I know these actions aren’t very brave
Even if you say I’m cowardly, I can’t go anymore
Do you know these feelings
Way to you feels like hell
Should we be feeling the same
This doesn’t make sense
I was the one to make you feel better
Please tell me it’s nothing
Why not me just tell, say anything

xxxxBlake had arrived and changed his clothing, now, he was standing in his room lacing up his nice pair of white shoes that were brand new. He tucked the laces inside the shoe and looked in the mirror, then grinned to himself. Ya, he knew he looked good. He pulled the comb off his stand and started to brush all his hair forwards, the back down, then the sides and set his comb aside, only to pick up a black hat off his chair from his desk. It had spikes on it, adding a bit of a dangerous aura to him. He placed it on the crown of his head and tilted the bill upwards, he had a bit of a gangster, rock scene going on now. He leaned into the mirror and lined his eyes lightly with black eyeliner, kinda weird, but it was how it worked in his group. It brought out the depth in his piercing eyes, which were one of his best features, at least that's what he's been told. He set the liner away on the desk and glimpsed at himself once again, he was all set. He turned away from the mirror and clipped on his necklace that had a key on it, then pulled on his bracelet, then his cross earring. He hummed the first song they would be playing tonight and just started bobbing his head back and forth lightly, pumping himself up for the concert. He was psyched, he had a good feeling about tonight. They would be a huge hit, mostly because he was actually in a half way good mood tonight. He heard his phone going off, playing their very first single. He looked over on the bed where he had thrown it earlier and walked over, sliding the screen and seeing a text from an unknown number. He read it and grinned to himself, so she did want to go. Good, that would make things more fun. He pressed reply..'It's my number, lol. The concert ends about 10pm, then there's an after party, but you don't have to go to that. I'll take you home after the concert if you want. I'll be there in 5 to pick you up' He pressed send, then memorized the address to her loft and pocketed his phone.

He stomped his right foot twice on the floor and turned to his right, picking up his guitar he wandered to his door, opened it, then shut it behind him and took long strides towards the stairs. His body was trembling with excitement and energy, he was pumped up like he were on coke. His band mates were waiting for him by the door and he gave them the peace sign to his temple, they gave him the same salute and he hopped right in front of them with a blank look, but energy surged in his eyes. "I'll be meeting ya'll there, I'm going to pick up someone" He stated with a bland voice, then walked through them, ignoring their giggles, snickers, and smart aleck remarks. His shoes made light thumping sounds as he walked down the walkway and made his way to the garage that held all their cars, nice a** cars if he must add. He opened the door and shut it behind him, lights in the garage instantly turned on and his eyes were set on seven cars and three bikes. Most of the cars were his, because he couldn't decide on just one. Only one of the bikes were his, the one he built from scraps up. He hummed still, but this time it was the tune from the second song they would be performing. He brought out his hand and clicked the unlock pad, a sexy a** Nissan 350 ZX. He walked over to his car and pulled the door out with one hand, then lifted it up like a lambo. He put his guitar case in the back seat and slid inside the leather seats that were lined with light blue decal, he had fresh cherry wood inside as well. He pulled down the door and shut it, then ran his hands over the steering wheel slowly, he would've gotten a hard on, but he wasn't that weird. He slid his key into the ignition and the car growled and roared in the garage, he closed his eyes and groaned a bit himself.

He then opened his eyes and fixed his hat a bit, then put his right hand on the stick shift and moved it into reverse. He backed up his car and reached his left hand up to his sun visor and pressed a button, the garage door opened, he put his car into neutral, then first gear and slammed the gas, his car ripped out of the garage and he power shifted it into second, then slammed on the gas once pushing on the clutch. He pulled the emergency break and slid into a drift onto the street, then dropped the break and power shifted his car into third, pressing onto the clutch and hitting the gas once again. Ya, he was almost to her loft in a matter of minutes. He slowed down once he got onto her street, his engine growling and purring as it approached her loft. He pressed onto the break in front of her loft and put his car into neutral after down shifting, he honked his horn once and looked out his passenger window, waiting for her to get down to his car. He popped a stick of gum into his mouth and grinned, damn, he needed a smoke, he had a lot of energy.

Don’t lie to me – two is better
When I wake up, it’s morning time without you
Because it hasn’t been long
It just feels all good
I don’t know, don’t know – there is no tomorrow
Alone, being alone is the best
You should feel what I’m feeling too
Hurry and break up with that girl – ha!

You know. He had only assured her impressions on him, when he pulled up in his rather, odd car. Something she wouldn't have driven. In her eyes, the only good car, was a fast car, and in her eyes, a fast car consisted of being a Muscle car. Walking out of the lobby, Alex swiped strands of hair from her face and headed to the man's car. Stopping for a second, Alex tapped her hell on the sidewalk, expecting him to walk out, come over, and open her door. Something expected. But no. That was too much for her to expect from him. After a second, the girl just lifted open the door open and slipped in. But as graceful as ever. Rolling her eyes she shut the door beside her and looked to the man as she slipped her seat belt on. Safety First. Duh. "You know, I expected something different." Maybe it was because of the appearance of his father and mother, but this car was slightly typical of the man he was putting off at the party. "Nevertheless. I also expected you to pull up in that, Bike, thing you had." Hm. Wasn't she just full of it? Haven't not even being in the car for 5 minutes.

Rubbing her neck, the girl stared out the window of the vehicle.
"10 is rather early eh? I expected it to go a bit later. But, we shall see. I do have classes in the morning. If the concert goes well, maybe i'll come to your little party. Besides. If I didn't want to stay. I am sure a Taxi could bring me home. I'd hate to be the reason you didn't stay. I am only going after all, to see what you actually are made of." A giggle came from the woman. Ok, so whatever. He was probably famous, she hadn't researched his music, yet anyway, but she assumed, eventually, when she did, that she could be surprised. So, even if he had been famous, yes, he would be more into the music industry than she, and she would be basically be compared to some newbie, who went onto the internet and expected to hand a veteran gamer, his a**. That is exactly what the situation would be like.

Never wanting to toot her own horn though, the girl was quite good at singing. Just because she wasn't famous didn't mean anything. Maybe she just enjoyed not being mainstream, anyone ever think about that?

