In the rooms are large flat screen t.v. on the wall behind low stages which have the karaoke equipment on them. Each room includes couches, tables and chairs, and assortment of song books to pick songs from. Name: The Spot
Building/Setting type: A clean looking, quaint shop that looks more like a modified house than a slick storefront. It's friendly, warm, and specifically welcoming of women and the gay community, from the art on the walls and employees behind the counter.
Street: Corner of Everfree & Main, down the street from a lovely candy store!
Found in inner/outer city: Inner City
Other local landmarks: Located Downtown, this shop is a hop and a skip from DCU.

Building/Setting purpose: Small Business!
Sells: Sex toys/equipment, Relationship/Sex books, Safe Sex Supplies, Educational Workshops, lingerie, costumes, games, etc.
Opening Times: 11am-11pm
Owner: Kess Reever
Employees: Avery Hollister, Lena Adler (Book Keeping) All Female Staff, if you need to NPC them.
Hiring: Yes, hiring! Though like any sex education shop, you should know what you're talking about, and be able to make people feel comfortable talking about a taboo subject.
Anything more to this setting?: There is a basement for stock, changing rooms for customers, bathroom for employees, upstairs is an apartment that is often used as a workshop space, safe space, or temporary housing for employees that need it.

Inside the shop itself, it has a huge collection of books on everything from healthy relationships, polyamory, kink, fat sex, sex ed, power dynamics, trans* issues, to erotica, how-to, and picture books. The walls are aligned with sex toys for boy, girl, and everything outside of and in between, queer, body-positive pornography, and things like sex games, chocolate, gummies, and the like.

There is a front desk, behind which an employee usually sits, making special orders, grabbing last minute items like lube from the shelf behind them, checking ID, and smiling at those coming in. There is also usually one or two employees throughout the shop, answering questions and giving advice.

Any special requirements: While the sign says you must be 18 to enter the shop, 16-17 year olds that are respectful probably won't be harassed. However, you are carded when purchasing anything, so have a fake ID, or bring a friend that's old enough.

I'm fine with people coming into the shop and having Kess be behind the counter instead of an NPC, just have her be friendly and not very involved in your RP. Otherwise, feel free to slot in some sort of queer, body-positive female employee! They are super friendly and not at all judgmental or embarrassed.

I am okay with some damage, as long as it's pre-approved by me, and you're willing for there to be some IC consequences, as there are video cameras/alarm and so on. The alarm goes to Kess, not the police.

Name: Farah's Garden
Building/Setting type: A sweet looking little shop on the first floor with a three bedroom apartment on the second and third floor. The third floor has a balcony facing the street that links to two of the bedrooms. The shop itself is one that's half on the street. During the day the wide glass front doors are propped open to reveal the counter and some displays inside. Other stands are moved out onto the sidewalk to display more flowers and other merchandise in front of the large glass widows decorated with the shop's logo. The building is painted a cheery sky blue with white trim and the upper windows have green shutters.
Street: Atlanta Avenue
Found in inner/outer city: On the outer part of the inner city, nearer the suburbs
Other local landmarks: None of particular note atm, though there are other businesses lining the street.

Building/Setting purpose: Florist
Sells: Sells various flowers and in-house flower arrangements. They also take large orders for parties and events and custom arrangements.
Opening Times: 9 AM to 6 PM weekdays, 9 AM to 1 PM on weekends. Special closures are announced on a board that sits on the sidewalk. Also used to announce sales.
Owner: Art Gowan
Employees: Matthew Gowan & Laney Sutton
Hiring: The shop is not actively hiring, sorry!
Anything more to this setting?: The store has a loading area in the back and a set of doors leading into the back storage room. The back room is lined with refrigerated cupboards, like most gas stations have, only these are filled with flowers. Various pots and other flower equipment are also stored here.

The arrangements are made by the owners daughter, as he's happy to tell you, and she does custom orders. She's also well versed in flower language so can be consulted if you're not sure what you want.

Any special requirements: Store should not be broken into without permission and should not take damage with out discussing it first. The family of two lives upstairs and would respond to any commotion downstairs. There is also an alarm on the doors and windows downstairs.

