Well, I've got a lot of Lupin cosplay photos all over the place (though most of them suck >_<), so I'll just pick a few to subject you all too.

Here's my cosplay lab entry for their contest: ^___^
It won the look-alike for Fujiko whee which makes my millenia since she's my main cosplay~

These two are from right before a rum party at animagic (Taken by EBK ^_^ Hope he doesn't mind me posting these~)
...Lupin and I had started early on he rum *actually vodka*...I hope it isn't too obvious in these photos >_>

Wow...You look really good. You're the most accurate Fujiko I'v ever seen. Kudos to you! heart

Thanks! It's quite a complement!I love cosplaying her. The tragedy of it is that most people don't know who I am dressed as or that I'm actually cosplaying (had some people act rather rudely at a con over that stare ) So the only way I get recognized is when I'm cosplaying with my Lupin because people get who he is (usually at least) and that still doesn't assure they said people will get the huge hint as to who I am. I call him my best prop for this reason 3nodding

She's five. She likes to watch Cagliostro, and Zenigata is her favorite character. She asked for that outfit. ^_^

I laughed when I saw the Conan Edogawa from Case Closed cos-play. xd
That's a pretty cool anime, Clever but still fun to watch.

I once cosplayed as Zenigata at a sci-fi/fantasy/anime convention in Virginia a couple years ago. I even did the voice correctly!!!

I hate that! I was going to cosplay as Lady Clarisse d'Cagliostro but I know that no one would know who I was without Lupin (especially if they could tell you were). It's annoying because Lupin is an anime classic. I mean no one runs up to a Salior Moon cosplayer as asks "Are you from Magic Knights RayEarth?" That would have been such a cool cosplay. It is sad that Lupin is so unrecognised, even a Miyazaki directed one. (I had a friend who didn't want to watch Cagliostro until they found out it was directed by Miyazaki.)
I know I made one guy at a convention so happy becaused I knew he was Goemon and not, as he put it, "Some random samurai!"

I would assume that most people want to be popular, so they like to cosplay as popular people. Myself, I enjoy being harder to find characters. It is very sad when nobody know you, but generally I tell them and they say, "I've heard of that."

I normally cosplay as people that lesser known characters too. Like this time I'll be Olette (a very minor character from Kingdom Hearts 2), last year I was... Taeko from Paranoia Agent. That was funny. "Are you a random school girl?" "No I am Takeo from Paranoia Agent. Come on people it was Adult Swim!"

As for Lupin being a sick and perverse show it really isn't. It's the same funny perverseness that you get with any adult comedy. I think the humor is better that a lot of American shows and it a little less perverted.

Also, I am surprised the perverseness and skirt chasing doesn't attract more male viewers.

I've cosplayed Lupin four times in a row at Sakura Con, and I'm a chick! I had the sideburns and everything! One year I wore real handcuffs, but they started to hurt my wrists so I quit.
