Sighing, he twisted around to snuggle closer when she shuddered admitting that some rain would be nice. Rain in the desert would be far less frequent but it would have more potential danger.. especially following a drought like this- unless the desert really was done for. All of the creatures living here needed it, though.
"It'll be fine," he said confidently, "It's going to rain eventually, and it'll be OK."

Xin rolled her head over to lean on him a bit more. She felt guilty for her fear, though there was certainly a part of her that couldn't help it.
"Alright," she replied softly. "It can rain...later. For now, let's just take a nap....you're tired enough as it is," she teased with a soft laugh.

"Alright," he agreed, happy to resume his nap with his mate nearby. Training could wait, he could work harder over the next few days to make up for any lazy impressions he made by being so absent and late today.