Most times it would be Art Gowan who would be manning the register and generally puttering around the small shop. He has medium brown hair and blue eyes, his form slightly pudgy. He wears a pair of round, black spectacles and his hands are usually dirty during business hours. Most times, he wears a light blue button up shirt and brown slacks with dark brown loafers, a cream apron over it all with the logo of his shop on the front. He's 47, Cheerful, up-beat, but a little socially awkward and vague. Feel free to use him in your rps. He's not particularly chatty and tends to be forgetful of names and faces he doesn't see often. He also has an Irish accent!

Name: The Bookwyrm
Building/Setting type: A converted four floored Victorian house, painted light yellow. Only the main floor is the store but it is surprisingly airy inside. Storage is in the basement and attic but few venture there. The third level is where Jessie lives... and also an short term storage area.
It is situated on a decent size lot and has a courtyard on the side of the building. The courtyard is a reading nook/garden where monthly story times are held for the young of Destiny City. To add whimsy to the courtyard there are small stone, ceramic, glass, metal, ect., faeries, dragons, and gnomes peeking out of the plants and flowers. There is even the odd squirrel hiding in the one of two maple trees at the edge of the courtyard.
Street: Storybrook Road
Found in inner/outer city: outer cityish, not inntercity but not on the outskirts of town

Building/Setting purpose: bookstore
Sells: Books....of every kind
Opening Times:10am - 9pm Tues-Sun, 10am-6pm Mon
Owner: Jessica Haze
Employees: NPCs
Hiring: yes ^^
Anything more to this setting?: Jessie scatters around various small crafts and amusements to make the store feel more 'homeish' then 'storeish'. She also holds an unofficial book club 6-6:30 on Monday's after closing where anyone is welcome

Any special requirements: No powered fighting here, destruction, ect. If your civie would like to 'borrow' a book expect Jessie to lecture you and press you into 'helping' her around the store until the book is payed off. The handmade trinkets on the other hand *shrugs* she gives them away for free so no biggy.

Name: A Novel Idea
Building/Setting type: Three-story, unassuming brick building, with the ground level being the storefront and the top two levels essentially acting as a two-story condo. Very basically looks like this (just...use your imagination for the actual look of the building). The owner of the building and the store lives on the second level with his wife, while their son (the store's manager) lives on the third floor.
Street: Along Saxton Avenue, near the corner of Saxton & Main
Found in inner/outer city: Inner City
Other local landmarks: Not sure.. (maybe other shops along Main Street?)

Building/Setting purpose: Small business, a novelty item shop
Sells: Puzzle games, humorous graphic tees, random bobbles and doodads, popular imported toys/games, candy, snacks, drinks (no alcohol!), other random things you wouldn't find in most other stores (nothing above PG-13 though)
Opening Times: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday; 11am-5pm, Saturdays; closed on Sundays
Owner: Antonio L. Ramos (NPC)
Employees: Carlson J. Ramos (NPC, manager), other NPCs (there's always 2 working at any given shift)
Hiring: Yes~! Just shoot me a PM or a message over AIM (ping it to this is lPao). Anyone under 18 will only be part-timers.
Anything more to this setting?: There is a basement used as the stockroom, and it's just as full of stuff as the main floor of the store. There are two windows - each big enough to fit a big kid or a small adult - that can be used for easy access for whatever purpose, however the basement door locks from the outside so it doesn't mean there's access to the main store from there. The basement is also used for personal storage, so secret things may be found out about the family there as well.

The owner (Antonio) is always missing and so all major business transactions go through his son (Carlson); the owner's wife is also almost always out of sight, but she drops off a load of baked goods into the store to give to kids who come in and buy something (and only if they buy something). The manager is on the floor at random times of the day, but as he has school and other things to attend to he's most often there in the afternoon and the early evening. The employees all have to dress up for the holidays, usually with a top or a hat designed or ordered by the owner's wife; Carlson does nothing to hinder his mother's involvement with the store (he actually kind of finds it amusing).

