Rules and Requirements : •Born into the clan(Kirigakure Natives). It is passed down genetically from parent to child. It is not passed through word of mouth like Kekkei Tota. Must bear the Surname Ketsua. Because of their androgynous genetics the males must have an effeminate physical appearance. Must have water release as it is the foundation of all Chi release techniques. A Ketsua has to form a blood pact with a partner by having the partner drink their blood in a ritual to access their abilities. You are only allowed one partner unless the original partner is deceased. If partner is killed while you are frenzied then you remained frenzied until detained and/or rendered unconscious. In order to enter a frenzied state your life or the life of your partner must be in danger.

Description: The Ketsua’s blood selectively hardens on the skin near a wound to defend against attacks. This is only when first blood is drawn from the Ketsua. Cannot be Self-inflicted.

Description: This is a passively activated jutsu. The Ketsua’s calm, sweet, gentle nature completely over turns once any one they care about or themselves has been damaged or hurt. Ketsua’s will usually avoid close combat at all costs and will attempt to defend themselves as best they can until excessive blood is drawn from them or their allies. The overwhelmingly sweet smell of blood causes their intelligence to drop dramatically in exchange for raw strength, upped speed and a killer instinct in order to defend themselves.

Description: In the Ketsua’s Deranged state he will be more inclined to tear into his enemies and draw their blood. Upon drawing their blood he will consume it, place it to open wounds, etc converting it to his own blood speeding up cell regeneration due to the chakra found in the opponents blood stream.

Jutsu Name: Chi Release: Blood Lust

Description: The Ketsua will attempt to grab an opponent with this Jutsu when they have open wounds in the palms be itself inflicted or otherwise. He will grasp for an open wound on the opponent to squeeze blood from them. Blood will then burst from his hand hardening into sharp little pieces to pierce more into the flesh causing more bleeding. By touching the blood this activates his vim and Vigor ability.

Description: A Ketsua’s rage starts to channel more and more as his desire to taste the enemies blood increases. The longer he goes without blood in his deranged state the more vicious he becomes. IT eventually gets to the point to where he cannot physically function without replenishing his own blood with others therefore increasing his physical abilities in his desperation. This Further Increases their Speed and Force.

Description: As blood drips along the battle field it eventually begins to pool into the ground or surface of the area. This includes his blood as well as his opponents. Once the smell of blood gets too strong it intoxicates him into unleashing a blood thirsty howl. This howl spikes his chakra igniting the blood on the field causing it to explode from the volatile mixtures of chakra.
Range: Close to up to 50 feet depending on the bloods freshness.

Description: The Ketsua’s rage and desire to kill causes his imagination to run wild. He uses the blood pouring from his enemies as well as himself to start flowing around his forearms. It coagulates and hardens into sharp edges to use as he swipes wildly at his foes.
