He looked to the bangle as Sin did. "Sounds like my rose pin." He turned to show the girlish decoration in his mane. "The rose comes from my mother, the veils attached were the idea of my paternal grandmother and great grandmother." He said with a light chuckle shaking his head. Trust his parents to tie roses and veils together and give them to him while they gave his sister the spear and armor. He'd often envied her that gift though he wouldn't part with the hair pin now.

Sin's remark warranted another chuckle. "One of my sisters got the spear and armor.. the other more roses and a sheer veil.. Strange how the more girly looking sister is the rough and tumbler and the one with the spear the more demure." He shook his head lightly. "Your family very big?"

He gave a nod. "It seems like it'd be both a blessing and lonely to have a smaller family. on one side you have some one always there to talk to.. on the other, they're always there to annoy you too." He reflected on a time his sister Meyra had said he had to have been swapped in the basket because he preferred the quieter things where his sisters wanted to explore and be rowdy.

Seeing Sin wiggling to get out and try again with the scarf, he perked his ears forward. "You know.. if you like.. I wouldn't mind helping you get that on and your hair through it. I use to help my gran with her rose garland when she'd slip it off."

"Then allow me, as an act of good faith and friendliness." He nodded stepping closer. He wasn't a short stallion having gained the size of his father and his father's family. Still he had a deer like quality about him in how slender he was rather than the bulkier muscular build his great grandfather and father had. "I can pull the end of your name through and we can work together to work it up from there before slipping it over your head."

Once he'd drawn close enough to help, he looked over the item once more. Taking the piece by the neck band, he brought it over to the end of Sin's mane and set it down, pulling the end of it through the loop so that the design would be facing outward when the could finally get it on him. He began to raise the neck pies slowly up by the star so as to keep it's points from snagging in the long hair, shifting here and there to urge the bulk of it through. "Howsh dish." He managed around the charm. "Can you get da resh shough eashier?"

Stepping back, he gave a nod. "Better?" He asked knowing that it likely was. When he had his pin taken by his sister, he felt bare without it. "Glad I could be of some assistance." He added without waiting for any thanks. He didn't need any even if they weren't offered it felt nice to have just been able to help.

"My rose use to annoy me with it's rustling sound.. drove me bonkers till I got use to hearing it and feeling the tiny strips of fabric tickle my ear when the wind blew." He understood all to well how the more you wore something the more you adapted to it till you felt lost without it. "I don't see many with tails like yours.. horns.. I've seen rare few... but the tail.. never.." He motioned towards the others' tail with his nose. "Forgive me if it's too rude.. but.. What sort has a tail like that?"

"So that's what a unicorn's tail looks like..." He muttered more for himself than anyone else. "Huh, I always thought they had tails like Zephyr..." More muttering as the wheels in his head turned adding the pieces together bit by bit. "And antlers.. Seen those..." He took to thinking out loud often as he sifted through information. "And plants that grow out of soquili.. my.. this has been a season indeed." He looked back at Sin the realization that he'd been thinking aloud once more sinking in. "Sorry.. I forget I do that..." He gave a sheepish chuckle.
