She wished right then that she could control earth as well as plants, maybe then she could stop these damn earth walls from deflecting her attacks. She summoned another root behind Moira, attempting to have it grab her leg so that the shrubs could get her.

As the root came up to attack her, Moira raised the earth it was on and flung it and the top layer of dirt and earth at the Malice infected human, effectively letting it have a taste of it's own medicine. Again.

The root ended up wrapping around her leg before she even realized it was there. The pain caused her to scream, immediately releasing its hold on her leg. She then decided to put some distance between her and Moira, and turned to run in the opposite direction as she sent out some more leafs.

Noticing that the Malice-infected was running and attacking, Moira decided to have some fun with her defending move this time. Quickly sliding into the horse stance, she brought her arms up and thrust them forward before flinging them behind her - causing a chunk of earth to raise up below her and start rushing forward, as if she was surfing on land. As she moved, she followed the malice, dodging the leaves as she did. Her intent was to end up in front of the girl.

As Moira passed her, a bit of earth snagged her leg, causing her to come to a premature stop. She glared angrily at the Meta woman, then motioned for her living shrubs to attempt to tackle her from her earthen ride.

As he shrubs got close to her, Moira gripped the edge of the mass of rock she was riding on before 'pulling' it up, successfully raising a pillar beneath her feet. Quickly grabbing both sides, she turned the earth once more, tilting it towards the ground. As it neared the ground, she jumped off and landed on her feet.

Frustrated that she'd been deflected yet again, she sent a new hurricane of leafs at Moira.

As the leaves whirled towards her, she brought up another wall of earth, this time with spikes on the opposite side, just in case the other rushed the wall. The spikes not only prevented a rush from the other, but made the razor leafs bounce off a bit harder.

With that not working, she instead made a move to shoot a root out of Moira's earthen walls. If she was going to use earth to defend herself, she'd have to be prepared to keep an eye out for plants in that earth.

Thankfully, Third-eye flickered just enough to give her a hint that something was not right with the earth and she quickly backed up, kicking the wall of earth forward and towards the other.

That unsurprisingly backfired, but she had a plan. Two more roots popped out of the ground behind Moira, both aiming to grab her legs.

The half-angel allowed herself to be attacked by the vines, wincing slightly as the thorns dug into her legs, but she managed to get herself into the correct stance as they gripped her tight. She had been thinking to keep defending until the other was more worn out, but Moira had grown tired of it. Grinning, she raised her hands from their position at her sides up, bringing up two large chunks of earth and tossing them towards her opponent.

She took the full hit, but then quickly retaliated by having the vines jerk Moira to the side, attempting to smash her down against the ground.

As she was jerked to the side, Moira brought up the earth she was going to be smashed against, but brought it up a bit too fast and ending up with her taking some damage, shaking her up slightly.