Blinking, Alex shook her thoughts off and looked over to the man, criss-crossing her legs and setting her clutch and hands in her lap. Ever so proper.
"Well?" She spoke calmly. "Are we going or what?"

xxxxBlake knew what she was waiting for, honestly, there was only so far that his gentlemanly ways got. He was mostly only like that because his parents were around and he was in a playful mood, but other than that, he didn't really go to far from his 'Bad Boy' persona. She would find that out real quick, but it wasn't like he was to bad about it. He had a soft side, but not many people were special enough to witness that part of him. It took a special kind of person, not even his friends saw a soft side of him. They saw a calmer side, but never got close to breaking down the walls of unbreakable metal that was built around his heart and mind. It happens after so long, being someone in his line of profession, there had to be a way to protect yourself. His way, well, that required a lot of emotional and mental barrings. It had to be done, it was the only way that he would survive in this time and this life he had set out for him. She expected him to open the door for her, not only that but she expected the bike he was driving earlier. Ha, little did she knew that he was actually quite picky when it came to gas. He liked to save it because fueling up every other day was tireless and he didn't like spending his money wastefully like that, it was a pity that people with less money than him had to deal with that all that sh*t. "I like to change up the style, besides, people like to stalk cars when they're crazy fans. I don't need to get into my car after a concert and have a crazy fan masturbating all over my passenger seat. So the less they know what my car looks like, the better off I am. I haven't taken this car to a concert yet, so it's better off" He stated, being blunt about the creepy situation that he'd thought out. Honestly, it's happened before to other famous people, he really didn't need it happening to him.

So ten o'clock was early for her, huh? He would have to put on a god damn good show in order for her to enjoy herself. What a high class b*tch, huh? What the hell had he gotten himself into? Oh well, it wasn't like he was interested in dating her, or in the thought of dating in general. He was a hard guy to impress, but she had caught his interest, to be honest. Not as much to date her, but enough to just have her within his sights. Most girls were throwing themselves at him, which was annoying, but he wouldn't complain too much. He had Alex's mother blushing at him earlier, which was actually quite a feat, no one else seemed to notice. Bah, he was thinking too much right now, but it happened when he was really pumped up. She wanted to see what he was made of, interesting, was she getting all high and mighty on him? Lovely, now it was a challenge to see who was better. He wasn't going to fiddle his own fiddle, but come on, he was famous and there weren't many complaints on his music. Not even the critics had much negative feedback for him, which was something good to say. He'd never done anything to purposely get him into magazines, he'd never done anything to get in trouble, so he had to have some kind of good record in the business industry. Less stress on the press, haha.

He nodded his head with a stupid grin on his face as she asked if they were going to leave, ya ya, they were going to. Jeez, what a b*tchy girl. "Good thing you got your seat belt on" She didn't look the type that has had much excitement or fear of death before, so he would give her about an hour's worth of it. He had the police paid off in his back pocket, so he wouldn't have much trouble with that, but what was the fun in telling her that? He would give her the ride of her life and surprise her with getting to the Coliseum in less than the approximate time getting there, it was how he rode. Fast. It was the thrill of his childhood getting out, since he didn't have much of a childhood to begin with. He was born and bred a businessman from the moment in time that he could walk and understand things by himself, so he always had to be on his A-game. Now that he was able to think for himself and declare his own independence, he wouldn't let anyone take it away from him. If the girl hadn't noticed already, this car was made for raw and pure speed. He had his fair share of fast American muscle cars in his garage, but he'd taken a few of them to concerts already, he didn't need a scene. He pressed on his clutch and slammed the car into an instant first gear, his right foot hitting the gas suddenly, making his tired squeal and rip right out of the parking spot he'd chosen. They shot down the road and his dark eyes lined with eyeliner dazzled with excitement, he pressed on the clutch again in a matter of seconds and the car ripped into second gear, then third, then fourth. He was powershifting like a pro, picking up speed like a demon. Ya, it was probably bad for the car, but this baby was used to it and if it did break in any way, he would fix it. Why bother paying for someone else to fix your car when Blake could do it himself, for free? Free was always good, one could never be too careful with his money. He weaved in and out of traffic, getting on the interstate in a matter of minutes. He was passing through yellow lights, but never once had he ever did any slight movement that would otherwise put them in danger. He was actually driving carefully now that someone was in his car, someone, a lady. For once, he actually had a girl in his car. Haha. How ironic.."Hope I'm not freaking you out" He said softly, humor in his voice.

Don’t lie to me – two is better
When I wake up, it’s morning time without you
Because it hasn’t been long
It just feels all good
I don’t know, don’t know – there is no tomorrow

Oh, did she say she liked Fast? Maybe a controlled fast? This kind of fast was Insane. Shouldn't he have been driving the speed limit in the city?? Wouldn't cops pull him over? If they pulled him over and they just so happened to be Alex's fathers friends, it wouldn't have been so bad, but knowing her luck, that wouldn't have happened. Grimacing, Alex held tightly onto her clutch. Would the man have possibly made fun of her if she was holding onto what could only be known as 'Oh S***' Bars? Probably. He seemed that way. In the past, The men Alex had been strong armed into dating, had driven a Maserati or a Lamborghini. Nothing tunes up like this one. This one seemed a tad more..Fast? Ugh! What had she gotten herself into??? "Umm...Aren't you worried about being pulled over? The City is normally riddled with Police Officers..." Was that some sort of reassurance for her? To verbally place her thoughts out there? Well, whatever it was, she wasn't going to cry or anything. Just, the thought of a Car Accident ruining her life, kinda popped in and out of her head one at a time. Afterall, When she drove, she drove the speed limit. Of course she knew her car could go faster, but why rush? Enjoying the scenery around you was always a good thing. Even though you shouldn't be doing those things when you are driving, who was she endangering? Nobody has gotten to ride in her car since her Father bought it for her last summer as a 'Straight A' Gift.

"I take it your parents didn't buy this for you???" Again with the assumptions that he was a spoiled brat such as she. Where she reaped the rewards her parents gave her without a second glance. With a sigh, the girl looked out the window after a couple seconds of debating weather or not she was going to throw up in his car or not. It was a good thing her hair was still in perfect condition, she may have had to ask for a bathroom break. But eventually, it was an easy thing to get used to. The man's driving and all. Looking back over at him, she girl shrugged her shoulders. "Eh, I think the general freak out happened about, 6 or 7 seconds after the initial take off. We're good now." She had to hand it to him though. For a first impression already, it was getting to be slightly fun.

But yeah right like she could admit that to him.

xxxxBlake liked to tease her a bit, it was how he rolled. He could never find a girl who took an interest in him and him take an interest in her, it was like a vicious cycle that he had gotten bored of. Sure, he had his fair share of women. Hell, what star didn't? He had experimented, but again, he couldn't take an interest in people. It was like a chemical reaction in Chemistry, he was curious and was pleased to know he could cause chemical reactions, but his curiosity had sprung out deeper. Yet again, he couldn't feel any connection and he eventually lost interest. Resulting in him hurting many people who had fallen for him, but that was mostly in the past. During his school days and his early fame track, he hadn't done anything with anyone for many years. Which wasn't very funny to admit at his age, not at all. This girl, however, hadn't ceased to amuse him since he first met her. The first impression he got of her was b*tchy, then nervous, then elegant, again b*tchy, then nervous all over again. Yet, he knew she was enjoying herself. For once, he wasn't bored immediately. It was humorous to say in the least, he was intrigued by her a bit. A spark? Perhaps. Not enough to worry him into thoughts, but he was a deep thinker, so it wasn't really a big deal right now. She was speaking about him getting pulled over, how cute. He kind of snorted in retort to her question, he couldn't possibly ruin the fun right now. It was too much and he had a lot of energy.."Those pigs would have to catch me first" He stated with a grin on his face, never failing to give anything away. The usual bad boy look, but he pulled it off well. He liked to see how his actions affected people, this situation was going back to his love of chemical reactions.

