Gunter had had enough of the boys entire everything. It seemed that there was no winning with this boy, and his eye twitched just a bit,the strong poker face he normally went about with was slowly cracking, as the urge to grab the other boy by the shoulder and shake the life out him was beginning to creep up the green one's neck. He sat down rather properly, with another glass of tea, and just gave the other a look, one that just emitted the feeling of irritation, though the rest of his face lay placid.

"Do you expect some sort of sympathy for you, Warslik? Or to give you some sort of praise for surviving through it? I apologize, but I will do no such thing. Whether you like it or not, many people here don't give a single care about your situation. You have your story, and we have our own, and the reason we are here is because we want to change it, to make it positive, or just.. Just in some way be different than how we were before, understand? My question for you is why the hell are you here if you can't trust anyone, if you don't want to be of use to anyone, if you don't care about anyone? Do you have something to protect? Something you want to become strong for, or do you just think Oh, I'm Warslik Witherson, Eight Son of the Sixth, Seventh Son, I'm gifted with a power I gave my soul for and EVERYONE should respect me because I have suffered as no one else has, and even though I chose to do such a thing, I want EVERYONE to know that I am better than them. Oh, and by the way, everyone else who isn't human enough are unsightly abominations that deserve to be treated like dirt, simply for showing their faces before me. You know, I don't think you care about anything besides yourself thus far, and I can see you going down some dark and twisted. Not because of how you look, or how you seem to come off of, but because your mind is warped, and there is no way to fix it if you don't open up some. And yes, I am judging you and your family. No one should have to grow up in such a way, to finally be introduced to society, and feel like an outsider." Not once did his expression change, but his eyes did not move from Warslik's face, and the more he spoke the closer he leaned into the boy, until his face was mear inches away from the others.

"All I wish to do is some how crush that shell you have around you, and some how see that you could SOME HOW be different on the inside, and not all that you show me now."

Warslik was so blinded by rage at the other boy's words, that his actions were purely reflexive. Fingers balled into a fist and he swung - as hard as he could - at the other boy's face.

"TO THE SEVEN DARKEST PITS WITH YOU AND YOUR SEVENTH DAMNED ATTITUDE!" The boy bellowed, finding himself standing, chest heaving as wave after wave of hot, livid rage pulsed through his veins.

His hand came up into the other boys face again, this time a finger pointing as he yelled at the top of his lungs.

"I AM NO BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE! YOU THINK I CHOSE TO ACT THIS WAY BECAUSE I LIKE TO? IF I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY FATE I WOULD! I AM NOT MY BROTHER, I DON'T HONESTLY THINK I AM BETTER THAN ANYONE! YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I AM HERE?" His voice rose a steady crescendo of shaking rage as silence enveloped the cafeteria, all eyes on their table, but Warslik was too lost in rage to care.

"I am here, because my father felt this was the best way for me to live and thrive - to prove that I was better than anyone else in my family, prove that even without a soul I could be noble and upstanding and true. Nobility and Honesty go hand in hand - so YES - if I think you are ugly I will not lie to you. No, I am not partial to those who aren't fully human - but I truck with Daemons, the most inhuman thing of all - I grew up sheltered amongst my family - I have only dealt with people and Daemons. Your social norms and technology confuse me. Do I want pity? No! Nor do I desire recognition. If you want to earn my trust this is not the way to do so."

Dropping his hand the boy sighed and sank down into his seat. "I didn't ask to be here, I didn't ask for any of this... I just want to live."

The reaction that Warslick had was most definitely not the one that Gunter had been expecting. In his mind, this boy was not at all the physical type, maybe able to dish out alot of insults, but in no way was very likely to start an violent altercation. To see him swing out as such was a surprise, though it never connected. Before the boy was able to make contact with Gunter's cheek, an enlarged hand came up, blocking the offending hand quite easily, and holding onto it as he forced it to come down.

"Geesh, I thought you'd be above loosing your temper. I guess I was wrong." He said softly to himself, letting the hand go, and listening to the boy's rant. So he was able to have emotion, and he was, as he had thought, insecure about himself. The eye that were watching them so closely all around didn't seem to phase the boy at all, instead, he reached out, giving the other a pat on the head, in a friendly, big brother-ish manner.

"Well, then how can you live without letting others see the real you? The one that's right here and so intense in your emotions. Look, I know we got off on the wrong foot, and I'm not trying to get you to trust me right away, we have only just met. Living is a Nobel thing on it's own, I think. Only the strongest can do it. Now, I know you didn't want attention drawn to you, but it seems that you've already brought some to your attention. If you wish to leave, I will leave as well, to save face for both of us."

