The wind went past his bandages as he walked forth from where he began. This is where his search would end. The Umbrella he held over his shoulder was lightly tapping on him as his cape drooped behind him in a nomadic fashion. "Oi~ Miss. I heard someone from the Zaibatsu was here." He said as he put the head he had held so high lower. "You wouldn't be they, would you?" He spoke with a voice so calm while his actions were so bold. The great view of the city was seen, and the sounds were heard from all around as he walked to the edge of the Roof and began once more. "I am Zhao....Zhao Chen. I want to seek power within Order. I want to fight with all my might. " His hand then reached into his cape and pulled forth a small bag. "If there's admission I'll pay..."
_ Her trip down memory lane had come to its final stop and was abruptly hauled when she could the sound of footsteps. From the staircase, she carefully watched a new figure approach.
In all honesty, the person baffled her. She could not tell for the likes of her if it was a boy or a girl. Even when the person spoke, she was so zoned out she didn't comprehend a word. He took a seat next too her, which was rather bold but, this just allowed her more time to debate the matter of sexes.
Her peace was interrupted again shortly after, this time by a boy in what appeared to be gauze of some sort. Her attention spiked when he addressed her as a Zaibastu member, though true, she was unsure what to think of a man who might as well know some kind of information on her.
"If you wish to join the Zaibatsu, I suggest going to register with the Divine Forces or Mystic Industries. I'm unsure if there is an entry fee however. " she offered this one piece of advice, and would've offered more if it wasn't for the sound of Lyandris crashing.
Trufflez turns his head and looks at 2 new figures and his eyes go wide and his mouth opens. "Why are there so many people here suddenly!!!!!" He whines. "I knew I should have brought my cookies...." He pouts and looks at noeln. "You are part of the zaibatsu? Well this a nice info!" He smiles at her and looks back out at the city and sways his feet while taking out a piece of gum and starts chewing it.

I should think not.
Remaining where he was - though less by choice and more by his sheer immobilization - Lyrandis let his eyes close as a slow breath escaped him. At least he could still breathe, as strained as it was in his state. In a sense, he didn't particularly mind the sounds of conversation, though his ears were ringing so hotly from his fall that it was difficult at best to discern anything that was said. Ordinarily, he'd have offered protest at not finding any assistance after the mishap, but he would be able to recover on his own, though he was certainly not looking forward to the time between that moment and when his elemental prowess would recover from its use and the impact itself.
As if to distract himself from the numbness over most of his frame or the tantalizing pains of every little twitch of breath, his attention turned to what had happened. It was difficult to recall things clearly in his state, but he had ascertained a location to follow for a dimensional hop... only to find himself hilariously off the mark and in no place he recognized. The questions flowed like water through his mind at that point, but there was no way in all the worlds he could concentrate enough to voice any of them.

As the people became more active, he looked to the young lady and smiled while adjusting his attire. His crystal blue gaze, fell upon the lady who talked to him as he walked over to her and then put his fingers under her chin, as if flirting as he looked down at her saying, "Thanks beautiful. Wǒ huì gàosù nín de dàolái." He then saluted to the other two before stepping back, giving a salute as he descended from the roof towards the ground. -exit-
_Though she scowled and looked overall unreleased by having been touched, their was no denying that her cheeks have defiantly turned a shade of pink from the parting of the encounter but she was able to shake this off sure enough.
She ignored Truffle for a moment, being as he wasn't doing anything that called for her attention. Instead, she went to the site of the crash, where Lysandris laid in a crater caused by his own impact.
She stayed on the outer edge for awhile, crouching down and examining the immobilized boy who laid inside. Once she had dubbed his condition as non threatening, she adjusted herself and moved in. "Heh, need some help I presume? " she smirked, looking down at the blue haired man.
Trufflez turns his head and sees where she moves to and his eyes immediately go wide. "OH MY GOD I DIDN'T NOTICE YOU THERE!!' He quickly gets up and starts to take out his ribbons getting ready to heal and help any moment. He starts to look at blue man's unconscious body and tries looking for some wounds. "You don't seem to have any wounds.......can you hear me if so can you try moving your body a bit?" He asks while starting to take out a blue ribbon and starts to wrap it around the blue man's arm.

