Ⓐｋｒｉｓ Ⓝａｔｓｕｍｉｍｅ ▇ █ ☱ Ｒ☴ ☱Ｅ☴☱ Ｌ☴ ☱ Ｅ☴ ☱Ａ☴☱Ｓ☴ ☱Ｅ☴ █ ▇  Akris gladly took the Jolly Rancher, grinning at the fact that yes his companion somehow always had some form of candies on his person. It was indeed how he earned that pet name "Pop", though at this time the blonde didn't quite pull this out as a teasing joke seeing as how Baiu went from laughing at the blondes antics to nervous about the sudden change of topic.
Akris's brow furrowed at his green eyed friends questions before shaking his head. "What? No no Baiu! Nothing bad happened promise kay. I just don't want news spreading like wild fire across school and it causing a drama or something silly.." he blurted trying to ease the other's worry. Though the task itself was alittle difficult he found for he had quickly grown distracted as he often did when something like this occurred. By this the prep meant Baiu..touching him. Or getting to close, even stating something that to Akris boarder lined smothering cute. That tingling feeling would build up in his belly like it might before one went on stage or out onto the field before a game infront of a huge crowd. His mind would grow a bit dazy and he would find that keeping his mind focused was difficult. It to the blonde only proved the fact that even after having that awkward conversation about the summer event months back something was still there for Akris. Maybe, he presumed there was still something for Baiu too or for the prep he could only assume.
Blinking out of his silly thoughts the boy finally answered.
"Very Well, Good first." he started, pausing to let a lingering skirt clad girl prance by before continuing.
"Because of bad news, my parents moved me into an apartment." he stated, with hushed excitement. This meant no more bickering between his parents. No more stiff or awkward conversation...or not until it came time for his grades to come in that is. Akris vaguely wondered if he should mention the extra space he had there just yet or hold off on it.
A bit of hesitation later and he decided on the later. "....bad news my friend, is I have prep school..during summer." as he said this though it was obvious in the sudden tone of disappoint that occurred. It would cut into their time to hang out he knew. And to him that was the best and important part of his summer vacation. Going about town with that care free attitude and simply doing whatever came to mind to occupy their time together. There weren't any games to be had for sports during summer either, but now...he would be stuck in a class room working his brain to goop until the afternoon nearly everyday. It helped brighten his chances at a future yes Akris knew and he should be grateful for it but at the same time he just want a break for goodness sake! A chance to just sit back and relax and crawl out from underneath all this pressure his parents were pushing upon him all the time..
Brown eyes steadily gazed up at green as the blonde tried to read how Baiu was going to react. Would he be upset? Or disappointed...
The anxiety that swirled within his head was what spurred Akris to reach over and pat the hand that was rest upon his arm with a soothing hint to it. "But, I only have class...till the afternoon.." the boy sighed out the last bit. Feeling alittle deflated once more. ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈вαιυ кαɢєкυвα≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ Sometimes the littlest thing in life changes, something forever, and there will be times when you wish you can go back to how things used to be, but you just can't because things have changed so much.     Baiu let out a sigh of relief. He had hoped it wasn't something extremely bad. Right, things always spread fast around the school. It seemed like anything someone said anywhere could easily be heard about not oa few hours after said thing happened. Okay. Phew! Baiu smiled weakly. Akris took a bit to answer, but Baiu didn't want to rush him. So Baiu just waited patiently, sucking his lollipop and looking back at Akris' eyes.
His brown eyes, borderline right at Akris' hair. Baiu wanted to reach up and touch his blonde hair, but he kept his hand planted on Akris' arm instead.
Baiu noticed a girl in a skirt pass by as Akris continued, drawing his attnetion back to Akris. Baiu's eyes lit up at the sound of Akris owning an apartment. Baiu's expression dropped when Akris mentioned prep school over the summer. Akris having classes over summer meant less time for the two to spend time with one another. Aww.. Baiu started when Akris put a hand on top of his hand. Baiu felt his hand twitch slightly, however, he enjoyed Akris doing so. Only till the afternoon though. That's good! Baiu chimed, the smile from earlier returning to his face.
Then, Baiu's smile faltered and he let out a low groan. He turned briefly, hearing another's voice, but no one was in the hall besides them. Oh perfect.. Baiu thought to himself, drowning out the voice. He looked back at Akris. To mention what happened at his own apartment or not? Baiu wondered what to do. Baiu's eyes darted around, looking at their surroundings, then they halted back onto looking at Akris. Baiu blinked his eyes hard and reopened them moments after.    I'm sorry...I'm sorry... The voices aren't happy if I disobey....I'm sorry...I'm sorry... ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈

