"Can - and do. We however have better morals and don't." Though he was sure the Negaverse possessed some members who would kill said children. This fact wasn't mentioned, no reason to go saying such things at this early stage in things, let him learn as he went. "I've had one of those children throw rocks at me and bite me. Children they are but they want to prove themselves it seems." And that he didn't like, not only because they wanted to be involved in this but because he couldn't even defend himself!
Yes, they would see how it went with this one. He knew that he himself had screamed from the pain, not expecting it nor expecting it to be so bad. It was certainly something one didn't forget, at least he didn't see how a person could. It wasn't just due to the pain but the other feelings and what you were joining and becoming.
"Alright, that'll work. I don't come to this section of the city so was unaware." No, he never came to this part of the city, it simply wasn't his cup of tea. "Heart set on a room? Hardly." He had to wonder, for a split second, if that was the other making a sarcastic comment for the sake of it or if there was something beyond that; something deeper. He figured that it was nothing though and let it roll off his back like water did a ducks back. Following a pace or two behind the other he stepped into the bus terminal, heels clicking on the floor. Taking a seat at the others side he turned to sit and face him fully.
"That's good, information is always good. Knowing a place they aren't is good." If only because it was a safe place one could go. "Don't move while I do this...at least not more than you can help." The words spoken right before one gloved hand reached for the other teens chest. His left hand went to settle on the red head's shoulder, to keep him in place as much as he could. Watching his hand move past clothing and into flesh was an odd affair, always would be. But he knew what he was doing now and knew what he was seeking. When his hand wrapped about it he held on and focusing on what he wished to acomplish - sending dark energy into the others pure starseed; corrupting it.

There were the words don't move to which he had prepared to retort, but was silenced by an involuntary convulsion of his body. Pain he had said. It was so much greater than just pain. Eithan couldn't stop himself from crying out in pain as he felt it deep inside of himself. Both hands clenched to the bench underneath him, nails digging into the soft cushioning.
Inside it was a turmoil of emotion and sensation as he grabbed around his starseed. His vision was blurring and he could barely even make out the shape of Benitoite before shutting his eyes tightly, grinding back his teeth and crying out again. It wasn't something he could even begin to comprehend, let alone take without feeling his body engulfed by it.
The General hadn't lied about a part of it feeling good, right, but it was at the edge of the spectrum and came slowly and fleetingly as he remained in the spot, fighting back tears of pain. He heard himself curse under his breath before biting his tongue in an attempt to silence himself.
It was clearly far worse than he anticipated and screamed again.
Daaaaaamn.

It was bad, but how could one find words to properly describe it? He didn't bother to. He had settled for painful to describe it, it was painful after all so he hadn't lied in the slightest. He had just not given proper words to just how painful it was.
The others eyes had fallen closed just as the General's had. He could feel the darkness, in all it's glory, moving from himself and into the other - corrupting him. It was a feeling that was euphoric as he knew he could easily kill him or leave him as he would in moments.
It didn't take long to corrupt a person, thankfully, and when the blond let go of the others starseed he withdrew his hand slowly. His right arm falling to his side limply as he lay back in the seat and caught his own breath. Eye lids drifted open to take in the sight of what new officer he had created and given life to. "I apologize...for the pain." The words spoken between needed deep intakes of air.
"It cannot be helped or avoided." It certainly was a baptism by fire, sort to speak. He hadn't lied about that at all. "Tell me...what is the name you now carry?" Remembering how he'd even known his own, like something drifting to the forefront of his mind and screaming that this was his name, that it was right and belonged.

It was over but felt like an eternity. His head had fallen forward and he felt changed, completely. Eithan had to take in a few breaths, a new feeling pushing up through him. It had subsided, finally. "Had... worse." He panted out, leaning back. Even though he was attempting at a joke the words fell hollowly. Eithan was sure he'd never felt anything that painful and wouldn't ever again. In his state he continued to blink wildly, forcing his eyes to refocus.
It swirled in his head, something calling to him. Nothing could compare to it, a voice coming through him with new purpose and meaning. There had been a question and his blue eyes wandered back to eye the exhausted General. He stared blankly for a few moments before it came to him, clear as day as if he had shouted it out to the world.
"Altaite." He said, his voice moving more confidently. "That's my name." It was strange, but it was as if some part of him knew it all along. Pained, he moved an arm and rubbed his chest. Internally he was still aching. "That was something else." He muttered, looking back at Benitoite. "You don't look so hot yourself."

