Camelot looked apologetic as he smiled, shaking his head helplessly. There was a lot he did know, but so much more that he didn't, and that was always a bummer. But maybe he needed to step up his methods of learning about things. He needed to ask more questions, rather than learning through observation or experience alone.
His theory was that knowledge was key, and that the more they could share it the better off they would be as a unit and individually.
"Unfortunately that does happen more often than any of us would like. We get pulled into these strange situations and have to figure out how to deal with them as we go along. I suppose it's viable to think of each trial as a test, but... it would be nice if they weren't so... baffling. Then we'd have something to draw from, instead of constantly being in over our heads." He smiled, though, knowing that they did their best.

“A test, hm?”
It seemed entirely possible, or at least as possible as any other conclusion they could draw from what was going on, but it begged the question… a test for what?
Yet another question with no answer, to be filed away with all the others Palatine had swirling about her head.
“Well, not much to be done for it then,” Palatine concluded. She felt a little less antsy without her weapon there to give off any more of those strange vibes, and considered leaving it in subspace until it worked out whatever kinks it was going through on its own. It wasn’t as if it did her much good yet anyway.
She’d just have to learn not to rely on it so much.
“I suppose I’ll let you be on your way. I’ve taken up enough of your time,” she said, but smiled as she did so. One good thing had come from the confusion, at least—she wasn’t entirely alone in this.
“If you figure anything out, would you mind sending me a message?”