He sped down the interstate, power shifting and basically raping the interstate with his raw speed and power. He built this baby up from pure factory, to nothing but his magic touch. Not only was he book smart in school, street smart in life, but he had quite a few handy skills he could use in every day life. He was a usual bad boy that was rich and famous, but never once did he ever fail to do things a normal human could. Fixing cars, cooking for himself, cleaning his own room. Yet of course, he never cleaned up a mess he caused. So he had hired a cute Korean maid girl to clean everything but his room for him, it was the way things worked. Clean up after yourself, he did, his parents had taught him that much. "Not having fun, I take it?" Though he said that, his grin never left his face. He knew she was having fun, he knew he was. If she wasn't, he was still going to have fun. He heard her remark about being freaked out and he just bust out laughing, only causing him to floor the gas pedal to the ground. Oh, how fun. He finally pressed on the clutch and pushed the car into the last gear, fifth, then the gas. Ha, just when the fun seemed to stop, he showed it up with something else. He was full of surprises. "To answer your question, Miss Alexandria, I bought this car with my hard-earned money. I haven't relied on my parents since I hit high school, no need to bother them with money issues when I'm perfectly capable of it myself. Sure, I won't lie, they have bought me a car or two. But-" He stopped momentarily, switching lanes in front of a car, then taking off past a semi, racing like a bat out of Hell past it. -I was sure to pay them the money back after I sold it on auction"

Sure, he gave off the aura of being a bad boy, but he was actually soft at heart when it came to his parents. Somewhere deep inside his heart, he loved them, but he wouldn't say that one out loud. He hated their intentions for his future, trying to cut away the only thing he loved in life more than vehicles, but he never accepted a gift from them after middle school. He was old enough to get a job after he hit high school, so he worked his a** off everyday while going to school. He believed in hard work and dedication, without that, life was really nothing. It was boring being handed everything, not a typical rich kid, definitely not. He looked over at her, taking his eyes off the rode for a while and not even glancing back. He knew he was going straight and he knew that if he got too close to a car, his car would warn him ahead of time. But, what was the fun in telling her that now? She was still a bit freaked out from his crazy, but mind you safe, driving. She wasn't showing it as much, but he was good at reading actions. Not to mention, she looked rather lovely tonight. Haha, he sounded so damn cheesy. "You hungry at all? We still have a bit before we have to be there, we can stop by a fancy restaurant and get you something to eat" He was being nice now, perhaps trying to soften up the mood. He wasn't looking at the rode, so maybe he was trying to call her attention from that. But, it would be funnier if she freaked out on him. "Oh, and you look great" He laughed a bit, a few chuckled coming from his voice. Though his dark eyes sparkled with amusement, power, and all the things a guy craves in life. He wasn't being perverted or anything, just stating a few facts and whatnot. Besides, the night was just getting started, he didn't want it to end so abruptly. Why not take a few detours here and there? Life was too short to rush, right?

Don’t lie to me – two is better
When I wake up, it’s morning time without you
Because it hasn’t been long
It just feels all good

"Well, Just because I accepted a car or two from my Father doesn't mean I don't work hard for my money." Alex retorted. You know what? It was the least he could do for Alex. Buy her a car or something. Her father was a very strict man. Always making sure Alex knew the value of a dollar while she was growing up. It had been bad enough with all the dance lessons and music classes her mother had so thoughtfully enrolled her in, he had just made her long days, even much more longer. Having to hear how her mother was blowing the money on useless things? It was very tiresome. "It is the least that man could ever do for me." Alex had always felt like her father resented her decision to move to America. And her, in General, But he had gotten over it as soon as he could see the perspective business partners he could inherit, like Blakes Father. So it made him love her, ever slightly. Kid's just seemed to be a hard thing the man had to deal with. "Isn't it bad enough that he is trying to marry me off to his business partners son?" The woman spoke with a smirk.

Food? Food sounded good. Alex diverted from the awkward conversation and shrugged a bit. Looking back out the window and blinking.
"Well, I dunno, all that Seafood at that dinner party was sure some sort of awesome..." The girl teased. The food at the Party had been gross. She was sure all she had was a bite of some bread, and some wine. "But sure. It sounds nice. But a Fancy Restaurant? They always take too long. We could go to a Fancy Restaurant at our Engagement Party." The girl couldn't help but laugh at that comment. Sure, their friendship wouldn't evolve to that sort of thing, assured their parents would try to make that sort of thing happen, but Alex doubted it would come to term. Wait, friendship? Only having been in a car with him for a few moments and she enjoyed him enough to think of it as a friendship? Eh, that wasn't so bad. He didn't seem like a bad guy, It had been fun so far. It wasn't like she was attracted to him in any sort of way. Even though he had just complimented her looks. But it was fine. He wasn't bad looking. But that was it. Just, not bad looking. If Alex thought of it as anymore, it would probably askew its self in her mind.

"There is this rather great Burger place just off the Interstate. The Cheeseburgers are great." It was like this old fashioned Drive through. Alex loved those sorts of thing. Once in awhile, she would take the time to drive out to this place, but it was rare. Normally staying in the city and staying near home or near school. Besides, she had food in her home. Why would she go out? She could cook, clean, all those sorts of things. Things that involved not needing a maid and what not. She had also been very particular about people touching her things. It just, never happened. If she hadn't freaked out first, they would get the picture. "If you would only pay attention to the road, you wouldn't miss the turn that is coming up, and we could go there." She smirked and rolled her eyes. The place was not as expensive as most of the places people of her kind were expected to go too, but she didn't care. It was nice not having to play dress up for some nice food.

It had only been inevitable that her guard was dropping. Miss Prim and Proper had taken a back seat. Almost 3 Miles ago. But she still had her guard up. It was still the beginning of the night and things could go awry, she had expected such. She had also been wanting to ask the guy if he had weird intentions with his vehicle. He was oddly good at driving it so quick and seemed he looked like he was having more than just a regular time shifting. Alex's car was a stick and even she never enjoyed it that much. Maybe it was his thing?