Any special requirements: Please don't blow this place up or do anything major (robbing, assaulting the owners, etc.) without my permission, otherwise minor damage (shattered glass, broken display shelves, etc.) incurred from battles are perfectly alright (even if it's after the fact, please inform me that the store has been damaged). Feel free to use novelty imports as youma-in-hiding too, if you'd like. The basement is also fair game. You may RP with the NPCs as needed, just keep in mind that the owner is never there. If you have other ideas just contact me~

Name: Slave to the Grind
Building/Setting type: A very small, very cramped cafe with five or six tables/booths inside, and more outside when the weather allows.
Street: Clinton Avenue.
Found in inner/outer city: Inner, nearest to the University district.
Other local landmarks: The main DCU campus and a lot of DCU housing is near by; students make up most of its customers.

Building/Setting purpose: Cafe/Coffee Shop.
Sells: In addition to coffee [real coffee, not that burned Starbucks swill] it offers specialty drinks like Bubble Tea, fine teas, Italian Sodas, baked goods, sandwiches, and soups.
Opening Times: 7am - 11pm weekdays; 9am-2am Friday and Saturday. 9am-11pm Sunday
Owner: As of yet, the owner's unnamed; if you'd like to own the place, shoot me a PM and we can plot?
Employees: Jude Harrow works afternoon/evening shifts most days.
Hiring: Sure thing! It favors young people/high school students/college students.
Anything more to this setting?: There is a corner by one of the booths that houses a multitude of battered board games. These are free for use for any patrons, and the place is always open to new donations.

Any special requirements: If you want to plot a big theft/major damage or change done to the shop, please PM me; otherwise, leave it standing. Petty theft would be fine, though, just PM me if you do, because Jude would be sad. u.u

Name: Ocean's Favor
Building/Setting type: The Ocean's Favor is a ridiculously hipstery bar. Someone looked at a normal shop front, thought, "That would be an awesome nautical bar," and totally did it.
Street: Touchstone Circle
Found in inner/outer city: Inner
Other local landmarks: It is sandwiched between a really awesome seafood place and a vegan bakery, and is ~coincidentally about a five minute walk from senior dorms.

Building/Setting purpose: Bar.
Sells: Liquor! Cocktails. Fancy cocktails. It has a 'secret menu' AKA some things that are unique to the Ocean's Favor. Bar food, mainly nibblies--for more substantial stuff they like to direct you to the seafood place next door.
Opening Times: Monday - Thursday: 1700 - 0000. Friday&Saturday: 1500 - 0300. Sunday: 1500 - 0000.
Owner: Phoebe Lalonde (NPC). At 31, she is a Navy veteran of eight years and has owned the Ocean's Favor for five. (She used all her bonuses, sign-on or not, to buy it and decorate it.)
Employees: Pascal & Easter Kepler (bartenders), mid-twenties identical twins with really awful ironic senses of humor; Chase Swift, mid-forties working-through-my-third-bachelor's-degree guy with a dishonorable discharge from the Navy; David Moore, former member of the merchant marine, tells great sailing stories, is not a hipster and just finds this fun.
Hiring: PM me and we'll talk about it.
Anything more to this setting?: There's opportunities for local artists to have work displayed on the walls and for local musicians to have gigs. Tuesday nights are trivia nights; Friday night the stage is the exclusive property of Jude Shepard (NPC) a music composition major at DCU, who performs acoustic covers of currently popular songs. Sunday nights are comedy open mic, Monday nights are poetry open mic, and Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday is open for local musicians to play gigs. They happily hold charity drives for any cause, given Phoebe can be convinced it's a good one. Around major holidays, school events, and important television premieres, there tend to be events themed after this--for instance, for the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who, they probably had a 'whovian night'. Things like that. It tries to be a hip place to go and succeeds nine point seven times out of ten.

The Ocean's Favor is commonly called the 'Sea b***h' (or the 'C b***h') for its popularity with seniors, who are often fed up with just about everything including their majors. Because it's a bar mainly aimed towards students, the dress code is hilariously loose.

Any special requirements: None. Please don't burn it down, but trash it as much as you like; just let me know. Phoebe has good insurance.

