Paperwork. There always seemed to be mountains of it around. On this particular day, the young 11th Division Captain found herself back in the first division headquarters for the sake of getting a new set of paperwork. The first had met an unfortunate end with a well of ink that Eunae had accidentally hit with her elbow and spilled on the papers, leaking through the entire stack. As she walked down the hall, she couldn't help but sigh a bit. "Who knew that being a Captain would be so hard... Kenpachi-san made it look so easy..." she said aloud as she walked the halls, receiving some odd looks from passing members of the first division. The young captain bit her lip and looked forward, trying to appear a bit more confident, but to little avail. Kenpachi... I only killed you because I knew it was what you wanted, but..." Eunae looked up at the ceiling and stopped, wondering what happened to Shinigami when they died. After all, hollows either went to hell or here, and humans went here or became hollows, but the existence and end of the life of a Shinigami seemed so permanent. Maybe it was wrong of her to kill Kenpachi, even if it was clear that he wanted her to become powerful enough to defeat him.
Just as the thought almost brought tears to Eunae's eyes, she heard what sounded like the screaming of the Captain-Commander. Though quite far away, Eunae broke into a sprint in that direction for the sake of protecting the leader - and maybe just a bit of a thirst for battle. She expected some special invader, however the scene she found was quite different. Two captains - the second and eighth division, if Eunae's memory served her correctly - were outside the Captain-Commander's office, accompanied by a feline creature. "A kitten!" Eunae said in a light voice, her eyes sparkling as she neared the Captain holding the creature. "So cute!" she exclaimed while largely ignoring the other Captains. Before continuing, she briefly wracked her brain for the name of this Captain. Eighth division, medium length black hair, gray eyes... "Can I pet your kitten, Sakai-san?" Eunae inquired, remembering to use the Japanese honorific with his name. The 11th Division Captain had a particular attraction to cute things, and kittens were highly adorable.

ShinjiIwana Second Divison Soul Society Captain "
Shinji took a deep sigh of relief as he looked towards the captain commander and then back at his zanpakuto spirits. The dragons all nodded in accordance as they look at another two captains and one Commander Captain. Meanwhile, Shinji zoomed out of the south east as he began focusing on the West District. Once there the captain began focusing intently on the situation there.
"I hate kitten!! They are annoying!" The captain stopped trailing on the subject as he began analyzing the rest of the situation. "In regards to the others, you all are here for fun without me, but where are all captains?" The captain began focusing more on the strange that seemed to be Soul Society but nothing. Gathering information was his job, so trying to figure it out was definitely on his to do list..

 A shinigami came sprinting through the halls of the first division head quarters. Unfortunately for him, he had been stuck with messenger duties, and his shunpo skills were less than perfect. He was able to travel most of the way, though now was sprinting through the halls and bumping into other shinigami as he passed. Finally, he felt the reiatsu of four of the captains he was supposed to track down, including the Captain-Commander. Once he was near them, he stopped, bending over to catch his breath before standing at attention and saluting. "Sir... Fukui Yuto... third division..." he said between gasps. "I've been instructed... to report... that the twelfth division... has picked up... suspicious activity... in the Dangai..." Without saying anything else, he bent over again and took a deep gasping breath. Sprinting between squads was killer on the lungs.

Izuma was about to address the 11th division captain until a third division member would appear and state that there was was strange activity in the Dangai. Izuma's face would straighten and he would slide his hands into the sleeps of his captains robe. "Exactly what type of activity and to what level..?", Izuma asked as the tone in his voice seemed to have a cold and strict note to it. Not only that the glare in his eyes seemed to be serious and distance. For some reason this subject should have been brought up as soon as possible as no Shinigami is usually allowed in there. "It appears that the 12th Division is slacking again..." he said as he looked at the 11th Division Captain with a smile on his face. "Captain Eunae, Captain Shinji...Please go to the Dangai right away, if what's there is hostile eliminate it, report back to me and we will he a captains meeting called...", Izuma said as he seemed to be bearing his fangs right away. "Captain Sakai please move to enforce the defensive protocol within Soul Society.", he sad as he seemed o be thinking like a strategist more than anything at this moment. "However if you feel the need to, please do not hesitate to get your hands dirty...", he said to the 8th Division captain with a serious look in his eyes.