"I doubt you've had worse." Came the teens remark, even as he flashed a smile at the other. He was proud of himself and it showed in his eyes, there was a certain pride there. "You'll have similar happen when you become a Captain and then a General." Three times, three times had he himself felt this and three times would the other.
"A good name, Altaite." And he look up the stone/mineral when he got home tonight, right before he allowed himself to crash into his bed.
"It's draining to bring someone else into the fold. You'll learn that when your able to teleport as a Captain. Now, you can change your clothing back to normal by focusing on it. The same idea will also summon whatever weapon you've been granted - though it won't seem like a weapon now. It will change as you progress." To be honest Benitoite wanted to see what his new Lieutenant would be working with at the beginning. "I started with a paintbrush." And the other had seen what he had now. Sitting up straight he watched his new Lieutenant.

He stifled a laugh, groaning and hitting his head back against the concrete wall. "So just the first of many." He muttered, finally looking down at himself. The clothes he was wearing were gone, covered in a new outfit. Lifting his legs he ran his hands down part of it. "These look pretty snazzy." He winced, moving back into his comfortable position. Eithan was still pretty sore.
His eyes moved back to Benitoite slowly. Teleport? Nice. It still felt like a dream, but the pain was real and continued bring him back down to Earth every time he caught a glance at his new duds. "A paintbrush, really?" He remembered the rather large weapon he had pulled out earlier. Eithan became quiet and utterly curious and he held out a hand like he had seen the blond do earlier.
It was sudden and abrupt and his body jolted at the sight of the random appearance as he concentrated on seeing it. In that moment he saw it and couldn't help but wonder if he was seeing correctly. In his hand was a pair of scissors, not just any pair, a brightly red-colored pair of child's safety scissors. He rolled them back in his hand and stared down.
"I see what you mean now." It wasn't a paintbrush, but they weren't that useful either. He managed to pull his body forward, placing both legs firmly on the ground in front of him, moving the scissors between his hands curiously. Won't I get my a** handed to me if I show up to any sort of fight with something like this? The thought remained, but it wasn't spoken.
Obviously if Benitoite had stated with a paintbrush and gotten as far as he was now, then Eithan would be able to with safety scissors all the same. He was getting a little ahead of himself again and looked back. "So now what?" Eithan spoke genuinely with the question, looking to the other expectantly.

"I was told, by a General, once that we get what we get and our weapon slowly forms from toys because it prepared us for what we'll have in the end. Mind you, he didn't use the same words, but I do believe what he said. I could not have handled my currant weapon had I not had the paintbrush which when I gained the rank of Captain became a brush taller than I am. It was a lesson in balance and dealing with the weight." That was for sure. It was also very awkward to have and move around due to the brush end. But is had certainly served as a lesson as well.
"It's a good idea to learn how to fight hand to hand. Weapons at the start...sort of make you need to learn to fight on your own." Without the weapon, as they were more like discarded toys that they just happen to gain. At least they weren't broken toys that had been discarded and sent to them, by whoever or whatever decided on what weapon each member got to start out with.
"You power down and we exchange phone numbers. I can't do it tonight - I'm too worn out to teleport. But when you are able I will bring you down to where we gather and tell you the whole story. I only assume tonight has been a tiring night for you and that bed might be looking like a good option for you." He knew it was looking good to him. He could go home and crash; bath be damned.
"Until we meet again I'd rather you not power up and go out - I'd like you to not be killed or severely injured. I want you to go out your first night, powered up, with knowledge about the enemy, just who and what they are, and to know you can fight. I'd also like to keep with you and assure your safety." He was not going to let any harm come to someone this new, or anyone if he could help it.
And as he finished speaking he focused on powering down himself and in place of the general was a well dressed blond haired teenager. Long hair tied back and with a nice black pea coat, the collar up, and a scarf on even he looked every bit the well bred individual that his uniform made him look. He just didn't look so dated. From a pocket of the coat he withdrew the android he carried on him and unlocking the screen he looked at the other waiting.