Name: Destiny City Earth and Space Museum
Building/Setting type: The DCESM is a charming neoclassical building set on a surprisingly deep lot downtown. The building was subject to extensive renovation efforts in the early 2000s and benefited from the addition of a top-of-the-line planetarium with a distinctive dome that bulges out from the rest of the roofline. There is also a greenhouse and courtyard garden on the grounds, home to exhibits about local wildlife and a snapping turtle creatively named Godzilla.
Never mind that this is a post office, you get the idea.
Street: Corner of Roosevelt and Main
Found in inner/outer city: Inner City
Other local landmarks: Located a brisk ten-minute walk from city hall, and presumably close to many other downtown locales, especially those along Main Street.

Building/Setting purpose: Science Museum
Sells: There is a cutesy gift shop off the lobby which sells all sorts of museum memorabilia - t-shirts, collectables, science kits, polished rocks... that sort of thing.
Opening Times: 11 am-8 pm. Holiday hours vary.
Owner: The DCESM is run by a trust for the benefit of the public, and its board of directors includes many regional bigwigs.
Employees: Iouri Spekter is the director of operations. He is very hands-on about his job and is on premises over 90% of the time.
Hiring: The DCESM offers internships for school credit and a small cash stipend, accepts volunteers of all ages, and is always looking to expand its roster with scientific professionals or support staff. (Yes, PM me.)
Anything more to this setting?: The rear staff entrance door has never quite locked right... although why you'd have any reason to discover that is beyond me.

Any special requirements: If you want to wreck the place, PM me and we can work something out. The museum is Iouri's baby, and any commotion there would have IC consequences for him.

Building/Setting purpose: Pet Shop
Sells: Pet food, toys, carriers, and small animals (ferrets, mice, birds, etc.).
Opening Times: 9am – 5pm, seven days a week.
Owner: Pete Roux (NPC) – friendly, courteous, easily distracted
Employees: Mike Roux (NPC) – less friendly than his father, but also more focused, very concerned with loss prevention/security; Natalie Roux – not so much a proper employee as an assistant in a pinch.
Hiring: Sure! However, space would be limited since it’s more a family business than a chain.
Anything more to this setting?: They are extremely accommodating towards animal rescue organizations, and they often host adoption events over the weekend. There is no bathroom in the store.

Any special requirements: Anyone can use it as a setting. Damage, break-ins, whatever people might want to do with the establishment is fine – just let me know. But if you blow it up, just make sure your conscience is cool with you blowing up many a cute little furry animal. wink

Name: Destiny City Aquarium
Building/Setting type: A large, angular building with huge glass facades cut into triangular shapes. "Destiny City Aquarium" is lit up tastefully in large letters on two sides of the building complex. Image
Street: Near the intersection of Cherry Ave. and Madison Ave.
Found in inner/outer city: Outer city, near the upper middle class residential districts.
Other local landmarks: None currently.

Building/Setting purpose: The city aquarium -- a tourist attraction.
Sells: The gift shop sells souvenirs, mostly tee shirts and stuffed animals of various aquatic life.
Opening Times: Daily, 10 am - 5 pm. After 5 pm the Aquarium can be rented out for private events for a steep price.
Owner: Wanda Billings.
Employees: None of note.
Hiring: The DC Aquarium is often hiring seasonal and part-time help. Please feel free to contact me to have your character apply, and I can add them to this post!
Anything more to this setting?: The DC Aquarium, once thriving and financially stable, is rumored to have gone slightly downhill in recent years, with shrinking profit margins. Although generous grants five years previous had paid for construction of a new Turtle Wing, nearly-completed construction on this branch of the aquarium was halted two years ago after a nearby aquarium withdrew their offer of several Loggerhead turtles for the exhibit, citing Destiny City's high crime rate and notoriety for large-scale property damage/fire and marine risk. The unfinished Turtle Wing is roped-off, but its entrance is visible from the nearby Hippopotamus exhibit.

Any special requirements: Please do not wreck the aquarium without talking to me first!

