The blonde haired male had a hand under his chin as he watched everyones attempts at catching the badger, He looked to Getsu as he had the same idea he had, except Alphonse didn't think it would work if he did it. He made a somewhat cautious look as he made his way through some of the crowd, his red eyes focused on his teamates. Raiken had been the first one here, and it seemed as though he was the one who had probably made the Badger even angrier.

Eyes were risen. How the hell would a honey badger do that?! Now the mission was probably twice as harder. Wonder what the outcome of this task was gonna be. Raiken smiled. It was time to get going before the others could catch up. Though, something stopped him. His expression heightened to comical levels once again. The boy unleashed wail loud enough for the surrounding area to hear. His butt was bitten by that cat Neko-chan carried around. Damn, that hurt! Ikazu was forgetting what his task was. There was no time to sit around. He blazed through the crowd of knocked-over pedestrians. With his speed, the boy was catching up with the Badger and his teammate. The boy walked up to Getsu and the pissed off badger. It seemed he has taken a soft approach to the animal. "Uh." He looked at Getsu, oddly.
The ability to control electricity/lightning, along with the ability of storing it within the human body to use as offense or defense, depending upon the situation.
Jin was shocked as the cage soon grew and then broke as the Badger came out now three times it size and running out away from Jin. JIn sighed this creature would not let up. Jin got up as his clone came to him he signaled it for it to move out as they both took to awnings on the separate side of the beasts, but before they could act came the others, and the one white haired boy who stopped in front of the badger attempting to take a softer approach, maybe that was what, they should have tried first instead of attacking it, it had only been looking for some good food, and Jin would be pretty pissed if someone interrupted his meal, and tried to capture him, but in the Shinobi world, such things were expected. Jin would watch the action if the white haired boys tactic worked than this was over and his team had won, Jin would not fight it.

Mana, still terrified with what all was going on, continued to bolt around this section of the Trading District knocking over a few things in its wake. It was becoming frightened by everyone and everything to the point it was ready to lash out at the next thing that its eyes fully fell upon. Just in front of him came a white haired boy bearing gifts of delicious foods. Cautiously it slowed it's pace and pressed closer to the boy's gifts. Mana's nose sniffed the air unsure about the so easily given gift. However, just as it made it's approach it smelled a familiar scent coming from the area around the new boy and the food. The badge back walked a bit and snarled refusing to step towards the food while those others were so present.
The blonde male watched carefully. When it snarled and stepped back he frowned. But,that was when he realized something. He turned seeing all the people who had been knocked over, and his eyes grew wide quickly. He had been told that we shouldn't cause trouble for those in the Trading District. He immediatly felt like his own team might have caused most of this. But, thats his self doubt in what he does,rubbing off on his views on the Team.
Alphonse walked over to them and began to help them up one by one, apologizing for the distress and saying," I am sorry. We will try not to cause you any more issues. Once we capture the Honey Badger. I will come back and try to repair anything that was damaged." He did this quickly, his eyes darting back constantly to Getsu. He didnt want his Ally to get injured, least of all from something the Hatake was trying to be nice too.

The badger was not happy. It seemed that the Hatake boy was trying to be diplomatic about this issue. Hitofuki began to make growling noises to Midoriko, and then she nodded, placing the tiger down on the ground. As the tiger composed itself, she began to saunter over to the badger, and then stood halfway between it and the basket of offerings.
Hitofuki began to let out a series of growls, meows, and purrs at the honey badger. To others, it would seem like a cat just making noises at a badger, but to those in tune with beasts, they would realize that Hitofuki was making an offer to the honey badger. Though Midoriko couldn't understand a lick of what the badger was saying, she understood all that Hitofuki was speaking to it.
HItofuki had begun with praising the badger for its impressive size, and beautiful coat. She also seemed to flirt a little with the larger mammal. She then began to propose an offer that she thought would curry favor with Mana. She informed him that her owner, the brown haired human, was merely trying to retrieve him to return him to his owners, who were missing him terribly.
After that, she then mentioned the offering by the Hatake, and said she could do one better. Hitofuki proceeded to inform Mana that her owner was loaded, and could give the badger ten times more honey, larvae, and insects than the white-haired boy. What's more, she mentioned the roasted pheasant he dined upon earlier, and said she would have Midoriko get him ten roasted pheasants, and a turducken as well! As Hitofuki informed Mana of the offers, Midoriko nodded, agreeing to each one.
"When is a croquet mallet like a billy club? I'll tell you... Whenever you want it to be."