"So it gets better and starts small for a reason, is what you're saying." He hoped that was a good summary as his eyes were beginning to grow heavier as the moments dragged on. He was still attempting his best to keep full attention and nodded to him. "Oh, fistfightin' is something I know pretty well." Which was the truth, he'd seen more than his fair share of scraps - wasn't too sure that would work on the kind of people he'd be fighting now though.
"Ah, okay." Eithan stared at his clothes, concentrating hard to get them back to their usual selves. Sure enough moments later the torn jeans and hoodie came back the way they were and he sighed, feeling like he had exerted something more than he meant. "That bed and I are going to get along very nicely tonight." He said, rummaging around in his pockets for his phone.
"Okay, so no batmanning in, got it." Now where the hell had he put it? Finally grabbing a hold of his abused flip phone he opened it, glancing at the other as he began to melt into someone more normal. Eithan smiled. "Well that's interesting, but classy I guess. Different from the cape at least." He pressed a few buttons, holding up the phone and pointing.
"Here's mine." He said, hoping the flip-phone screen was big enough to even be seen. It was unfortunate, but updating his phone was never a top priority for the younger teen.

"Exactly what I'm saying. You'll learn how good it is to have that when you get the final weapon." He hadn't believed it at first, and why should he? Had hadn't seen what he would have as a General and hadn't seen how the training along the way helped him till he'd made General. It was than that he'd seen it and believed those words enough to repeat the lesson.
"That's good. You should learn any other way to fight that you can, anything you can learn just helps you in the end." It was best to know everything possible, be able to do a bit of everything, and be willing to do everything, in order to win against the enemy. It was why he was willing to hair pull and wrestle about on the ground with a senshi or a knight.
"Very different. But I like both appearances equally. Both suit me just fine." Smiling as he looked over the others battered phone and then started to type the others number into his phone. Using the others agent name on his phone. Once it was saved he pulled up his own phone number and showed it to the other.
"You should head home for that date with your bed. I'll be going home to do that as well." This would likely be the first of many nights that the red head would have a well needed date with his bed, this job was not the easiest job physically or mentally.

He clicked at the phone tiredly, putting the number in under Benitoite. Some part of curiosity wondered what his real name was, but he forgot the idea almost immediately. It wasn't useful information after all. The teen stretched, standing slowly and wobbling a bit. Apparently he was a lot more beat than he thought.
Glancing back he smiled at him. "I s'pose I should thank you or something." It was awkward, he really wasn't sure what to say about the entire ordeal. "...I do mean that. I think." His mind was shutting down quickly and he yawned, taking a clumsy step back towards the outside world. Eithan stopped, turning back. "I'd say lets walk together or bus or whatever, but something tells me you're heading a different direction than I am." He gave a sly grin, gripping onto a wall.
"Just call, I'll come." He muttered. Damn how the tiredness fogged his brain. He wasn't certain if the blond would follow in the same direction, but given the outfit he was wearing there was little chance it was the same way. He shrugged. "See you then, I guess."
The idea of bed was looking nicer and nicer and he waited only moments to make sure Benitoite was able to stand before nodding to him, leading back the way out. Slowly he started on the way home, rather tunnel-visioned given his condition.
Something had changed, and in the morning maybe he'd actually begin to understand it.Sleet Tempest Snape I think we're near the end, ja? o vo <3

"You needn't thank me. You've yet to experience training and patrol, among other things. You won't likely be thanking me than - so don't do it now." He said with laughter in his voice. He doubted the other would be pleased with him with the training and hours out at night he'd have him suffering, but he wanted and needed him prepared for everything. He would see to it that he did his best to prepare those under him so they survived this war as best a possible. If this war ever ended in their life time he wanted his recruits, and those he'd helped, to come out of it as well off as possible. He knew many would suffer mentally, nightmares and such, but at least physically he hoped they'd come out ok.
Following, trailing, behind him he nodded his head. "Likely. Though I assure you it doesn't bother me. You and I both fight the same war and on the same side. If you need assistance ever call me, even if it's personal and not related to this second side to our lives. I will do what I can, within reason of course."
In the morning, or whenever he woke, he'd likely give the other a call and make sure he had returned home alright. He'd set up a meeting so he could give him whatever information he had to impart upon the other teenager and than set about training. No, the other wouldn't be thanking him in the end. And Alexandre simply didn't care really. As he made his way home, hoping he didn't attract unwanted attention, it was some time before he found a cab he was able to hail and that was how the blond made his way home. And we're done!
