---NARAKU---
Naraku watched the two girls interact. No, one was a girl and the other a woman. Now to find their weaknesses. Obviously, the Lorelai's weakness was her grandfather. How to use that to his advantage though? Lorelai had drank at least some of the drugged water, his miasma mixed in with it. He was glad though that Kinoka had eaten the food. It would disorient her to the point that she would not know what was truth or not.
Finally Naraku spoke up. "Please Lady Kinoka. If there is anything I can do to be of assistance, allow me to do so. I do not know of the village you speak of as I live a very isolated life. Many see me as a monster." He allowed sadness and pain to show on his face. "The people nearby believe that I killed my wife for power and money but it isn't true. A hanyou came onto my lands and attacked my wife and daughter whilst they were outside the gates and slaughtered my wife. He would have taken my daughter had my guard not reached them in time. All I know of this hanyou was that he was part dog youkai and he continues to hound me, seeking the death of my daughter. He has even gone so far as to discredit my name and claim I caused pain to others in his quest to destroy us. We do not leave for fear of this hanyou finding us." His head hung low now, his hair covering his face.
After a moment, he turned from them. "Please forgive me. I do not mean to put my troubles on you. My guard will return in 3 days time and I will have them escort you to wherever your home may be." He moved to the door. They had ingested enough of his poisonous fare for now. "Kanna will lead you to your rooms when you are ready."
Outside the door, Kanna appeared. "Wait for them and lead them to their rooms." He moved to walk away but paused. His voice continued to be low enough that the girls wouldn't hear him. "Ensure the full breed is next to my room." Kanna bowed. Nodding in satisfaction, Naraku moved down the halls. It was time to separate just a few more of the humans he had ingested. Of course he would make them similar to Kanna in nature so that they wouldn't question him. After that, he had two of his pets to punish.

Lorelai was naive and gullible enough to believe practically anything she was told, so she was both shocked and saddened at the news one of her own kind killed the kind lord's wife. Of course, she didn't even think it could've possibly have been Inuyasha Onigumo was referring to for the simple reason Shippo was friends with him and she felt certain Shippo wouldn't want to have anything to do with Inuyasha if he went around pointlessly killing anyone. So in Lorelai's line of thinking, it had to be another dog hanyou Onigumo was talking about since surely there were more out there than just Inuyasha. "No way...it seems there are even those among my own kind who can have a black heart just like any other human or demon. That...makes me sad. I'm ashamed to call myself a hanyou right now and feel I should apologize on behalf of my race. I'm truly sorry for what one of my fellow half-demons has put you through Onigumo-sama, but I can assure you we're not all like that."
She wiped at her streaming eyes with the back of her sleeve, not even noticing when she had started crying in sympathy for what Onigumo had been through. Lorelai was a compassionate little soul and couldn't stand to see others suffer. As Kanna appeared to lead Lorelai and Kino to their rooms, Lorelai gave Onigumo a respectful bow before getting up with Kino. Lorelai smiled and wrapped her own arm around Kino in a companionable one-armed hug. Suddenly feeling drowsy, Lorelai was glad of the support from Kino or she would have fallen over. Lorelai sleepily agreed with Kino, "Aye...sleep sounds like a very good idea right now. I think the past couple nights without proper sleep has just caught up with me." Unknown to Lorelai, it was actually Onigumo's drugged water kicking in and the miasma he'd mixed with it was starting to upset her stomach again, but Lorelai just sleepily brushed it off for the moment for her stomach being sensitive after being poisoned from the demon attack or something she ate that didn't quite agree with her.

---NARAKU---
Naraku eyed the two before him. Kohaku and Kagura. Both were bloodied and beaten. "Next time will be your last. This is the final time of your warning." Turning, he waved a hand and three of his new incarnations moved forward, chaining the two tightly to the wall. They would remain there for a time.
Going back upstairs, he watched his new incarnations move about the castle, preparing it. There weren't too many but there was enough. Pausing outside Lorelai's room, he listened quietly. She was quietly sleeping except for a few mumbled words. Smirking, he entered silently and stood over her. Spreading his miasma through the room, he watched her. She would ingest it and he would use her to his advantage. After all, the daiyoukai had indeed given him something useful in exchange for the jewel. His miasma was able to infiltrate and destroy. Summoning one of his other incarnations, he nodded to him. The male youkai was a dreamweaver. Reaching close, Naraku watched as Mikio began his work. This was good. Turning, he left.
His next stop was Kino's room. He studied her, lust appearing in his eyes. He would make her scream in pain and horror and make her want him more for it. A dark smile appeared as he slipped through the connecting door to his own room. Mikio would infiltrate Kino's dreams soon. She would be his.