I should think not.
Though his eyes and ears still betrayed his senses, Lyrandis could make out two figures that eventually hovered over him. What followed was as close to speech as he could recognize over the ringing and he managed to discern the word 'help'. He could only guess from there what the rest was - and frankly, he was growing desperate. It took a moment, but he managed to give a sort of half-nod of his head, even such a small movement eliciting a groan from the figure, and another wave of mirage over his vision. Perhaps not the wisest move in retrospect, but whoever these two were, he could understand them... and it was all he could do to put his hopes on them for his immediate future.
Riley perched on the rooftops, reminiscing about the previous year as she watched more and more people show up. It seemed that after the graduation, all the newly accepted Zaibatsu members seemed to like the rooftops just as much as she. She sighed to herself and knew she would have to find a different place to relax. She came up here because she loved the view, the fresh air, and the silence, but now there were so many people all she wanted to do was get out of there as soon as possible. She stood and shoved her hands into her pockets, walking by the new group with her feet making no noise at all. Her eyes were closed but she knew where she was going anyway. She definitely didn't want to be surrounded by new recruits. She needed to head over to the CEO's office anyway. There had to be something for her to do. Otherwise she would surely go insane.
No one is born good or bad...its a choice you make.

Infuriato Montagna ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
For the past year, Infuriato has been collecting metal and technology in order to upgrade himself, bringing metals to Nora to have them reformed. The overall effect of this has strengthened him substantially, and given him a new body to observe the world through. However, he has yet to find the weapon that he brought with him when he first arrived on this world.
Infuriato was flying back to Nora's forge with another package of metal that needed to be reformed, when he saw a passage open in the sky. He stopped in midair, his jets flaring up to support his weight and to slow his overall movement. When he saw the descending object fall into the Industrial area, he quickly altered his course, heading for the landing sight.
He began slowing down when he reached the scene. Slowly he descended, his jets again blasting out flames as he observed two individuals standing over a man in a crator. His propulsion system died down as he lowered himself to ground level. Towering over the three before him, he asked, What happened?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "War does not determine who is right. It determines who is left."
_She made her way to the man carefully, her training had taught her that anything could be a facade however, when you witness someone fall from the sky and crash like he did, It may be hard to somehow fake that.
She was surprised to see the boy in the pink costume was already at work doing something, even if it just appeared to be tying ribbons around the immobilize. She watched with interest to see if he could move any part of his body when asked. He manged to nod his head but even then, by the sound of the groan afterwards, that was too much.
So now, Noein began her efforts to help. She started by placing her hand out in front of her not dramatically but more settle like. With no warning or sign, a bottle appeared in her palm suddenly. Ah yes, dimensional storage was quite a beauty to her and she found it perplexing to think of a time she didn't have this skill.
"This is painkiller." Noein stated, thinking it be better for the patient if he knew what she was about to make him drink. "It tastes a bit disgusting but, afterwards I'll move you to a hospital. "
She shook the bottle a few times, mixing the ingredients before prying the cap off with her teeth. Inside was a greenish liquid that she wasted no time in putting to Lysandris's lips. Granted the severity of his injuries, it might be painful in itself to swallow but afterwards, it should numb the rest of his body to the point she can use her transport abilities to seek him further medical attention.
Trufflez slowly looks at the solution that noeln gives the man and continues to wrap the ribbon around him. "He will recover soon he seems to be at a loss of energy but will recover over time. I don't know if he needs medical attention but if you want to take him to a hospital then go ahead." He unwraps the ribbons and wraps a green ribbon around his hand. "This ribbon should make sure that he gets up calmly and not scared or worried." Wraps the ribbon and gives it the bunny ear knot and smirks at the cute knot I did.

I should think not.
Lyrandis was just short of oblivious to the goings-on about him at that particular point, but after a time he felt a faint resurgence in his power, and though it took all his focus and it being not the most painless of executions he had made, a pinkish band of energy came up his arm from his hand and seemed to flow back into himself, gradually improving his condition until he was in a condition much closer to his ordinary state of being - though still sore in many places, he could bear it. After a moment wherein his eyes managed to focus again, he took a brief look at the company he was in, and at once found it both impressive and slightly alarming.
After a few moments more, he disbanded the self-directed energy stream and pulled himself slowly up to a seat, allowing himself to get his bearings. There were a number of things he wanted to say, but not incredibly many he found himself willing to - and yet as he pulled his knees up to keep himself steady, he found his eyes going to the ribbons wrapped about his arm. "Heavens, I must look terrible." He remarked, gradually pulling himself to his feet and offering a slight nod once he got over his momentary imbalance. "I, ah... suppose I owe this place a repair or two after that, but I appreciate the help in getting me back on my own feet again." He offered, letting his eyes close and giving a quiet sigh.
"Speaking of..." He blinked - and the motion became a wince as the soreness in his back tormented his nerves yet again. "Where exactly am I...?"
_ Noein recalled her offer of medication when it appeared the man didn't need it. As quickly as the bottle appeared, it disappeared in the same manner.
She watched the healing power of the ribbons and was ratyer impressed by the way they worked. They had managed to heal him of any immediate injuries, which meant the hospital trip might not be necessary.
"You're in Zaibatsu City." dhe took to answering his question right away since it was the only thing she could do at the moment, being that the pink kid had took to managing the injuries.