I know these actions aren’t very brave
Even if you say I’m cowardly, I can’t go anymore
Do you know these feelings
Way to you feels like hell
Should we be feeling the same
This doesn’t make sense
I was the one to make you feel better
Please tell me it’s nothing
Why not me just tell, say anything

xxxxAll Blake could do was smile at the reply she gave him, she was quite the forward one when it came to remarks. It was interesting no doubt, to the man who always had something to say back to people. He listened to her while she spoke about her father, no doubt their relationship was a bit strained. Just from the tone in her voice, he could tell that there was some tension there. Him and his dad didn't get along either, his mom was more of the silent and submissive type, so he never really spoke to her. She went along with his father's little game and did almost everything he told her to, because he had the money, the power, the name. He hated women like that, it was annoying. It was how his fans reacted around him, he had everything they wanted. Fame, fortune, the good looks. That's how things worked he guessed, but he made a bit of a chuckle at the mentioned of her father trying to marry her off to him. He knew how she felt, it was a lot of bullsh*t the way their parents were trying to match them up and expect love at first sight. He didn't believe in all that nonsense, the only closeness to love he ever got was love at first sight with his guitar. Ya, that was probably strange in it's own tense, but he didn't mind really. He told the newspapers and the television interview the same thing, his first love was his guitar. They all laughed playfully at him, passing it off as some kind of joke. Perhaps a way to get more attention, but he was damn straight serious.

He was hungry, besides, the food was f*cking awful at the business party. He ate the bread, that was it. Everything else was just flat out disgusting, he had a hard time eating fancy food that looked good, but tasted horrible. Spending about twenty buck per plate was ridiculous, no, it was horrendous because the food tasted about as good as a plate full of sh*t. He knew McDonalds was better than that, perhaps the prices should be changed. No, that was why McDonalds was so popular. Cheap prices. "I about gagged smelling it" He said to her, a grin on his face. Not to mention that it not only tasted bad, but it smelled horrible. The only thing good about it was the looks and the bread, that's saying something. "Well-" He bust out laughing, causing him to accidently pressed down on the gas more and max out the speed, his car was going so fast that the speedometer was way past the car's max. He couldn't even tell how fast they were going. "-I'm sure the engagement party would have better food than that, honestly, maybe something fancy like traveling to another country and eating better seafood than whatever the f*ck that was" He's had a lot better seafood, but he knew that IF he ever did decide to get married, he would probably take his new bride to another country. Their honeymoon celebration would consist of a new country every day they were celebrating, a max of week, seven new countries in seven days. That's how his mind worked. If a woman was lucky enough to mean that much to him, he would probably worship her like a queen or a goddess, whichever came first.

Now, to be honest, Alex was quite good looking. He had never had any preferences in women, since he knew lowering his sights on one type of girl would just ruin his chances of ever finding any kind of feelings. Alex was headstrong, independent, forward, honest, and had one hell of a b*tchy side. On the other hand, she had her cute moments. Plus, her looks were a plus. Not the type of girl people would expect Blake to be seen around with, but that was probably the best thing. Many girls tried many looks to get him, but this girl knew nothing of his success or fame. She dressed how she wanted and didn't care if she impressed him, which made it even better. Ya, he would probably say something like that out loud, but wouldn't he sound cheesy? Perhaps, but then again, he liked to see the reactions. Again, like a chemical experiment. "Alrighty, just tell me the way, my lady" He said with amusement in his voice, a smile plastered on his lips.

He felt that her guard was dropping just a bit, which was good for him because he hated when people felt uncomfortable around him. Honestly, what was there to be nervous about? Sure, he was tall, good looking, had a reputation of being a famous rock star, had a sh*t ton of money, had good looking band members, people worshipped him, could get anyone he wished for.. Meh, he was still human. Humans had a mind of their own, unlike rich snobs, he thought and acted on his own accord. He never let the fame and fortune he had go to his head, he hated people like that. He saw Alex's little smirk and he grinned to himself on reaction, then finally turned his eyes to the rode and his eyes once again dazzled with dangerous amusement. It was the look he gave the rode when they first took off from her house, so this could only mean one thing.. More fun. He took in a deep breath, then saw the exit she was talking about. It was a sharp turn that said to lower the speed down to twenty, ha! They were approaching it faster than they should be anyways, so there was only one thing he could do.. Rip it like Tokyo Drift. He wouldn't be able to slow down anyways, he quickly looked over at Alex and chuckled lightly.."Hold on" He stated with excitement in his voice, then floored the gas completely again, then pulled up his emergency break and turned the wheel. They easily and gracefully slid on his front wheels, his car gliding through the sharp turn leaving Blake to watch the rather huge ditch in front of them. As soon as the street was coming to a straight again, he slowly pulled down the emergency break and turned the wheel a bit, his car straightened itself out and he pressed on the clutch. He when from fifth gear, to second in a matter of a few quick seconds, then he started rapidly power shifting back up to fifth and again, within 4 seconds flat, they were going well over the max speed to the point where he didn't know how fast they were going. His heart was racing a million miles an hour, but he was very excited. He took in a deep breath and reached in his side door consoul and looked at Alex before bringing something out.."Do you mind if I smoke?" At least he was gentlemanly enough to ask before doing so, most guys wouldn't. Actually, in the past, he could give a rat's a** what the other girls said in reaction. Yet, it was bad enough this poor girl had to witness his burst of energy like this, so the least he could do in exchange for her sanity was ask before smoking. His voice was actually gentle for once, but his eyes sparkled with energy, his lips were in a smile that hadn't left his face since she got in the car. How rare.

They were now on the town interstate, heading to the town where her cheeseburger place was, all she had to do was tell him where it was. Honestly, he hardly ever went out to eat, so he didn't know where the restaurants were. No matter how lame that sounded, he'd rather cook for himself. Yes, he could cook, he wasn't that lazy.

Don’t lie to me – two is better
When I wake up, it’s morning time without you
Because it hasn’t been long
It just feels all good
I don’t know, don’t know – there is no tomorrow
Alone, being alone is the best
You should feel what I’m feeling too
Hurry and break up with that girl – ha!

Alex was a tad bit more, observant for a second. He was really talented with this machine wasn't he? A reminiscent of That fast and furious movie. One of her favorite actors played in that movie so she had almost, always watched it religiously when it decided to come on HBO or whatever. Not being one for T.V. much, she would rarely be seen watching one. But there were those odd times that she had. Normally it had been left on as background noise as she had read. If the music hadn't been playing that was. Back to the present though, Alex blinked, knowing if she hadn't kept a look out for the place, they would miss it with his driving. After a few moments, she had pointed to a restaurant just around the corner. "Again. If you aren't paying attention, you will miss it." A chuckle came from her as she said so. She had become a tad bit comfortable with him. It was almost an easy going time now.

Nonetheless, Alex blinked as he asked her if he could smoke. It was his car, wouldn't matter much to her. A habit she wasn't quite fond of for herself, but, to each their own.
"Asking me for permission to smoke in your own car? How, Chivalrous?" Another slight smirk. "No, I do not care if you smoke. That stuffs bad for you ya know, being a singer and all. Strains the vocals overtime." Always full of a small factoid or two here and there. Just like Alex. The Cheeseburger place was slowly coming up. No doubt the driver would only come to a dramatic stop. As like his driving.