Normally Gunter would be right, Warslik was not usually the type to resort to violence - however, Gunter had broken past his usually thick skin and pushed the right buttons to piss him off to the point of losing his collected demeanor. The rage had boiled to the surface and he'd struck out at the other male, all raw nerves and aggression.

"You are wrong on many things, Greenskin, many, many things," He looked up at the other male, scrubbing at his eyes for a moment to wipe away tears of anger and frustration that had started to form. Never let the enemy see that you could be weak and cry - that had been the first thing he'd learned.

The second was to mark where they stood, and know when to stab the knife in their back. He knew Gunter wanted to get to know him better, but all the same, he had no interest in letting the boy into his safe, secure little world. Too much difference between them for him to trust this boy. But he could pretend, he could smile - but behind the sunken green eyes all that played was rage and anger at this male.

To go on like he did, and to patronize him to boot - was reaching the far too much category for Warslik. Shaking his head the boy picked up his book again and started to pretend to read.

"Let them look - I do not care what they think of me," this was stated as an immutable fact. "If you have some desire to save face, then by all means, stalk off defeated with thine tail tucked between thine legs." He looked at the other boy over the edge of his book. "But mark me, you walk away now, and that is the end of ever learning about me - I shall not speak to thee again."

Bait the trap... bait the trap and let it hang itself. He would give the greenskin boy a sporting chance at redemption - but only just.

Having finally decided that he had had enough of the little game, a rather lopsided grin came to form on the green one's face, and he rose, coming to the side of the table where Warslik was sitting. His hand reached up, threading itself withing the other's messy red curls.

"So.. You do not care what they think of you? Well then I shall take the liberty to give you something." Without hesitation, Gunter leaned in close, cupping both sides of the boy's face with his palms, and pressed his lips against his. He honestly had no want of establishing some sort of romantic relation ship with the other. Rather, he wanted to ruffle his feathers further. If one was going to reject his offer of friendship, why not completely ruin any chances further. it was out of character for the boy, indeed.. But this kid had finally gotten under his skin enough for him to throw caution to the wind and just through it all out there to embarrass him.

"Don't worry.. If you don't want to see me again, you won't, but just know, I love you and I'll think of you every day." Gunter spoke these words loud enough for everyone to hear, and a few girls in the background made a bit of a swooning sound. With another kiss to the forehead, he sauntered out of the cafeteria, not looking back, and trying his best to simply look heartbroken. He liked to think that out of both of them, he was the winner of the conversation.

When it was all said and done, Warslik didn't know weather to be mortified or relieved that it was over. When the other boy had approached, Warslik's own paranoia had prepped him for evasive maneuvers but when Gunter had grabbed his hair it was all over. He knew he wasn't going to escape without killing the other boy. He really didn't want to resort to murder - but if it was to keep himself physically safe.

His fingers curled around the handle of his athame in his boot, ready to slip the long, thin blade from its sheathe and drive it into the other boy's armpit. It would be a quiet, practically painless death...

The keyword being practically. Warslik was by no means an assassin and had never taken the life of another human being by choice, so odds were he'd mess it up and cause the boy unbearable pain in his final hours.

All this was forgotten however, when the other boy cupped his cheeks and pressed their lips together. His whole body stiffened and his hackles rose, and when Gunter pulled away from the kiss, he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and spat.

His skin had taken almost the same color as his eyes, and without another word, or mind to any other student. He stood and stormed off, heading straight to his room.

He needed to scrub, in the shower, for the better part of the rest of his life. He was unclean. He had been violated. He was so angry and upset and beyond pissed off, that every possible means to get back at the other boy ran through his head.

Thankfully, it had not been his first kiss - that honor had gone to a village girl his brothers had paid to "show him the ways of women," the kiss had been as far as they'd gotten before her father had shown up in the barn, kicking Warslik out with a threat of physical harm.

He'd never seen the girl again either.

Regardless, men did not kiss men - that was not the way of things. His brothers had explained to him their exploits and never once had a one of them said anything about something like this.

He was glad he made it to his dorm in time for his stomach to roll over and be sick.

Darkness found him curled up in the middle of his shower, still clothed with the water running, rocking back and forth and sobbing with rage and embarassment.

The Greenskin would pay...

The Greenskin... would... pay.
