Ok I'm gonna go down the line with this one.

A) Your last name is "Mihashi" but have the Uchiha bloodline. If you're going to explain how this happens then great, if not you might want to change that.

B) You stated you know little about the bloodline. That is a NO-NO!! If you go to the first page of this topic it gives a brief description of the uchiha clan and if you go to Narutopedia, you can get more information.

C) Add more to the Roleplay example. Don't be breif with it.

The Rinnegan originated with the Sage of the Six Paths. He was the guy waaaay back in time that took on the Juubi or Ten Tailed Bijuu. The Juubi was one nasty customer, so the Sage eventually had to seal it inside himself to protect the world. He took that filthy foul beast's carcass and used the Chibaku Tensei on it. That technique created the moon, and imprisoned the beasts body inside of it up in the cold dark reaches of space where no one could hear it scream. This is where the Gedō Mazō Demonic Statue of the Outer Path came from, as the Statue is the Ten Tails dried up body.
Then several years down the road, the Sage split the Ten Tail's power into the 9 Bijuus that we all know and love today. He told them that they would all be joined together again in a different form than they are now.
Somewhere between then and now, the Sage had himself two different children. The older brother inherited the Sage's Eyes and Spiritual Energy, while the younger had inherited the Sage's life force and physical energy. When it was time to choose a successor, the Sage went with the younger brother based on their answers to his question of how to obtain peace. The older brother had said power, the younger said love. Not that hard of a decision obviously. That was what started the Uchiha and Senju Grand Deathmatch Feud to end all Family Feuds.
Anyways, now that I have our daily history lesson out of the way. Now on to the Rinnegan itself. The Rinnegan or Samsara (Did I spell that right? So not looking at any reference material) Eye is based upon the theory of the Transmigration of Souls or reincarnation if you'd like a title with less syllables.
The Rinnegan's basic capabilities are that it allows the user to see the color of chakra like the Sharingan and see hidden objects like chakra barriers. This is evidenced when Nagato invaded Konohagakure. Users of the Rinnegan are said to be able to master all five forms of Nature Releases, read more of the Sage's secret stone in the Nakano Shrine than those with Mangekyou Sharingan, and control the Statue of the Outer Path or Gedou Mazou.
It's most dangerous abilities lie with the Six Path's Technique. This technique was originally intended to be performed through the users own body, but due to Nagato's crippling at the hands of Hanzo he had no choice but to use the Outer Path's abilities of life and death to manifest the Six Paths of Pain.
Through the Six Paths of Pain, each Path's abilities is weakened to some degree wheareas when used through the hosts original body the Path techniques are much stronger. This is evidenced when Nagato single handedly took down both Naruto and Killer Bee like a boss. Seriously, Nagato, you're epic. Why you die like that?
Anyways, we all know what each Path can do but here's a quick run down:
Deva Path: Is a Gravity b***h. He can repel, or attract ninjutsu, people, small dogs and cats, or anything really depending on the amount of chakra he uses in the techniques. The recharge time is on average 5 seconds for a regular use of Shinra Tensei/Bansho Ten'in, longer the more power he puts into it.
Asura Path: which grants the user mechanized limbs, weaponry and armor. (Bitchin')
Animal Path: which lets the user summon a wide variety of creatures. (It's probably for the best if the user can only summon one at a time)
Preta Path: which can absorb all forms of chakra, including most ninjutsu.(Not as OP as it sounds since you're extremely vulnerable while doing so)
Naraka Path: through which one can summon and control the King of Hell. (Not sure what to do with this ones King of Hell.)
Human Path: which gives the ability to remove a soul and so, read a person's mind (OP as all hell. Maybe it just drain's away the victims chakra?)
Outer Path: which rules over both life and death. (So pretentious sounding isn't it?) The Outer Path is the Path that lets the user bind and control Bijuu with the use of chakra chains (Not foolproof, look at the Gobi) and is what created the Six Paths of Pain technique. This is also how the Gedō Mazō is controlled, as the Statue is the dried up mummified husk of the Ten Tails itself.

[Hokay, the way I see the Rinnegan being used in combat is like this: Giving the person the ability to use the Six Paths of Pain technique is a bit much. The usage of the Rinnegan should be limited to the different abilities of the seven Paths and whatever techniques Nagato used in the manga. This would be like the Sealing Jutsu he used to steal the Bijuu, and things like Shinra Tensei. Letting someone with the Rinnegan be able to use all five forms of nature release is just asking for OPness. Actually trying to rp something like this without someone else's posts to go off of is a bit of a challenge since it's just me it might seem OP.]

Sitting in the middle of the clearing crosslegged, Hisaki was still as stone meditating. Clad in simple shinobi robes, no headband adorned his head as he contemplated the meaning of life. The young ninja was blessed with a special gift, and he would spend hours contemplating the proper uses for those gifts. Red hair swirled around his face, and the young man took no notice. But from some distance away, something caught his attention. It was the sound of someone approaching and fast. With his eyes still closed, he followed the sound as it drew closer until it was right over top of him.

