With his own uniform gone he was replaced by an athletic young man who looked considerably more relaxed in his civilian clothing; a pair of stylish jeans and a fitted t-shirt worn beneath a bomber jacket. A deck of cards, very close in resemblance to the ones he carried with him as a Lieutenant were tucked into his pocket, proof that his father hadn't quite been able to break him of the fantasy habit.

"Rikard." He held his hand out to the other young man, taking in the differences between the General and the teen. How much of an age difference was there between the two of them? Was it enough to matter? Probably not, considering they were still discussing 'work'. "My friends, when I have them, call me Rik."

Friends, obviously, were something that he hadn't had many of during the time he'd been away.

His own clothing consisted of well fitted jeans, dark wash, and a button up shirt worn over a more snug fitted shirt. The button up and even the shirt under it were dark colored, the shirt black and the button up a dark green color. His hair was tied back, save for his bangs, and looked easier to handle.

Taking the offered hand he nodded, while shaking the others hand. "Alexandre." Listening to the few words from the other, letting his hand fall back to his side, he nodded his head. "Most shorten my name to Alex, it's easier." He may not like it but he was certainly used to it, even his teachers in school took the initiative to shorten his name.

"I assume your lacking in friends right now? But your words."]

"You seem like you enjoy formality a little bit more than that, though. Am I right?" He usually was about things like that; rather intuitive when it came to some things, and completely clueless when it came to others.

He turned as he drew his hand back, briefly missing that he couldn't just teleport himself here or there until he remembered that they weren't all that far from where he'd intended to go anyways. "This way..."

The silver haired young man seemed to ignore the question on friends for the moment, not entirely certain that he wanted to admit that it had been longer since he'd seen his boyfriend and his best friend than it had been since he had checked in with the forces of darkness. Sure, there had been emails and text messages exchanged, but they'd probably both figured that he had abandoned them. He might as well have...

"Indeed, I do. It's simply impossible to correct everyone and it's certainly not something to make a scene over." A lazy roll, or shrug, of his shoulders as the blond let the other lead the way.

"Perhaps, tonight we'll both learn many things. There are things about the past, before my time, I'm sure I do not know. Things have changed, even while I've been in. No doubt things were different while you were around than they were when I joined, not to mention events." Glancing away from the other, and upward, he continued in a light, whisper soft voice, as he didn't wish to be heard by anyone other than Rikard. "I may be a General but there are many things I do not know and would like to. Things from before my time." And really he didn't even know what to ask aside to ask for any and all information. He didn't want to step on toes and ask the wrong questions either, so this was simpler.

"It's funny, the things that we remember... And the things that we don't, honestly." He ran his fingers through his hair as they continued their stroll down to the street to one of his favorite places to sit and think. "I remember the night that Scheelite brought me into the Dark Kingdom like it was yesterday; the feel of a hand reaching into my chest..." He shuddered as if he were feeling it all over again, brow furrowing for just the briefest of moments before he shook it off.

"You mentioned that Zinkenite is a General King now. Who else stands alongside him? To whom do we answer?" It had still been Beryl when he had left, hadn't it? "... Is this something I should wait until I'm sitting down to ask?" He managed a small smirk, attempting to find his cockiness again. Without it he wasn't sure what sort of a leg he had to stand on just yet.
PostPosted: Sun Apr 14, 2013 6:57 pm

"I can remember that night as well. I should think we all remember it, if only because of the pain and the idea of someones hand in our chest." As he spoke one of his hands, subconsciously, raised to his chest and just rested there for a brief moment. As his hand fell back to his side he answered. "Zinkenite, Howlite, Apatite, and Laurelite. Those are our General Queens and General King,"

Shaking his head he smiled at the other. "I wouldn't know if anything I have to say is worthy of you sitting down. Beryl I've only seen once. I assume she's illusive and the one who is above the others but they are the faces which I know and who seem the active rulers." Considering the incident with the Christmas tree turned youma he didn't want to see Beryl again, not if that was what he could expect from another run in with her.

"I know three of them. Howlite... She must be new. It was Marthozite that..." He cringed again, his own hand coming up as that flash of memory flooded his mind again, bringing a weakness in him that he had been trying to crush for some time; a fear. "General King Marthozite."