After a few scolding filled minute, Takiko and her son arrived on the bird a ways above the section of Trading district where the badger was supposed to be located. Far before her eyes scanned over the area she heard the sounds of people yelling in terror and complaining about some rude heathens unleashing a badger onto them before causing large amounts of destruction. Fingertips from both hands rose up to soothe an oncoming headache brought on by all the noise and her realization in what was coming next. "How hard is it to simply stop a badger without destroying the village's economy?" She breathed in softly trying to relax before letting her eyes behold all that was really going on down below. Peering off the left side of the bird her eyes beheld all that was going on down below as her left eye trembled while the other bore a killer intent. "I'm going to murder these Genin. All of this is going to have to be paid for and replaced." Takiko directed the bird a little lower trying to find out where those pesky Genin were at. It did not take long to find some of them facing a snarling Mana. And of course he had grown in size. Now this was really going to be a pain to deal with, but for now she would let the badger have his fun. "Mana, kougeki!" She called out towards the badger as she sat back and waited for the action to start. All the while her son remained on the bird sitting with crossed legs unsure what to say or do. Sensing that her son was not looking, Takiko spoke up, "Aki. I want you to look at this. Mana is your responsibility and you unleashed him in the market trying to play a prank. Now innocent Genin or even Mana himself are about to be harmed. Now watch what happens to them along with everyone whose property was damaged all falls on you." Aki did not respond, but simply looked over to the opposite side to watch all that unfolded before him.
Mana continued to snarl at the Genin present before him. He was ready to attack and all he needed was a good reason to take out his attackers. His reason came in the shape of a tiger trying to calm him down and offer another gift of food. The badger was still too frightened and wanted nothing from anyone close to this group of Genin and their pet. Mana's ears perked up when he heard the command kougeki ring out in the sound of Takiko's voice. That was all he needed to send him charging at the tiger taking a quick swipe at it to remove it from the path. It's true goal was to reach the group of Genin, especially the white haired one. Fangs were bared and ready to ripe any body part it could reach away from him.