When they arrived, Alex quickly rolled down the car windows. The girls usually came to the car and took your order on skates and stuff. It was always quite entertaining to Alex. Something she found maybe she would take a s a job in the future or something. Something to kill her spare time. Extra money was always nice and she had always liked their outfits. Hastily she answered the woman before she even asked.
"Hello! Yes, I would like a Double cheese burger, and some fries. No Salt pleaseee" That had been all sorts of nice. Blinking, the woman looked back towards the man, over her shoulder, and tilted her head a bit. "Oh. Sorry. I forgot to ask you what you wanted. Their Double Cheeseburgers are fantastic. And their milkshakes. Oh!" She turned back to the woman and blinked. "Could I get a Thick Chocolate Milkshake." A smile came to her lips as she waited for the man to order. She was rather impatient. Their burgers were brilliant. Somethings he could munch on and not even care if she pigged out on it. So much for prim and proper, that quickly disappeared when she got something she really really enjoyed. One for wanting food, and two for wanting to get to the concert quickly.

A tinge of forgetfulness had seemed to hit her. But she couldn't think of what quite yet. Like she had forgotten to do something, or call someone. Well, whatever it was, she was sure she would remember sooner or later.

xxxxBlake pulled out a cigarette from his pack and lit it up when she said it didn't matter to her, he was just being polite, he didn't want to smoke and have her mad at him like some of the other women did. He drifted easily through the intersecting lines on the interstate and to the exit where the burger place was that she was talking about, then he pulled into the driveway and parked. He looked over at her when they parked and he smiled a bit, she was an interesting person to say in the least. "I could've just not asked, my bad for being polite" He chuckled a bit in reaction to her comments, he knew smoking was bad, but it wasn't like he didn't already know that. He only did it to calm his nerves, not for stress or anything, just to relax his body a bit because he was over excited and when he got too excited, he tended to get a bit rough in his car. For example, his driving thus far. He took in a nice long drag as he listened to Alex order, his mind was relaxed and his body took a bit of a breather as he rolled down his window. His phone lit up in his pocket and he pulled it out, Ren had told him that there were people already lined up at the gate. He grinned a bit, there was still a few hours before the concert, so he found this situation amusing. Everyone else was there, but him, not that he minded. Honestly, it was rather boring just sitting around and waiting for his crew to set everything up for the concert and stuff. So he found it enjoyable to actually have something to do other than just sitting there, for once.

He blew out the smoke towards the window and his eyes followed the girl who rolled over to his side of the car to take his order, he supposed Alex was done. She was quite the entertainer, he was no doubt seeing a side of her that she didn't really show strangers quite often, which he found amusing to say in the least. The girl saw him through the window and she stopped in her tracks, her eyes widening and he saw the grip on her tray get a bit tighter. She looked instantly nervous.."B..Blake.. Ah.. C-Can I take your order?" He could only laugh a bit at her reaction, that was something he never got tired of. He thought for a moment, taking in Alex's requests for him. He looked over at Alex and smiled, then turned back to the girl. His piercing eyes looked at her and almost instantly, her body got very aware of him. "Yes, you may. Miss.. Erica" He stated softly, his voice was a bit different, the voice he used with all fans. No doubt he used a different voice and demeanor with Alex, this time, he seemed a bit professional. He was living up to his reputation, it wasn't the real him. "I'll take the double cheeseburger and a vanilla milkshake" He stated, then reached in his pocket and pulled out a black platinum card. He handed it to the girl and she bowed her head a bit, then nervously skated away.

He waited until she got inside, then he just busted out laughing. He always found it amusing when he could fluster up women, since it wasn't every day that he came to public places. No doubt his scene with Alex would get out in the open, then the newspapers, then the magazines, then television. Oh well, it was humorous. No doubt the girl was telling all her friends whose order she just took, then told them all what kind of woman he was with. "You may be labeled my girlfriend now, no worries, I clear this all up." He stated with a grin, he could always manipulate fans, since they were so eager to please him to get on his good side, perhaps become his girlfriend and share his fame and fortune. No doubt, everyone he came into contact with had some kind of ulterior motive in his life. Which was boring in all kinds of heights. Alex was an independent girl who shared his personal life's pain, parents that liked to mingle in the personal lives of their children. They shared a love for music. Not many people caught his interest and not many people had been seen around him in public, she should feel rather special in a way. He watched as the girl came back with his card and a receipt, no doubt he would have to sign it. He poked his head up a bit more, his cigarette handing from his lips. "C..Could you s..sign this please, Mister Raine?" He smiled at her shyness and sudden demeanor of being polite, then reached out of the car and took the pen from her. She blushed instantly and leaned forward so he could use her tray to sign, he was amused that he could change her reactions to suddenly, then he signed the receipt, then he signed her arm. She looked into his eyes and he looked into her's.."Miss Erica, I'm glad you could serve us tonight, she's a family friend and she loves this kind of fast food. Thank you for showing us good service" He said softly, she nodded her head reluctantly, blushed, and skated away. He turned his head back to Alex, feeling all good and stuff as he plucked the cigarette from his lips and exhaled the smoke. "I technically didn't lie" He smiled to her, laughing, showing his youthful side. It seemed both of their guards were dwindling.

Well. This had been interesting to say the least. The woman knew, well, sort of knew, he was famous, had only seen reactions on women at the party, but many business men's sons had that sort of feel on the women there. Most of them, all they had wanted to do was be married. Nope. Not Alex. But this guy, he was having women swooning all over him at the drive in. Ugh. It was rather distasteful how women just threw themselves at a man they hardly ever knew. With a roll of the eyes, Alex smirked and crossed her arms. "So it would seem." She answered to his remark of the 'Girlfriend' statement. Were 'Fans' That presumptuous? What happened to the days when someone could just go to the store and have a regular bite to eat without being bothered? Such was the life of someone consistently within the public eye she guessed. Another reason she balanced on the precipice of weather being famous was a good idea or not.

After awhile, the girl had come back for a signature, an autograph and then, a few moments later, returned with their food. Tilting her head, Alex blinked and shook it, with a slight chuckle.
"I am rather impatient for my food, but, are we eating these in your car? Or at one of those tables outside? Because I don't really care. I don't eat in my car, but everyone is a bit different. Well, I lied. I may drink a smoothie or two in my vehicle, but crumbs. I just cannot stand crumbs in my car." She was a Type-A perfectionist when it came to cleaning. One little crumb would mean the entire kitchen needed to be re-cleaned because she had overlooked one spot and it had messed up the feung shui of the entire place. "You know, It can't be so bad. This famous thing? Many women I know wouldn't have hesitated to kick my butt out of your car just so they could give you some sort of pleasure and have it in a record book that they could touch you." It was true. Some of the women Alex did know, were like that, and, were undoubtedly in love with this guy, sans they knew him.