Upon the arrival of the third division soldier, Eunae almost completely forgot about the kitten (how could someone completely forget about a creation so adorable, even at such an intense threat as this one possibly was?). Almost immediately, Eunae's hand shifted to the hilt of her blade, grasping it and causing the phone charms on its hilt to jangle. A threat in the dangai was an exhilarating idea for a fighter such as herself, though she was also worried. I'm still so new to becoming a captain... I don't know if I'm ready to fight a real threat to the Gotei 13... at least not yet. It's only been a little while, and if some major conflict breaks out, I don't know if I'll have the support of my squad... Her thought trailed off as the Captain-Commander assigned her and the second division captain to take care of whatever the threat was. Hearing this, Eunae briefly glanced over at Shinji. In truth, Eunae neither liked nor trusted the second division at her back, this was one of the only lessons Kenpachi had taught her. We're polar opposites, why are we being assigned together...? Oh, what would you do, Kenpachi? She internally asked her deceased predecessor, while thinking through what she should do when confronted with this issue.
But orders were orders. "Yes sir!" Eunae replied, her voice far too "cutesy" to really be taken seriously, even when excepting an intense order such as this. She dropped her hand off of the hilt of her katana and looked to the second division captain. It would be best if they left together, and thus she decided to wait for him to move before they headed off to the dangai together.

He nodded at the Commander Captain then turn his head to look at Captain Eunae. "Let's go to Dangai, Beautiful Lady..." He smiled at her and leave..... -exit to the Dangai-

Hiroshi would nod to the arrival of the female Taicho, he would give her a slight smile as she had commented on the cute little creature that he held in his arms. The little thing had been roaring at the Captain-commander since he had been picked up and Hiroshi was simply caressing him as she had asked to pet the little tiger and would give a nod. ''Of course you can Eunnae-Chan but be gentle will ya or he might turn on you instead.'' he would state, obviously joking about Izuma's fear of the little creature. He would go to offer her the what appeared to be a lion as he was roaring towards Izuma was non-stop but before the transaction could happen, heavy thumping could be heard coming from the hallway. Somebody was running at full speed down the First Division's Captains Chamber and was rapidly approaching. What could be so Important to Interrupt a conversation that had captains in it midst's he would be say to himself as he thought of reasons for the running in the First Division's headquarters, knowing Izuma, he would probably get yelled at for running in his halls but before he could dish out more thoughts the runner came into the room.
As the messenger came into the Captain's chambers it was obvious he was out of breath but what was so Important that he had to run to the Captain-Commander himself, something was going on or something had happened. Hiroshi looked to Izuma as the man began to spill the beans on the events that were occurring within the Dangai, nobody could travel that without being spotted. Izuma had given his orders and Hiroshi wasn't the one to question them, It seemed that fear had left Izuma's heart and had began to focus on the tasks that were in front of him and so It was Hiroshi's turn to focus, It wasn't a regular patrol, something was on the horizon and it was big. Hiroshi would pet the kitten once more before gently placing him down onto the floor, Hiroshi would give Izuma a slight nod as a confirmation to his orders and the go-ahead for the extra step in power, He was going all out if need be. His Captain robe would lastly be seen dusting itself off into the air as Hiroshi walked into a Shunpo.

Izuma would be standing as his Vice-Captain would appear and she seemed to be quite old. However she still bowed to Izuma showing great respect to him. "How is the situation Miyoko?" Izuma asked as he seemed to have a straight look on his face and he didn't seem to be smiling or even flinching for that matter.
Lt. Takasawa: "Captain I think it is time that you go and address the situation yourself...", she stated as she was still on one knee and seemed to have a serious look on her face. "Besides are you not the person that was chosen by Lady Takashi herself?", he asked meaning the former Captain Commander.
Izuma would only sigh as he looked over his shoulders at his Vice-Captain. "You really know how to hit people's nerve don't you hag...?" he stated to her. "But you do have a point, let us assist those that are taking far to long...", he stated as he walked past his Lt. whom stood up and disappeared in a Flash step along with Izuma himself.