It was gone again in a second, though, a c**k smirk back on his lips. "Guess I'll have to be a bit more respectful of good ol' Zink, though. Feisty little guy. Hope the power hasn't gone to his head." It was unclear as to whether or not he meant the power of authority or the power of darkness in that statement.
PostPosted: Sun Apr 14, 2013 7:58 pm

"Howlite is..I can't say she's been around longer than more nor has she been around less time than I have. I'd say it's close on when we both joined. I have...limited experience with her." Severely limited. He was sure he'd seen her but talked to her? No. He hadn't even spoken to her and he'd only seen her in passing. "I've never heard of him. Perhaps he's no longer around..." The idea of a dead member, someone before his time being dead, hit home for a moment with him. They could die, their had been deaths surely, he had killed senshi. Shaking that sudden feeling away, he didn't want to let it linger longer than those few seconds, he focused back on the other.

"I doubt it. Though not knowing him before he made General I can't give a proper answer. I suppose you'll get your answer when you see him." And he did assume the other would seek out the General King. He had only spoken to Zinkenite a few times but he felt he had a better clue on him than Howlite, and sadly he really knew neither of them. Though was that such a bad thing? He had gathered his own friends around him within this group and was comfortable with them, knew them well and wasn't uncomfortable around any of them.

"There were at least two big battles that I remember... Elysion, that's the one I took part in. I was so new, so stupid. That's where I met Painite. Scheelite was my 'recruiter', Marthozite the one who awakened me, corrupted me... Whatever word it is we're using this week." No longer around. He mulled over that for a moment, shaking his head slowly once more. It made him wonder how many others were 'no longer around'; how many excuses had been made in the news, how many loved ones had been lost.

"What is our current objective?" His brow quirked finally as he glanced back to the other, turning to tug open the door to the restaurant.
PostPosted: Sun Apr 14, 2013 8:36 pm

"I've never heard of Elysion...Perhaps you could fill me in on that over dinner?" A very late dinner, but still it was a meal during the evening. So he would call it dinner, as it certainly wouldn't be small so not a snack. "I believe the words used depends on the person. I prefer corruption. But really it matters little to me which is used." It was a simple matter of semantics as far as he was concerned.

"We've been parted into three groups. So the objectives are different. I know one is what you could call enforcers. They are the the ones who handle what others can't physically. I've heard they are capable of killing a chibi." An action that by the sound of his voice he couldn't do, not that he couldn't physically but couldn't mentally bring himself to do it. "We also gather information and work toward turning senshi and knights to our side, we're we can corrupt them. Also, I know we are working to get people into posistions of influence. Though I've seen little of what they'd done or are doing. " It sounded like little was being done, and it certainly felt like it most of the time.

"We aren't permitted to gather energy or starseeds, though we've been told to keep some energy on us in case it's needed. I believe it being mentioned that we weren't to start a fight with the enemy either, though I could be remembering wrong. The meeting was quite some time ago and I could be wrong." He wondered now, as he walked at the others side, just how much things had changed between the others time and now.

"Oh, and you mentioned two battles. What was the other one?" Yes, this was information he wanted to hear. He wanted to know about the past he hadn't been around for. This is what he'd wanted for so long, since joining.

He was certain that Alexandre was right in stating that each had their own way of viewing things, just as he was certain that the word you used likely had a direct correlation with your sanity level as well as your dedication to the Dark Kingdom. He certainly didn't feel 'awakened' or 'enlightened' any more now than he had then... Of course, he couldn't really say that he felt 'corrupted' either. Tainted. Maybe that was the right word for those who hadn't progressed any further than Lieutenant.

He didn't flinch at the description of 'Enforcers', although the thought of anyone killing a child, senshi or not, made him sick inside. That certainly wouldn't be the right 'group' for him, to say the very least. "Forgive me for speaking so plainly, as I'm certain that's not my place to after being away for so long, but it doesn't seam like we're doing a whole lot of anything." He snorted, shaking his head slowly as they were lead to a booth to settle down in. The place seemed relatively quiet, all in all; a good thing. "Does that mean we've entered a cold war; just letting the other side get dull? Or are we hoping that if we're not attacking them our numbers will grow and they won't think they need to get stronger?"

