“I have no idea.” He said in response to her question about his dorm. “Number (insert number here).”
“And… I was warned about that.” So it was true, some really didn’t like fire, well hopefully he wouldn’t put them too off. He didn’t want to get into trouble over things he had no control over. “I hear water falls from the sky sometimes in these parts.”
He wasn't sure what he though about a furnace dog... so he let it drop.

"Mhmmm. Rain's not so bad. You just kinda grab your tail and hug it, like this like this!" She then swished her tail around to her stomach, and bent over, as though covering it from real rain. She then took off down the hallway, reenacting the scenario completely.
When she got a slight distance away, she turned back around and shouted down the hallway. "C'mon slowpoke, your dorms right here!!"

“Right.” He did not think the scenario looked pleasant at all. “I’m coming just don’t break anything else.” He walked not bothering to hurry at all. She could wait. Besides he needed to memorize which door it was and quickly. He did not want a repeat of this. “Danny, are there any other flame demons besides us?” please say yes. He did not want to be the only flame demon with her. Even a few other fire imps would be decent. He just… didn’t want to be surrounded by nothing but the soft watery things. Though undead weren't watery. Most of the time.
He walked to his door peeking in and accessing the damages, and stared at the glass on the floor. Most of it landed outside the room but... he was unhappy. "How fast can you fix that?"

Danny put a finger on her chin, pacing into the room behind him. "Ummm there's no other flame demons I don't think ..." Actually, it was somewhat surprising to her that she hadn't found any others. "There's bound to be one or two somewhere I guess."
She smiled, throwing his bag on his bed with no finesse or care at all. "Oh! But there's this little baby demon that just moved here named Popo, she's really cute and I think she's a fire imp? AAAAAaaaand there's the fire doggy, and lots of hellhounds ... fire dragons ... some pyromancers ... I think we have a few fire mages but I might've made one angry so that's probably going to be hard."
Her smile fell when he gestured to the window. A hand went to her neck and she gave an awkward laugh. "Hahaha ... uh ... yeah I can get the gnomes on it today." AKA in about a week, if she remembered to.

“Oh.” Flame demons were hard to miss. Well at least there were fire imps, though he wasn’t sure about the assessment of baby. This school was for older people, right? Dragons sounded promising at least.
“Right later today then.” He dropped his bag on the floor before going to scout through his room, dodging around the glass for the moment, and made sure everything was there. It would do for now, not as nice as his house back home, but he hadn’t expected that. “Where is your room?” he stopped, looking at the ghoul, expecting an answer.

Danny probably wouldn't remember to get it fixed.
"Oh! Top floor." Inspiration struck. "Oh oh oh, we should go up there!! We can climb on the roof and see everything from there, it'd be so much easier." Not to mention Andrew could escape Danny's claws a little faster.
Of course, going onto the roof was against school rules. Danny had literally just broken a window earlier that morning. She obviously didn't care too much about rules.

He was completely unaware of the school rules, and thus, didn’t see a problem with going to the roof. He was a flame demon that could fly after all, and Danny had wings. That meant she could fly too, right? Right? Maybe she meant fly around, why else would she live on top floor.
“Yeah sure the roof.” and her out of his room. He didn’t want to lose another window. He was still trying to figure out how he lost the first one.

Danny's face lit up with a lopsided smile, toothy grin shining for her cousin to see just how excited she was. Alternatively, just how doomed Andrew was.
She grabbed his wrist and pulled him out the door once more, dragging him up the stairs (Danny never took the elevator- no fun!), all the while blabbing about parts of the school- things like their principle Hellma, the surrounding town- pretty much any basic information Andrew needed to know. It wasn't linear, nor was it particularly educational, but Danny tried. Tried so hard.
Finally they arrived at her own door, which was never locked, and she pushed right through it. There were minipets scattered everywhere, opened and unopened boxes of rabos. Clothes were everywhere, open bags of chips that Danny had forgotten about strewn across tables. Homework was nowhere to be found, Danny never did that. Some video game cases were laying on her shelves, some actually organized. In short, it was a teenager's room.
"Well c'mon!" she urged, moving past her bed and cracking open her shuttered windows. She grappled one arm over the edge and began semi-parkouring up the side, completely expecting him to follow.