He turned the thing over in his head for a moment. Getting up at six, studying is rump off until twelve...twelve thirty...and then get out and go roaming town with Baiu.
It wasn't all bad actually he knew and shouldn't of fret over it really but he found that his friend's opinion was, an important one.
"Yea, I guess you right Baiu." he nodded, relaxing a bit and dropping his arms to hang lazily by his side. Feeling a bit feverish for holding onto the other's hand for so long, that light blush threatened to heat his ears up causing the blonde to look away for a moment.
Akris during these moments that could potentially be awkward with any of his others friends felt grateful to have Baiu as such a good friend. That they had been buds for so long that conversation came just to them like second nature. Same for their attitudes, body language and what not. It made it so much easier in most situations at least. By most the thinking prep meant anything that didn't involve their more personal feelings. Akris had yet to work up the nerve to speak about that summer again but it sometimes made mental visits. Tugging at the corner of his mind while he was sitting at his desk trying to write an essay or finish up a lab paper for Science class. Whatever the case may be Akris dropped the subject for as he looked back up to meet Baiu's expectantly the other looked, off.
Baiu's soft green eyes jumped else where. The petite candy munching boy turning his head suddenly as if someone had called his name but only to find that there wasn't anyone in the hall anymore. This Akris had made sure of, leaning out from between the lockers and looking in the direction his companion had to see who was coming, but there was no one. Upon peering back at the other's face it was time for Akris to feel worried. Baiu had squeezed his eyes shut as if to keep out a horrid dream. Blinking his eyes back into view a few times like trying to make sure he had not seen something crazy like. Akris's lips tilted into a frown while his legs pushed the taller up into a standing position only to send him crouch so the pair of brown ups could peek up at his companions face. "Are you ok Pops?" he mumbled out, tilting his head a bit causing his bangs to slid across his face. Were they...
"Are they.." he started but drifted off in favor of merely waiting, giving the struggling boy a chance to pull himself together.
Just when he had commented about how quiet it had been recently Baiu's specters reappeared for a sudden visit.. Ｌ a y Me D o w n, Let T h e only S O U N D ❸↩↰ The world's A beast of burden, You've been holding on a long time..

It was true. The two could communicate so easily. Even though said summer had happened, it was like almost nothing had happened. Almost.
Baiu was looking at Akris, but not at the same time. He saw him in front of him, however Baiu was looking past the surroundings. They hadn't bothered him in a while. For some time, he'd almost expected they'd completely stopped. This time it was telling him things Baiu didn't want to hear. Vile things one could be better off without listening to. Baiu stood like that for a few moments.
Snapping out of the trance-like state, Baiu took a deep breath as Akris began to ask about them. He let it out slowly and shook his head, Eh... Same old, same old..... And it was going so well.. Baiu trailed off, pulling his hand away delicately and running his hands through his dark hair.
Baiu shifted, leaned against the locker behind him. Glancing back from the ground where his eyes had looked, he spoke up. Speaking of apartments... I've got some news myself. Baiu mentioned, returning to the topic of previously talked about apartments. It's not the good kind, either.. Baiu warned Akris. I'm sorry...I'm sorry... The voices aren't happy if I disobey....I'm sorry...I'm sorry... ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈

He sometimes wish that he...
not that Akris had ever told Baiu, but he sometimes wished he could hear them to. So he could tell them to shut their dirty pie holes and leave Baiu alone for a while or..something. But alas, all Akris could do was try and keep his companions spirits up so he could keep going about his day. Moral support of sorts.
Though the task was going to be harder it seemed as Baiu's voice took a sad note. One that was accompanied a hint a bad news as well. Something that happened to involve apartments....
which begged to raise the question, Was Baiu alright?..
Lifting a brow Akris leaned forwards, following Baiu so he could hear the other. "I..uhh, alright." he stumbled out, hooking his hands into the straps of his duffle bag and shifting uncomfortably. Sure he had just been the bearer of bad news but it always made him nervous to hear it. Considering you never really knew what it was..

