Her concern was focused more on the man who had taken all the damage to keep her safe, rather than navigating the small house to her bedroom. Of course, he was now giving her hardly a word in response, which only irritated her more. Yes, she had reacted rather poorly to his advances, but this was ridiculous.
She was put down gently on her bed and watched quietly as George left without a word. Quietly, she pushed herself into a sitting position, resting against the backboard.
Miu watched quietly as George came back and slowly got off of Dagget, who scrambled up the stairs to go be with his favoritest person in the whole world. She looked to Tyr and nodded.
Dagget clamored up into the bed with his trainer, who promptly pulled him in and buried her face into his soft fur. No sound was made, but he felt his fur growing damp and gently began licking the nearest body part to comfort the girl who was frustrated, tired, angry, injured, and just ready for this day to end.

George walked down stairs and shut the front door. He wasn't quiet, he wasn't loud, he just shut the front door and looked around for the kitchen. He quickly walked into the kitchen and reached down to pet Tyr, "You didn't think I would leave her just like that did you?" He rubbed his head real quick as he went to work trying to find everything he needed.
He grabbed a glass of water for her with a little bit of ice. Grabbed a couple of her ice packs to cover her wounded area and a bandage to hold it all in place. The last thing he grabbed was a bottle of pain killers to help with the pain and allow her to sleep easier.
Once he gathered it all up he set them all on a big plate so he could carry it up to her without needing multiple trips. After he got them all set and balanced he slowly walked upstairs being careful not to drop anything. It wasn't long before he walked through the doorway of her room as he carefully walked over to the night stand. He set the plate down next to her and moved some of the stuff off it.
He first took out 2 pain killers and set them on the plate next to the ice water for her to take when she wanted to. He also set the bottle of painkillers within reach in case the pain came back in the middle of the night. He then began to unwrap the bandage he brought up and grabbed a couple ice packs gingerly putting them on her wound. He started to wrap her wound up holding the ice packs in place and then tying it off.
After he had finished he grab the stool from her vanity and sat down next to the bed waiting for her. He didn't say anything yet but it was obvious that he was waiting.
Tyr had smiled to himself when he saw that George wasn't leaving. After George had finished gathering he went back upstairs carrying it all. Once they entered the room Tyr looked over at Miu and the Bidoof, He hopped on the bed at the edge and sat down watching what was going on.

He had actually left.
That was the first through that drove through Koorie's mind when she heard the front door close. Her grip on Daggett tightened even more and she held her breath as she forced herself to stop crying. Tears were useless.
From downstairs, she heard some commotion, but assumed that it was Miu making some noise about something... probably cleaning a mess Daggett had made from earlier. So when she heard the footsteps up the stairs, she was surprised.
Looking up from the hold on her bidoof, she watched him with slightly puffy eyes as he tended to her carefully. Red crept to her cheeks as an embarrassment settled in, and when he pulled the stool up she decided that maybe he wasn't leaving.
Silence filled the room as she watched him, then she straighten herself a bit to try to regain some dignity. "Why did you come back?"
A very small smile touched Miu as well as she watched George treat the harsh burn on her trainer's leg.

He raised an eyebrow as he looked at her straight in the face, "Why do you think? You can't do much for yourself right now. So take the pain killers to ease the pain some."
"And you look terrible princess." He smirked as he point to her eyes and running make up. "And yet...you are still beautiful." He shook his head and leaned back.
"You are just the most stubborn and prideful person I have ever met. You needed to learn a lesson the hard way. Its the only way to get through your thick skull."
Tyr nodded at Miu,

Koorie tilted her head and watched him, trying to understand him. At the mention of her appearance, she brought a hand up to try to clean off the running eye liner. It wasn't like she wore much, but enough to bring out her features at times. As he spoke of how prideful and stubborn she was, Koorie couldn't help but smile wryly. "Thanks, my best qualities."
She then raised an eyebrow and looked him dead in the eye. "You're a stubborn one yourself, you know. I have never had a person be as persistent as yourself." She glanced down at his handy work, then back up at George. "Thank you."
Miu sighed and shook her head, curling herself on the floor at the side of the bed.

He shook his head, "They may be what you consider your best qualities but they can be quite irritating at times."
He shrugged at what she said, "How am I persistent? I am just a good guy. Taking care of a friend because she's injured and too stubborn to ask for help. Unless she throws up in a garbage bin and can't walk." He smirked at her.
Tyr saw that Miu was ok and that everything was fine now. So he did what Miu had done, he jumped off the bed and curled up next to George.

"Because after everything, you're still here, pushing my buttons and calling me 'princess'." Her lips twitched a bit into an actual smile. "I'd appreciate it if you didn't anyone about the throwing up. Or the not being able to walk bit.... Can we just not ever speak of this evening again?"
Koorie shifted a little to move Daggett off of her lap and winced. Without another word, she popped the pills into her mouth and downed the glass of water.