"But, at some point, you have to enjoy the attention. Not trying to place you in some sort of Male category, but, all the women? Having to have your pick on not just one? How many Males envy you." The girl said with a slight smirk and shrugged. Most girls, being in the company of a Male would just be jealous more women are on him than she is. But that wasn't the case just yet. They weren't together, why should Alex depict some sort of 'Alpha Female' status on the man when they were just friends? Who was she to ruin his good time? If they were together on another hand, than that would be a whole other story. But no.

                                      Not today.

xxxxBlake looked over at Alex and laughed when she answered him about the girlfriend thing, there were logical misunderstandings and then there were just flat out misunderstandings. He didn't want people to get the wrong idea, right now, he wasn't really into dating or anything, he just wanted to focus on his music. He could've gone to college for almost anything, mostly science, but for him, he went straight into the music industry fresh out of high school. Many people in his industry didn't finish high school, they dropped out to pursue a career. Him and his friends made sure to graduate, their family valued education more than anything and that was probably something they could say they've done for their family, it was just how most Asian families worked. They laid low and played in their school and garage until they finished school, then they pursued the music career. They hit it off, fast. His parents would admit their shock, they were shocked to find out their only son became famous, practically over night. They didn't complain too much about it, it made their family have even more of a name. Not that he was doing it for them or anything, he just wanted to play his music and share his talent with the rest of the world. He had to say, he was rather proud of his success. Not only in music, but also education.

Alex was going on about eating in his car and crumbs and whatnot, which only made him stare at her with a smile on his face. He was amused, to say in the least. He held onto their food and then chuckled lightly as he opened his car door, then lifted it up. "Well, I don't mind. As long as you don't mind being seen with me" He stated with a bigger smile, then put out his cigarette on the pavement, then tucked it behind his ear and held it in place with his hat. He nodded to Alex and stepped out, placing both his feet on the pavement and grabbed their food. He got out and pushed down his door lightly, then shut it. He waited for her, then walked over to one of the tables and sat down. Many people were staring at them, but it was like he didn't see them at all. He basically ignored them and denied their existence, not intentionally, but he liked to eat his food in peace. "When it comes to attention from women, yes, I won't deny, it's nice. Yet, other times, I like to be left alone. It's a personal space issue, that's why I live away from everyone and everything in the city. I may look like an attention hog, but trust me, looks are deceiving, I find that out every day." He stated in retort to Alex, she was an interesting individual.

He liked to have public attention, most guys would, but there was only so much he could take before wanting to set off a bomb and fake his own death. Yet, it hadn't come to that just yet. A lot of people liked him, women wanted him, men wanted to be him, a lot of guys actually wanted him as badly as most women did. Older women and men, younger, his age range, but seriously, he never messed with people. He never touched a man or woman since the day he became famous, that would attract a lot of unwanted attention. "At this present moment in time, I'm more focused on my music and my band. Sure, it's strange for a guy to say that, but in all honesty, music is the number one thing on my list right now. Ever since I turned thirteen, it's always been about music" It was his first love after all, in a sense, it didn't have to be a person. He never really felt love for a person, so he didn't know what it felt like. All he knew was that he lived, breathed, and ate music. It ran through his veins like a parasite and he wouldn't change that for the world, surely Alex could relate to his feelings. He enjoyed talking to the girl, she always had something to say and seeing her like this, without her wall up, was even more interesting. Whether people wanted to say it or not, it was always known that people have a natural wall. Whether they're throwing themselves at him or not, there was still a wall. It wasn't the real them, yet, Blake always acted himself in front of people. Whether it be business people, his family, friends, or fans. It was all the same. He had the jerk-like, sarcastic, gentlemanly nature. Very few people had broken through his wall and witnessed the true him, actually, none have succeeded in that mission. None.

{Sorry about it being short, I'm trying to keep my minimum at, at least two paragraphs. I'm feeling good for now, just trying to get past the pain. You did good on the post, no worries. Alex really enjoyed the idea of eating at the table. Following behind the man, Alex looked around. Sure there were a few people around and sure, they were staring, but Alex didn't care. With a shake of the head, The girl chuckled a bit. "You weren't kidding about the 'Being Seen With You', part. Apparently people haven't gotten an eyeful enough for them yet." The staring made the girl uncomfortable a tad. Something she still hadn't gotten used too. When she was growing up, her accent had been a bit heavy. When visiting America with her parents, kids often, more than not, made fun of her because of the little lisp she held with her words. Of course, growing up, she had overcome it, but the memories still remained. In part, she figured, the only reason she never kept any friends, had been because of her experiences growing up. But it was a bit different now. Taking a seat across from the man, Alex sipped at her Milkshake and shrugged.

"I suppose I can see where you are coming from. It seems at any moment someone will just leap out of thin air and hold onto you for dear life. That is most tiresome I assume." All the while, she had picked up her burger and taken a few small bites after her little presumptions. It wasn't very lady like to speak with your mouth full. After a few swallows here and there, she continued. "It's alright to have music as your Number One priority. If only my parents could accept such a thing, my life wouldn't be so complicated. I've been in Dance, Singing Lessons and Piano lessons since I was Eight. I love the Piano, and the Singing. But, the Dancing, that is sometimes only something I partake in as an extra curricular in school. Looks better on documentation." After a few seconds of realization, Alex blinked and shook her head, trying to change the subject. What the hell was going on? She was just blabbering her life away to this perfect stranger. Maybe it was just his mannerisms. At times, she couldn't really figure if the things he told her were truth or falsified statements, but his eyes held some sort of truth that must have given her the push to speak of such things.

Clearing her throat, Alex continued to eat her burger, taking a sip here and there of Chocolate Shake. The night was still young, but her burger wasn't about to last much longer. Apparently she had become some sort of starved Mammal and decided to engulf her burger in a few bites through out their conversation. She hadn't even noticed. How ladylike did she look. Rolling her eyes to the thoughts that passed through her head, Alex sighed.
"Well. Atleast we have a sort of common ground. Meddlesome parents. Isn't that the best?" She teased slightly and had only her shake left. Sipping at it and sighing in slight content as she enjoyed it. Her mother would surely have her head if she saw her digesting such fatty things. But Alex never cared. If at some point she wanted a male suitor, that suitor wouldn't care either.

A buzz came from her back pocket, blinking, Alex pulled her Phone from her back pocket and blinked, reading something on her screen. Blinking, she looked up at the man and gave him a funny look.
"Yes, I am probably one of the few people around who enjoy using a phone that isn't so small it'd break if I sat down. Besides-" Making her case as if he had been judging her choice in phone. "-Just because mother hates it, doesn't mean I need to" Returning back to her phone, she took a few seconds to re-read her message and rubbed her neck with a sigh. "Crap. Erm-" She corrected herself quickly. "-Crud. Um. I forgot my brother was in town." The woman quickly typed a message and shut her phone. Another message came to her, and she answered that. Rather quickly these messages had gone out. It seemed as if it lasted forever, but only took a few minutes. Suddenly she started to laugh, shaking her head.

