Nicolas and Quartz started looking around when they heard what seemed to be rotor blade of some kind. "That's odd... I wonder who's coming?" he asked quietly, then spotted the helicopter that was flying towards the town. Sort of. A better description might have been something along the lines of wafting like a drunken Beautifly. Quartz made a sound that could only be described as a giggle as she and her trainer watched the helicopter fly into the town and land safely, if somewhat haphazardly.
After the helicopter landed, a couple of people and some Pokemon stepped out of the chopper, though one of the humans and a couple of Pokemon seemed a bit disoriented. Excited at the thought of meeting even more new people than she already had that evening, Quartz quickly flew over to the group that exited the helicopter and hovered around them, though at least she was polite enough to not start talking their ears off while they were conversing. It didn't stop the oddly colored Vibrava from giggling at the Plusle, Minun, and the male human being so dizzy from their flight, not out of spite, but because it genuinely amused her that they got so dizzy from a flight that, from what she had seen of the very last part of it, was probably calm compared to some of her more erratic flight patterns.
After he gave a lighthearted sigh, Nicolas gave an apologetic smile to Shayna. "Sorry, I need to go make sure Quartz doesn't get herself into any trouble... Well, any more trouble than she might already have caused within a few seconds, at least." he said to the young woman before hurrying off towards the group that had already stepped out of the helicopter. He caught a very tiny bit of what they were saying, specifically the girl wearing the weird horns and tail saying something about some recruits, as he approached the group.
Quartz noticed her trainer approach and started including him in her chaotic pattern of who she would hover around, though she made sure to spend more time around him than any of the others. "Sorry if my Vibrava friend was giving you any trouble. She tends to be overly excited if she thinks she can make a new friend or five," he apologized to the group with a sheepish smile while he rubbed the back of his head in an embarrassed manner, then looked over at the dizzy-looking trainer and Pokemon. "Are you three going to be alright? That looked like a rather wild ride," he asked the young man and his Pokemon with a bit of concern in his voice.

■■■■■■■■■■■■ `Sebastian` Sebastian looked at the new Pokemon as Roy jumped, trying to catch it in amusement. Sebastian smiled at Roy's game and began to pick him up. When he held Roy in hand, the Lucario turned to the man who approached him. "We're perfectly fine thank you." He bowed as he greeted the young man. "We were just slightly thrown off by our trip."
"Sickly grinning downward, tossing out a pair of dice Cheating away around the board "Ah this is paradise"
Kervel grinned. "We're all fine. For the most part... We're looking for people to join us in saving mew. We're gonna use the helicopter a cover. Since it's one of their own, it's perfect."

((OOC: God I'm so behind. >.<)) Isabelle had miraculously managed to fall asleep on the ride over. It was a miracle that she barely even noticed the flying around in circles that the helicopter had taken. It would have been a while before she woke up until the vehicle had landed. Jolting awake with a loud snort, she sat up straight in her chair before looking around for someone. Looks like everyone had finally gotten off of the helicopter, so she chose to take a look outside to see what the hubbub was about. Not before she released her Meditite, Marz. "Medi!" Isabelle smiled at her before waving. "Hey there, Marz. Want to stay out for a little while?" The smile and nodding made her a bit happy. "Good."
Making her way to the open door, she yawned to see that there was a new person speaking to Kervel. "Oh! Gee, that was a fun ride! Ah... too bad I seemed to sleep through it. I need to work on my sleeping patterns!" She sheepishly scratched her head, Marz sitting on her shoulder to wave at the group. "And hello there!" She smiled at the new person. Gosh, she was meeting so many people today.

The strangely-colored Vibrava's giggling turned into full-blown laughter when the Eevee tried to catch Quartz, allowing the little brown and white puff of fur to get very close and even get a paw on her before the Lucario picked up the small Pokemon. Nicolas raised an eyebrow slightly in surprise, and even Quartz paused briefly from the shock of it, when the Lucario spoke, not as a Pokemon would, but in a human language. It may not have been as surprising as either of them thought, but it was the first time either of them had even heard of a Pokemon that could communicate as a human and was not some sort of legendary Pokemon. Or one that used telepathy, for that matter. Then again, maybe it was using telepathy and it was just moving its mouth in conjunction with the thoughtspeak for dramatic effect.
Quartz quickly snapped out of her own odd thought pattern on the matter before going back to hovering around the group in a fairly chaotic pattern, while it took Nicolas about a second longer to come out of his thoughts and give a smile and a nod to the jackal-like Pokemon. "That's good to hear. Also, I apologize for my surprise, but this is the first time I've encountered a Pokemon that is able to speak the same language as humans do," he said to the Lucario, hoping he didn't accidentally offend the Pokemon with his slight shock on the matter or his reason for the aforementioned shock, then turned to the girl with the odd horns and tail.
Nicolas grinned back at the girl and chuckled slightly. "Sounds like a good idea to me. Count me and my team in," he replied, then looked back over towards where Shayna was at. I don't really want to leave her behind, since I'm the one that asked her to work with me. At the same time, though, I'm not too fond of the idea of dragging her into such a dangerous situation... he thought, then looked back at the helicopter when he heard someone else step out, a woman with a Meditite sitting on her shoulder. "Ah, hello, nice to meet you," he replied when the woman greeted him.
"Perhaps, before things become any more chaotic," Nicolas started, pausing briefly as Quartz went to investigate the new person and her Pokemon, "we should at least introduce ourselves so we know who's talking to who. I'm Nicolas, and the cheery Vibrava flying about is one of my friends, Quartz. The young lady I was talking with earlier is Shayna." He gave a bit of a smile after the introductions and waited to see what the others would say.

