Character Name: Konata Izumi Character VIllage: Leaf Wish: I'll steal Hareonca's idea, and wish for Konata to be upgraded to the Mangekyou Sharingan without having to kill her friend. It seems like a fun idea, but I'm wary. I do play D&D, so I've been well-schooled in the dangers of flippant wishes.

Wish:
The Five Thousand Gallon Scroll
A special scroll which can be release up to five thousand gallons of water, which upon crossing their fingers the water released will return back to the scroll. Forcing a certain nature of Chakra into the scroll will cause the water to come out in different forms, Katon ejects boiling water, Fuuton releases ice and snow, Raiton releases electrically charged water, Doton forces out muddy water. Though Suiton Chakra does not change the water, using a Suiton technique with the scroll will cut down the use by 500 Chakra.
Requires 500 Chakra to use the resealing technique. (Requires a post reseal the water)
Requires 1500 Chakra points to use the instant resealing technique.
Requires 2 Chakra points to release one gallon of elementally transformed water. However this can be voided through techniques based around the scroll.
Thoughts on the Wishing Star: Pretty fun to think of ideas.

Wish: I want Tamao to have the Tenseiga. I had asked after it way back in the day, when Wind and Tree were their own threads, and Tenseiga's only write-up was hidden away there. Denied at the time, but now that it's mentioned in the Item Thread and does not have an owner, I assume that means it is fair game now.
Thoughts on the Wishing Star: Any time that wishes are involved, there is the chance for utter chaos and craziness. So I approve wholeheartedly. Haha.

I am aware some of these have already been approved and implemented this is just the definitive list~HareRLRLR It has been debated and main consensus is No. My apologies.~Hare Roty the Dark Hero First one is fine second one however needs a little work. Add a clause about how you can't return elementally charged water to the scroll [suiton excluded], change Suiton to multiplying the amount of water produced.~Hare Sliver Queen Yours has to be approved by someone else since it's my wish... sorry. ~Hare
