While he was taking cover, Shun was building himself up a little arsenal to use. Yes. He was taking this seriously. This was training after all. He needed to be able to deal with projectiles at times. And he may need to lob things back. One could never know what was coming.
Just like the one that ended up flopping right on top of his head with a splat.
Damn. He should have been paying more attention. Letting out a breath, he began to focus. Then, he popped out of cover briefly to start throwing some of his snowball amunition.

Mitsu was far from taking this seriously. She was actually trying to sneak a peek to see if her snowball had landed on target when Shun suddenly popped up like a jack in the box and pummeled her with snowball after snowball. The first one managed to miss her and she started to laugh until the second one hit her right in the middle of the face, the third hitting her in the chest. Both being fatal hits....if this was a real fight.
Since it wasn't, Mitsu shook, ridding herself of snow before she went about hastily putting together two snowballs this time and chucking them at Shun before she made a run for it. She tripped a ways off having stepped in a deep patch of snow and had to scramble to make it behind a tree for cover. Ha! He would have to work to get her this time.

The first snowball got Shun right in the chest, but he managed to dodge the second one. Watching Mitsu as she ducked for cover, he took a few moments to think about his plan of action. Once he had decided what to do, he grabbed two snowballs, then started to run as quickly and quietly as he could towards the tree. He basically had it so he was within point blank range before hastily throwing them.... then shadowstepping further back.

Mitsu had been waiting patiently, packing snowballs while she had the chance. She could hear movement but wasn't sure how close it was. When he finally came around the tree she was startled, crouched down to get out of the way. The first snowball hit just above her head, slamming against the tree and showering her in flakes. The second slapped the ground not far off but before she could retaliate Shun was gone.
It was always disorienting when Shun shadow stepped and she wasn't entirely sure where he was at first. Picking up some of her snowballs she looked around quickly, finally spotting him a good distance away. Taking a few steps after him she drew back her arm with a single snowball and threw it hoping it would close the distance.

At least it wasn't too hard to spot Shun in the field of white. He didn't exactly blend in too well in snow. He was also getting ready with some more ammo when he felt one hit him squarely in the shoulder. The Reaper was taking more hits than he would have liked. And so he began to run dead on towards the lycan, hoping to sort of psyche her out.
Meanwhile he was also throwing snowballs.

Mitsu giggled delightedly, eyes widening as Shun came running toward her. She started to shuffle sideways to dodge but the snow slowed her down. Blap! Blap! One hit after the other, Shun managed to hit her in the shoulder and the stomach. His aim was pretty good.
Deciding on another strategy Mitsu waited for Shun to get a little closer before she started to run toward him in turn and leaped to close the distance. Her arms reached out toward him ready to wrap around him and take him down into the deep snow in a tackle.

He had managed to nail her twice again. Shun bent over to start packing more snow when he noticed that Mitsu was charging right back at him. Straightening up, he was ready to move elsewhere, when he realized she was also flying right at him. This was unexpected, and thus, he took the tackle full on.
Pretty soon, he found himself completely surrounded by snow, with his lycan on top of him.
"..You got me."

With her reaper pinned Mitsu smiled brightly and leaned forward to assault him with kisses. She didn't let up until she was satisfied but stayed where she was positioned above him.
"I'll let you up if you make snow demons with me." She grinned rather impishly, her hands moving down to his sides. "Or maybe I'll just tickle you." It was a win win really.

Shun squirmed a little under Mitsu as she began to assault him with kisses. He really didn't mind this though. Once she let up, he relaxed and stared up at her. He didn't bother trying to push her off. If she wanted him down... he was staying down. No doubt about it.
"I ref--"
Did his complexion actually grow a little pale? Or was it simply just the cold affecting him? Either way, he froze as her hands moved towards his sides and she threatened to tickle him.
"....... Fine. I'll do it."

"Eeehehe," Mitsu wiggled excitedly, planting another kiss against Shun's lips before she pulled away and flopped into the snow beside him. She rested there for a moment before she started to move her arms and legs to make the snow demon.
With her limbs still in motion she looked toward Shun to see if he was participating. "Like this." She said cheerfully.

When she went to kiss him again, he lifted his head to lean into it. Once he was released, he propped himself up lightly so that he could see what she was doing. Shun just sort of stared at first, then hesitantly laid back down in the snow.
Reluctantly, he began to move his arms through the snow. Slowly.
But sure enough. He was making a snow demon.

Mitsu was glad to see Shun going along with it and continued to work on her snow demon until she had piled a decent amount of snow around her. When complete she stood from her spot and offered her hand to Shun to help pull him to his feet so that they could look at their handy work.
"See, that wasn't so bad was it?"

Pulled up to his feet, Shun brushed off some extra snow that had accumulated onto his coat and pants. Looking down, he blinked as he stared at their handiwork.
"..I suppose. Though I still do not understand the purpose of this."
He really didn't.

Mitsu smiled leaning into Shun. "It doesn't have one. It's just something for us to do together to make memories." That and it made her happy. She liked seeing their snow demons side by side in the snow. Mitsu wished she had memories like this as a kid but not only did they not have snow where she lived but she often wasn't allowed outside.
"I wonder what sledding is like." It was another thing Mitsu had read about and while she understood the mechanics of it the process was curious.

At that response, Shun's expression softened.
"I see," he said quietly. There certainly wasn't anything wrong with making happy memories. Wrapping an arm around her waist as she leaned in, he pressed a light kiss to the top of her head, then paused as she brought up sledding. Looking around, he furrowed his brow.
"We would need a decent hill for that."
It was pretty flat all around. That aside... he actually wasn't sure if she would enjoy sledding. She panicked on that slide in the haunted house. And she didn't like roller coasters...