The enemy ninja had heard the rumors of the ninja who lived in these woods. Intrigued by what the rumors meant, he had been sent by his Village to investigate the truth of the matter. He originally had orders to send the man on his way, but the promise and lust for power overrode all sense of caution in the man. Appearing in front of the shinobi in question, he was taken aback by his apparent youth and the fact that he still hadn't moved an inch. "Hey, you there!" he tried getting the young man's attention "Boy!" When the young man wouldn't answer, the ninja grew impatient and aimed a kick at the young man's head. Thrusting his foot out in order to make contact, he swung his leg as hard as he could.

As the foot drew near his head, Hisaki remained calm and tranquil. Opening his eyes, one could see the pale grey purple color his eyes had taken and the six concentric circles. As the foot neared his head, it was suddenly repelled away as if by the use of magnetism. Hisaki had used the Deva Path to repel the older ninjas attack. Rising to his feet, the Deva Path had been his default Path as it represent the realm closest to the Gods. He had sought enlightenment as too the nature and purposes of his powers. Turning to face the older enemy ninja, the man was already on the offensive. Hisaki's Shinra Tensei had not fully recharged so he had to move as well. Dodging the next flurry of blows, HIsaki brought his arms up to his chest as the ninja aimed another kick. This one knocked him back several feet, as he landed in a crouch and skidded to a stop. Watching the man make handsigns, Hisaki clapped his hands together and activated the Preta Path. The ninja blew out a large fireball that as it neared Hisaki began to disappear as he absorbed the chakra used in the attack. Preoccupied with that, he didn't notice the man appearing behind him and once again kicking him to the side. Still in the Preta Path, he was completely vulnerable to Taijutsu attacks and the enemy had capitalized on the opening. Rising to his feet, Hisaki's face was still as tranquil as ever even with the line of blood coming from his lips. This man was troublesome, and he'd have to proactively attack him if he wanted to leave. Just playing defensive wouldn't help him. Clapping his hands together once again, this time he switched to the Asura Path. His arms appeared to be covered with a crisscrossed network of lines and Hisaki rushed forward. The strength and armor of the Asura's Path allowed him to duck under the first blow aimed at him, block the second and aim a powerful punch square at the man's jaw. The sheer force knocked him off his feet, and sent him sprawling. Following after the man as he landed, Hisaki clapped his hands together once again and used the Human Path this time. Placing his hand to the man's head, he wanted to know who he was and why he had targeted him. Reading the man's mind in seconds, he realized the reasons for the man's intrusions into his solitary contemplation. A side effect of the mind reading was that the man was drained of almost all of his chakra, which caused him to pass out and lay there. Deciding to find another place to meditate, Hisaki left the ninja passed out on the forest floor with nothing but a bruise and a killer headache when he awoke.

is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure, and are characterised by their use of insects as weapons. At birth, members of this clan are offered to a special breed of insects such as kikaichū as a nest, residing just under their host's skin. These insects with then live in symbiosis with their host. The clan members may also carry additional insects in jars or gourds with them on missions. The insects can leave and enter their host's body through various pores. They feed on chakra as a food source, making them quite deadly. The relationship between the shinobi and the insects is mutually beneficial. The host grants the insects shelter and allows them to feed off their chakra, their body becoming a living hive of tens of thousands of these insects, and in return the insects do the user's bidding, allowing the shinobi to perform ninjutsu-like techniques without the use of hand seals or chakra conversion. A major defining trait of the Aburame clan is that all of its known members' eyes are obscured usually by glasses, as well as they wear clothing that usually cover up most of their body.

A female insect can be left on a target, which then can be tracked by smell by the male insect, or scout insects can be sent out and return to tell the host information about the area. For this reason, Aburame clan members are experts in espionage; they can communicate with the insects, and the insects specialise in stealth because they make no noise or motion during combat. In addition to utilising insects in battle, the Aburame clan also studies insects. In the anime it was shown that they were rivals of the Kamizuru, a clan of bee users, until they defeated them in battle. Even though their insect-related techniques are known only amongst the clan, a select few possess a special type of insect that is rare even among the clan's members. To date, only Shikuro and Torune are known to possess it.

It has also been shown that they possess the ability to communicate with other bugs and insects, as seen when Shino used what looked like a bee to gather information for him during the Chūnin Exams, and later when Muta asked some worms to investigate what was happening below ground during a reconnaissance mission.

Hotaru walked around the forest studying all the bugs she found flying, crawling, jumping, or sitting around the place. "It's... Quiet out today..." Hotaru said as she placed her hand on a log. "Secret Technique: Insect Gathering" Hotaru said softly as a chakra spider wed covered the log. seconds later bugs came gathering around his hand. "interesting..." Hotaru said as she walked away. As she was walking one of her insects that she sent to keep an eye out of the surrounding area. "okay..." Hotaru said as the kikaichū flew away. "Secret Technique: Insect Sphere..." Hotaru said as bunch of kikaichū appearing out from Hotaru's body and flew away, moment's later screams could be heard from a yard away as a man from a assanation team ran past her before falling to the ground and dieing from all his chakra being eaten out of him. Hotaru held her hand out towards her insects, as she did the kikaichū's went into her sleeve and disappeared into her skin. "Infotrating the hidden leaf... not the best move..." Hotaru said as she walked away deeper into the forest.
