B-Rank Boil Release: Boiling Mist Dragon Technique- After completing the large amount of hand signs the user will heat up surrounding water particle into a mist using fire chakra the user will then shape the mist into a dragon . The user will then make the dragon head towards the intended target. This jutsu has the ability melt metal.
A-Rank Boil Release: Touch of Death- Allows the user to melt anything that comes in contact with the palm of the user's hand.This jutsu consumes chakra depending on the size and density of the object the user touches.This jutsu has been known to be very dangerous as the user can touch and harm his allies by accident.A drawback to using the jutsu is that it requires physical contact with the opponent to pull off so the user could be potentially harmed by a long range attack while trying to use the jutsu.
Steam Release: Superheated Bullet- the user combines fire and water chakra in their mouth and condenses it into a ball of water which is heated beyond boiling, then fired from the mouth. When the water bullet hits something it explodes, covering the area in boiling water which can instantly cause second to third degree burns. Approved to an extent and why are you dressed as a noob?