He thought about this for a minute, "Hmmm, what about Ed? I am sure he would love to hear about this evening." He smirked knowing that would be another button he probably pushed.
"Well right now I can push all the buttons I want because you can't do anything to get me back." He smiled looking at her, "Its good to see you smile though, maybe I can keep this from Ed and everyone but you cannot complain when I call you Princess from now on."

"Oh god, not Ed: he already won't let me live down our first meeting...." The one where she'd been robbed and was wailing upon her Thief half clothed and not giving a damn about it. Good times. At his second comment, she arched an eyebrow. "Why are you so insistent on that title anyways? The only thing I can be accused of is being a Royal Pain in the a**."
Her eyelids drooped a little as the pain medicine began to take effect. Still, she fought the urge to sleep to argue with a man she hardly knew who was now sitting comfortably in her bedroom. Yes, that made perfect sense.

"I think this would be a great story to share with Ed. We could have a laugh over that regularly. Maybe I will have to ask him about the first time you two met...Wait, you also have a funny story with me when we first met, is this a pattern with you?" He smiled as he thought about picking on her a little bit.
"Oh, there is no reason other than it irritates you. You are beautiful like a Princess but thats about it." He shrugged, "Plus I love your reaction to it. Its very cute."
He noticed that she was starting to fall asleep and realized how late it was. "Well since you look so tired and this day has been...fun. I think I shall leave you to sleep." He stood up to stretch, "Good night Princess"
Tyr seeing George stand up stood up with him, getting ready to head out. It was getting late and he was tired. They needed to get to bed soon, he was tired from all the fighting earlier.

"You're a d**k." She muttered softly, smirking a little, then covering her mouth as a rather large yawn happened. "I'm not cute though; you're just crazy in the head."
She watched him get up to leave and smiled softly. "Alright. George, really, thank you." She was a difficult thing, she always had been, so it just made it that much more crazy that he had stayed.
At the mention of them leaving, Miu perked her head up and watched the two boys leave.

"Well I won't argue that I might be crazy and I might be a bit of an a**. But I am still awesome." He smiled and waved as he was about to walk out.
"Your welcome and you sleep well Princess" He smiled as he walked out of the room and down the stairs. When down stairs he grabbed a blanket from one of the closets and laid down on the couch.
Reaching down and petting Tyr he smiled, "In case she needs something we can be here to help. So lets get some sleep pal." He covered himself up on the couch with the blanket and started drifting off.
Tyr looked over at Koorie and Miu, He quickly followed after George and was happy they weren't leaving right away. He laid down next to George on the couch, getting comfortable and warm before going to sleep.

Koorie slept as if she were dead, and considering her condition she probably looked it. By the time the sun finally rose and the alarm that was always set for 8 AM went off across her room, she looked no better than before. With a grown, she squinted her eyes open, then grunted and shut them tightly against the harsh morning light.
The beeping continued shrill, loud, irritating, and non-stop.
With one more very un-ladylike groan, she rolled herself to the side of the bed and sat up. CRAP her body hurt! Looking over sleepily at Daggett, she poked the fat bidoof. "Get up.... c'mon...." She mumbled, standing up and none to quietly hobbling down the stairs straight to the kitchen.
Coffee. She needed coffee.
Silently, more so on autopilot than actually conscious, she poured water into the maker, added the beans and let the machine grind, roast and produce the magical elixir. Most people would say her machine sounded like an airplane lifting off; she, however, thought it sounded like music at the moment.

George's eyes slowly pried themselves open when he heard and smelled the coffee. Koorie was not quiet in the morning that was a fact. He groaned to himself as he turned over. He didn't generally get up for at least another 2 if not 3 hours so this was highly unpleasant. The rock hard couch didn't help the matter any.
He slowly sat up and pet Tyr, "Damn she's loud in the morning." He spun on the couch and stood up shambling towards the kitchen. He definitely looked disheveled and not fully awake. His hat and coat were in the nearby chair but that didn't matter to him all that much.
He turned the corner leading to the kitchen and yawned deeply. "I hope you made enough for a small army. I am not normally awake for a couple more hours." He yawned again as he ran his hand through his hair trying to focus on her in the kitchen.
Tyr looked up at George as he was getting up and promptly fell asleep again once it was gone. It was far too early in the morning.

Due to the noise of the Coffee Maker, Koorie hadn't heard George from the other room. So when he entered the kitchen and spoke once more after the grinding-portion had stopped, she nearly had a heart attack. Spinning around, she stared at him with wide eyes. "How did you... Did you stay here last night?!"
At this point, she began to feel self conscious about herself. Her teeth unbrushed, hair in knots and sticking out at every which way, bag under her eyes complete with the old make up from last night as well as the rumpled silk top she hadn't changed out of. She took a step back from George and averted her eyes.