Well, first things first! The honey badger didn't run him over, his face was currently still in tact, and he had all of his fingers as well! So things seemed to be going rather well for his plan! Raiken came up and stood next to him, obviously confused, and the blue haired male from team one stopped as well, watching, while Alphonse went off to try to help some of the overturned villagers back to their feet. For his team mate's sake, the Genin spoke, and when he did, it was that same, soft and calm tone that he had been speaking to the badger with earlier, his voice gentle and even, "There are some things that require other than brute force to accomplish. You have to take in account several factors when dealing with any mission... There were a few key ones that you overlooked on this one. For instance, Badger-kun's reaction. He wasn't going to just roll over and let you take him, especially not when you startled him. You have done nothing but cause him fear and stress this entire time, so its natural that he would run away from you all." He gave a soft chuckle, watching the honey badger slowly start to come forward toward him, the creature seeming hesitantly curious as to the treats he had for him, "Honestly, I probably would too if it had happened to me. Secondly, a rather large part of our mission... Was to cause as little disturbance to the local populace as possible... Which, we have obviously failed to either remember or simply didn't care in our haste to try to be first. Coming in first or last does not matter, because honestly, this wasn't a race of that kind. At the end of the day, while we may have been split into two teams, we are all Kumo ninja, and, therefore, we are all on the same team. If you want to 'win' that badly, then we can all work to peacefully" he stressed that word slightly, hoping they would understand, "return Badger-kun to his family and home, as a team together." He slowly looked up at the others as Midoriko came slowly forward toward them.
He watched as the Badger took notice of the others, its fur bristling and growling at them, and rather than coming toward him and the food it had seemed interested in moments before, it was now looking at those that had tried to forcefully capture it and backing away. It was frightened of them... He could understand why. "It's alright Badger-kun. They won't hurt you. I promise. And they didn't mean to frighten you, honestly. No one here wants you to get hurt." Ruby hues shifted as Midoriko seemed to converse with Hitofuki before she put the Tiger cub down, whom strutted her way up closer to the badger. Getsu remained relaxed, knowing animals, especially predatory ones, could feel when someone was tense, nervous, or scared. Lucky for him, he wasn't really any of those things, he honestly didn't know if he could be any of those things... He watched the Tiger as she purred and mewed and growled at the Badger, Midoriko occasionally nodding her head, and Getsu could only assume then that the Tiger was conversing with it, though what about... He hadn't a clue. He only hoped that it wouldn't end up being detrimental to the current situation. This honey badger was no fool... And Midoriko had already been one of those trying to chase and catch it with no regards for how it felt or how stressed and afraid it became... And if the badger remembered that, then whatever talks the Tiger was doing might be for nothing. In all honesty, he was a bit disappointed that Midoriko of all people hadn't been able to see the best way to approach this situation. She seemed to be the most in tuned with animals... or perhaps that was only the way it appeared because she had a feline partner... Getsu relaxed back a bit, letting his arms rest against his knees, the still wiggling honey covered scorpion safely between his fingers as he watched, waiting for what might happen.
Well, happen something did. The Badger seemed to want nothing to do with any of them, and Getsu was, in all honesty, about to suggest they all fall back and regroup, let the creature calm down and get some air and then try a softer approach later, when someone's voice rang through the air. The male didn't have much time to find the owner of it, because the Badger suddenly snarled and went on the offensive, charging the much smaller Tiger. "No!" Getsu darted forward, an impulsive seeming move from a shinobi who's clan had seemed to make it their life's work to weed out such intentions. However, call it a flaw if you would in his Hatake bloodline, the white haired boy had an odd affection for those things feline. Cats were his main weakness, the one thing that could completely pull his concentration from where it needed to be... And right now, as he ran to put himself between the badger and the Tiger, his arm reaching down to scoop the Tiger cub out of the way as claws met with the flesh of his right arm, they were the one thing that would cause him to do something considered impulsive.
Getsu cringed as he felt the claws of the honey badger cleave into his bicep and rake down, leaving deep gouges that only further stained his coat. Speaking of which, the material along his sleeve ripped and tore, much in the same fashion and ease as the flesh beneath it did. He sucked in a breath, hissing in pain as lifted the tiger cub up and moved back away from the angry Honey Badger. If his arm had been sore previously... Now it was very much in pain. It took quite a bit of will to keep it up to hold to the Tiger cub up against him, though of course his grip was loose enough should she want to get away from him she could. He only hoped she didn't decide to use fang and claw against him too... He smiled, looking down at the Cub and chancing a quick pet between her ears, "There Hito-chan. We can't have your pretty white fur messed in red, now can we?" he gave a soft chuckle, now turning his attention back to the honey badger, feeling the blood starting to drip down his near shredded arm. That was going to leave quite a mark... "Badger-kun... Please... There's no need for any of this..." he shook his head, giving a soft sigh, "I'm probably just going crazy talking to an animal, but... I don't want to you to get hurt Badger-kun... There's not a need for it..." Yes... not a need for it. After all, it wasn't like he hadn't just attacked them or anything!
It seemed like the negotiations were turning sour. The badger was too agitated to listen to anything that the tiger was trying to say. Then, from the sky, a voice familiar to Midoriko sounded a command with the apparent name of the honey badger. In a frenzy, the beast lunged forward, its intent to knock her poor darling to pieces apparent.
Before Midoriko could even use her jutsu to rush forward and save her dear Hitofuki, a white blur surged forth, and scooped the tiger up, his arm taking the brunt of the attack from the badger. Midoriko's hands clasped to her mouth as she gasped in horror, seeing the blood fall to the ground as Getsu began to walk away from the beast with Hitofuki in tow.
Hitofuki had a look of pure rage on her face. How dare that vermin try to strike a cat of such noble heritage! Still, this Hatake boy had saved her, and she was not going to bite him...for now. She closed her eyes, and merely remained silent as the area between her ears was scratched. MIdoriko rushed over to Getsu, unable to voice her thanks as she looked at the monster that did this, and then up to see the Raikage. She couldn't believe that it was her pet, and she had just sicked it on them. Was this a punishment for allowing it to cause so much destruction?!

