He pushed himself up, wrapping his hands in dark illusion gloves with spikes. He then charged at Valeria, ready to punch her.

Valeria only glowed brighter as he approached. However, she had begun to run out of energy to use to defend herself, she would soon have to resort to her arrows again until she could garner enough energy to use her defense.
Action: Defense (Love Love Shine)

Damage Done: Attacker rolled 13, defense rolled 10 + 5 for elemental advantage = 15; 13 - 15 = -2; Foe takes 2 damage.

Valeria produced one final glow but it fell short and she took the last bit of the attack. However she was quick to get back on her feet and hustle towards the dumpster. Without another thought she hopped inside of it and rummaged through the garbage. There had to be something in here that could be of use to her! She plucked out several shards of glass and bits of reflective material, all while bracing for the next attack.

He conjured up some illusionary snakes to follow her in, once inside they snapped at her arms and legs.

Valeria squealed in terror and unleashed a fury of arrows at the snakes before leaping out of the dumpster. She flew as high as she could into the air and surveyed her surroundings, hoping to find something to help her. She grasped at the reflective shards she had plucked out of the ground and decided to head towards the sunniest spot on the field. There, she could muster one last attack of light and hopefully weaken her foe one last time.

He tried to dodge but he just couldn't do it as he got hit. Seeing that she was up in thee air he sent shadows shaped like crows to fly up and attack her.

Valeria fired arrow after arrow until the crows swooped in and attacked her. She managed to do some damage, but ultimately resigned into defeat. She was too tired to continue and she knew that she'd only hurt herself if she tried to push forward. With the last of her strength she hovered towards a bush and tried to nestle beside it, passing out in the process.

Just before any more damage could be done, Avon swooped in to pick Valeria up. He then carted her off to the infirmary for Liliana to tend to her. The human ran off to join up with the rest of her possessed friends.
Unfortunately you have been defeated. Your Meta will spend the rest of the event in the infirmary.