Name: Reve Driscoll Theatre (formerly Destiny City Theatre and home of the Destiny City Ballet Company aka DCBC)
Building/Setting type: Multi-story building (4 - 4.5 floors depending on what side you're in). Front/Theatre side/main entrance for shows: Theatre Building. Back/DCBC entrance has wide stairs that lead to boring double doors.
Street: Chapman Ave, better known as "the Avenue of the Stars".
Found in inner/outer city: Inner city, in the Theater District well situated downtown.
Other local landmarks: The Nina (local theatre that has a small "avenue of the stars" thing going - sidewalk has big bronze stars with handrpints and names of (mostly) B-list celebrities...and Judy Garland! Also, several theatres/theaters (as you like) stand along the 'avenue of the stars' in the heart of downtown.

Building/Setting purpose: Ballet Company and Performance Theater
Sells: Tickets to the various ballet shows/productions, as well as typical swag (passes/season passes, dvds/cds of shows, shirts, cups/mugs, lanyards, buttons, etc etc)
Opening Times:
The DCBC (Destiny City Ballet Company) side is open to dancers from 7am-7pm (unless you've gotten special permission and a key).
Shows typically run from 7pm-midnight, though sometimes as early as 5pm and as late as 2 or 3am (each show can be several hours long, up to three performances nightly on two stages).
Spring Season: late April - mid June (dates vary by year)
Fall Season: mid September - late October (dates vary by year)
Winter Season: mid January - late May (dates vary by year)

Owner(s): Hazel Driscoll [NPC] & Rene Kinney [NPC]
Employees:
Artistic Directors: Thombly Seraphine [NPC], Matthew Jankowsky [NPC] & Howard J. Mitchell [NPC]
Resident Choreographer(s): Violet Campbell [NPC] & Daichi Kurogawa [NPC]
Ballet Master/Mistress: September di Barrios [NPC]
Support Staff: Lazarus Klein [massage therapist], Marcus James [Sports Medicine NPC], Christopher "Don't Call me Chris" Gerkhe [Admin Staff NPC], Aleksy Spektor [Playbill Artist], Gail Cox [receptionist NPC], a team of NPC bodyguards, and 5 customer service reps [sales NPCs]
Dancers: Colin Hargove [Principle], Delphine Rousseau [Soloist], Nadia Vetrov [Soloist], Alexandra Gramme [Corps] + metric f/ton of NPC dancers (there are several principles, twice as many soloists and about 120 others in the main company).

Hiring: Sure! They always need more for dancers (you start out in the corps de ballet unless you want to like...work out something more straight out) and others to fill various positions - just pm me, okay! I am more than willing to work with people - also, if you want your character to fail at being hired, I am up for that too.

Anything more to this setting?: Teaching place, sometimes does youth classes in the summer. Has two stages for performances - both include orchestra pits - Main and Second. Think Bolshoi, American Ballet Theatre, or the New York City Ballet for a good idea as to how this place works/operates.

You should also be seriously afraid of Christopher (never Chris) Gerkhe, as he is scary as hell and has 0 sense of humor (though he is horrifically efficient at his job). If you want to have your character talk with Christoper for any reason, please talk to me first so I can help you.

Anyone coming in as a dancer of any ilk should be ready to be torn a new one by any of the Directors (for shows) and always always always by the sharp-tongued September, the Ballet Master. It gets worse during performance Seasons: you will cry. You will hate. You will get over it or get out.

There are large and small practice rooms (these are free to use by employees but you must schedule with Ms. Cox - otherwise they can be rented for practice purposes). Larger ones used exclusively by DCBC folk have a grand piano and live music during sessions. Smaller ones may have pianos (stand types) and/or you can bring/borrow a CD player or tape deck. ALL ROOMS are floor to ceiling mirrors, springy polished wood flooring and have bars built into walls; movable bars and mats can be requested @ reception.

Bathrooms are on each floor, multi-stall units (handicap compliant). Top floor is for the main group, bathrooms there are less bathroom and more locker room. Theater side is grand and amazing and beautiful and super comfy - both stages are elaborate with comfy seating, main stage is larger by quite a bit.

