"But I wanna fight the huge a** cat..." Poke folded her arms and looked back at Night with a frown. "It started it"

At first, the "big a** cat" was almost lulled, a little confused by the lack of reaction to suddenly appearing, big paws padding on the table that he was segregated to. He could have enjoyed his time out of the book, hanging out with these potentially tasty morsels, but it all shattered when the yelling and attacking came from the canine boil and the lass who seemed to think that fighting was the best way to end this.

Turning around on the table, eyes sharpened as paw swiped down against the woman who had attacked her after the dog-student, less of a warning, more of a promise.

In hindsight, it probably wasn't a good idea to turn your back on a creature that could make swiss meat out of you. But then Poke wasn't know for her forethought, and as such was suddenly sent crashing to the ground by a massive paw.

She stayed on said floor, face planted and said only one thing.

"Ow"

Eventually she got to her feet again, clearly pissed as she swiped at the Couerl with her own set of (much smaller) claws.

HP: 25 (LOLOLOL 'Pings love at nerp" XDD)

Solia(n) watched as the others fought the beast as she just kind of hung out in the back of the room.

"I'm.... Just going to stay out of the way here. Really bad at fighting. And stuff." That and the golem would crumble if she took damage. She couldn't afford replacement golems.

"Maybe it wants ear scratches or fish?" Gasping at it lashed out and they kept fighting- "Kitty no! Shhh shhhh kitty come here please!"

"Enough!" Did Selene just.. yell..?

Once more, Ren carried her into the room. She squirmed out of his arms and managed to hobble her way over to the book that had summoned the great beast.

"Your last lesson for today, scarelings, is very simple, and I hope you will remember it. If you accidentally manage to summon a monster from a book, and you can't fight it..?"

Her hand slid under the cover of the book, flicked it up, and slammed it shut.

"Close the book."

She crawled back up into Ren's arms and was transported off to the other rooms after the monster popped out of existence. "Class dismissed."

Poke was left to look on as Selene walked into the room (or more appropriately,w as carried in), and literally destroyed the beast in three seconds. By closing the book.

Perhaps she should of thought of doing that, but now she began to pout as her sparring partner had just been killed off She had been enjoying herself.

Lumikki had been standing in the corner the whole time whimpering. She hadn't even notice the professor come in until she heard the book slam close and the creature fade. Blinking a few times she wondered why none of them had even thought about closing the book, then again it seemed easier then it looked after the professor did it considering that the creature HAD been standing near the book the whole time. Looking around the room she grabbed her bag and bowed her head slightly before running out. This was an odd class to say the least.

Was it really that simple?

Tybalt shuddered once more. Now that the giant hell cat was gone, there was no need to remain here any longer and even if there was, he was NOT staying here. He had had more than his fill of the library to last him a lifetime. Not to mention that little encounter with the summoned beast was going to give him nightmares for the next month! This day was turning out juuuust great.
