Not really. If Vader destroyed his body he would be out of the fight until he was resurrected again. And that would be a victory for Vader.

Hold on! What kind of turf are they fighting on? If they were on magical turf, no form of electronics would work, so Vader could die because all of his robotic or otther form of mechinated parts would fail. Also- Voldy could put up magical barriers through which the Force may or may not have effect. Also, within a second span, Voldemort could transfigure Vader into a goldfish. If the two are relatively far apart, Voldy could have a chance, because via the fourth movie, magic has effect for miles (Harry summoning his broom).
So could Avada Kedavera or transfiguration work if Voldy is hiding behind something very far away? Or would Vader know where he was? And be able to kill him with the Force within the millisecond it takes for Voldemort to fire a spell?

The battle takes place on neutral ground, an empty plain, and they start 100 feet away from each other.

Advantage: Vader. Though magic does interrupt electricity because of its molecular properties.

So... if Vader couldn't use the Force Choke which is immediate, Voldy could actually stand a chance because it takes him approx. one second to kill someone. As far as I know, Vader can't get across 100 ft in an instant...
Actually, now I'm just being crazy. I voted for Vader. There is a reason. The only reason I'm even bothering to despute is because I feel like SOMEONE should stick up for Voldemort... Even though I always found him to be one of the most retarded antagonists ever... yeah.

Harry Potterverse spells travel at about the speed of a softly tossed baseball. From 100 feet it would be trivial for anyone to dodge one.

On the coovering 100 feet, it's called force speed. I don't know its exact limits but it allows most Jedi to move pretty damn fast, fast enough to kick up a pretty big dust cloud. Actually, I think Mace Windu out ran a land speeder piloted by a CIS droid in the cartoon.

Even in the books, people can dodge them easily.

I don't know about that, exactly. Usually they have shields and magical forcefields up. And I'm guessing that it's the same as if somebady threw a fast ball at you. Not instantaneous, but if you're standing 10 feet or less away, there's a 75% chance you're not going to make it out of the way.

Except Vader is standing 100 feet away.
Not to mention he has force precognition, so he can see the attack coming in advance before it happens.

Lord Voldemort would win because:
1. his powerful spell Avada Kedavra 2. he has multiple lives because of his horcruxes 3. his ability to teleport 4. he doesn't need to say worlds to cast spells

Also, we are unsure how the spell would affect Vader seeing as his cybernetic components are what keeps him alive. 2) Eventual rebirth does not constitute a win. 3) Apparition takes concentration to work and the only times he has used it in a fight is to make a hasty retreat. 4) He can only cast weak spells wordlessly.