Rooftop access is available, as there is a large space often used for 'parties' and 'recreation'; there is a covered space with an outdoor-safe couch, chairs, and a coffee table, as well as a full-sized futon swing and a cooler for food and drinks. It requires a key if it's not open - and it's usually not open. See Gail for a key!

DCBC is affiliated with DCU's dance program - dancers from DCU can apply for access to the practice facilities as well as are often hired post graduation (after passing an exam). Dancers still in school can join an 'apprenticeship' program, dancing with the corps de ballet in Theatre programming if they have the skills to do so.

DCBC dancers/danseurs use #DCBC and #DCBClyfe. You can find them on Twitter, Instagram, FB and Grindr (that one is a joke and is nothing but FEET).

The Reve-Driscoll Theatre was once known as the Destiny City Theatre, but due to some rather unfortunate events, it has been renamed in honor of Hazel Driscoll's father.

Any special requirements: Semi-open if you want your character to be part of #DCBC, please PM me. Guests are allowed into the Company side AFTER checking in with Gail @ Reception II (Reception I is used only during performance hours), where they will be given a pass and told where to go unless they are with one of the staff/dancers.

Gail knows everyone. Don't try to slip by, she is a hawk.

No fights IN the building (without asking me first, I am hesitant to allow them). The rooftop/external areas can be considered open-game for battles and the like. But this area is part of the Theater District and his heavily patrolled by both security folks, police, and even senshi/knights. Who knows, you might see Aegir, Methone or Hver!

Name: Forever Fitness
Building/Setting type: A downtown gym in a big city- sizable, suitable for multiple demographics of workout, toning, or wellness lessons, clean and equipped with all the newest technology to trim or bulk up its patrons.

Street: Oakmont Ave and Walnut Circle.
Found in inner/outer city: Inner city
Other local landmarks: Between the downtown business district and the arts district in order to be accessible to performers and suits during their breaks.

Building/Setting purpose: It is a new, modern style building with 5 floors and two basements. The design and amenities are such that this privately owned gym is a repeated recipient of the prestigious Red Dot Design Award since it's opening in 2010. The front lobby is open-plan, with lots of reinforced windows and stylish tulip-style benches and chairs. The integrated wireless software simplifies wellness with a simple login. Members can access their personal account to track their progress, view past and future workouts, and communicate with wellness professionals and gym trainers. State of the art machinery and convenience for progress tracking with or without trainers- they provide fobs that log personalized workouts. Third-party companies, such as fitbitTM, MyFItnessPalTM, and MapMyFitnessTM, are all integrated for tracking of exercise and nutrition outside of the gym.

FreshNest juice bar is in the building, so you can get some healthy grub after your workout. Posh, regularly cleaned locker rooms are available to patrons- male, female, and nondesignated to try to cater to maximum comfort. There are programmable lockers (no keys to lose), and clean showers. They offer many classes in large well-air conditioned or climate controlled (hot yoga!) classrooms and are good about updating schedules and posting notices on social media.

Basement 1 is equipped with climbing walls and other non-traditional, large fitness structures. Basement 2 has the pools- one olympic sized, one smaller sized, five swim-current singles and three frequently maintenanced hot tubs. There are 4 saunas, designated to gendered only (male and female and nondesignated), and a free sauna that is for anyone at all times as a mixed social environment.

Parking is plentiful in a secure garage next to the gym building.

Sells: Monthly basic membership is 75$/month, and they have a three-visit guest policy with a current member, or ten dollars a day if you pay for passes. Under 18 membership requires a release from Parent/Guardian, or proof of Emancipation. Some classes are free with membership, others require higher membership levels or a registration fee to attend.

BODYPUMP™, BootCamp, Cycle Circuit, HIIT (high intensity interval training), Insanity, P90X, PiYo, RPM Express, Synrgy360, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, hardCORE, and CrossFit are all available among others.

FreshNest sells to-order Smoothies, Juice, Acai Bowls, Salads, Sandwiches, Toast, and Daily Soups made of locally sourced, organic, gmo-free ingredients. There is a staff of nutritionists, to ensure maximum efficiency and options for food allergies, and they do packaged consultations for fitness and wellness goals.