"Um. Seems my brother is a Fan of your music as well. He was a bit bummed I couldn't meet him. So now, umm. He's going to meet me at the Coliseum. I do hope that is alright. I feel really bad I forgot about him being in town. My parents arrived around the same time he did. It was hard to juggle between the two." Sipping what was left of her Milk shake, the woman felt almost rude for telling her brother where she was going and whom she was with. Knowing him, he would 'Fan-Boy' out and expect to get some sort of 'Fan Service' or something or another. First impressions of the man had been overwhelming. He looked like one of those tattooed guys that had a bad temper. His music sufficed enough, but after awhile, he showed his true colors. Being almost one of few Lead Singers of a Rock band to be fully out of the closet and in the public eye without a hint of ridicule and record labels still wanting him to be signed to them. She was always very proud of her Disowned brother. No matter what her father thought.

After a few moments, she sighed and rubbed her neck once more. A nervous tick of hers. Went along well with her other weird ticks.
"I don't, really get to see him very often. He is always on tour and stuff. What with school and everything, he won't allow me to take time off to go see him, so when he is near town, he comes to visit me. I hope that is alright?" Seriously? What was going on? She had been making her case to him like she had intruded on a date or something! Maybe it was because of the Males status in the public eye, but, normally people never got to meet her brother because of who he was. Once they found out Alexandria was the sister to a rather well known Singer to a well known Band, alot of fake friendships bloomed. But Blake was already quite popular (So she had witnessed), So, this shouldn't go so, awkward.

                                      Right?

I know these actions aren’t very brave
Even if you say I’m cowardly, I can’t go anymore
Do you know these feelings
Way to you feels like hell
Should we be feeling the same
This doesn’t make sense
I was the one to make you feel better
Please tell me it’s nothing
Why not me just tell, say anything

xxxxBlake laughed again as he sat down, watching her walk in front of him and walking in front of him to sit across from him. "Well, at least I warned you. Being famous has it's perks, but you get no sense of privacy because people are always looking at you" It was kind of like a stalker deal, he didn't really enjoy that part of being famous, it was mostly because people enjoyed his music. That was the only reason he enjoyed fame, not having his picture taken, people staring at him everywhere he goes, he always had to be careful what he did and said in front of people, because everything could go back to the press and it would ruin his perfect track record. He'd never done anything bad to set off the press, so the press never said anything bad about him. For now of course, he wanted it to stay that way. It was hard enough to realize that he couldn't even go to the grocery store without being followed around, stared at, and having people taking pictures of him with their camera phones. He honestly just wished he could live a normal life, but then he would think about it and be like.. Nah, that's boring. No matter how much of a handful his famous life got, he probably wouldn't trade it in for a normal life again, he loved playing his music too much. He wondered why he was thinking more about his life and his feelings and whatnot, perhaps it was the easy going nature of this girl, made him think a lot. He wasn't exactly complaining, no, he just wasn't used to it.

He took a drink at his milkshake and closed his eyes approvingly, it was good, she was right. He then unwrapped his sandwich and took a bite out of it, a normal, big bite. He watched her as she spoke, not really paying attention to the fact that she was trying to speak and eat between words, he was more into his conversation and burger as well. At the same time, he was the kind of guy that didn't really focus on the stupid details, it wasn't like he had brought her here to learn about her eating habits. Most guys go out with a girl to find the woman's flaws, find something to dislike about her so that she cannot find out his flaws, ya, not something he did. He was a bit of an anxious eater as well, he loved food and never failed to show it off. He took another big bite, nodding his head while she spoke, at least she understood what he hated about being famous. Yes, the attention was good, but honestly, it wasn't everything. "My parents wanted to put me through everything they could possibly think of; Dance, culinary, mannerisms.. But I have to say the one thing they didn't put me through is music, I taught myself to play the guitar and sing, a feat I am rather proud of. I have to thank my father though, for giving me my chance at the future when I was younger" He was opening up rather quickly around Alex, but he had finally caught himself and decided to beat around the bush, per say. He would tell her a vague story and just give her the details, just not every detail.

He usually didn't talk to strange people, from the beginning, he only used to idea of taking her to his concert in order to get out of that stupid business party, he didn't want to be there anymore. On his way to her house, he told himself it was just because he promised her and he couldn't go back on it because that would ruin his chances for perhaps a new fan. Then when she got in the car and glared at him and expected him to be a gentleman, then basically told him to get moving, he couldn't help himself but be amused. She was bossy, b*tchy, a little annoying, hyper, and a natural seductress with an attitude. Now, here he was, talking about his parents with her and a little bit of his life. How odd was that? Maybe it was because they had a lot in common when it came to life? Ya, that was probably it. He nodded when she asked him a question about their parents, yes, that reminded him that she was the daughter of his father's biggest challenge. Money, connections, and territory. Business in general. Something his father was trying to make him go into. Hell. No.

"My phone is as big as my hand, so I understand" He stated, feeling it vibrate a bit. He pulled out his phone from his pocket and looked at it, Minhyun was telling him that Aron and Ren were yelling at each other and he needed to hurry up so he could calm the air. Blake chuckled a bit and sent a reply message saying to just throw water on them, they'll be fine. He sent the message, then placed his phone in his pocket and looked at the facial expressions she made while sending and receiving texts, she was quite the character. She kept talking, like she didn't want to say something to ruin a date or something. The more she talked, the more it became harder to hold in the laughter that was welling up inside of him. "Any fan of mine is welcome, since he's your brother, I think it would be fun to see you around him" He finally laughed, setting the wrapped to his finished burger on the table and sipped at his milkshake, she was a funny individual, perhaps he should keep her around a bit longer than he had originally thought. He couldn't remember the last time he had laughed this much around someone, his eyes looked directly in her's, they have changed since they first met. He wondered if she noticed.

Don’t lie to me – two is better
When I wake up, it’s morning time without you
Because it hasn’t been long
It just feels all good
I don’t know, don’t know – there is no tomorrow
Alone, being alone is the best
You should feel what I’m feeling too
Hurry and break up with that girl – ha!

Alex was almost, humbled to know that someone had been raised just as she had. But at the same time, it was an irritating though to think of her past. Her parents were always so strict, it was something she was glad she had moved away from. Sometimes they were just too much. Her brother could vouch for that. "The only thing I could possibly think to thank my Father for, would be my chance at being Born. Other than that, it was mainly my mother who had pushed me through things. Even then, it was like, having a Drill Sargent at your every whim. Mornings were always the worst." She chuckled, but it was true. If her mother had the means to get one, and she did have the means to get anything she had ever wanted, Alex was sure she would have woken her from her sleep with a trumpet tune and made her do push ups the first chance she could. In the back of her mind, Alexandria would have liked to think her mother wanted nothing but the best for her only daughter, but in the end, she knew it was just training for her to be a proper Russian wife. Obedient and thorough with her life. Thorough yes, but Obedient to a man? Hah! If she were to take a husband, they would be equals. No matter what.