He paused as he picked up the menu, browsing through it as if to decide if he really wanted pizza or if something else seemed like a better idea. "Space. A place called the Surrounding. I didn't participate in any of the attacks specifically, but I remember the preparations. Seems like that was when we first started relying on those crazy girls from the Dark Moon." His voice was low as he started to speak of that. "... Are they still around, or has that changed too?"
PostPosted: Mon Apr 15, 2013 12:07 pm

Waving his right hand he shook his head. "I'd rather someone speak plainly with me rather than speak a bunch of meaningless, empty, words. I take honesty over nicely spoken lies." He'd rather the others blunt words over someone sugar coating things or flat out lying.

It was nice to hear the others words, someone who was one of them but hadn't been around in awhile. "No, it doesn't seem like it - I agree. OI'm hoping that on the inside we're doing more than it seems like to me. But on the outside...I'm sure the senshi must wonder about us." They must wonder about whatever they were possibly planning, if they were planning something, ect, ect...

"I can't be sure but it does seem like a cold war. At best some members once in awhile have a run in with a senshi or a knight. But it does seem rather cold and for no reason that I'm aware of." And he disliked not knowing these things, it was rather disconcerting. The menu he picked up was gone over for a moment, he already had a good idea of what he wanted.

"I was there for the Surrounding, and preparing for it. So we seem to have that in common." So the other had vanished at some point after it. Motioning someone over to order a drink and veal cutlet with pasta, he really was finding himself hungry tonight. It was once they had left, to place the order, that he continued speaking. "The dark mirror court is still around. They've grown a bit and have proven good allies so far."

"In that case, I may continue to speak freely." He leaned back in the booth, making himself a bit more comfortable after he'd placed his order for a small pizza along with a side salad, figuring he could take the leftovers home to have for breakfast in the morning, or later on the next day depending on how long he slept and how late he was out. He waited for the waiter to wander on before continuing.

"You're a General, correct? Out there, at least? If a -General- doesn't seem to think that there is anything going on either, what exactly does that say about the state of affairs? And where does that leave us? Has no one been questioning things?" His brow quirked, fingers brushing through his hair once more. "I thought it was the nature of teenagers to question everything and anything out of place... Army mentality and orders aside, if we haven't won why aren't we still fighting?"

His hand slid out of his hair to rub at his face as though he suddenly had a headache just thinking about it. "I don't know that I trusted them then... Guess I'll have to form more of an opinion now. Their Queen gives me the chills."
PostPosted: Wed Apr 17, 2013 7:31 pm

"I am - have been for months." Perhaps longer? When had he become a General? It seemed like forever rely. But he knew that his sense of time, when concerning this war, was deceptive. Things seemed longer than they were. He knew for a fact he'd joined two years ago, or there abouts. It would be two years this summer. With everything that had happened it did seem like a long time - longer than two years.

"No one has that I'm aware of. I don't often speak with the other Generals, and I speak even less to the higher ranked officers." The General King and General Queens. "I suppose I also have no say in things, meetings are more than scarce, and I don't question things as it isn't my place and I lack the comfort that would allow me to freely speak with the higher ups and ask as to what we are doing - if there are any plans." It was an honest answer. More than he would give most. But it was, unfortunately, true.

"Their Queen, you mean our Queen. You are one of us." Came the idly given correction as he leaned forward, his elbows coming to rest on the table top. His fingers lacing together and his chin resting atop his interwoven fingers.

Sleet Tempest Snape

He seemed visibly startled by the last words to come out of the other young man's mouth, eyes widening. "Since when is..." His voice started out a little bit louder than he intended, taking on a tone he wasn't all that familiar with. He swallowed, bringing the timbre of his voice down a notch as he leaned in. "... Since when is the Queen of the Dark Mirror Court our queen? Did we just... Give them everything? They're senshi."

Had he really been gone for that long? Had he missed that much? There had to have been some sort of a misunderstanding between what he'd said and what the General was saying.

"Allies or not, Sir..." He added after a moment, tacking on a bit of what he felt was necessary formality.
