Jordan hesitated a moment, then shook his head. "You passed out there. Went into a coma. Your consciousness got taken elsewhere and trapped. Do you remember the blue gem in B0nez?"

Rep looked stricken at being addressed, not sure how to respond. He was lacking even a fraction of his usual confidence - it was surprising how much of a dent his dishevelled state put in his self-perceptions. He looked from Candace to Jerry and back to Harrison and frowned.
"A lot happened between Russia and now man."

Jerry let out a long breath. He didn't remember. Maybe it was for the best. "I'm... we're all glad you're alright," His still didn't sound confident, his expression hardening a bit as he glanced to Rep before looking away.

"Uh, I don't..." Harrison shook his head, "wait, I think we- argued about it. Maybe. About, something- I don't remember anything on him."
Harrison lifted his other hand from under the covers, where B0nez was resting. The face of the flashdrive was plain, the gem that had been embedded in the skull's socket gone.
A coma.
"Thanks," he told Jerry, distracted, expression tight with worry. He looked at Rep again. "A lot like. Concerning us?"

So Harrison didn't remember any of it? Nothing? Zip? Zilch? Nada? Candace frowned, idly reaching out to toy with that god awful rat tail that should've been cut off while Harrison was sleeping, and looked to Jordan instead of Rep. Should Harrison know what happened? Maybe he'd be better off not knowing what happened in the other place...
"Well..kind of..."

Jordan's lips thinned into a tight line. "Kind of," he said. "Like I said, it's a really long story, and we've just gotten out of the end of it ourselves." He had several days' worth of sort-of beard; at any other time he would have been vaguely self-conscious about it. "When they let you out of here and we've got time to talk, we'll tell you all of it, I swear."

Rep didn't miss the glance from Jerry in his peripheral vision, it made him want to step back even further and he might have if he wasn't already against the wall.
He still looked on the spot as Harrison eyed him, it was somehow upsetting to think he'd missed everything they'd gone through, that all the bridges he'd burned had been for nothing. The anxiety was back and he'd probably feel nauseous if he didn't already just from hardly eating. He looked at the floor intently. "We had to wake you up." he said, "It's complicated."

Jerry almost snorted. Complicated was an understatement. He fidgeted further, hands in his pockets. He felt... shaggy. After what felt like a lifetime with shortly cropped hair, it was an odd sensation to have the curtain of refuge back.
It didn't help his racing mind. It was all too fresh. He still had a lingering urg for a cigarette he knew was completely the Other-Him's fault. Harrison didn't remember that look of pained betrayal he had given him, b0nez didn't remember how easily he had tossed him out that window.
It was for the best.
"I um. I think I need... need some air."

Harrison got shivers as Candace idly toyed with his hair.
If she'd been soothing out the top, that would have been okay. But the back of his neck was where his eclipse tat was, and the difference between a kiss on the cheek and a kiss on the lips.
"C-cut it out," he said, and added grudgingly, "it tickles."
Jordan said they'd tell him about it later.
"You're all being real ******** weird," Harrison said. "Just...tell me you didn't make any demon pacts or some s**t. And...we're still together, right? Us three."

"No demon pacts, and we're still together," Jordan agreed immediately, squeezing Harrison's hand. "It was weird. It was really weird. It's going to take a lot of explaining, but you're back, you're okay, that's what matters." His voice wavered a little on the last sentence, and he ducked his head.

Rep simply nodded in agreement with what Jordan had to say and tried determinedly not to look at Candace or Jerry.
"We had to wake you up from the Vegas Matrix." he summed up. At least if there was one thing him and the other Rep shared, it was the tendency to always fall back to movie comparisons when other avenues of metaphor failed.
He figured he'd take the focus off himself. "Jerry killed you."

Candace tensed beside Harrison and shot a dark glare at Rep. Don't say anything. Don't say anything. Not right now, not around Harrison. She released Harrison lest she accidentally pull his hair. "Jerry, calm down. You didn't do anything wrong." She assured him as calmly as she could, turning to him and going back to pretending Rep didn't even exist.

"Well I guess...If I could be Matrixed anywhere, it'd...be...Vegas?"
What Harrison thought about being killed was delayed as someone in a white coat with a clipboard came to ask questions, take Harrison's vitals (again), and quiz him on certain details.
"...February?" Harrison asked, when filled in on the date. "Means we missed leave for last month."
He got written up as discharged, after even more calls, with some orders for checking back. B0nez was supposed to take care of the physical therapy. The Nurse started unhooking him- the removal of the tube was the worst of it. He got a patch on his arm from the IV.
"Everything around here has to be weird," he grumbled, "even getting knocked out."