Lorelai continued to restlessly toss and turn in her sleep as the dreamweaver put images into her head to incriminate Inuyasha so it would appear he'd been oppressing an innocent man. The dreamweaver showed Onigumo being attacked and burned by bandits. Once they had grown bored of their sport they dragged Onigumo's burned body and tossed him over the side of a cliff to ensure his death. But Onigumo was still very much alive and landed in a river. In spite of his injuries, Onigumo managed to drag himself to safety to a cave where Kikyo found and cared for him until he recovered. Once his injuries were healed and he'd regained enough strength to get back on his feet, he wished to give her a reward for her help and Kikyo requested to meet up with him later at an assigned location. It seemed Kikyo had taken the time to nurse Onigumo back to health due to thinking he was just a poor peasant, but on finding out he could reward her handsomely she decided she wanted his money and told her love interest Inuyasha about the wealthy man, who then readily agreed to help in her plan. Upon Onigumo's reaching the meeting spot, Kikyo and Inuyasha jumped out of hiding and attacked him, but he managed to escape. He made his way home for fear of his life and reached his manor where his wife and daughter greeted him. After a few days, Kikyo arrived and attempted to curse his wife out of jealously, prompting Onigumo to protect his wife by killing Kikyo in self defense. Then when his wife and daughter were out, Inuyasha came and attacked, killing his wife but Onigumo managed to save his daughter. His soldiers drove Inuyasha back while he yelled at Onigumo claiming he was going to destroy everything he cared for. The dreamweaver's visions then proceded to show Onigumo fleeing random attacks from Inuyasha and his followers, with Inuyasha addressing Onigumo as "Naraku" all the while in order to use the hatred from his followers for the reclusive demon and aim that hatred at his own target. Inuyasha didn't care Onigumo wasn't Naraku, he just wanted to get revenge on Onigumo, along with all his money and valuables, for killing Kikyo and was willing to use any means necessary to do so.
The dreamweaver had done its best to be convincing, and in the end the vision seemed to make such perfect sense to Lorelai she wouldn't ask for any further details or even question the convenience of said visions once she woke up. The poison had settled in Lorelai's digestive tract and now lay dormant awaiting Naraku's command. Lorelai's digestive organs were still sensitive, so it was possible she wouldn't have much of an appetite once she regained consciousness.
((OOC: FINALLY managed a post as Lorelai, let me know if it needs any correcting.))

㊋Ҝɩɳѻҝɑ Ѧɩɾɩ㊋
Kino's mind was given no rest. A moment of blackness passed before the dreamweaver entered her mind once more. These were twisted images. She envisioned a terrible conspiracy against Onigumo. A priestess named Kikyo aided him and nursed him when he was brutally attacked and nearly killed by a band of demons. He was burned so badly, the pain must have been excruciating. She nursed him until he was able to move and walk. She was going to leave when he mentioned that he was wealthy and could reward her for her troubles. When at a designated meeting spot, a hanyou, Inuyasha, attacked him. Kikyo had given away Onigumo's status to her half-demon lover. Somehow, Onigumo escaped the hanyou's onslaught. He made it home to a wife and daughter. Unfortunately, the trouble followed him and his wife became a casualty. Through all the struggles, Kikyo was killed by Onigumo, trying to protect his family, Inuyasha killed Onigumo's wife, and Oniigumo's daughter began to resent her father for the death of her mother. Inuyasha continued his attacks over the years, calling Onigumo by the name of "Naraku" and even recruiting others to kill the man.
The last thing Kino felt before blackness took her again was pity and empathy for Onigumo. She lost all desire to question the images. She just wanted to comfort Onigumo, and maybe talk to Kanna about forgiving him.
{{ Phantom, I figured it would be better to give them similar dreams so that if they talk about it, there won't be any discrepancies. I apologize if it seems like I stole the post. I had my own, then I had the epiphany. sweatdrop You did a very good job though. }}