Andrew listened as Danny rattled on about, well everything and did his best to keep track of it all. She seemed to want to just hand him information, and as long as he thought it was semi useful, he was ok with that. He allowed her to drag him up, well he figured she would be willing to tell him useful things, maybe. He would have to figure out what was actually useful later. He didn’t bother to tell her to let go of him this time… at least he was more prepared for the grab, and the steal grip of doom her hand held over his much smaller wrist. What was she made of, steal?
The mess, he wasn’t bothered by, but the minipets scattered everywhere, caused him to suddenly did his heels in the ground. “What are those doing in here?” There were so many of them, everywhere. How could she walk in that room without touching them all? Then he understood, She had no personal boundaries. “Ahh… Danny?” He watched her open the window, staying at the door. He was pretty sure they weren’t supposed to go out that way, not that he cared, but it would mean… walking through the sea of minis.

Danny's tailed had already disappeared out the window. She leaned back over the sill, literally hanging upside down on the side of the building.
"Well? Are you comin' slowpoke?" She noticed his hesitation with the minipets and added, "They won't bite. I think."
Gravity worked its magic and Danny couldn't suspend the upside down position any long. Instead, she flipping back up and crawled onto the roof, placing herself upon the blacked tiles of the demon dorm roof. The view from here was stunning and the whole campus seemed to reveal itself to them. It was no wonder it was one of Danny's favorite spots.

She crawled out of the window and up… he was getting the feeling the window was not designed to do that. And the minis…. They stared at him and he swore one of them was ready to bite his tail flame right off. He debated just leaving and disappearing back to his room right then. She wasn’t even listening to him. She didn’t even try to put the minis away… to wherever they go. But there was a pull of curiosity. He did want to go on the roof, even if they weren’t supposed to. A fall wouldn’t hurt him… he could just jump off and avoid the whole mini problem again. Besides, he didn’t want to be alone just yet. Scooting across the wall he carefully slithered his way to the window and then stepped up on the window seal to looks up, well try to look at Danny. The roof was higher than he anticipated, and while it was easy for her, he could barely get his hands on it. Giving once last glance at the now mostly contained minis he tried to pull himself up. Flapping to try and gain extra leverage. Too bad strength was not his best skill and not in this awkward position. His feet slipped and he hung attached only by his hands from the roof. “Danny…. Help.” He mumbled a bit pathetically as he wondered if he could get himself into proper falling position fast enough.

Danny certainly didn't look down on him for needing help. She'd made this trip hundreds of times (considering it was right out her window!) so she knew it like the back of her hand, but understood that others didn't. Rikki still needed help every once in a while.
She threw a hand over the edge and yanked him up with all the force she could. Considering Danny was manlier than most men, she got him up and over the edge in record time, goofy smile still on her face.
"See you can see everything from here!" she chirped happily, gesturing to the landscape around them.

Danny on the bright side was strong enough for them both. What did she eat? He steadied himself on the roof and turned to look. Well it really was a nice view. “Yeah wow.” Considering their dorm was up on a small hill, it seemed to overlook everything. At least it gave him a very clear view of the campus. He decided it was worth braving the vicious mini pets in Danny’s room for this. “Thanks.” He forced out a small smile back at her, one that wasn’t entirely ungenuine.

Danny happily pointed out various buildings on the campus. There was the creepateria, there was the gym- if you looked over there you could kind of see the hot springs!
By the end of her little "tour" Danny through an arm around Andrew's shoulders, pulling him into a sideways noogie-hug. "You're all right, you know? I totally thought you were gonna be some stuffed up nerd or something."

“Can we lay off with the touching? You are messing up my hair!” not that he kept it particularly neat. “And no, I’m not a nerd.” He was glad she didn’t think so, but he really could do without the open displays of affection, and the touching. “And you… are a lot stronger than I thought you’d be. “ he wasn’t sure if it was a compliment or not. She certainly wasn’t the girl his mothers were.