Baiu shifted uncomfortably and store back up right. Akris was moral support to a point, however he was also practically his only friend. Baiu could go to him about basically everything.
Baiu didn't realize Akris sometimes wished he could hear them too. Baiu would never wish Schizophrenia on anyone. Even if it'd been for a positive thought, he didn't want anyone else to go through it.
Well.. See, I have no clue what I did for my landlord to be so... So rude! Baiu exclaimed angrily. He took a deep breath and adjusted his glasses. His landlord.. I'm backed up on like two maybe three payments for my apartment and he's kicking me out if I don't come up with the cash.. Baiu fixed his backpack strap. I have today and tomorrow to pay him back before he sends people in to give me the boot... I.. I just don't know what to do.. I'm doing major overtime but I don't think I'll have enough.. I.. How the boy just allowed Akris to occasionally complain about his parents or his life situation while the dark haired teen knew that on his side of the fence it was bland and gloomy so to speak. He felt horrid for whining about it now knowing what Baiu was having to stress over.
Though he felt worse for not even seeing the signs. For not knowing that Baiu was slipping and having to handle it on his own considering Akris couldn't give any words of encouragement on the subject. Swallowing to ease his suddenly dry mouth a tad the boy allowed a frown to tug at his lips. For as long as he could remember Baiu had been hefting things on his own such as a job and this apartment that apparently his landlord was peeved over. "How did..? Well..." he started rather lamely, distracted by the fact that Baiu had taken to hiding his face as tears began to fall. Tears made Akris anxious for he wasn't truly sure on how to get rid of the for he was usually bad at offering words to console the other person when said crying was involved. In most cases when some of his friends would break down and show weakness the Prep would simply pull them into a hug and let them cry out their emotions out. Be that strong shoulder some people just needed and it seemed to have carried him through those awkward situations so far.
"We'll figure something out Baiu..im sure of it." he continued, hesitant on what he should do but eventually offering a light hug for the other falling back into his normal pattern. "You'd think sense you've been such a good client that guy would cut you some slack or something. Give you more time." he sighed out, glad that the halls were relatively empty still despite the fact that the first bell was probably preparing to ring and alert schoolmates to get to class. "Well, phooey on that guy. Why don't you just come and stay at my place for a bit?" he asked. It seemed his gut instinct was speaking for him before his brain comprehended for as he prepared to let his friend go from a hug he lifted a brow at the sudden words. But, it was a marvelous idea! "Yea, why don't you just come stay with me! That's an awesome idea. I have extra room and you wouldn't have to worry about that a** of a landlord and...stuff." he drifted off realizing that his voice had gotten louder with the excitement sounded a lot like some of his prep cliques girl community. Embarrassing...
But if Baiu accepted the idea then they would be roomies. The practically brothers could sit and relax or hangout whenevers because heck they'd be under the same roof. Not having to worry about who was whispering or his parents breaking the fun. It sounded like a good idea anyways... Baiu pulled his hands away from his now tear stained face. He appreciated Akris being a great friend and a shoulder to lean on. Most of the times when Baiu had break downs, he'd been alone. Only few times had he ever really done so in front of Akris. He didn't want to worry Akris over himself.
He blinked when Akris suggested he stayed with him. Cautiously he, he quickly glanced around the halls. Still no one in this hallway. Are you sure? I mean I appreciate it. However, I don't want to be a burden or anything... Baiu notioned. Baiu paused for a moment when Akris continued to say how he had extra space. The excitement in his voice was loud and clear and Baiu couldn't help laughing a bit at Akris. Sorry, but you sound like a gossiping chick! Baiu laughed hard at Akris.
Baiu wiped his face of the tear stains and pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose. He pulled another lollipop from his pocket and closed his eyes as he unwrapped it. Sorry for crying like that. That's was pretty embarrassing.. Baiu apologized to Akris. I'm sorry...I'm sorry... The voices aren't happy if I disobey....I'm sorry...I'm sorry... ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈

"No, now don't say that. I wouldn't think it for a second, I mean we're practically brothers here!" he stated, waving his hands about like a balance scale might when a sudden amount of weight was thrown on it.
They were, or at least in Akris's mind they were. Having been best friends since childhood. Sharing everything from imaginary pretend schemes to stupid little crushes and what not.
However the topic suddenly shifted and with it did his face. An embarrassed shade of red coloring his nose and cheeks from the description the other used. A gossiping girl...
Come to think of it he sort of had sounded like a giddy blonde might when they had just been informed that a certain boy was going to be waiting for them in the lunch room or perhaps a present rumored to be given to them by their parents or friends. "That was pretty bad right?" he laughed, rubbing his neck with his right hand but keeping his light and amused smile upon his lips. "It seems my inner lady has made an appearance!" with that he slipped into a minor fit of laughter before settling down enough to simply stand with Baiu in the quiet of the hallway before it was time for class.
It was at this moment that their conversation took a more serious note once more. But in the sense that it was an apology. Once that in Akris's opinion didn't need to be spoken for he could understand. No did understand that Baiu was probably extremely stressed up till this point. Who wouldn't be when you were about to loose your home and your efforts to save it were simply not enough despite working yourself to the bone. The prep couldn't pretend that he hadn't noticed the other's exhausted expressions. He had refrained from saying something though hoping that maybe it was just a bout of restlessness for they had both gone through such things at random points in their lives. Or perhaps he had hoped that it wasn't something to do with Baiu's little visitors. Hoping for the other to get a good amount of peace before the inevitable was to occur again. "Don't worry about it Baiu...no one is judging." he stated, hoping to give a little bit of comfort. I was sick and I meant to post this reply much earlier! >o< oh also I don't know what you wanna do for the classtime? We can do it however, like play the whole day or just a few periods, whatever I'm fine with it! ^^
