She leaned against him but didn't say a word. Sure he said she hadn't abandoned them but she felt that chosing to stay in her room was no different.

"What kind of resourses?" Mitsu asked softly, deciding to focus on that instead.

Mitsu only knew a small amount of what Shun's family business entailed. "Will it involve you killing more people?" It was more of a curious question anymore. Likely Mitsu already knew the answer. It was hard to see Shun as someone that would easily take a life but that vision of him didn't come without a great deal of denial.

"And what happens when your job involves hurting someone we know?" The thought of him killing others or even hurting them to gain something made her heart sink even further. The thought of him having to hurt one of their friends just mad her angry. Not so much at Shun but at his father and his so called family business. Was having information so worthwhile? There were other jobs where they could get money. Money that didn't involve taking away someone's friend or part of someone's family. Money that wouldn't leave someone crippled or...scarred.

"I still think you could do something else just as easily." Her ears drooped a bit at the sides of her head, depression hitting her all of a sudden. "But I think you're going to work with him despite how I feel about it." And she knew he would, it was just a matter of accepting it for what it was. Despite everything that happened Shun had already made up his mind. "Just don't make me want to do anything foolish." But she didn't explain what she meant by that but inwardly she promised herself. If Shun was ever put in fatal danger or one of their friends was hurt she would end it, even if it was the last thing she did. The thought of killing someone weighed heavily on her but if she had to she would kill his father.

Mitsu just nodded but didn't look any less dejected about the whole thing. He was at least going to try though so all that she could do was hope for the best. There were so many things she knew he could do though but he seemed rather set to work with his father.

"Do you think...you'll take over the business one day?" She focused her attention on his wrist as she spoke, her fingers brushing against the strange mark. Would it fade?

"I..I just don't want anything to happen to you." Mitsu said softly nuzzling lightly against his shoulder. "You are my everything and I don't think I could live in a world where you're not in it." She didn't want to be left alone. Maybe it was just abandonment issues rising up but she couldn't bare the thought of not being with him.

She focused back on the mark as well, wondering what it meant. "Do you think this will fade? Maybe...you should see nurse cricket?"

Mitsu didn't think she could ever hate him but she wasn't sure she wouldn't feel bad about what had become of him. Could she have changed anything? Was her presence really not enough to make him want to change? He had only just started to turn down this path, despite having been trained for it. Perhaps it was her fault for letting him kill Stacey. The hunter should have been left behind to deal with his own fate. If she had done something then, would things have been different now?

The 'what if's' started to weigh her down and Mitsu found herself leaning on Shun fairly heavily as she tried to focus on the mark on his wrist instead. "Just don't wait too long." She said softly, her fingers lightly touching the area.

"Have you never given it much thought before?" Mitsu asked. "Did you never have a dream about something you wanted to be when you grew up?" Though maybe he hadn't. Shun was raised in such a strict environment that sort of thinking was probably frowned upon.

"There are countless things that you can do its just a matter of asking yourself what you like to do and not what you don't have a problem doing. You could be a Trick or Treater or you could be a trainer. I dunno...I don't even know what I want to do anymore." She admitted quietly. For the longest time she had wanted to be a nurse, she liked the thought of helping others and making people better but now she was leery of strangers and panicked a lot when it came time to do anything. That wasn't what made a good nurse but she had rarely thought of anything else.

"Maybe its time you had a dream then. Something you want and not something someone else wants for you. You said you want to be with me. Where do you see us five years from now? Ten years from now? It's not always bad to look to the future." Coughing slightly Mitsu rubbed her throat. It had been a while since she had done this much talking. Slowly she was regaining her voice but it was lacking in keeping up with long drawn out conversations. It came with the worse of reminders as well. Shun's need for revenge.

"S..Shun...Getting revenge isn't going to change what happened." Mitsu said softly. He could wipe out the hunter's one by one but it wouldn't erase the past. It wouldn't help her forget and she wasn't entirely sure it would make her feel any better. Not knowing he was putting himself in danger.

And Shun was probably right to think she wouldn't like that answer but she didn't say as such. Instead she quietly watched him get up and start some tea. "I..I know." Mitsu said softly. And she didn't want what had happened to her to happen to anyone else but there was just too many of them. She wasn't even sure if Shun truly realized their numbers. Mitsu had barely glimpsed their island and it was huge. They were not short on resources and personnel.

Laying back on the bed, Mitsu curled up so that she could watch what Shun was doing. Another question came to mind that she was honestly curious about and didn't entirely know the answer. "I..if you see yourself doing jobs for the family with me by your side. How will I fit in? How will your family react to me? Will I be expected to work for the family too?"