What was that? Another something in common? Phones that were giant and possibly not the sort of thing a Fashonista would have, but Alex liked her phone. It was like a little Sega hand held gaming console. The only difference? She could talk and text with it and be super quick about it because it was like a tiny computer in her hand. Like a hand laptop. Yeah. That was it. a HandPuter. Brother? The thought shook her from her thoughts. Oh yes! She had just discussed her brother to him. It was too bad too. Aleck would more than likely embarrass her infront of Blake just because he was her older brother and he decided Alexandria needed to be poked fun of once in awhile. Or, he could be the over protective brother he had always been until he moved out, and make Blake feel like a minuscule person in the presence of a god.

Aleck had always been the 'Holier Than Thou' type of person. Especially when his band became famous. Not to mention his looks. Since the women, whom already knew he was openly out of the closet, would still try to have some sort of intimacy with him, Aleck thought it was a rather refreshing time. Men and women alike flaunted to him. She was sure her brother didn't only just fancy men, but, who was she to judge? As far as she was concerned, her brother was still her brother, sexual preference or not. At some point, Alex had decided, that if Blake were to be hit on by her older brother, she would more than likely allow it, but, poke fun at him just because her parents had decided to set them two up. Oh how her brother needed some sort of spouse. Maybe he would lighten up on life.

"Well, even though he is my brother, I still don't know about us all being together. It may be weird. Aleck is...weird." She said his name 'Aleck' because people would often more than not, confuse their names together. Alecksander, was her grandfathers name, once Aleck decided to come out to their own father, he immediately disowned him. It was a sad day. Alexandria had only been around Twelve, but her brother was all she knew. He had been her protector all her life, a confidant, and when he decided to up and move out, moving in with a distant Aunt and Uncle, even taking their last names, broke her heart. But, she supposed it was best for him. Look at him now. He was famous, and she was making sure her parents lives were miserable by not liking anyone they had set her up with. This surely made up for their separations.

Aleck would have a grand time when he heard Blake was another one of their parents set ups though. Even going as far as to attending a concert with him on the first night of their meeting. Aleck would have a field day taunting the young woman!

Clearing her throat, Alex tilted her head.
"Well, if Aleck hits on you, just shoot him down quickly. He is a rather persistent fellow. Always wanting things he cannot have, and always getting what he wants." Yeah, if Aleck wanted a woman or man, she was sure he would make them want him. It wouldn't be hard. His accent, his looks, his fame, all played great factors. She was sure he adored a good challenge here and there. After a few moments, Alex stood and offered to take the Man's trash to throw away with hers. "I'll throw this away if you are ready to go?" 'What a nice submissive wife' her mother would say. Please. She didn't need someone to take her trash for her when she was perfectly capable too. It wasn't as if she was trying to rush him or anything, she just wanted to clean up after the both of them and head off to see her brother.

                                      See. No Rush at all.

xxxxBlake kind of figured the relationship between Alex and her father was a bit strained, he could see it when he was sitting across from him and her at the business party. She didn't talk back to him, she made sure to sit at least half an arm's distance away. It was actually quite obvious, which was too bad. He knew his mother was always the gentle kind, but she was also the very quiet type. She never said or did anything that went against his father, as if she were afraid of him or something, which always made him wonder. Every time he did or said something she didn't like, the fight in her eyes would show, but then she was cower in his presence as soon as he looked at her, so it was like he had a weak mother who was unable to do or say anything in her defense. Like it was basically her job to make him happy, make him look good in front of people, and be the smiling and happy Korean woman who loves her husband. The perfect family, but it was anything but. On his eighth birthday, he remembered his mother getting him a small handheld game, he was so excited, but his father took it and smashed it. At the time, those kind of handheld games were not cheap. His father just took it out of his mother's hands, threw it to the ground, smashed it with his foot, then yelled at her for getting his son something useless and money wasting. He remembered his p*ssed off his mother looked that day, but what he couldn't figure out, was why she didn't say anything. She just lowered her head in submission, something he hated about his mother. She never worked a day in her life, something he wondered about. He knew his parents were married, but he also wondered if they were in his situation now. His grandfather probably groomed and raised his father to be the perfect businessman. His mother's parents probably raised her to be the obedient and submissive Korean woman, which made him cringe a bit inside.

His parents were probably set up like they were setting up Blake, it was probably some kind of tradition. He knew that if he ever had a kid, he wouldn't make him do anything. Be it that he takes over his father's business or not, it was his life, he was going to choose to live it how he wanted it. Whether his father liked it or not, because that's just how he was. He knew if his mother actually said something for once, she would say the same thing. He knew that much, he knew the fire in his mother's eyes, but she never used it. He hated women like that, he hated the fact that women would throw themselves over men if they had money or had an important name. He knew women were not weak, honestly, he knew they were mentally stronger than men in very many ways. He didn't know why he thought like this sometimes, but it was probably the fact that he never actually had a mother. She may have been there physically, but emotionally and mentally, she had never been there for him. It was always his father talking and doing for his mother, she was merely a vessel in the business department and a bearer for children. His bright brown eyes looked at Alex as she stood up and starting taking the trash, then talking about her brother.

So her brother liked men, heh, kind of like his band mate Minhyun. He stood up and held his trash in his hand, a smile on his face as he walked to the trashcan with her, then threw his trash in. "No worries about your brother, I've had situations like that before" Many times actually, the only time he pursued that action was with Minhyun, and only because that guy was Blake's friend. Even if it did put his friendship to the test, he still made out with Minhyun in the boys' locker room in high school. When it came to his friends, he would do almost anything to help them out, they've been there for him, so it was only fair he be there for them. Minhyun was confused about his love life, he could get women, but he was never happy with them, no matter how long the relationship he forced himself through. So, he did his partner a favor and made out with him. Minhyun decided he did indeed like men, Blake was the only one he could go to for personal things. He felt honored, but in the end, he had to break his friend's heart. He wasn't into men like that, he was straight, to the T. Min was cute, adorable even. But Blake couldn't fathom the idea of being with a man intimately, kissing was okay, because it was his friend. He then turned to his car and walked beside her to it, he then walked to her side and opened the door for her, grinning. "After you, m'lady" He teased a bit, kind of making up for his lack of gentlemanly actions when he first picked her up. He let her get in first, then he shut the door and walked to his side, then got in himself and started up the car. The car purred and roared as he shifted the gear into reverse, then hit the clutch and pushed into first. He slammed the gas instantly, heading back onto the highway and towards the coliseum, power shifting as he, how they say, 'got out of dodge'. He weaved in and out of people, finally ending up on fifth gear and onto the interstate, going out of town. "My father never mentioned you have a brother, so I'm a bit surprised" He stated to her, excitement back in his eyes as he drifted a bit around people and neared the exit to the coliseum.

{Have fun with those cows, lol}
