The way I see it is this, it is NOT an undisputed television title. It is not an undisputed title, it is a regular television championship.
There were no titles merged into it. It is simply a TV championship. You were an intern champion who beat 'the' champion, making you the Television champion. Making it so that no one could dispute your claim of being a champion.
Meaning you're no longer an 'intern champion' but 'the' champion. It's the same thing for Scramble matches, when someone becomes the 'intern' champion, but they lose the 'intern' title if they're pinned before the time limit, or they hold on and last and become the new champion. Same principle.
You wouldn't call any titles that aren't merged together 'undisputed', and even then the 'undisputed' label wouldn't be slapped on a mid or low card title. Tag titles maybe, World titles yes.
Think of it this way, when the Euro and Hardcore titles were merged into the IC title, it wasn't called the 'Undisputed Intercontinental Championship' just 'Intercontinental championship' when the WCW and WWF titles were merged it was the 'WWF/E Undisputed Championship' because there was no major world titles in America higher than that championship, making it the 'Undisputed Championship'
EWA's Women's Championship is 'Undisputed' because not only was it merged with two championships, but there are no other women championships in gaia feds to dispute that claim of it being the top title for women.
If another guild has/had a TV title at the same time as the FG TV title was around, it wouldn't be 'Undisputed' because there are two or more of them. EEW had a TV title, so did other places. Thus disputing any claim of it being 'undisputed' so in a sense it's just a regular TV title, and no one could dispute your claim of being an FG TV champion, that's all it is.