Izanami had been travelling for a while when she stumbled upon a group conversing. Her Tyranitar that she had been riding on the back of for a little bit now after the heel broke off of her shoe. The Pokemon was rather insistent on its trainer not wandering the world bare foot so it offered her the ride. It seemed that it was about a Mew. It definitely sped the Pokemon up so that both could greet those present. What in heavens name is going on! Why the hell wasn't I invited to this party. Her thought echoed for a moment mentally before she made her presence known. Erebus unleashed a fierce roar while Iza hopped off of its back and landed beside the Pokemon.
"Now why didn't I get an invitation to this party? Looks like it was sky high at one point." Her sultry voice said just loud enough to be heard. She rested her hand on her hip as her Tyranitar leaned over and nuzzled the trainer. She giggled a little bit before looking at those present. "I am Izanami Muramasa and this is my baby, Erebus!" She raised her hand from her hip to the skin of the Tyranitar which towered over them standing a decent eight feet tall with a bulky 500 pounds on its frame.
The two were obviously close just by the way they acted, but seemed as if more interested those around them. "Who are the lot of you?" She added with a sly smile on her face. When she noticed the otheer Pokemon by the time she was done speaking a large grin appeared on her face. "Oh how lovely!" Her voice cheered in its usual velvet manner as she knelt down. Her Pokemon glanced at her and scooted closer causing a slight rumble on the ground for a second waiting to see if anyone would act.

Kiyuki gained his composure and looked t the new people. One being a young man with a flying companion. He gave him a light smile, along with his companion, giving a thumbs up. He actually enjoyed the Pokemon being around him and playing. Energetic Pokemon were always his favorite types, most of the time. But, then he turned to a young woman who came out of the blue. With slight shock, he stared at her for a few moments, then to her, 'Baby'. As he stared at the being he was slightly intimidated , but with his strong sense of challenges he only smiled its way, "Nice to meet you guys." Kiyuki said as he nodded his head lightly.

His eyes changed between the two, he had to be cautious with the impending threat of Solstice. He then finally, kept his eye on her as she came to greet the Pokemon. His eyes stared at her for a few moments before staring at the man who greeted them and answered him, "Hello Quartz, Hello Nicholas, I am Sebastian, and this is my companion, Roy." He introduced. "My speech is aloud, unlike others, and it is not an offending manner. I was merely an experiment of the Solstice Scientists. "

"My name's Kervelyn, though I usually go by Kervel," the girl replied to being questioned of her name. She looked at Izanami's baby and smiled, her tail wagging a little. "A Tyranitar? Awesome!" Then she looked over when Sebastian stated he was a Solstice Experiment. "Yep. That certainly wasn't a fun time."