Jin's Byakugan was active, it was evident things were starting to heat up as the beast began to snarl instead of react kindly to the white haired male's offering. Jin prepared himself, knowing regardless f team, this was one of his fellow Genin and if he needed help, the help would come. The male gave a speech, discussing and pointing out each flaw in how the mission was executed, and he was right, this wasn't a race, or a competition it was a mission to return the badger without causing harm to the surrounding area, and they had failed miserably. Jin held his head low as he listened to the young boy's words but he couldn't let his guard down as teh badger bared it's fangs and charged forward sure to attempt to rip into the tiny cub that ha dplaced itself in front of it to try and converse with the badger, the attempts had obviously failed as it rushed forward Jin signaled his clones as he would take notice of his surrounding peers."Blondie's I need you to hold my flanks, few feet behind me and to the immediate outside of badger. Mido, I need quickness, after I strike I want this bad boy wrapped up. Shinto assist Mido. Go!'Jin would give out orders as he jumped forward right in front of Getsu as he was struck and bleeding, using the gentle fist would slam the badgers arm pulling the claws from Getsu's right arm and then jabbing it with his middle finger causing it to go numb, Jin would then thrust his hand forward quick and hard into the badger's mid section sending it flying back. With that it should land in front of the two blonde males had they reacted quickly when Jin was giving orders and they would be able to hold it's arms as Jin's Shadow clone came to hold it's head down. Mido would then be able to move with Shinto and pin down the creature subduing it until the Raikage made her entrance and came to claim what was rightfully hers.
The blondes ears twitched as he heard Raikages voice. He looked up putting a hand over his eyes to block out the sunlight. Barely making out a large bird, he looked a tiny bit confused by this.But then thought about what she had yelled. It was a name, and the word attack... Wait, was this her pet Honey badger?
He jerked his head back to the events going on, his eyes widened as the Honey Badger had began to charge at the group, he watched as it took a quick swipe of its claws. And then watched as his ally Getsu took heavy hits, his red eyes widened. Getsu had helped save the little white tiger of Midorikos, a sad look crossed his face,yep. More pain for his allies, this made him feel to blame for not helping. This Mission wasn't going so well, and he knew missions were supposed to teach you Lessons. And yet he wasn't learning anything other than that he was a sucky teammate and not helping out very well.
To be honest the smart thing to do would be lead it away from this area, but he couldnt actually think of a way to do that. He'd say it aloud but he knew the Badger could understand them,and would just run away again. But thats when Jin attacked the badger and his eyes widened, the male dashed forward suddenly and dove over the badger. His side being slammed into hard by Jins attack as he gasped out saying," Don't attack it!" he tried to wrap his arms around the Badgers waist,if it worked he would feel incredible pain but he would be able to save the badger as his body would crack and be knocked away.(Al would be hurt not the badger, also refrain from autohitting please. You kinda did auto hit the badger O_O)

Aki continued to watch in horrific silence as the badger made his way over to tiger only to be somewhat intercepted by Getsu's arm. He could not stand to watch any more of this happen for much longer. His breaking point came when the first attack by the young Hyuuga landed onto Mana. He picked himself up off the bird and jumped down onto the nearest building the propelled himself off the roof down towards the badger. "Leave him alone! Get away or I'll... I'll kill you!" Aki rushed over to Mana and placed his body over the badger like a shield. The badger snarled more until he looked up to notice who was on him now and relaxed. All the while, Takiko lowered the bird down to just a few inches above the ground and fully surveyed the damage of the area and the damage of the Genin. This was going to take a lot of money to fix up and her husband or Hikaru would have to heal up young Getsu.