Opening Times: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excepting New Years Eve-Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day )
Owner: Rick B. Pennings, Jr.
Employees: LOTS.
Clerical Staff, Technology, Janitorial, Trainers, Nutritionists, both part time and full time. As a 24-hour location, they employee many. They're good to employees, and work with schedules as needed, promoting a family atmosphere with a lot of loyalty. There's not much turnover, so staff should always be depicted as regular, friendly, and knowledgeable about noticing changes with each other or patrons (as part of having "customer connections and care")

Hiring: Background checking is stringent, and all hires start as part timers for a 4-month testing period. If you'd like a character to work here, and their nose is clean, let's work it out!

Anything more to this setting?: With how state of the art everything is, battles shouldn't happen here. Characters powering up near it should be aware of the very present (and therefore likely some hidden) security cameras. As a 24-hour location, however, powered characters could enter here! Staff will be polite, even helpful to injuries or people needing help, but it's pretty strictly a Business in that they will not 'take sides' for Order or Chaos. So if a character wants to pay the $10 fee to use the machines while in uniform, they'll be treated like every other customer! (you might have trouble showing proof/I.D. )

Any special requirements: Not that I can think of offhand. Contact me with any questions!

Name: Pool of Sacred Tears
Building/Setting type: Not exactly a hug building, it's modeled more after Japanese architecture then Chinese and looks more like a store front then a bath house. Image
Street: Peony Street
Found in inner/outer city: Outer City, the tourist district
Other local landmarks: Located not far from a large hotel that sees a lot of tourist traffic. Within walking distance.

Building/Setting purpose: A building that looks worn with age, it's actually in rather good condition and goes through full renovations and updates roughly every five-ish years. It's a single story building and not very big, it's biggest point is an indoor public bath house separated by sex (trans/non-binary friendly). Off to the side of the building is a budding peach tree not bigger then a sprig.

The inside has a counter and seating area, as well as an area for children to hang out. On either side of the counter are doors leading to the locker rooms for people to change and keep their clothing and items, as well as wooden benches. Complementary towels and slippers are available while bathing.
From there you reach the indoor baths which look more like huge hot tubs settled into the floors. As well as a huge bathing station where you wash before you soak. One section of the bath works more like a hot tub with jets and such while the larger portion is merely just hot water in which to soak. It's identical on each side except for the colors, men have dark slate and gold for their color scheme while the women have ivory and sapphire.

Off to the side of the front, where the main seating area lies is a sliding door that leads to the small botanical garden filled with cherry blossom and peony trees and a small pond filled with koi. There's a small gate usually locked excepting around the colder season and at night, where an outside "hot spring" is located. It's small, mostly due to it being separated for sexes, and can only fit a handful of people at a time.

Sells: Snacks and drinks, both from the small staff kitchen and the vending machine found in the lobby. You can also purchase robes with the logo of the bath house on it, shirts, slippers and a key chain.
Opening Times: 7 am - 12 am during tourist seasons, 8 am -11 pm in the off season
Owner: Alejandro and Niu Kai [NPC]
Employees:
Owner/Receptionist/Men's Hot Spring Attendant: Alejandro Kai [NPC]
Owner/Chef/Cleaning Staff: Niu Kai [NPC]
PT Receptionist/Towel Girl/Babysitter: Dongmei Kai
PT Receptionist/Towel Girl/Women's Hot Spring Attendant/ Cleaning Staff: Melody Klein

Hiring: Looking for one or two more employees, definitely another male on staff to help look after the men's indoor bathing and to help clean. Part time available, will work with school schedules. Also looking for some one to help take care of the garden. (I can be reached either by pm or on discord adorabune#6715)

Anything more to this setting?: The Kai household can be found behind the large wooden fence that closes in the garden and "hot spring". It's a small home just the right size for the family of three and it can be reached from a gate down the alley that runs beside the building.

Any special requirements: Open to just about anything? Just please, no destroying the building. Would prefer any fights to happen happen out in the garden/spring and on the roof. Please also be wary of the small home behind the bath house.
