calmly, very unlike the boy standing before him.
A scroll seemed to come out of Michael's pocket as he bowed. Darello let his hands stop it from falling down to the floor. He flicked open the scroll, "What is this, my young sir?" he puzzled the young boy.

Michael nodded at the instructions given to him and started to talk, "this is a scroll is a family heirloom passed down from my great grandfather. It is full of secret techniques of my family, and puppet designs that each generation has added. I plan to make two soon, when I have permission to, the cat and dog ones for stealth and silent killings."Michael was embarrassed about his heirloom slipping from his grasp. Under his breath he said, "why me, noone has seen that since great grandfather made it. And the only person who has seen it was the current kazekage, Gaara of the Sand, no relations."

Darello's eyes and hands worked in unison to look through this sacred scroll. "I see, some of these techniques, they've got potential." he spoke to the boy with utmost respect. His ancestors, like his, were puppeteers. "Michael, do you like reading?" He asked, as he tapped Puppet Arsenal on one of the many seals placed over his body. Before him appeared a large book. "This is the puppeteer's bible. It's everything I know, and my ancestors know, about Puppetry. It's ranging from Monzaemon Chikimatsu, all way up to me and another puppeteer in Konoha." he stated softly, obviously, the boy wouldn't be in there yet, as he was just a Genin. He hadn't hit his potential just yet.
Darello looked over the two designs. Cat and Dog. "Here. Go on then. Off you pop. Send Maki in while you leave." he handed back the scroll and ushered the boy out the door with his waving hand.

Michael nodded at the Kazekage, took the scroll back, and said "thank you.sir for everything. Have a nice day sir. He then took his leave, as he walked out he said, "someone named Maki is wanted in there." With that he left and headed to the puppet brigade workshop. (exit puppet brigades workshop)

Katsu Uchiha Jounin ::: Sunagakure ::: Nightmare of the Sand :::Uchihax ₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪
Katsu walked into the building, and headed up towards the direction of the Kazekage's office. He had recently just obtained his toad summoning contract, as well as activated his third tome of his sharingan eye. Surely he would be highly praised by the Kazekage and his fellow jounin. The dark-skinned man held a smile on his face, giving him the appearance of an aloof and unknowing shinobi. The jounin waved to fellow suna nin as he made his trek to the office; Katsu was quite popular around the village; both for his friendly nature and his reputation in the shinobi world among the villages. It was safe to say that he was definitely a valued asset to Sunagakure.
Katsu reached the outside of the office and looked around. It seemed to be quite a busy day; in fact, there was a shinobi, fairly young, who came out of the office just about the same time as Katsu reached it. He heard the name Maki, but didn't really care. I'm sure he can wait. Still holding the smile, Katsu walked into the office unannounced. He took one look at the chair and stopped. "Well...you're not the Kazekage." The man said it so plainly; one surely would be surprised by the fact that a complete stranger was sitting at the desk of the kazekage, but Katsu's voice still held that dull, monotone sound to it. He talked slowly, but his smile never left his lips.

I GIVE YOU... Manta walked in as his pupil was thrown out by the ANBU. Sighing exasperatedly, he grabbed Maki by his shirt, matching the force with which he had been thrown, rattling him a little. Those damn ANBU. It wasn't even half a decade since he had been the one ordering them around, and here they were, throwing around genin for fun.
"Stand down, the whelp is mine."
Motioning for Maki to follow him, he knocked politely on the Kazekage's door, adding after a moment, "It's me, Manta."

Darello was exasperated and tired. So many people wanted to talk to him it was ridiculous. Hopefully RIkuto will be back soon so Darello can have a break. As Michael left, and the Nightmare of the Sand entered the room, his eyes lit up. "I am Darello, your temporary, or Secondary, Kazekage. The Leader of the Puppet Brigade. And you are Katsu Uchiha, a Jounin." he said to the man. "What do you want?" he asked in an impatient tone. For someone so calm and composed, Darello was getting exasperated.
He couldn't help but role his eyes when another knocked on the door. "Just come in Manta," he spoke out, both of the Jounin would be standing before him. Now Manta, what do you want?" he said to Mantama.

I GIVE YOU... The Jounin walked in, bowing in respect before the Kazekage. Granted, he was no Rikuto, but still, decorum came before personal preference. When he lifted his head, Manta saw Katsu, and nodded coolly to him, looking him over. He hadn't known the Jounin for very long, but he had been present when Katsu had been given his position. Another Uchiha in Sunagakure, and a damn strong one at that. For a moment, Manta wondered if Maki would be better off with this one. No, better to mold him his own way, Manta thought.
"Kazekage-sama, good to see you as well," Manta replied sarcastically, idly flipping a kunai between his fingers. Thumb to index, index to middle, middle to ring, ring to pinky, and all over again. It was an awful habit of his, similar to a tic. "You threw my student out of the door, which by itself isn't that bad, seeing as I do it all the time, I was simply curious why. Also, we came to sign up for a mission."