It seemed that as soon as the badger attacked, and he moved, everyone else went into motion. Midoriko was shocked from appearances, her hands clasped over her mouth, more than likely out of worry and concern for her feline partner than anything, which was what Getsu was expecting, after all, he hadn't tried to save the Tiger cub for any sort of praises or acknowledgement. He had done it because he had a deep love for felines, and he couldn't bear to think of simply sitting back and letting the honey badger attack and rip the poor little cat to shreds. He smiled at Midoriko, petting Hitofuki once more before sitting her gently on the ground, blood dripping from his fingertips once more. Oh the pain...
Now, to what was going on with the badger. Jin had initiated an attack on the creature in responce to it attacking him, and then Alphonse had leapt into the way, protecting the animal. He apparently had the same thought as Getsu in not harming the creature. It was only doing what came naturally to it of course, and they had just happened to be in its path. Things seemed to happen in a whirl wind, but really there wasn't that much going on. A boy had leapt down from somewhere above... Where had he come from? Getsu's gaze shifted upward, his brow furrowing as he focused on the large flying... bird thing? Atop it was the Raikage... And this boy was... The boy screamed at them to not hurt the badger, threatening to kill them if they did. What more, the badger calmed down as the boy grasped it... "Ah. You are Badger-kun's owner then." He spoke the realization with a soft laugh, feeling his world starting to tilt some. "And to be fair... Badger-kun attacked us..."
And then the ground shifted under his feet. The previous fight, where he had been hit and had only wrapped it, not given himself anytime to rest or really eat and drink something to replenish the lost blood and nutrients, now coupled with the very profuse bleeding from the gashes created by the Badger on the same arm, were taking its toll on him. He staggered, his eyes unfocusing as he brought an arm out to steady himself, his head swimming. His heart was pounding in his chest, each beat sounding like a drum to his ears. Slowly he crouched, frowning slightly, "Hmm... You know, you should really watch your pet a bit better. Even without our lack of control in trying to catch him, he could have seriously hurt someone..." He blinked, his left hand coming up to press against his right arm, trying to apply pressure to his arm or something... "One of us getting injured... It's implied, its part of our job. Part of our life... But what if it had been a civilian? Or worse yet, someone's child... Pets are fine and good, don't get me wrong... But..." he paused, shaking his head and shifting slightly, nearly falling as his balance was off. He smiled at the boy and gave a soft, tired sounding chuckle, "Nevermind. I'm sure you know already."
Raiken had his hands resting behind his head, smiling. Well, looks like this was all a unnecessary wild goose chase. The soft approach worked handsomely. The mission was finished! Though, Jin decided to take matters offensively and attempted harm the pet with the Gentle Fist Style. "Oi! What the hell!" He exclaimed. The creature was already scared. Why the hell would he even attempt that! Ikazu didn't have time to react. Luckily, Al prevented the scene. Yuu-sama's son protected the badger from harms way, standing in front of it. Afterwards, he listened to the others. The badger was her son's pet? That was a shock! The background was jacked up. Well, that's a lot of money coming from Yuu-sama's pocket. Hope she won't kill us. Sweat drops streamed down the back of Ikazu's head, him being the one to start this wild goose chase..

Dropping down from one of the many rooftops along the trading district, his head shaking the whole time before his index and thumb came to press against his nose. "Guys...." he mumbled under his breath. Slowly walking towards the three of the genin he was assigned his hands dropped while stopping beside the Raiken lad. "So let's get one thing straight." His right hand came up and formed a fist before being slammed down barely against the spiky kids head. "I am your team leader." He continued. "Did it not occur to you guys that just because I could not help that I could not give you insight into the mission given to you?" He 'looked' at them all, it was weird considering that he was blind, but thanks to the chakra bugs he knew each and every one of them. "You just wanted to run straight into the mission, what if it was a trap, you could have hurt yourselves, or worse each other." He shook his head once more. "It is unacceptable how you all acted." He just turned his attention towards the Raikage. "But then again, you implored somewhat radical tactics to complete this mission...so it's not all bad." With that he glanced back at the three of them and smiled.
