"Yeah... they make people into ponies..." She frowned a bit poking her head out the door again as Siddie slowly edged to the door. Her hooves clicking lightly on the floor. Any other time Sammy might have found that sound cute, like Siddie in heels, except there were two too many pairs of boots.
Looking back she raised an eyebrow, "N-no? Not really no. Your butt seems ummm rather nice for a horse? I mean I've seen Calder as a horse a few times but I like dark colors and you have a very curly tale and mane." Turning back to the hall she frowned again, "Well the halls are wide enough... they have to make room for big wing spans on some demons. The umm... maybe you can go backwards down the stairs?" Slowly she slid into the hall waving for Siddie to join her before carefully reaching out to grasp the reings around Siddie's muzzle before gently guiding her along into the hall. "Jack I hope no one finds us..."

"I wonder why." Siddie edged out into the hall, looking both ways to make sure nobody was looking. "This is really weird," she complained, and turned her head to examine her butt dubiously. It was awfully large like this. But that was normal for horses, right? "If you make any jokes about pony butts after this, I swear to Jack I will end you," she grumbled.
She had the brief impulse to balk when Sammy took the reins, but she consoled herself with the thought that she could probably pull them out of the zombie ghoul's hand if she had to.

"Noble Steed right?" She smiled sheepishly, Siddie was likely not happy at all about this, but she seemed to be taking it in strides. "Promise no pony butt jokes, besides I like you as you normally are. You'd look terrible in your usual nighties right now." Okay one joke alright?
Still she guided Siddie along reaching up to pat her cheek and run her bone fingers just behind her ears. "C'mon we'll take the back stairs down this hall alright?"
For a moment she wondered.... would Siddie like a sugar cube?

"My dress ripped," Siddie whined, but she trailed off as Sammy scritched her behind the ears. That felt good. That felt really good. She followed without complaint, hooves clopping lightly on the hallway floor.

Sammy continued to rub behind Siddie's ear, it seemed to make her happier. Leaning up she kissed Siddie on what would pass for her cheek now. "I'll get you a new one, promise, once we sort this out." Reaching the stairs she took a few steps down, "Your choice, forward or backwards to get down Siddie..."

Siddie made a little whining noise when faced with stairs. But it was stairs or be stuck up here all day, and while the mildly spiteful idea of doing business on a couple of certain individuals' doormats was a little amusing, she really, really wanted to be outside right now.
She put a cautious forehoof down onto the stairs, then the other. She could manage stairs if she was careful, she found, though it made her very nervous, and her hide was twitching and shivering by the time they made it to the bottom. It was a strange sensation, having your skin shiver, and she shook herself to try to make it stop.

Sammy pouted harder, she hated seeing Siddie worry like this, horse or not she hated seeing her stressed in anyway, and being a horse oddly made some signs of it more visible. The twitching being the most prominent one.
As such as they slowly made the way down the steps Sammy reached out stroking the length of Siddie's new form shushing softly. "Almost there Sid... almost..." When they finally leveled out on the first floor she leaned in placing a kiss on Siddie's forehead before gently taking the reins once more and guiding her towards the door. Sadly none of the secret passages or side doors would get them out, Siddie was in no shape for those paths.
"Almost there almost there..." She pushed on the handle for the front of the demon dorms and hoped to Jack no one they knew was on the other side.

"Almost there," Siddie muttered anxiously. Sammy's gentling was almost enough to make Siddie forgive her for the whole being-a-horse thing. Almost. There was still going to be some making-up to do when Siddie got back to being her usual shape, which she had better, or - no she wasn't even going to think about it or she was going to find out if horses could cry.
She pushed out through the doorway and trotted a few steps, shaking herself again and glancing anxiously around to see if anyone was looking.

There was someone looking.
Calder spent a lot of his time in the demon dorms, tending to Barth and generally keeping house. While Barth had no given approval, Calder had more or less moved into the demon dorms and been nothing short of a doting boyfriend the time he was there.
One thing he could not do was lay about all day. Being a monster, Calder had to go for swims, run about, and get ride of all the energy he built up. Not to mention he had pets back in his dorm to tend to. After visiting his herd in the dorms and letting them out, Calder headed back to the dorms and decided to run about as a mare for a while to stretch his legs.
What he did not expect as another mare to trot her way out of the dorms. Part of Calder wondered if she was a horsemen, but leaving the dorms was strange considering the horsemen lived in the woods. Friends maybe?
Seeing Sammy, Calder felt able to at least say hi!
So the white mare gave a whinny of greeting and trotted right up to the pair. "Hello, Sammy! Who's your friend?" She said, though her eyes were on the mare. A new friend?

Sammy ran her hand along Siddie once more smiling ever so slightly, trying to be calm about this whole situation. "See? Made it just fine and-"
She turned to face the white mare, to face Calder her eyes flaring wide. "C-C-C-Calder!?" Her voice cracked slightly going higher then it usually ever did as she looked from Siddie to Calder, Calder to Siddie, the reins covered in slight tangles of seaweed, a barnacle stuck here and there.
"It... it's Um... it.... I..."
Her FEAR suddenly flared up bone arm burning as she pointed at Calder, "You follow us and you don't say a word to anyone what you are seeing and we go now"
She turned to Siddie and her fear flared down as she took the reins proper before hopping onto her back, "Dear Jack Sid forgive me but we need to go Now and you and Calder can move a lot faster this way with me erm.... riding you...." With that she gave just the gentlest of squeezes to Siddie's sides before setting off for the nearest path to the woods.
"MOVE IT SEAWEED" she yelled back.

Siddie gave a little squeak of dismay as Calder trotted up to them. He was probably getting completely the wrong idea. Then she shrieked a little as Sammy swung up onto her back. "Okay, okay," she whined, and gave Sammy a Look. She trotted off towards the forest, making her gait as jostly and bumpy as possibly, just to make a point.

Calder was confused, ears going back at being barked at, but once Sammy went to ride the other, she was all but excited to run. "Okay! Race ya there!" She called, turning and racing for the woods. She knew the woods around Amityville inside and out, and kicked up the dirt as she went into the woods. "Watch yer head, Sammy!" She called back, neighing playfully as she hopped over a log.

Sammy frowned at the look, she was trying to be as good about this as she could! Give her a break Siddie! Still she frowned as Calder raced off ahead, all the while she bounced around on Siddie's back.
"Sid...." She glanced down at her mount and ghoulfriend frowning, "Don't let him win." Okay she really just wanted to own Calder in a race before having to ruin the moment be revealing said horse was actually Siddie.

Siddie huffed. "You better hang on," she said.
With that warning, she bolted off after Calder, stretching her legs in a full-on gallop that felt natural. She'd gotten a lot less weak and pathetic since she'd arrived at Amityville; she thought she might have a fair chance of beating Calder if she surprised him. Maybe. She could try anyway.

If she wanted to race, she would have to use her all. A gallop would need to take into account the low branches and fallen logs that Calder jumped over and raced under.
"You've got some fire in ya!" Calder cheered, noticing Siddie was catching up. It wasn't hard to follow the mare when she was this white.
Calder decided to head to one of his favorite spots in the woods, heading straight on with a smirk - or a smirk that a horse could have.
She whinnied out as she picked up pace.