Nicolas was startled slightly by what sounded like a small earthquake, then almost jumped when he heard the loud roar. Quartz, on the other hand, didn't mind the ground shaking one bit, though she did fly straight up while chittering something even other Pokemon would have trouble understanding, looking around in every direction for the source of the startling noise. Also looking around, Nicolas spotted the source of the commotion: A Tyranitar that had shown up with its trainer, who was a lithe, scantily clad, pale-skinned woman with silvery-gray hair. The glasses-wearing trainer blushed quite a bit, mostly from the combination of the woman's proportions and her revealing attire, though he quickly moved his left hand to push his glasses up the bridge of his nose a bit to hide his expression, managing to compose himself a bit better by the time the young woman started speaking.
Nicolas raised an eyebrow at some of what the woman said, the smiled and chuckled after she introduced herself and her "baby" Tyranitar friend. "Well then, hello, miss Muramasa. It's a pleasure to meet you," he greeted, doing his best to act as if he wasn't bothered by the slight earthquake the mere movement of the woman's large partner made, while Quartz went over to hover around the new woman and her Tyranitar partner, looking the duo over a bit more critically than she had the other people she had encountered during the evening. "I suppose I was a bit premature with introductions... My name is Nicolas, and the hyperactive little Vibrava that is flying around you is one of my old friends, Quartz," he continued, then gave a slight chuckle.
He turned to grin at the hoodie-wearing trainer who, along with the Plusle and Minun, seemed to get over their nausea, then gave a light smile to the Lucario as he introduced himself and his Eevee friend. That smile quickly changed to a frown when Sebastian said that he was an experiment of Team Solstice, since the courier had at least heard of the organization and could at least make the assumption that something like that would be, at best, painful. The mere thought of what the worst something like that could mean made him shudder slightly, and that was only what he could think of. Obviously there were others with minds far more sick and twisted than his own, and worse, some of them would actually act upon those thoughts, and that was easily more frightening.
"Quartz, you can hover back over here anytime now," Nicolas calmly said to the oddly-colored Vibrava, who only then looked back at her trainer and flew back over to him, giggling quite a bit before going back to flying around mostly everyone in some chaotic pattern. The last thing he wanted was for the hyperactive Pokemon to annoy Izanami's Tyranitar into attacking, because he knew how that would end up, regardless of who actually won the battle. Either way, it probably wouldn't be very good, except maybe for a laugh sometime long after the battle ended.
((OOC: Well, that was a fun distraction... Good thing I'm a fairly average height... X _ X))

Shayna nodded as Nicolas ran after Quartz and turned towards the house to see Carter come running out. He stopped next to her, "Blaze. Zi Zi Kin Blaziken." Shayna turned to look towards where he was looking and watched as her Budew turned the corner after Nicolas. She rolled her eyes in a 'what am I going to do with her' fashion and followed with Carter taking off the catch the tiny bud pokemon.
Doodle happily followed after the new friend not noticing that she hadn't even thought to let her best friend know. She jumped along happily until she reached the second corner of which she watched as people came out of the giant helicopter. The machine frightened her and then she noticed that her trainer was no where in sight. Slightly frightened the Budew ran over and hid behind Nicolas' legs."Budew... Dew..."
Shayna was a little concerned when she felt the ground tremble and the roar. What could have possibly come into Lavaridge? Yes the helicopter was also odd but what could she possibly have thought about it. Some people did take copters to visit this little town. For the Hot Spring but Carter didn't seem too excited about the great machine. He started jumping over houses until he landed about ten feet away from the group. His eyes seemed to narrow but they lightened as he found Doodle.
Shayna came around the corner next to Carter to look at all the new people in the town and a helicopter. As well as pokemon holding pokemon and a Tyranitar. That was cool too? Shayna was quite perplexed to see so many new people and was quite relieved to see Doodle was okay.

'Isabelle? Hello?' 'Marz? Is that you? HOLY COW, YOU CAN TALK TO ME!? biggrin' 'Good, so this ability does work, after all. Yes, I can talk to you. I'm using Telepathy.' 'Sweetness! So like... you can read minds!?' 'More or less, yes. Comes in handy in battle, too.' 'So cool! But um... what is going on? I think I zoned out to freak out about this. D:' 'There's a Tyranitar approaching with a lady on it. Seems to have lost her heel. Another girl came along too. We are introducing each other now. Go speak to the humans. You are to connect with your people.'
Nodding, she returned her attention to the people that she had just met. Looking around for the Tyranitar that had just been mentioned, she felt a large rumbling coming from near by. Once her eyes set on a pokemon approaching, she could not be more ecstatic. "Holy...wow! A Tyranitar!" Her excitement seemed almost childish. That was what she got for being so interested in learning about pokemon. "Hello to you all! My name is Isabelle and this is my Meditite, Marz." Her pokemon waved in salutations.
When her eyes caught another girl approaching with a Budew and a Blaziken, her excitement just increased. "Hello there, miss! You must be Shayna then, as Nicolas has said. I'm Isabelle." Now she was just being overly friendly. What ever happened to that socially awkward girl a few days ago? That's right, she felt comfortable around Kervel, Kiyumi, and Jade that she did not feel as frightened by other people when they were around.

Kervel looked around at all the people she'd managed to gather. It was a nice, sizable group. Surely if they all kept going at it, they could break through to Mew. Her Pokemon watched all of the other Pokemon around them, huddled shyly around Kervel's feet. They seemed like fun Pokemon but there were so many... And some of them looked a bit frightening to her small Pokemon's eyes. Kervel called the new girl over. "Hi! Don't be shy. We're here to take people to save Mew!"
